An agreement according to article 1313 of the Civil Code explains that "An agreement is an act in which one or more persons bind themselves to one or more other persons". Which in this case is an agreement according to K.R.M.T Tirtodiningrat, an agreement is a legal act based on an agreement between two or more parties, which as a result of the law can be fulfilled by the provisions of the applicable law. A sale and purchase agreement is an agreement in which one party binds himself to hand over an object and the other party to pay the price of the object that has been agreed. This research is entitled "The Application of the Principle of Consensualism in the Peanut Sale and Purchase Agreement in Taman Village, Jrengik District, Sampang Regency". The purpose of this study is to find out how the principle of consensualism is applied in the peanut purchase and sale agreement in Taman Village and what are the legal consequences that will be obtained for parties who violate the principle of consensualism in the peanut purchase and sale agreement in Taman Village, Jrengik District, Sampang Regency. Thus the study uses empirical research methods. This research method is an approach that prioritizes the use of real evidence and in-depth observation as the basis for his research work. In the results of observations that have been made by researchers on the application of the principle of consensualism of peanut buying and selling agreements in Taman Village, Jrengik District, Sampang Regency, as the times go by, many residents have applied the principle of consensualism in the buying and selling process.

Halal procurement strategy for the halal pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia

Purpose This study aims to develop a halal procurement strategy for the halal pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia. Design/methodology/approach This qualitative research is based on in-depth interviews, followed by a strength, weakness, opportunity and threat analysis (using analytical network process technique) to develop halal procurement strategies for the halal pharmaceutical industry in Indonesia. Findings Access to halal-certified raw materials is the most difficult issue for pharmaceutical business procurement departments. Because Indonesia is heavily dependent on raw material imports, developing the raw material industry should be a top priority. Recommendations are drafted for the government, pharmaceutical industry and education to strengthen Indonesia’s halal pharmaceutical sector and procurement strategies. Research limitations/implications Few studies have been conducted on halal procurement in the pharmaceutical industry, and case studies are recommended to further explore halal procurement best practices. Quantitative research is also recommended to better understand existing halal procurement strategies and the purchasing process of halal critical items for pharmaceutical industries in Muslim-majority countries like Indonesia. Practical implications Halal critical items sourced for the halal pharmaceutical industry require halal certification, multiple supplier sourcing, evaluation mechanisms and benefit from horizontal collaboration. The main bottleneck for the halal pharmaceutical industry is lack of raw materials with the right halal certificates. Originality/value To the best of the authors’ knowledge, this is the first study on halal procurement strategies in the pharmaceutical industry. Its findings are relevant to regulatory, technical and business strategies in Muslim-majority countries.

Decreasing the carbon footprint of food through public procurement-A case study from the municipality of Härnösand.

Eating habits are among the strongest drivers of negative environmental impact. Public procurement has been suggested as an efficient lever to catalyze changes within the food system. This study examines alternative purchase processes that may decrease the carbon footprint of publicly procured food through a case study of a municipality in the Northern part of Sweden. The GHG emissions associated with the current food service in the case study were 2.2 kg CO2e per kg food and must be reduced by 40.9% by 2030 to comply with the Paris Agreement; 76% of the emissions derive from food of animal origin (44% from unprocessed red meat). Three alternative diet scenarios, "zero red meat," "-50% red meat," and "flexitarian free from red meat," were explored. Only 6% of the total purchased food kilograms were altered, yet the cutback of meat caused GHG emissions reductions turned out to be as high as 44%. The Swedish Law on Public Procurement, deficient infrastructure, unsustainable food culture, and local politicians' reluctance to change were mentioned as the main obstacles to materializing necessary changes in the food procurement system. The respondents also pointed out essential policy changes at the national and municipal levels.

