A COMPARATIVE REVIEW OF CONFERENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

For instance, EasyChair is recognized for its user-friendly interface and the inclusion of the Virtual Conference Support (VCS) feature, addressing the growing trend of virtual and hybrid events. ConfBay positions itself as a user-friendly CMS with customizable features, while OpenConf offers versatility through its Community, Plus, and Professional Editions. This review highlights the unique strengths of each CMS, empowering organizers with a deeper understanding of their capabilities. The adaptability of these systems to the evolving landscape of academic and scientific events is a central theme, underscoring their potential to significantly contribute to the success and efficiency of conferences globally. Ultimately, this analysis serves as a valuable resource for navigating the complex landscape of CMS platforms, guiding organizers toward optimal choices aligned with their unique event management needs.

The modern aspects of the optimal therapeutic strategy of hyperemesis gravidarum

Although, nausea and vomiting in early pregnancy is very common, affecting approximately 80% of pregnancies, hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) is a severe form that complicates up to 2.2% of pregnancies. HG is one of the most common indications for hospitalization during pregnancy. In addition to the insufficient nutrition both for the mother and fetus, the severity of HG symptoms causes a serious psychosocial stress, which leads to depression, anxiety and even the development of perinatal pathology. The aim of this meta-analysis was to study available randomized controlled trials about therapeutic strategies by HG, their evaluation based on both subjective and objective measures of efficacy, maternal and fetal/neonatal safety, and economic costs.A systematic data search was conducted using the databases MEDLINE, ISI Web of Science, PubMed, Scopus, Google Scholar, Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews and publications in professional editions of Ukraine for 2013–2023. The search was conducted using the following keywords: pregnancy, nausea and vomiting of pregnant women, excessive vomiting of pregnancy, hyperemesis, antiemetic therapy during pregnancy, infusion therapy and the safety profile of medications prescribed during pregnancy in various combinations.The main outcome was: the effectiveness of therapeutic strategies (reduction or stopping nausea/vomiting); detailing by safety profile of antiemetic drugs; optimization of infusion therapy; additional clinical strategies that help to improve the quality of care for pregnant women; adverse effects and side effects of drugs for HG for the mother/fetus/newborn.The results presented in this meta-analysis can be used in the creation of a national clinical guideline, protocol, consensus or clinical recommendations regarding the clinical management of hyperemesis gravidarum.

Editorial Policy of Scientific Journal as Factor in Ensuring Principles of Publication Ethics

The study aims to determine the essential criteria for assessing the compliance of the editorial policy of a scientific journal with the principles of publishing ethics and academic integrity. The research methodology uses the content analysis method. By this method, the content of the websites of "A" category scientific journals in social communications from the List of scientific professional editions of Ukraine as of October 1, 2022, has been analysed. The research also involves the use of methods of generalisation and grouping to determine the criteria for assessing the completeness of the information presentation of the editorial policy regarding publication ethics and prevention of unethical practices. The information content of the websites of scientific journals indicates thematic proximity but not the identity of the way of declaring the editorial policy regarding publication ethics and academic integrity. Emphasis on specific aspects of the editorial policy is a manifestation of the formation of the individual vision of the journal's editorial board of the concept of a quality scientific publication in line with generally accepted international standards. The novelty of the obtained results is in the definition of information blocks that serve as criteria for evaluating the completeness of the information presentation of the editorial policy regarding publication ethics and the prevention of unethical practices. These include the principles of publishing ethics, the review policy, and the policy of combating unethical practices. Conclusions. The widespread distribution of norms of publication ethics and academic integrity on the websites of scientific publications creates a single information field of requirements for participants in the publication process. The identified criteria for the completeness of the information presentation of the editorial policy in the field of publishing ethics determine the guidelines for the development of the content of the websites of new journals, as well as the transformation and adaptation to the modern requirements of already existing editions. The availability of detailed information on the principles of publishing ethics, review policy, and counteraction to unethical practices policy will increase the level of awareness and literacy of all participants in the publishing process: authors, editors, reviewers, and consumers of scientific information. Biologized agricultural methods as a basis for sustainabile functioning of a hop plantation

