The article is devoted to identifying and studying the problems, directions and prospects for the use of innovativetechnologies by the judicial system in communicative practice to ensure the uniformity of case law in the context of theCOVID-19 pandemic.In the conditions of excess of superfluous and irrelevant information it will be important to practice communication,both at the internal level of the Supreme Court (between judicial chambers, panels of judges of Cassation Courts , theGrand Chamber of the Supreme Court and Cassation Courts) and externally (between the Supreme Court and courts ofdifferent specializations) as a direction of the work of the Supreme Court to ensure the unity of judicial practice.CCJE identifies formal, semi-formal and informal mechanisms for ensuring the unity of judicial practice. Theimportance of regular scheduled meetings of judges of a particular court or judges of different courts of the same levelwith judges of a higher court, as well as the continuity of legal education and training for judges, is noted.The bans and restrictions that were introduced in order to prevent the spread, as well as measures to minimize therisks of the spread in Ukraine of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), also known as COVID and the coronavirus,is a contagious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), have led to theemergence of new organizational forms of communication and training of judges – remote.In such conditions, the use of innovative technologies is increasing. Currently, communication in the online formatin the form of videoconferences is in demand and popular in the legal professional environment.It was concluded that the use of modern technologies has a positive impact on ensuring the unity of judicial practice,which has most pronounced during the pandemic.Keywords: the COVID-19 pandemic, the unity of judicial practice, the Supreme Court, innovative technologies,judicial system, videoconference
