Quality Improvement Design on Sales Website Using Fuzzy Quality Function Deployment (FQFD) Method

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in fashion which manufactures and sells its own products to consumers. The company sells through various online media including its own website and several marketplace media. However, their consumers make more online purchases through the marketplace than the website, which makes it difficult because the company can only use purchases from the website to obtain complete customer data needed to explore customer behavior. This research will be done using the Fuzzy QFD method to improve the quality of online sales service through the website based on the identified weaknesses of the company website that causes consumers to avoid making online purchases through the website. Fuzzy QFD is a QFD method integrated with fuzzy logic which aims to reduce the vagueness or obscurity of subjective judgments to improve calculation accuracy. The results of this research are 5 technical requirement from FQFD 1st iteration and critical part from 2nd iteration which are expected to produce recommendations needed by company to improve the quality of online sales services through its website based on a more objective and accurate data.

Analysis of the Effect of Website Sales Quality on Purchasing Decisions on e-commerce Websites

Both Web-based information infrastructure and marketing activities are dealt with by business-to-consumer electronic commerce. Centered on information systems and marketing literature, this review suggests a research model to explain the effect on consumer loyalty of the dimensions of website quality (system quality, information quality, and service quality). In order to verify the validity of the calculation model, confirmatory factor analysis was performed, and the structural model was also examined to investigate the correlations hypothesized in the study model. In this study, by comparing the Hyperparameter class & Catboost class we can find a number of distributions of individual absolute errors which can be considered as a fairly important factor in the analysis of sales quality on e-commerce websites.

The objectives to be achieved in this service activity are (1) providing management / financial management assistance in making simple bookkeeping to partners and (2) providing promotional media and marketing / selling products in the form of a website as well as conducting training on the use of online sales websites to UKM partners "Soba Padu" in Bongomeme Village, Gorontalo District. Internet Marketing of Cardioprotective Dietary Supplements.

Objectives: Considering high prevalence of use of dietary supplements and their easy access on the internet, the aim of this research was to examine and assess the prevalence of the internet marketing of heart-protective supplements as the most popular supplements of today, and to investigate the quality and quantity of information that are available to consumers on the sale websites. Design: Three major search engines (Google, Yahoo, and Bing) and keywords "cardiovascular supportive supplements online buy" were used to identify websites that sell cardioprotective dietary supplements. Content of first 50 listed websites in each engine was evaluated for its compliance with regulatory acts while information about supplements' efficacy and safety was compared with the results of the latest scientific research. Results: Of a total of 150 listed websites, 89 selling supplements for the specific indication underwent further analysis. The most commonly registered cardioprotective dietary supplements on the internet were supplements based on omega-3 fatty acids (omega-3) (57 websites, 64.05%). Related to the websites selling omega-3 supplements, risk reduction claims were presented at 23 (40.35%), whereas structure or function claims were present at 50 (87.72%) analyzed websites, but followed with Food and Drug Administration disclaimer only on 68.00% of them. Information about adverse effects were rarely pointed out (1 website, 1.75%) unlike warnings, which were significantly more available to consumers (38, 66.67%). Conclusions: According to obtained results, most of the analyzed websites that sell omega-3 supplements did not contain all important medical information required by Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act. Since use of internet marketing is in expansion and since consumers have no access to relevant medical information about dietary supplements on the selling websites, there is a clear need for better quality control of websites and greater public awareness of these widely used products.

This research uses the waterfall system development method. The stages of this waterfall are analyzing system requirements, making system design, implementing system, testing and operating and maintaining system. The implementation of CRM that is applied in the Distro Channel, namely giving points in accordance with the provisions will get 1 point for multiples of spending Rp. 65,000, - points with a certain amount can be exchanged with the promo product points that have been provided, these points can be used as a discount of Rp. 1,000, -. Gaining Ground: Search Engine Optimization and Its Implementation on an Indie Book Press

This paper focuses on the historical and current day impact that search engine optimization (SEO) tools have in the context of increasing website traffic and, inevitably, online sales. It takes a special focus on the book publishing industry from the perspective of a small-scale publishing company (Company A). The paper accomplishes three things: to develop a working knowledge of SEOs and their impact on website sales and traffic, to highlight the differing usages of SEO in competitors to Company A, and to arrive at a well-informed implementation of SEO strategy for Company A. Our findings conclude that, although there are many, 3 factors are large determinants of a successful SEO campaign. These factors are: title tags, metatag descriptions, and keyword usage. As data and research are conveyed, this paper concludes with how Company A has implemented SEO into their website.

Perancangan Kontrol Alat Musik Angklung Menggunakan Arduino, ESP8266, dan Android

Jurnal ini menjelaskan tentang pembuatan alat kontrol alat musik angklung menggunakan Arduino dan Android. Alat ini membantu meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat tentang alat musik tradisional, khususnya Angklung. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah bahasa pemrograman C untuk alat Arduino dan Java untuk aplikasi Android. Alat kontrol ini memanfaatkan teknologi nirkabel yaitu wifi. Alat yang telah dibuat ini berhasil diimplementasikan dengan hasil yaitu sebuah rangkaian elektronik yang terhubung dengan satu set alat musik angklung dan sebuah aplikasi pengontrolnya. Untuk menggunakan alat ini, pengguna cukup menekan beberapa tombol not yang diinginkan dalam antarmuka aplikasi Android yang telah terhubung dengan angklung, lalu angklung akan berbunyi sesuai dengan not yang diinginkan pengguna.

Green Consumers or Green Wild Goose Chase: Market Demand As a Determinant of Eco-Innovation in the Purchase of Refrigerators

This paper examined the determinants of eco-innovation from an evolutionary economics perspective. The focus was on consumer demand (pull) as a determinant of eco-innovation in the sale of consumer appliances (refrigerators). The research also addressed the effect of life cycle costing (LCC) and eco-labels on consumer demand for refrigerators. A mixed methodology approach combining quantitative analysis of web site sales was combined with qualitative content analysis of refrigerator product descriptions. The Energy Star eco-label and other environmental claims made in product descriptions were found to drive consumer demand for refrigerators. The research also found that consumers exhibited the willingness to pay (WTP) a premium for energy efficient and eco-innovative products when purchasing refrigerators from the Home Depot web site.

Determination of Priorities in Apparel Purchasing from Private Sale Websites

Abstract In the fast-changing internet era, private sale websites attracted an enormous interest from the consumers in especially online marketing of apparel goods. The retailers may garner more benefit if the prior issues for the consumers when they are purchasing apparel products online is known. Reviewing the literature, this study presents the factors in three groups in a hierarchical manner considering the multidimensional aspect of online purchasing of apparel products from private sale websites and then determines the prior issues for the consumers by making pairwise comparisons among these factors using analytical hierarchy process on a sample group of 100 Turkish respondents. The findings revealed that “privacy/security” in terms of online shopping criteria, “product information” in terms of apparel products criteria, and “discount ratio” in terms of private shopping criteria took highest scores of importance when the aspects were analyzed individually. Nonetheless, the parameters regarding the online shopping criteria were found to be more important than the criteria regarding the apparel products and private shopping criteria. In the end, it was also observed that these items that were found to have highest importance were actually corresponding to the risks of the situation.