Intensive technological process of hop growing traditionally supposes withholding of spaces between rows of hop plantations free of vegetation due to the interrow cultivating. It results in the disruption of the natural process of reproduction of soil fertility, and in a decrease in the stability of the functioning and productivity of agrobiocenosis. In a hop growing the problem of humulocenosis constancy home and foreign scientists partly decide by green manure in spaces between rows. It makes it possible to restock organic substances of soil in the conditions of deficit of organic fertilizers and decrease anthropogenic pressure on an environment. This issue is studied more widely and publications on this theme meet in professional editions. However, the problem of application of grass mixtures for tinning the spaces between rows, and its influence on the soil fertility factor, water-physical and chemical properties, and hop productivity has not been sufficiently studied. The aim of the research is to develop the main agroecological components of the sustainable functioning of the agrobiocenosis of hop plantations in order to prevent deterioration because of the anthropogenic loading. Methods of researches are the field experiments, laboratory researches, meteorological researches, statistical methods of analysis. It has been pro­ven that the efficient functioning of the agrobiocenosis of hop plantations is ensured by energy–saving norms for the use of fertilizers, which are based on green manure of row spacing (oil radish) with the introduction of 20 000 kg of humus per hectare + N180Р160К220; double green manure between rows (oil radish and lupine alternately) + N100Р60К120; sod between rows with the introduction of 20000 kg of humus per hectare before turfing + N180Р160К220. At the same time, the yield of hop cones remains at the level of the generally accepted regulations for the use of fertilizers, and in the variant with green manure and the introduction of 20 000 kg of humus per hectare + N180Р160К220, it has an advantage of 9–10%. Environmental — economic efficiency indicates the feasibility of forming agrobiocenesis of hop plantations, which is based on such components as sideration and sod between rows. It is less costly, and improves the natural process of soil restoration, and profitability exceeds traditional technology by 1.0–10.5%.

New intalios of Andrii Levytskyi

The purpose of this study is to analyze in detail the most characteristic and expressive intalios of Kyiv graphic artist A. Levytskyi, created in recent years, in particular “Beetle’s tree. Garden” (2019), “Dukedom Day”, “Dukedom Night” (both — 2020), “Toros Bravos”, “On the Bridge”, “Motus Animi Continuus”, “Poem about the cinchona tree (Jean de la la Fontaine)”, “The player. Dostoevsky vs Tolstoy” (all — 2021).
 The methodology. A. Levytskyi is an interesting modern Ukrainian graphic artist. The vast majority of publications about the artist’s creativity are just for reference or popular science (Katerynenko (2011), Lamonova (2003, 2022)). This is especially true for foreign editions (d’Arcy Hughes, Vernon-Morris (2008)). Several articles in the periodicals are devoted to the artist’s personal exhibitions (Lamonova (2004, 2004, 2004, 2009)) and his participation in group projects (Lamonova (2010)). Publications in professional editions, with one exception (Kvitka (2013)), also relate to the exhibition activities of the artist (Lahutenko (2001), Lamonova (2010)).
 The results. In the new intalios, in particular those created during 2019-2022, A. Levytskyi resorted to various innovations and experiments. He turns to non-figurative art, experiments with the form, composition and color scheme of his works. Particularly noteworthy is the emergence in the artist’s graphics of characters, both somewhat symbolic and quite full-fledged.
 The scientific topicality. This material is the first scientific publication about the creativity of A. Levytskyi.
 The practical significance. The research is a part of the individual planned theme of the author “Ukrainian graphics of 2000-2020 as a variety of author’s formal and stylistic interpretations” and the general planned theme of the Department of Fine and Decorative-applied Arts of M. T. Rylskyi Institute of Art History, Folklore and Ethnology of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine “Domestic artistic and art history experience in the dimension of modern interpretive and historical and cultural strategies”.
 Conclusions. A. Levytskyi’s new intalios, in particular created during 2019–2022, demonstrate a wide range of artist’s searches. Particular attention is drawn to the emergence on the artist’s intalios of characters, both somewhat symbolic and quite full-fledged. This may indicate the beginning of a very new period in his creativity.

