Analisis Pengendalian Kualitas Menggunakan Statistical Process Control untuk Mengurangi Produk Cacat pada Mebel UD Sadewo Jagat di Ngawi

UD Sadewo Jagat is a company engaged in furniture production, this company provides sales of finished, semi-finished products and maintenance for various types of teak wood furniture. Finished products include tables, chairs, shelves and various other types of displays. However, in this study, we only analyzed defective products for wooden box table products because the production process of wooden box table products because the production process of wooden box tables experienced problems, namely the number of defects exceending 5% of the company’s standard provisions. The aim of this research is to analyze product quality control techniques using the Statistical Process Control method in reducing defective products, and to find out what factors cause defects in products produced by UD Sadewo Jagat. This research uses the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method, which is one of the analytical methods used to analyze the causes of defects that occur, both in terms of product quality and in terms of the quality of the production process. Quality control analysis is carried out using. The results of the check sheet analysis show an average of 9,6% product defects per month. From the results of the Pareto diagram, it can be seen that the highest level of defects is crack defects, with a total of 80 units or 44,94% of total product defects in 2023. Meanwhile, the results of the control chart that has been made can be seen that quality control is uncontrolled and not according to standards. From the results of the fishbone diagram, it is concluced that the factors causing product defects are human factors, materials, environment, and methods.

An inline point-tracking approach for the real-time monitoring of the free-form bending process

In order to make free-form bending a process of choice for the manufacturing of structural components, a robust strategy for process monitoring is required. Although the technology is particularly suitable for the production of bending components with variable and complex geometry, fluctuations in the process conditions, as well as in the quality of the semi-finished products can results in geometrical deviations from the target geometry. Currently, the quality assessment of the bent components can be done only offline by random sampling, with a considerable time and cost effort. In this contribution, a real-time process monitoring is realised and applied to free-form bending for the first time. First of all, an inline strategy based on single-point tracking for the assessment of the geometry is investigated through an extensive numerical sensitivity analysis. Successively, the method is implemented experimentally and validated with real tests. Finally, a small-batch series of deviating components is produced, and the developed strategy is adopted to perform a real-time process monitoring. The study highlights the potential of an inline measurement strategy for the process monitoring in free-form bending, and its advantages compared to the current offline methods.

The influence of natural antioxidants on the quality and storage capacity of semi-finished horse meat products

The article is devoted to the influence of natural antioxidants on the quality parameters of meat semi-finished products from horse meat and the microbiological stability of the product during its storage. In solving the set tasks, the standard, generally accepted methods of research were used. Statistical processing of the obtained results and assessment of data reliability were carried out by statistical methods using Microsoft Excel and Statistica (version 12.0). A new antioxidant of natural origin, dihydroquercetin, has been proposed and tested. Effective doses of its application have been established: 0.05 - 0.075% for raw horse fat and 0.075% for semi-finished meat products from horse meat produced with its addition. It has been shown that the administration of dihydroquercetin (Dx) together with ascorbic acid (AA) and tocopherol (Tp) is 10-30% more effective. The effect of dihydroquercetin on the indicators of oxidative spoilage in the technological process, from the production of horse meat to finished products using the latter, has been studied. The organoleptic parameters (appearance, odour, colour) of the control sample and the sample with 0.025% Dx by fat weight corresponded in their characteristics to the experimental samples with 0.05%, 0.075% and 0.1% by 45 days of storage. The introduction of dihydroquercetin, ascorbic acid, and tocopherol also makes it possible to slow down the microbiological spoilage of the semi-finished products that have been obtained during storage.

Expanding the range of fortified meat products through the targeted combination of raw materials of animal and vegetable origin

ABSTRACT The problem of providing the population with a full-fledged balanced diet is currently quite acute worldwide. Therefore, one of the main tasks is to expand the range of fortified and functional food products, including those with prebiotic effects. The article presents the results of developing fortified boiled sausages, liver pates, and chopped semi-finished products, which have high consumer properties, nutritional and biological value, organoleptic characteristics, and a balanced nutritional composition. The minimum amino acid score value for the proposed boiled sausages is 95.6%, and, for liver pate – 99.6%, for chopped semi-finished products – 88.1%. The biological value of the protein of the developed products reaches 92.8%, 87.7%, and 99.7%, respectively. This is achieved through specially selected components of animal and vegetable origin. Meat and meat-plant products were developed based on an analysis of the nutritional status of North Caucasus Federal University students. The optimal formulation was determined, and the nutrient balance of the finished products was ensured using computer modelling. Using dry milk molasses with lactulose "LactuVet-1" in the formulations of fortified meat products made it possible to increase their organoleptic characteristics and enrich them with calcium (about 150 mg per 100 g of finished product) and other minerals. The developed meat products contain lactulose, g/100 g of product: boiled sausages – 0.46, chopped semi-finished products – 0.61, liver pate – 0.76. This helped to ensure the prebiotic effect of the finished product. The proposed meat products are a source of vitamin A and calcium, contain most B vitamins, macroelements potassium and magnesium, and microelements iron and zinc. The complex of tasks to reduce the deficit of the main types of nutrients, revealed during the study, can be solved by including the developed meat products in the diet of the target group of consumers.