Electronic Ticketing System for Monuments and Museums

Being one of the largest networks of ticketing systems operating over 1,015,000 km and transporting over 22 million visitors daily, e-ticketing systems spend over CR 94,000 to operate efficiently. From the recent proposal for smart cities, ticketing systems are projecting to museums and cultural monuments with the current trend towards digitization, smart ticketing systems are the most of the hour. Of the 94,000 kr. is an exorbitant salary of 23,500 kr. spent on paper that can be subsidized using effective alternative techniques. The smartphone, which has a profound effect on people's daily routine, can be used for paperless ticketing. In today's digital era, the way we access and experience cultural heritage sites, such as museums and monuments, is evolving. Traditional paper tickets and long queues are fast becoming outdated, replaced by more efficient and user-friendly digital solutions. This project explores the development of a Mobile based ticketing system that simplifies the ticket purchase process for visitors, provides easy entry verification through QR codes, and enhances security with biometric authentication. Beyond improving the visitor experience, this system helps site administrators manage visitor flow, protect against fraud, and even reduce environmental impact by going paperless. The application’s aim is to create a seamless and enjoyable journey for visitors—from purchasing tickets to entering the site—while providing insightful data for site managers on visitor patterns and peak hours. This digital transformation reflects the larger trend of integrating technology into our everyday experiences, making heritage sites more accessible, sustainable, and enjoyable for everyone. Abstract Introduction. Economic terms "marketing pricing policy" are considered in the article, "behavior of consumers", interpretation different foreign and home scientists, it is given their description. The role of marketing pricing policy is investigational for companies and consumers of products or services. It is considered types of consumer behavior and their reaction on a price. The purpose of the article. Research of approaches in relation to determination of concept "marketing pricing policy" their value and terms of pricing, consideration of term "behavior of consumers", research of types of behavior of consumers and their reaction on a price. Methods. During research the methods of comparison, analysis, synthesis, abstraction, theoretical, historical and logical generalization are used. The dialectical method of research became methodological basis. Results. It is exposed essence of economic term "marketing pricing policy" and "behavior of consumers". The conducted research showed that a competent price policy is an important component of the company's marketing strategy, because the price is one of the key factors taken into account by consumers when making purchase decisions. The study of consumer behavior is a priority area in the activity of any company, because consumers, after purchasing goods, bring profit to it. Therefore, for the successful operation of the company, customers must be in the center of attention. By studying consumers, their motives, wishes, price categories, and purchase processes, companies try to offer buyers exactly what they need. Conclusiоns. A study of theoretical and practical aspects of the marketing policy of pricing and consumer behavior was conducted, the types of consumer behavior and their reaction to the price were investigated. It was determined that the influence of marketing price policy on consumers is a key factor in making a purchase decision. Price politics determines the cost of commodities and services, that influences on perception of general utility of product consumers. The question of the factors that influence the behavior of consumers that most encourage the purchase of goods or services requires further research. Defining the role and place of price in making a purchase.

The Influence of The 7P Marketing Mix Strategy and Digital Marketing on Car Purchasing Decisions at PT. Hadji Kalla Toyota Palopo Branch

Marketing mix helps companies design marketing strategies by paying attention to product, price, distribution, and promotion, while digital marketing uses digital technology to reach consumers directly, both work together to create brand awareness, influence consumer perceptions, and facilitate the purchasing process, influencing purchasing decisions consumers positively. This research aims to determine the influence of 7p marketing mix and digital marketing on car purchasing decisions at Pt. Hadji Kalla Toyota Palopo Branch, either partially or simultaneously. The research approach used in this research is a quantitative approach, namely a direct survey using data collection through questionnaires and observation. The research results show that (1) Marketing mix has no effect on purchasing decisions, with a calculated t value of the marketing mix variable of 1.201 < t table value (1.678) and a sig. 0.312 > 0.05. (2) Digital marketing has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, with a calculated t value for the digital marketing variable of 2.553 > t table value of 1.678 and a sig value. 0.014 < 0.05. And (3) Marketing mix and digital marketing simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated F value of 20.233 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.

It is important to maintain the quality of coffee beans in accordance with market desires, therefore it is necessary to carry out the quality control process stages through Six Sigma method analysis to identify the causes of problems with damage or defects in coffee beans. This research was conducted at the Cooperative KBQ Baburrayyan which is located in Central Aceh Regency, Aceh Province. The data analysis method used in the research was the six sigma method and fishbone diagram analysis. The research results obtained were from the process of defining problems with the quality of Arabica coffee beans, there were 3 causes of the highest defective coffee beans occurring, namely during the purchasing, drying and sorting processes.

Ratio Legis of the Deed of Sale and Purchase Agreement as an Object of Land and Building Acquisition Duty