Software and Hardware Support of the Project “Library of a New Generation in Creative University” at the Kemerovo State Institute of Culture

The results of the project “Library of a new generation in creative university” within the framework of the federal project “Creative People”, carried out at the Kemerovo State Institute of Culture in the direction of “Library and information activities” in terms of software and hardware implementation, are presented. Goals and objectives of the project were the following: creation of a comfortable environment for students, organization of an accessible environment for servicing people with disabilities, implantation of RFID systems, digital technologies for the formation of digital competencies of students and improvement of the digital information environment of the institute. The software and hardware, the results of their operation are considered. The practical results of the project implementation are outlined: the introduction of new services on the library bases, promotional events, publications in professional editions, the inclusion of the elective “VR-design” in the curriculum, the formation of digital content (electronic library of music publications, 3D modeling), the transfer of the library fund to RFID technology. Project prospects are shown: experiments in the field of work with information support of science and education, the formation of an open information space, including the work with new types of data; enriching the educational experience of students by creating a rich educational environment in physical and virtual space.

Сучасний стан здоров`я населення України

A retrospective and prospective analyses of the rate of incidence and prevalence of diseases of the population of Ukraine over 1990-2017 were carried out on the basis of sectoral statistical reports and professional editions, which made it possible to characterize the current state of health and identify the tendencies in the incidence and disease prevalence in the country. Objective: We studied and analyzed the tendencies of the health state of the population in Ukraine. Materials and methods: We used the data of the sectoral statistical reports and professional editions over 1990-2017, as well as the annual report “On the State of Health of the Population, Sanitary-and-Epidemiological Situation, and Results of the Activity of Health Care System” by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, State Institution «Ukrainian Institute for Strategic Studies, Ministry of Health of Ukraine». The method of the statistical analysis of the factual and analytical material was used as a main one, it forms a holistic view of health and medico-demographic situation in the country. Results: During the years of Ukraine's independence, insufficient attention has been paid to the problems of health improvement. The population numbers is falling sharply. In Ukraine, health care costs are low in comparison with the European countries. The structure of morbidity has changed over the last 10-15 years. The most vulnerable groups: children and adolescents, the elderly are of particular concern. An important role in the formation of morbidity rates is played by chronic non-communicable diseases, their level increased significantly in 2005-2010. The general pathological incidence of school-age children in those years also increased and had a significantly higher level among girls than boys. The incidence rate of mental and behavioral disorders in Ukraine has increased. The prevalence of mental and behavioral disorders had its own features in different regions. The rates of incidence and prevalence of diseases in the children of 0-17 years old of age were quite high and had a wavy nature. Conclusions: The implementation of the state and sectoral measures for the improvement of the health of the population of Ukraine, a cardinal reconstruction of the public view regarding the causes and consequences of a significant deterioration in the health of the population can be solved by a radical way of the preservation and strengthening of both personal and public health.

THE USE OF INNOVATIVE TOOLS IN THE EDITORIAL PROCESS OF SCIENTIFIC JOURNALS OF UKRAINE

Rapid progress in the field of publishing scientific journals, on the one hand, facilitates all editorial processes, and on the other hand, increases the risks of losing the uniqueness of a scientific article. The growing need of scientific journals for supporting tools that would, on the one hand, protect journal editions from unscrupulous authors who resort to the practice of scientific plagiarism, and on the other hand, instill in authors a sense of responsibility for the texts they send. The purpose is to reveal the problems of using text similarity scanners - plagiarism checking services in the editorial process of scientific journals of Ukraine, to verify by empirical research the theoretical hypothesis about the existence of certain types of practices of academic plagiarism in the Ukrainian scientific environment. Survey of editors of professional editions of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has been conducted using the CAWI method with the help of the Google forms functionality. The sample consisted of 99 experts (editors of category “A” journals – 8%; editors of category “B” journals – 92%), who represented the general population on the basis of “journal category”, which ensured the validity of the results. The opinion of the editors of scientific journals on the use of text similarity scanners in the editorial process has been determined. The most widely used services are Unicheck and Antiplagiat, which, according to respondents, most simply and concretely solve the problem of plagiarism and reuse of text. It has been identified that publishing houses that publish journals with international distribution and those indexed by the scientometric platforms Scopus and WoS (category “A” according to the national classification) mostly use similarity scanners. Publishing houses operating only within Ukraine, the journals of which are not represented in prestigious scientometric platforms, often ignore plagiarism detection software altogether and rely solely on the opinion of reviewers and editors. It is shown that the practice of using text similarity scanners, although entrenched in the Ukrainian scientific and publishing space, is still not widespread enough and does not cover the vast majority of scientific journals that rely only on traditional forms of reviewing scientific texts.