The fate of Alternaria toxin tenuazonic acid (TeA) during the processing chain of wheat flour products and risk control strategies for mycotoxins

The fate of Alternaria toxin tenuazonic acid (TeA) during the processing chain of wheat flour products was systemically evaluated. TeA was analyzed by liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS) in wheat grains and the corresponding wheat flour products produced throughout the whole chain. The results indicated that TeA contamination in wheat grains largely determines the level of TeA toxin present in byproducts, semi-finished products, and finished products of the processing of four types of simulated processed wheat flour products (e.g., dry noodles, steamed breads, baked breads, and biscuits). The different food processing techniques had different effects on the fate of TeA. Wheat flour processing can reduce the TeA content in wheat grains by 58.7–83.2 %, indicating that wheat flour processing is a key step in reducing the TeA content in the food chain. Among the four types of wheat flour products, the decreases in TeA content in biscuits (69.8–76.7 %) were greater than those in dry noodles (15.5–22.3 %) and steamed breads (24.9–43.6 %). In addition, the decreasing effect of TeA was especially obvious in the wheat flour product chain with a high level of contamination. The processing factors (PFs) for TeA were as low as 0.20 for the four wheat processing methods and as high as 1.24 for the dry noodle processing method. At the average and 95th percentiles, dietary exposure to TeA in Chinese consumers including infants and young children did not exceed the relevant threshold value of toxicological concern (TTC) of TeA (1.5 µg/kg body weight per day), indicating an acceptable health risk for Chinese consumers via wheat flour products. These findings provide new insight into the fate of TeA in the food chain and mycotoxin control on the safety of wheat flour products and public health.

The Influence of Arabinoxylan of Different Molar Masses on the Properties of Rye Bread Baked by the Postponed Baking Method.

Rye grain is a good source of dietary fiber, phenolic compounds, vitamins, and mineral compounds. To prevent the staling process of bread, semi-finished bakery products are subjected to cooling or freezing, and this process is called the postponed baking method. The aim of this study was to examine the influence of rye arabinoxylans differing in molar mass on the properties of rye bread baked using the postponed baking method. The breads were baked from rye flour types 720 and 1150, without and with a 1% share of unmodified or cross-linked rye arabinoxylans (AXs). The molar mass of the unmodified AXs was 432,160 g/mol, while that of the AXs after cross-linking was 1,158,980 g/mol. The results of this study show that the 1% share of AXs significantly increased the water addition to both types of rye flour and dough yield, and this increase was proportional to the molar mass of the AXs used. It is shown that a 1% share of both AX preparations positively increased the volume and crumb moisture of bread baked by the postponed baking method. Cross-linked AXs proved to be particularly effective in increasing the volume and bread crumb moisture. Both AX preparations had a positive effect on reducing the bread crumb hardness of rye breads baked by the postponed baking method.

CONTROL SYSTEM WITH PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROLLER FOR METAL FORMING

In the metal forming process with multiple punches, distributed on different axes, it is necessary to precisely control the axial position of multiple punch processing units. In order to control the flow of material in the mold cavity it is necessary to control the punching force and the control of the holding or clamping force of the semi-finished product. This paper analyzes the possibility of implementing these control functions with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller).