This research attempts to unravel the various dynamics governing BPHTB. This research focuses on examining two issues, namely (1) the ratio legis of PPJB regulation as the object of BPHTB and the implications of PPJB as the object of BPHTB after the issuance of Law 1/22 which amended the previous BPHTB Law as a whole. In this paper, it is found that there are several reasons that make PPJB as the object of BPHTB, namely: (1) based on the social function of land based on the agrarian law regime, so that every acquisition of land rights is taxed which is used as a net regional income; (2) the imposition of BPHTB on PPJB as an increase in regional income; (3) from the nature of PPJB as a binding transaction and as a marker of a legal event which is then followed by the making of AJB as the basis for the acquisition of land rights. Second, the implications of BPHTB for the changes in the original regulation in the PDRD Law which was later revoked by the 2022 HKPD Law, have made several changes that affect the legal certainty of taxpayers in paying BPHTB. There is an antinomy in regulating the time payable and payment of BPHTB to the local government. The time payable arrangement as the basis for payment is made after the signing of the sale and purchase deed. However, the payment arrangement states otherwise, namely at the time the sale and purchase deed is signed. However, on the other hand, the regulation also requires the notary to request proof of payment before the signature of the sale and purchase deed. The difference in provisions on the time payable and the deadline for payment affects the legal certainty of the sale and purchase process, and is not in accordance with the meaning of BPHTB as a duty paid after the acquisition of land rights. In addition to the implications that arise for taxpayers, the above arrangements also affect the legal certainty of notaries / PPATs who carry out their duties which are overshadowed by sanctions if they sign the deed before BPHTB is paid in full. The research method used in this writing is normative juridical research method, using three types of approaches, namely historical approach, legislative approach and conceptual approach. The urgency of implementing tax collection on deeds of acquisition of land rights known as BPHTB is to emphasise the social function of land through tax collection carried out by the government. PHTB on PPJB is one of the sources of local revenue used to organise local government and third, namely from the nature of PPJB which is an agreement that binds both parties to the certainty of the transaction being carried out, as the initial act of the legal event of sale and purchase in question.

Exploring E-Customer Satisfaction Using e-SERVQUAL Among Online Shoppers

When interacting with a company's products and services, customer satisfaction is an overall feeling of contentment that a client is experiencing. Previous studies have shown an increase in revenue when a company prioritizes customer satisfaction with its products or services. Around 70 percent of Malaysians are dynamic online consumers, with most of them shopping via websites. e-SERVQUAL assesses the efficacy and efficiency of a website in facilitating shopping, purchase, and delivery processes. It encompasses the pre-purchase and post-purchase phases. The e-SERVQUAL dimensions (privacy, website design, responsiveness, reliability, usability, and information quality) are elements that impact e-customer satisfaction. A total of 100 respondents at Bandar Utama City Centre who shop online participated in the survey. According to the data, males outnumber females among the respondents. The survey comprised three sections: A, B, and C. Section A comprised the demographic information of the respondents, Section B concentrated on the e-SERVQUAL aspects, and Section C addressed e-customer satisfaction. The data was examined utilizing the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results indicated that the majority of respondents expressed satisfaction with the quality. However, website design improvements should be made to encourage more online shopping. The recommendation in this study is beneficial to online service providers and future studies on e-SERVQUAL should be extended to another dimension to explore more aspects of determining quality service in an online setting.

Electronic commerce as a tool for implementation of the constitutional right to business activity

The scientific article examines the essence and development of e-commerce as a key element of the modern economy, which significantly changes traditional business models and creates new opportunities for entrepreneurs and consumers. The impact of information and communication technologies on economic development is analyzed and their decisive role in the implementation of electronic commerce is indicated. Several key innovations that have fueled the rapid growth of e-commerce are explored, namely: AI-powered personalization, omni-channel commerce across platforms, and the integration of secure electronic payments using emerging technologies such as blockchain. In addition to technological aspects, social and economic factors that contributed to the development of e-commerce are considered, including the COVID-19 pandemic, changing consumer habits and the growth of logistics companies. The article also covers the issue of legal regulation of electronic commerce, analyzing international legal acts. It is concluded that e-commerce is a complex phenomenon that includes not only trade transactions but also related business processes such as marketing, data processing and supply chain management. The need for further development of the legal framework for its effective functioning in Ukraine and the world is indicated. E-commerce is proposed to be understood as the process of buying, selling or exchanging goods, services and information using electronic means, mainly through Internet platforms, covering a variety of business processes, such as: online trade, electronic payments, digital marketing, supply chain management, etc. . It was established that the relationship between the right to entrepreneurial activity and e-commerce is that e-commerce is one of the forms of entrepreneurial activity that is adapted to the modern conditions of the digital economy and the development of information technologies, in particular, this relationship is embodied through the prism the following legal relations: the right to entrepreneurial activity as a basis. The constitutional right to entrepreneurial activity provides an opportunity to freely choose and carry out economic activity for the purpose of obtaining profit. This right covers the freedom to choose the form of doing business, dispose of profits and protect one’s interests in the process of carrying out economic activities; digitalization as a form of entrepreneurship. Electronic commerce (e-commerce) expands the traditional possibilities of conducting business, offering new ways for entrepreneurs through the Internet. It covers not only the purchase and sale of goods and services, but also various business processes related to the exchange of digital information, conducting financial transactions and managing logistics; digital capabilities. Thanks to electronic commerce, the right to do business is expanded by accessing global markets and simplifying interaction with customers, which allows doing business regardless of geographical boundaries and time. Entrepreneurs can quickly implement new technologies, automate business processes and provide an individual approach to consumers through digital platforms; protection, security and settlement. Thus, the state, realizing the constitutional right to entrepreneurial activity, must ensure legal regulation of electronic commerce. This includes the protection of consumer rights, control over the quality of services, regulation of digital signatures, protection of personal data and support for the security of online payments; innovation and competition. E-commerce stimulates the development of entrepreneurship, increasing competition through opportunities for innovation. Entrepreneurs working in e-commerce gain competitive advantages due to the efficiency of digital technologies and global opportunities.