Technology of self-healing road pavements: current status and development prospects

Introduction. Presently, there exists no unified methodology that could control self-healing properties of materials due to the lack of criteria characterizing the ability of materials to respond to impacts and to cope with adverse effects produced on their properties or structure. All assessment methods applied to self-healing properties of materials are reduced to the calculation of the ratio of relative changes in the value of parameters to be measured. A “self-healing” material is a material capable of initiating liquidation of structural defects, so that the rate of this process could exceed the one of spontaneous propagation of defects, while the resistance of the new structure to operating loads is not lower than the initial one. Development of solutions, capable of implementing this principle, will ensure longer service lives of materials.
 Materials and methods. A set of general methods of logical research was applied. These methods are based on the theoretical analysis of process solutions presented in professional editions, information resources maintained by their developers and in mass media, patents, research articles and reports.
 Results. The self-healing technology is applicable to asphalt concrete with regard for its structural features and thermoplastic properties. Self-healing means restoration of the structural integrity of physical and chemical bonds by moistening crack surfaces, diffusion of molecules between them, and arbitrary dissipation of molecules to ensure reinforcement. Self-healing process uniformity is attainable by applying the technology of functional agent encapsulation so that it could be added to the mix along with other components at the stage of the asphalt concrete mix preparation.
 Conclusions. Existing technological solutions can generate capsules that contain the recovery agent in the amount of up to 90…94 % of the total volume. General requirements and quality standards that apply to self-healing materials, used in construction, must be developed to identify their efficiency depending on application conditions. Provisions of the adhesion theory can be applied to the self-healing technology in the course of its implementation.

GENDER COMPONENT OF THE LIBRARY PROFESSION: CONTENT ANALYSIS OF PROFESSIONAL PUBLICATIONS

The article deals with gender segregation on the example of the IT sphere of modern libraries. The characteristic of this problem is presented through the research of professional journal editions of the USA and Russia during 1980–2017 in the context of the analysis of the gender of the authors of the publications. According to the results of the study, including content analysis of librarianship publications, which cover the issues of IT implementation in the work of libraries, it was found that the following signs of gender segregation exist: almost a uniform distribution of scientific publications among women and men which represent the IT field in the library, despite the background of the female contingent among the library staff; there is a significant quantitative advantage of male co-authors; IT majors are more likely to collaborate with their female counterparts to develop collaborative projects, which is reflected in co-authored publications about IT issues; there is a slight tendency of increase of the number of women authors of publications in the professional library publications with a technical bias in recent years. It has been found that, despite some successes, women librarians are not only less published than men in professional information technology magazines, but also less represented in the IT field of the library. It is noted that the effective methods to address the issue of gender segregation in the work of modern libraries can be: participation in activities to promote IT careers by implementing on-the-job training programs, mentoring and internships, creating online networks for women in IT, involvement of women in research and innovation in order to develop their capacity to apply creative approaches and to fill research with new content.

Assessment of the disposition of the future Ph.D to research and innovation activity: criteria, indicators, levels

The relevance of the research is the need to enhance the research and innovation training effectiveness of future PhD students, who are able to compete in the international scientific environment. A mechanism for assessing the disposition of future doctors of philosophy to research and innovation is presented in this article, using a criterion-level approach. The disposition is represented by a set of motivational and goal-oriented, personally-creative, content-active and reflective-perspective components. The motivational, creative, cognitive, activity and reflexive disposition criteria are defined. These criteria are measured through the system of proposed indicators. Low (adaptation), medium (search) and high (creative) levels of disposition for research and innovation activity are defined. The component characteristic of the levels of disposition is presented, which is a prerequisite for the construction of a conceptual model of research and innovation training of graduate students. It is proved, that the general level of disposition of future doctors of philosophy to research and innovation activity is determined mainly by its productivity. Low-level graduate students will have only those results of research and innovation activity that are stipulated by the formal requirements, i.e. abstracts at national and international conferences and articles in the state language in professional editions of Ukraine.The medium level is characterized by the fact that a graduate student: has publications in foreign editions; finds ways of their practical application, which is confirmed by existing patents; competes for additional funding, so prepares applications and participates in grants, scholarship awards. Finally, a high level of disposition describes a graduate student, who has publications in Scopus and Web of Science international science databases and / or real experience in attracting external funding to implement his/her own projects (grant, award, scholarship, contract, license sold). The criteria, indicators and levels, identified in the article, provide an opportunity to diagnose the disposition of future doctors of philosophy to research and innovation activity in the process of their preparation, as well as to identify those components of that disposition that are not formed enough