Повышение ресурсного потенциала древесного сырья

According to the strategy for the development of the forestry complex of the Russian Federation until 2030, approved by Order of the Prime Minister of Russia no. 312r dated February 11, 2021, the contribution of the forestry industry to the country’s economy should increase by 2 times, including through deep wood processing. To this end, enterprises for deep processing of wood raw materials will be actively developed. Consequently, there will be a shortage of wood raw materials, which will lead to an urgent need to expand the raw material base of these industries. Despite this, as the analysis of the practical experience of modern logging enterprises has shown, today, during logging operations, only the stem part of the tree is removed from the cutting area, and the rest of the biomass in the form of stumpwood, branches, twigs and tops is burned or buried, although these parts of the tree are valuable raw materials for the production of many types of products of wood processing enterprises. This state of affairs is due to the lack of effective technology for processing potential raw materials in the places of their formation and a complex of mobile machines for its implementation. As a result, a technology for the production of wood and coniferous flour, technological chips and semi-finished wood-fiber products, as well as mobile equipment for its implementation, has been proposed for the processing of logging waste in the form of tops, branches and twigs. The article presents technological solutions and equipment models built in the SolidWorks computer-aided design system. The introduction of the proposed technologies, machines and mechanisms will increase the share of harvested raw materials per unit area, reduce the environmental load from the logging process, and increase the efficiency of the industry.

Micromechanical influence of near-surface adherend morphology and bondline fillers on the strain distribution in shear-loaded composite bonds

The near-surface morphology in the joining areas of adherends has a significant impact on the fatigue behavior of adhesively bonded composites. In the production process of composites, numerous opportunities exist for dictating surface morphology through the utilization of different top-layer semi-finished products. For instance, release films and peel ply fabrics can be employed to modulate the thickness and topography of the upper resin layer. These materials are subsequently removed prior to the further processing and assembly of the composites, leaving their negative imprint on the material surface. The resultant structures typically exhibit dimensions on the scale of a few micrometers. Another component in adhesive bonds are fillers, which have diameters in the same size range. Both adherend morphology and fillers influence the macroscopic behavior of the bonded joint. By in situ examining bonded end-notched flexure specimens inside a scanning electron microscope, the adhesive layer and the near-surface region of the adherends can be observed in detail under load. Evaluating these scanning electron microscope images using digital image correlation enables quantitative analysis of the strain distribution within the micrometer range. This allows the identification of the effects the adherend's near-surface morphology and the composition of the bondline (e.g. fillers, meshes) have on the shear strain distribution along bondlines. Consequently, conclusions can be drawn regarding their influence on the service life of adhesive bonds.

Influence of Submerged Arc Welding Current Intensity on the Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of Pressure Vessel P355N Steel.

This article presents a study on the influence of the intensity of the welding current on the properties of the mechanical strain strength of welded joints made by using submerged arc welding technology. The influence of the welding current on the microstructure of the welded joints was also observed in different regions of the cross-section of the welding seam. Also subject to observation was the mode of influence of the welding current on the geometry and dimensions of the welding seams. The welded samples were obtained using five different welding regimes whose main variable was the intensity of the welding current, which had values between 300 A and 700 A. The criterion used as a reference for comparing the effects produced by the studied welding regimes was a standard welding regime that is used in the industry for welding railway tank wagons, with a welding current intensity of 480 A. The base material used in the experiments was a fine-grained carbon steel specially intended for the manufacture of pressure vessels identified as P355 N; the semi-finished product from which the samples were made consisted of 6 mm thick laminated sheets used in the manufacture of the covers of the vessels that make up the railway tank wagon. The aim of this study was to highlight the differences that may appear through varying the current welding parameter and identify welding regimes that can provide welded joints with superior mechanical properties compared to what is currently employed in the industry. This study focused on the most widespread technology of welding pressure vessels: the submerged electric arc welding method.

New data and insights on the secondary glass workshop of Comacchio (Italy): MgO contents, steatite crucibles and alternatives to recycling

This study introduces a collection of 33 glass samples, encompassing production indicators (blocks, fluidity tests, drops, cuts and wastes) and finished products (mainly goblets and probably a lamp) dating to the second half of the 7th century, except for a single more recent specimen (12th-14th). Additionally, a fragment was taken from a crucible bearing a thin layer of glass inside it. This new collection complements the investigation of glass materials from the Comacchio workshop previously analysed by Bertini et al. (2020).Measurements were performed using scanning electron microscopy, electron microprobe, laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectroscopy on all samples and Sr–Nd isotopic analyses on 5 blocks.The results showed how the entire collection can be classified as natron-based silica-soda-lime glass and that the high MgO contents frequently observed are due to contamination with the steatite crucible. Contextually, the hypothesis of using plant ash-based glass mixed with natron-based glass formulated in the previous literature seems to have run out, along with the use of plant ash-based glass itself, further weakened by the very low representativeness of this latter type of glass on the site.The technological investigation further elucidated that recycling may not singularly account for the Comacchio glass technology. Discernible correlations may suggest the introduction of different types of metals, indicating a specialised control over the production process. Notably, the preference for green–blue glass emerges as a distinctive hallmark, underscoring the deliberate pursuit of a specific aesthetic taste.Lastly, the provenance analysis showed that over three-quarters of production was based on semi-finished products from Egypt, while only the remaining quarter came from the Levantine coast.