SISTEM INFORMASI E-KASIR PADA CAFE UNICO TEMBILAHAN

Currently, many cashier systems still use manual or traditional methods, which can waste customers' time, especially those in a hurry. Mistakes in calculating total expenditure can also be detrimental to restaurants and customers. Therefore, the latest innovations have made the calculation process at the cashier faster and more efficient. This information system was designed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the Waterfall model. The implementation uses the PHP programming language and XXAMP and MySql web servers for database management. The E-Cashier system offers many benefits for companies, such as making it easier to monitor current product data, speeding up the buying and selling process, processing financial reports at the cashier, and helping with archiving financial data. The conclusion of this research shows that E-Kasir is very useful for business people.

Enhancing Environmental Awareness for Sustainable Retail: Analysis of the Buy-Online-and-Return-in-Store Policy Adoption Using Theory of Planned Behavior

This study explores the context of buy-online-and-return-in-store (BORS) policy from an environmental perspective and conducts a comprehensive analysis through the theory of planned behavior (TPB). Adding environmental awareness and awareness of consequences provides a new perspective on how sustainable practices can be enhanced through an omni-channel retail strategy. Survey responses from 405 participants were analyzed using structural equation modeling. Results show that attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control are key determinants of practical BORS policy. The study found that environmental awareness significantly influenced BORS adoption directly and indirectly by enhancing perceived behavioral control, whereas consequence awareness primarily affected adoption by shaping consumer attitudes. Compared with consumers who choose to return online, consumers who prefer in-store returns show higher environmental awareness, highlighting the environmental advantages of BORS. In addition, the BORS policy improves overall shopping satisfaction by integrating the convenient process of online purchases and offline returns, allowing consumers to switch freely between different channels. These findings provide valuable insights for retailers and policymakers seeking to promote sustainable consumer behavior to effectively promote the importance of sustainable retail practices.

Shopee Marketplace Promotion on TikTok: AIDA Model Study on the Impact of Purchasing Behavior of Young Women in Makassar City, Indonesia

This study analyzes the impact of young women’s purchasing behavior on user activity driven by Shopee marketplace promotions on TikTok. This study adopts the Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action (AIDA) model to evaluate purchasing behavior. A quantitative, cross-sectional survey method was employed, involving 283 female adolescent respondents from Makassar City. This study utilizes the AIDA model to assess the independent variables, namely frequency, duration, and consistency, and their influence on the dependent variable, the purchasing behavior process. The findings reveal that purchasing behavior, as measured through the AIDA model, has a positive and significant effect on Shopee marketplace promotions on TikTok. The result of the hypothesis test confirms that Shopee marketplace promotions on TikTok social media influence the product purchasing behavior process. This study further explores various Shopee promotion strategies on TikTok, including discounts, flash sales, cashback offers, free shipping, and product codes. This study offers a new perspective on investigating popular e-commerce platforms in Southeast Asia, particularly among young digital-native consumers. The practical implications suggest that online marketplaces can utilize social media promotions to drive purchases through diverse and engaging promotional strategies.

THE ROLE OF PERCEIVED ATTRACTIVENESS IN SHAPING CONSUMER PREFERENCES: A STUDY OF SPORTS BRAND T-SHIRT PURCHASING BEHAVIOR AMONG COLLEGE STUDENTS IN ZHENGZHOU, CHINA

The preference of customers is very impactful for the sports brand T-shirt making companies. The growth in the sportswear industry of China and preference of college students towards it, is significant, however, changes like change in trend and personality riots of consumers is considered significant. In this literature review chapter, previous research findings are presented about perceived attractiveness and its influence on purchasing behaviour of T-shirts with sports brands among college students in Zhengzhou, China. The review also investigates general theories like social identity theory as well as consumer buying behaviour theories where determinants like customer’s attitude, brand image and advertisement have been identified as determinants in the buying process. Brand reputation is identified in the literature to play a huge role in increasing perceived product attractiveness as well as how customer attitudes act as the mediating factor between perceived brand image and actual purchase behaviour. The quantitative method has been used by selecting 410 students to conduct surveys for using their purchasing behaviour and preferences. Along with this, SPSS and SmartPLS have also been used here. Some recommendation has been provided and some limitations have also been identified while conducting the study.