Efficiency estimation of scientific research conducted by masters’ of nursing by means of modern scientometric technologies

Nursing is an important link in health care, providing a wide range of medical care that includes caring, first aid, prevention, rehabilitation, etc. The integration of Ukraine into the international labor market creates new requirements for health insurance. Scientific research in the sphere of nursing is an integral part of the professional training of the nurses. Masters’ of Nursing are involved in the formation of unique scientific knowledge that promotes nursing practices that distinguishes nursing from other professions. One of the important tasks of professional training for Masters' students are forming a scientific communicative competence in order to improve not only their scientific research but also creating favorable conditions for representing the scientific research results with the help of innovative scientometric technologies. As such, the purpose of the article is to analyze the utilization of innovative approaches for assessing the validity of the results of Masters' scientific research by means of modern scientometric technologies. The research methods are as follows: to reach the objectives the cross-correlation analysis is used. The research results are as follows: For 9 years, from 2010 to 2018, Masters created 1037 intellectual property documents. The obtained cross-correlation analysis data establishes a direct relationship between such scientometric indicators as: the total number of publications, the Hirsch index, the number of publications included in the international scientometric database, the number of publications in foreign journals, the number of publications included in the list of scientific professional editions of Ukraine. The analysis enables the formulation of scientific criteria for evaluating the significance of scientific research conducted by Master’s of Nursing. This consists of the ability of the Masters to create intellectual property documents, to disseminate their research to the international scientific community. According to the scientific criteria, the following indicators are proposed: the number of presentations at the international level; the number of certificates confirming scientific development and its presentation at international scientific forums; the quantity and quality of the intellectual property documents; the number of publications included in international scientometric database; the number of publications in foreign languages; the number of publications included in the list of scientific professional editions of Ukraine; the presence of ORCID; the presence of citations by other researchers; presence and value of the Hirsch Index.

Synagogue Architecture of Latvia between Archeology and Eschatology

Synagogue architecture during the second half of the nineteenth century and the early part of the twentieth century was seeking novel modes of expression, and therefore the remains of ancient synagogues that were being discovered by western archeologists within the borders of the Biblical Land of Israel became a new source of inspiration. As far away as the New World, the design of contemporary synagogues was influenced by discoveries such as by the American Jewish architect, Arnold W. Brunner, who referenced the Baram Synagogue in the Galilee in his Henry S. Frank Memorial Synagogue at the Jewish Hospital in Philadelphia (1901). Less known is the fact that the archaeological discoveries in the Middle East also influenced the design of synagogues in the interwar period, in the newly-independent Baltic state of Latvia. Local architects picked up information about these archaeological finds from professional and popular editions published in German and Russian. Good examples are two synagogues along the Riga seaside, in Majori and Bulduri, and another in the inland town of Bauska. As was the case in America, the archaeological references in these Latvian examples were infused with eschatological meaning.

Register of scientific professional journals of Ukraine – navigator of scientific periodicals of Ukraine

In December 2018 the information and reference system “REGISTER of scientific professional editions of Ukraine” (http://resources.ukrintei.ua/refer/) was created at the SSO UISTEI. The purpose of the project is to create a convenient and accessible online platform containing information that will be useful to the authors (helps in the choice that is best suited for publication), editors (helps to improve and develop their own journals, helps to be in the trend in the development of professional scientific journals of Ukraine), experts (for monitoring of changes and verification of compliance with issued formal criteria). The service should ensure the availability of information about the scientific specialists of Ukraine. The system has a convenient multi-level search for publications based on a number of parameters, filtering functions and sorting content. The project was supported by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and a link was posted on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science, through which any user can access the service online. The service (currently) contains and stores information on more than 1,760 scientific professional journals of Ukraine. In plans for further development it is planned to develop the possibility of external editing of the publication data by the founders, which will help to provide the most up-to-date information about the professional journals, to take into account the changes that arise in scientific periodicals. Using the service will simplify the control and improve the quality of management of expert opinions on the expediency of providing scientific publications with the status of professional

The study of philosophical problems of the humanities at department of social sciences and ukrainian studies of Bukovinian state medical university (2001-2017)

