Features of preparation of future educators of pre-school establishments to the creative work with an orientation of culture of self-expression of the subjects in the educational process. The article substantiates the urgency, the modern approach to the formation of the culture of self-expression as a personal phenomenon, the indicator of their personal and professional growth of future educators of pre-school establishments. The content, the structure of the concepts of "self expression", "individual culture", "culture of self-expression", "self-organized activity" and other is specified; criteria and indicators of the formation of the culture of self-expression in the artistic and creative activity of students are determined, typology is also developed. In particular, based on data of specialists and author's theoretical and experimental research, the main aspects of the diagnostics of the formation of the culture of expression of student youth are highlighted. The organizational-pedagogical conditions of optimization of the process of forming the culture of self-expression of future specialists in pre-school education are proposed.