Social risks assessment of the supply chain of an aluminium semi-finished profile for window

Abstract Purpose Aluminium is among the most energy-intensive industries in the world and is produced from mining operations in bauxite mines. The effects on the environment of the entire aluminium supply chain, especially mining, also entail social risks. This article aims to understand the potential social risks along the supply chain of aluminium by focusing on a semi-finished frame for windows through the use of the Product Social Impact Life Cycle Assessment (PSILCA) database. Method Social Life Cycle Assessment (S-LCA) was implemented by following the Social Life Cycle Assessment of Products And Organizations 2020, to analyse the potential social risks and opportunities associated with the aluminium sector. Specifically, the PSILCA database, designed for S-LCA, was used to evaluate the background processes of the aluminium supply chain of an Italian company specialized in surface treatment of aluminium semi-finished products used in the production of doors and windows. Results The primary social risks manifest in the background processes. Comparing these findings with the literature review, it is straightforward to attribute them to the mining phase of bauxite, which constitutes the initial stage in aluminium production and occurs in various regions globally. Specifically, the highest social risk is associated with “Corruption in the public sector”, likely linked to Italy. Additionally, the study reveals a positive impact in terms of “Contribution to economic development” as also revealed by the literature review. Conclusions An analysis of the potential social risks within the aluminium supply chain was provided, addressing the research gap between the utilization of S-LCA methodology and its application within the sector. Additionally, the PSILCA database was employed for investigating the background processes in the case study. However, a social performance assessment using primary data would be required to enhance the representation of the evaluated production system.

Modeling and investigation of combined processes of casting, rolling, and extrusion to produce electrical wire from alloys Al–Zr system

The results of modeling and research of casting, rolling, and extrusion processes for producing wire from Al–Zr system alloys and determining its physical and mechanical properties have been presented. When implementing combined processes for processing aluminum alloys, the number of operations is significantly reduced, productivity and yield are increased.As a result of the conducted research, the influence of alloy preparation modes and their chemical composition on the physical, mechanical and electrical properties of longish semifinished products from Al–Zr system alloys obtained by combined rolling-extrusion (CRE) and ingotless rolling-extrusion (IRE) methods were investigated.The simulation of the CRE process for one of these alloys of the system was carried out in the DEFORM 3D software package using data on its rheological properties obtained by the hot torsion method. Based on the modeling results, the optimal modes for conducting experimental studies were selected.The features of metal forming were experimentally studied, the temperature-velocity and technological parameters of combined processing were found, as well as the properties of cast billets, including those obtained using an electromagnetic mold (EMM). The results of experimental studies of the CRE and IRE processes suggest that it is possible to obtain longish deformed semifinished products from alloys Al–Zr system with a level of physical, mechanical and electrical properties that meet international standards.At all technological stages, including drawing, the structure of the metal was studied, and data on the physical and mechanical properties of hot-extruded rods and wire in cold-deformed and annealed states was obtained.The heat resistance of wire made from the investigated alloys was studied and it was found that after testing at a temperature of 280 °C and a holding time of 1 h, it satisfies the requirements of the AT3 type standard with a maximum permissible long-term operating temperature of 210 °C.Recommendations are given for industrial implementation; alloys containing 0.15–0.20% zirconium and 0.10–0.15% iron are recommended for the manufacture of AT1 type wire without heat treatment, as well as 0.25–0.30% Zr and 0.2–0.25% Fe for AT3 wire type with heat treatment.

Implementation of an intelligent process monitoring system for screw presses using the CRISP-DM standard

AbstractIncreasing the service life and process reliability of systems plays an important role in terms of sustainable and economical production. Especially in the field of energy-intensive bulk forming, low scrap rates and long tool lifetimes are business critical. This article describes a modular method for AI-supported process monitoring during hot forming within a screw press. With this method, the following deviations can be detected in an integrated process: the height of the semi-finished product, the positions of the die and the position of the semi-finished product. The method was developed using the CRISP-DM standard. A modular sensor concept was developed that can be used for different screw presses and dies. Subsequently a hot forming-optimized test plan was developed to examine individual and overlapping process deviations. By applying various methods of artificial intelligence, a method for process-integrated detection of process deviations was developed. The results of the investigation show the potential of the developed method and offer starting points for the investigation of further process parameters.