The article covers scientific work, which is an inte- gral part of pedagogical work in a higher educational institution. The goal of the study of the topic is the importance of the scientific element in the work of the teacher of higher education and the actualization of the epistemological potential of his activity. The scientific search for teachers of philosophy defines axiological priorities and leads to the formation of their own fundamental ideological views. In addition, scientific activity can represent the work in leading professional native editions. Monographs and collective scientific developments contribute to the formation of common ideas concerning the priorities of the development of philosophy in the medical school. At the department of social sciences and Ukrainian studies the beginning of the 21st century became a period of intensification of scientific researches. Collective monographs, scientific articles, participation in scientific and practical forums and conferences - all this allowed the formation of human-oriented components of philosophical knowledge in medicine. Research methods was constructed onthe general scientific and philosophical methodical arsenal. An important methodological approach in the coverage of this topic is hermeneutics. Scientific novelty: formation of axiological, logical, epistemological and ethical elements in medical practice is the key theme that researchers studied in scientific research. Conclusions. Thus, scientific work was not isolated from the general educational process, but harmoniously supplemented its educational and methodological elements.

INNOVATIVE WAYS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SCIENTIFIC PERIODICAL EDITION OF THE ECONOMIC PROFILE

The weak competitiveness of domestic science is one of the painful realities of the present. Experts in the field of science-research studies note the low publishing activity of Ukrainian scientists and the lack of knowledge of foreign colleagues in the results of domestic scientists. All this leads to insufficient integration of Ukrainian science into the world scientific community and complicates the cooperation of our scientists in the field of global scientific projects. One of the ways to intensify interaction with the international scientific community is to create competitive professional editions, with high-quality content, published in several languages and having analogies on the Internet. The article summarizes the experience of development of domestic scientific editions of the economic profile (EEP). The purpose of the publication of this work is to describe the internal and external environment of the innovative project of the site of the scientific national journal of the economic profile, namely the substantiation of the project of the electronic version of such edition (EVE). The influence of macroeconomic factors has been investigated. It has been shown that legal and technological factors affect the development of the publication and its electronic analogue positively, and the social, economic and political factors affect the project rather contradictory. The competitive advantages of a modern national economic journal are formulated, such as the availability of an electronic version of the magazine with support for multimedia, access to full-text archives, as well as a well-considered editorial policy and a stable reviewing system. The priority areas for the development of the EEP are the improvement of the quality of scientific publications and a registration of the journal in the science and technology databases of Web of Science and SCOPUS, which presupposes compliance with such requirements as, ISSN availability, periodicity of release, a stable review system, a well-considered editorial policy, a statement of compliance with publication ethics, wide enough geography of authors, presence of a site of a scientific journal (EVE), high quality of polygraphy.

Periodical scientific professional publica- tions as a means of institutionalization of science are examined by A. Bessarab. The data- base «Ukrajinika Science» is characterized by O. Sandul. The researcher analyzes publi- cations connected with political and political sciences (2003–2013), and reveals the pe- culiarities of the specific distribution and dynamics of articles. Yu. Ganjurov researches the process of formation and evolution of periodicals on political sciences. He highlightsthe stages of the formation of political science periodicals paying attention to the crite- rion of changing requirements for professional publications. This article is connected with the third stage (2012–2018).Paper objective. The purpose of the article is to explore the problems of integrating of Ukrainian political science into the international information space, in particular, the reasons for the low level of such integration; to indicate the problems of displaying of scientific periodicals in international science-computer databases; to characterize the scientific professional editions on political sciences and international science-computer databases (Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar, Index Copernicus).Paper main body. The problems of integration of Ukrainian political science into the international information space are indicated. The reasons for the low level of such inte- gration are pointed out. One of the ways of solving the problem is to create bibliometrical portraits of scientists, profiles of magazines and units of institutions (for example, the in- formation-analytical system «Bibliometrics of Ukrainian Science»). The characteristic of professional editions of the political sciences is given. It is emphasized that a new central edition, which would be presented in the well-known international databases, is necessary today. The following leading scientific databases such as Web of Science, Scopus, Google Scholar, Index Copernicus are described.Conclusions of the research. International scientific databases, both commercial and non-commercial, are powerful tool for publicizing, disseminating, and using the results of scientific research. The level of integration of Ukrainian political science into the interna- tional information space is not enough today. Ukraine does not have a central periodical publication on political sciences, which accumulated the latest achievements of Ukrainian experts and will be presented in international databases. The absence of such publication negatively affects the institutionalization of political science and is a barrier to scientific communication.