This research aims to determine the impact of implementing Murabahah financing in the buying and selling process for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at BMT UGT Nusantara. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of field research. The location that is the object of this research is BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Kencong. Researchers used primary data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity analysis uses triangulation techniques. The results of the research conclude that Murabahah financing at BMT UGT Nusantara Capem Kencong has a good impact on the economy, especially on the surrounding MSMEs, which can be proven by several developments that have occurred in MSMEs through indicators including increasing income, increasing trading facilities (ruko), and increasing the number of buyer

How Wanghong Live Streamers Affect Online Users’ Purchasing Behavior on Live Streaming Platforms: A PLS-SEM Approach

ABSTRACT Considering the distinct effects of the Wanghong group in retaining online consumers, more and more live streamers tend to accept the Wanghong economy and aim to become Wanghong live streamers. Although existing scholars have investigated the relationship between live streamers and online consumers, limited studies have discussed how Wanghong live streamers affect online consumers’ watching interest and lead to their final purchasing behaviors. To explore their purchasing decision-making process, this paper draws on the Attention-Interest-Desire-Action (AIDA) model and divides the process into Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action units. Through the data analysis based on the partial least squares path modeling and variance-based structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), both attractive appearance and social interaction designed by Wanghongs positively affect online consumers’ watching interest, generate their purchasing desires, and cause their final purchasing behaviors. The research results are helpful for related scholars and network industries to understand the interactive mechanism between online consumers and Wanghongs. Exploring the distinct effect of this group will be beneficial in driving the development of the Wanghong economy and improving the environment of live streaming economy.

Sustainable purchasing behavior and the consumer: Pre- and in-store interventions to facilitate the use of carbon labelling

This empirical article presents the results of two interventions at different stages in the purchase process designed to influence consumer purchase behavior towards lower carbon products. Survey and questionnaire results show the potential for targeted interventions to increase awareness and understanding of complex sustainability initiatives, such as carbon labelling. Analysis of supermarket loyalty card data provides further evidence of the widely cited attitude-intention-behavior gap. The value of measuring the behavioral impact of interventions objectively is therefore highlighted. The challenge of attempting to change behavior within real world contexts, such as a retail supermarket setting, is illustrated and the consequences of this discussed. Our findings present valuable insights for researchers studying behavioral change and stakeholders attempting to influence pro-environmental purchasing behavior.

Economic education of preschool children. A pedagogical view of the phenomenon

The article presents the significance of economic education in a person’s life and the need for it from an early age. The stage of development from which education on the basics of economy should start is the preschool age (3-6 years). The age of the ancestors, the initial stage of the child’s consumer socialization, during which its effects and ideas about the world of consumption are shaped. The consumer behavior of preschool children is determined by parents, who can use the purchasing process in the upbringing process. This issue is very relevant, since it constitutes an integral part of each person’s life and it’s also a subject of interest in many fields of social sciences, each of which introduces a different view, hence it’s multidimensional nature. The essence and significance of the process of economic education, including equipping children with knowledge about economics as well as basic ability of its usage in certain life situations were presented based on the research of recent publications collected from the Scopus and Google Scholar databases. The article points out the existence of tools that could be used in the methodology of preschool teacher’s work. The offered examples taken from pedagogic practice could help teachers with implementing methods of efficient economical education in the field of preschool pedagogy. The findings presented in the article point towards the need for economic education of preschool children and show its integral and timeless nature. One of the tasks of economic education in kindergarten is to shape the foundations of economic culture, which emphasizes the relationship between economic education and morality.

We explore three key areas where ML significantly enhances user engagement and drives conversion rates: image processing, personalized recommendations, and data-driven insights. Advanced ML models are shown to improve image quality, standardize vehicle presentations, and facilitate easier comparisons. Personalization algorithms, leveraging vector embeddings and reinforced feedback loops, tailor the browsing experience to individual preferences. Additionally, ML-driven insights provide users with valuable information on pricing trends and deal rankings. Our analysis reveals that these applications not only streamline the car buying process but also address critical challenges in the digital automotive retail space. The article highlights the potential for increased customer satisfaction, improved inventory management, and competitive advantages for early adopters.