Blood loss is one of the main causes of death, especially in war and natural disasters. At the beginning of the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war we established the laboratory and later the industrial production of a powdered topical hemostatic composition based on nanosilica which is intended for providing first pre-medical aid. The composition contains nanosized silica A-300 and sodium alginate as two active ingredients in a mass ratio of 4:1. The aim of the work was to develop the optimal technological process for the production of a hemostatic composition and carry out physico-chemical and medical-biological studies of semi-finished products and the final product. Bulk density measurements, optical microscopy, IR spectroscopy method and microbiological research were used to study the initial materials, intermediate products as well as the final product. The effectiveness of the hemostatic effect of the composition was checked on the model of parenchymal bleeding from the liver of a rat, using the time to stop bleeding (min) as a criterion. As a result of the research, a two-stage method of manufacturing the composition is proposed: at the first stage, certain parts of the initial materials are treated in a ball mill, obtaining the semi-finished product "A-300/sodium alginate"; at the second stage, this semi-finished product is mixed with nanosilica and sodium alginate, obtaining the final product. It is shown that the bulk density serves as a useful technological parameter to control of which helps to produce a structurally homogeneous final product. In the IR spectra of the semi-finished product and the finished product, only the absorption bands of silica and sodium alginate are observed, that is, foreign substances are not formed during technological process. The microbiological purity of the composition meets the pharmacopoeial requirements for drugs of this category. An experimental study of the topical hemostatic effect of the composition revealed its significant advantage compared to the inorganic hemostatic substance kaolin, which acts according to a similar adsorption mechanism.

Determination of the possibilities of using the universal low-temperature rotary apparatus for the production of meat and vegetable products under the conditions of providing uniform heat supply

The object of research is the process of frying a meat-vegetable product in the developed universal low-temperature rotary apparatus. The problem of ensuring the uniformity of the temperature field during low-temperature processing of meat and vegetable products is solved in the developed universal low-temperature rotary apparatus. The expected effect during the approbation of the apparatus is predicted under the condition of eliminating high-temperature intermediate coolants (hot air, etc.) due to the use of a film-like resistive electronic heater of the radiating type. The temperature field is established, which confirms the uniformity of the temperature effect on meat and vegetable products, and a slight deviation within the limits of autonomous exhaust fans is not critical and within the permissible error. Also, the introduction of Peltier elements into the design of the rotary apparatus will allow converting thermal energy into a low-voltage supply voltage (3–6 W) and, already at 20 °C, ensure autonomous operation of fans. The obtained results in the form of practical implementation of the developed apparatus will allow to implement low-temperature processing of meat and vegetable products. This allows to maximally preserve the functional properties of meat raw materials and the physiological properties of vegetable semi-finished products with a high degree of readiness. The practical implementation of the universal low-temperature rotary apparatus from the side of constructive implementation due to the use of functional containers makes it possible to obtain a wide range of assortment of meat products, both in the shell and without the shell. The elimination of high-temperature intermediate heat carriers (hot air, steam, etc.), their technical networks and generating apparatuss ensures energy and metal-intensive resource savings. In addition, the introduction of multicomponent vegetable semi-finished products of a high degree of readiness (powders, pastes, etc.) into the recipes of meat products will lead to a partial replacement of the main recipe components and an increase in the functional properties of the finished products.

The influence of the cyclic performance of paulownia wood semi-finished products on the strength indicators of corrugated paper