FEATURES OF THE SOCIOLOGICAI DIAGNOSTICS OF THE MEDIA FIELD IN THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

The article considers methodological approaches to the study of the media field transformations under contemporary changes and presents the results of the annual sociological monitoring conducted in the Republic of Belarus (2003-2017). The authors claim the redistribution of influence on the audience from traditional media in favor of Internet resources and other forms of network communications. Traditional mass media and communication media undergo radical changes, the subjects of which are professional editions and journalists together with the consumers of mass media information, who reproduce and disseminate the meaningful for them content in the Internet through the networks of virtual media communications. The sociological monitoring allowed to identify the level of influence of different types of media at the certain period of social-political and social-economic development of the Republic of Belarus. At the first stage of the media field studies (2003-2005), traditional mass media held leading positions, but from 2006 the Internet has rapidly increased its impact, and in 2014 a fundamentally new segment - the social media - stood out from the Internet and became a new actor of the media field. In 2017, the Internet together with television play a decisive role in the development of the media field. At the same time the interest to sociological studies of the features and content of mass media functions has increased, and there is also an obvious request for developing new methods and improving the existing techniques for the sociological study of the contemporary media field.

СТРУКТУРНО-СЕМАНТИЧНА СПЕЦИФІКА ТА ДИНАМІКА ФУНКЦІЮВАННЯ ПАСИВНИХ КОНСТРУКЦІЙ У СУЧАСНОМУ АДМІНІСТРАТИВНО-КАНЦЕЛЯРСЬКОМУ ПІДСТИЛІ

The issuer content and status of passive voice paradigm in the system of Ukrainian, hierarchy and both – structural and semantic – features of its constituents are still a disputable question. Committee Ukrainian guidelines and reference books, dated by the first decades of the ХХІ century, were the resources of material for this research. Without regard to comparative free development of standard Ukrainian after getting of independence by Ukraine the paradigm of passive voice, that was substantial reviewed in the newest grammatical researches, has the transformation in a modern scholastic, and also in the in modern committee Ukrainian: it’s nexus is formed by constructions with verbs on -ся ending and periphery – with predicative forms on -но, -то ending and by participles on -ний, -тий ending. Choice of passive or active construction type depends mainly on tastes of compilers of professional editions in modern committee Ukrainian, which does not distinguish the syntactic peculiarities of standard Ukrainian and Russian. Substantial advantage of constructions with verbs on -ся above active constructions and other types of passive constructions in the modern standards of documents is the part of history of committee Ukrainian, and it is high time for it to fall off the edge of the earth. Two-part constructions with predicative forms on -но, -то must occupy a central part in the paradigm of passive voice. Their impersonal value predetermines their prevalence in those documents, where attention is concentrated on completion of action and its result, but not on a performer. In documents, where a role of a performer or an action is pulled out on the first plan matters timelessness, active constructions as specific feature of Ukrainian syntax must prevail. Peripheral performance of constructions with predicative participles on -ний, -тий in committee Ukrainian depends not on language sense of specialist, but on the flavour of the constructions meaning – specifically, the establishment of permanent regularity of action or state continuing. Decision of problem of “ideal” correlation of active and passive constructions, explaining of their usage in modern committee Ukrainian, taking into consideration their structural and semantic specific will help to return the national originality to Ukrainian and, in particular, will provide the continuation of folk traditions in the performance of its inherent grammatical models.

Phenomenology of personality changes under post-traumatic growth

The article deals with the pressing issue of phenomenology of personality changes under post-traumatic growth. According to modern studies, traumatic events do not always inevitably lead to psychiatric disorders or dysfunctionality of life, they can also cause productive changes in the personality's life, so-called the post-traumatic growth. Scientific sources on the problem researched give grounds to believe that positive effects of post-traumatic growth are manifested in three main areas: attitude towards oneself, interpersonal relations, and philosophy of life. Research materials have been collected based on the analysis of domestic and international scientific professional psychological editions and periodicals for the period 2006–2016. It has been established that post-traumatic growth, in addition to qualitative transformational changes, can contribute to preservation, recovery and improvement of the personality's state of mental health as the highest individual and social value that promotes its social and psychological adaptation to the new forms of comprehending the reality.