Corrugated paper is a component of corrugated cardboard, which plays an important role in the formation of strength indicators, and its production in the last decade is one of the most developed sectors of the world pulp and paper industry. The article scientifically substantiates the differences between primary and reprocessed fibers and explains the essence of “irreversible keratinization” of the fiber. The paper examines the use of leafy semi-finished products obtained from paulownia wood by alkaline-sulfite and sodium methods for the production of corrugated paper with the study of the potential of its repeated processing. Patterns of decreasing paper strength indicators with increasing recycling cycles were obtained, which is explained by irreversible keratinization. It is shown that the use of semi-finished products obtained by the alkaline-sulfite method in the paper provides strength values for all indicators for the B-2 and B-3 grades after four times processing these fibers. It should be emphasized that in terms of absolute resistance to paper crushing, the obtained values meet the standards of the highest grade B-0 after a three-fold recycling cycle. The obtained data on the repeated processing of paper from natron SFP show that the greatest decrease in mechanical strength indicators is observed after the first cycle of processing, especially the absolute resistance to pressing. However, after the second cycle of processing, according to this indicator, a margin of strength is preserved, which is enough for the norms of the B-2 and B-3 grades. After five times of recycling such paper, the strength indicators remain at almost 50 % of the initial ones, in contrast to alkaline-sulfite paper – after four times of recycling, the potential is approximately one-third. Microphotographs of the paper surface and changes in fiber structure depending on the number of processing cycles confirmed the patterns obtained during the study.

Design of a universal low-temperature rotary apparatus for making meat and vegetable products considering the integrated adaptive mechanism

The object of this study is the implementation of low-temperature processes for the production of meat and vegetable products under the conditions of adding a dried semi-finished product of a high degree of readiness to the recipe when using the designed universal rotary device of continuous action. The rotary device of continuous action for low-temperature processing of meat and vegetable products with a cylindrical working chamber is heated by a film-like resistive electronic heater of the radiating type. It has a stationary wall (with a technical door for unloading and loading the device) and a technical wall (with an opening angle of 90°). On the inner surfaces of the walls, inclined converging ribs with an angle of 25° are installed, which are covered with an electric heater. Semi-finished meat and vegetable products are loaded onto carts with technological containers and mounted on a frameless drum (rotation frequency 0.03...0.06 s–1). The device converts secondary thermal energy into low-voltage power supply voltage (~3...8 W) for autonomous operation of fans. The proposed integrated adaptive mechanism for the system of complex interaction of the agricultural, processing, and production sectors implies the formation of resource efficiency of production processes from "farm to table". The designed device implements the process of frying meat-vegetable bread under conditions of reaching 80 °C in the center of the product. The obtained temperature field data confirm the uniformity of the temperature field during frying of the product (cooking readiness of the product at the initial weight of 650±20 g – 4.0 hours). The introduction of a multicomponent dried fraction based on potatoes, Jerusalem artichokes, zucchini, and carrots into the recipe of meat-vegetable bread reduces the weight loss of the semi-finished product during frying by 12.3 %. It increases the content of calcium, phosphorus, vitamin C accompanied with a decrease in energy value by 28.1 %

Features of the pottery assemblage of the XIII–XIV centuries from excavations of the Syukeyevsky Vzvoz II Campsite medieval sediments

The article deals with the ceramic material from the excavations of 2021 on the territory of the multilayer archaeological site Syukeyevsky Vzvoz II. Judging by the totality of the finds (metal slag and pig iron, blanks and semi-finished iron products, blacksmithing tools), a blacksmithing workshop could have been located here in the Golden Horde period. Russian pottery make up the majority of the assemblage, which suggests that there is a settlement of immigrants from Russian lands here. By the nature of the finds, this location can be interpreted as the artisan periphery of a small urban-type settlement associated with iron processing.

The article presents the results of the study of the effect of hot deformation on the structure and phase composition of the synthesized aluminum matrix composite of the Al-TiC system. The nature of the distribution of deformations and relative density over the volume of the porous workpiece during its hot deformation in a semi-closed die was established based on the results of computer simulation. Based on the obtained data, the impact of the stamping scheme on the phase and structure formation during the production of axisymmetric forgings from the dispersion-strengthened alumino-matrix composite was established. Modeling of the hot stamping process was carried out using the finite element method using the DEFORM 2D/3D software complex. The analysis of the obtained modeling results showed that at the final stage of the process, the intensity of deformations is almost uniform throughout the volume of the forging, while characteristic zones of difficult deformations are formed in the upper and lower parts of the section. A detailed analysis of the component deformations showed that the formation of stagnant zones is directly influenced by the radial component of the deformations. In turn, the analysis of the results of experimental studies showed that, despite the presence of stagnant zones, the given hot deformation scheme provides a uniform structure and phase composition of alumino-matric composites of the Al–TiC system, and the in-situ process of titanium carbide formation allows it to be evenly distributed throughout the volume of the composite . The uniformity of the structure and phase composition ensures low anisotropy of properties over the stamping volume, and therefore the proposed stamping scheme can be used to obtain semi-finished products with specified physical and mechanical properties.
