Pancasila as State Ideology and Pillar of Religious Harmony in Indonesian Society

Religious diversity in a country is natural, but even so, an arrangement within the country is needed to accommodate differences in religion and belief. Without a fair arrangement, this can make the state less stable and cause religious conflicts in a country.This article examines Pancasila as the state ideology in forming religious tolerance. This research is a qualitative research with a literature study approach, namely by using books, documents, journals and other related sources as sources of research data. This study discussed about Pancasila as state ideology and religion, Pancasila Philosophy in Islamic Views, and Pancasila as an ideology forming religious tolerance. While data analysis is carried out by grouping, sorting and then looking for themes that are in accordance with the focus of research for later interpretation. Results of studi show;1) Pancasila as the state ideology has been fully supported by religious normativity. 2) The values and norms contained in Pancasila have compatibility with the values that become the teachings of Islam. and 3) Pancasila plays an important role in creating religious tolerance, mutual respect and respect for adherents of other religions, and not forcing beliefs on other parties.

Unity in Diversity of Religions in Bumi Flobamora, Indonesia: From Traditional to Modern Pluralism

The religiously diverse society of NTT (Bumi Flobamora) has received national title as the most tolerant province in Indonesia. However, reality shows that there are religious conflicts, such as the rejection of the establishment of Islamic places of worship and the emergence of various forms of violence with religious nuances. This study attempts to provide a new contemporary social philosophy explanation for the development of religious social conditions. With the help of philosophical methods, the results show that the ideology of pluralism has long lived in Bumi Flobamora. However, this model of "traditional pluralism,” which is based on local wisdom and supported by the government's policy of harmony, is currently no longer in line with demands for universal human rights, because "traditional pluralism" shows the unequal treatment of people of different religions. Therefore, contemporary social philosophy develops a "modern pluralism,” which is built on the principle of equality. To strengthen this new model of pluralism, efforts are needed to overcome the weaknesses of communitarianism. The main weakness of communitarianism is that it opens up a space for religious appreciation that only emphasizes the togetherness and unity of a spiritual community and views those outside the community as other people who may or should even be excluded. The study concludes that the unity of religions in Bumi Flobamora will only survive if traditional pluralism is replaced with modern pluralism, which is in line with the Political Ethics of the Indonesian nation, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, and the basic philosophy of Pancasila.

Penerapan Sistem Filsafat Pancasila terhadap Kehidupan Mahasiswa Prodi Teknik Industri Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya

This study investigates how the Pancasila philosophy is applied in the lives of students in the Industrial Engineering Study Program at PGRI Adi Buana University, Surabaya. Data was collected through interviews with Industrial Engineering Study Program students to gain a complete understanding. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach and phenomenological methodology. This research found that the application of Pancasila values in students' lives had a positive impact on the development of their character, ethics and national spirit. In addition, this research found that collective efforts from various parties can strengthen the internalization of these values, even though there are obstacles in implementing these values. Recommendations include increasing Pancasila-based character education programs and collaboration between universities and related institutions to increase the implementation of Pancasila values.

Studi Mazhab Frankfurt School Jurgen Habermas Dalam Diskursus Etika Politik Indonesia

This study seeks to identify two principles in Jurgen Habermas's discourse, namely Indonesian universal political ethics and Indonesian discourse political ethics. Done by implementing a qualitative description approach with the type of literature study. Data consists of documents that include books, journals, and relevant research results. The collected data will then be understood, recorded, and phrased and then analyzed by actualizing Habermas's discourse theory which contains (Universal Ethics) and (Discourse Ethics). So that conclusions can be drawn. This study states that in universal ethics, the formulation and implementation of the principles of universal political ethics Indonesia uses the philosophy of Pancasila because it is identified as the basis of the state and ideology of the Indonesian nation. Thus, all legal doctrines and legal political mechanisms in Indonesia need to contain the values contained in Pancasila. Meanwhile, discourse ethics states that the ethical principles of Indonesian discourse are carried out with the mechanism of the concept of democracy which focuses on a discourse in a public space. Therefore, the moral principles of ethics only need to be applied in the realm of legal systems and politics (Universal Ethics) not in the realm of democracy (Discourse Ethics). Because discourse upholds the principle of freedom, there is no intervention and does not require moral verification by all participants like universal ethics.

The purpose of this article is to elucidate how the principles of nationalism influence students' attitudes and behaviors, shaped by the norms and values of Pancasila, a philosophical system. The methodology employed for data collection involves a systematic review (meta-synthesis) of digital sources, encompassing an analysis of meta-ethnographic studies. The meta-ethnographic model serves as an "interpretive" tool, facilitating a comprehensive exploration of pivotal studies and their connection to the concept of character education in nationalism within the Pancasila framework. In order to delve into the realm of interpretive studies, there is a need to acquire "iterative" (spiral) data, deconstructing the ontological, epistemological, and axiological dimensions of the Pancasila philosophy. Employing this interpretive approach, the author chronicles the progress in the implementation of character education focused on nurturing students' sense of nationalism. This approach is rooted in the values and appreciation of the norms encapsulated in Pancasila, which, up until now, have not been fully optimized within the school context. Furthermore, the authors expand upon the foundational study, meticulously analyzing the concept of Pancasila within an intricate web of philosophical interpretations. This intricate analysis aims to decipher the essence of existence that students should embrace in their lives.

Normative construction of restorative justice implementation in accelerating state losses return in corruption crimes

The objective of this study is to explore the philosophical foundation for the application of restorative justice approaches in cases of corruption in Indonesia. The study aims to examine and analyze the success related to efforts to reclaim and take back state financial reimbursement due to corruption based on the provisions of Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning eradication of corruption crimes, which is mainly carried out by the process of confiscating the assets of the suspect's wealth which are found to have a relationship and link and match relationship with the suspect and his corruption crime. The research is intended to explore and discuss the shortcomings and challenges, both substantive and formal, in asset seizure for state recovery, as well as the analysis of the success of recovering substitute money in combating corruption crimes. Based on the research, it is concluded that the philosophy of Pancasila as a source of values derived from its five principles to guide the enforcement of law in Indonesia can be employed to examine Indonesian law.

Pedagogical Competency Development Program for Special Supervising Teachers for Slow Learner Children at SMPN 6 Jakarta

The main philosophical foundation in implementing inclusive education in Indonesia is the Pancasila philosophy which has the motto "Unity in Diversity" which is a symbol and symbol of recognition that Indonesia is a multi-cultural, multi-ethnic and multi-language country, customs, religions and beliefs as a wealth that must be guarded, maintained and developed within the framework of the Republic of Indonesia. For this reason, abnormalities (disabilities) and giftedness are just a form of diversity, just like differences in ethnicity, race, language, culture or religion. Education should not need to differentiate between children in learning in the classroom. This is the case at SMPN 6 Jakarta as one of known to be around 12 students, the majority of whom are slow learners. Meanwhile, the condition of the teachers at SMPN 6 is also considered to have low pedagogical competence in dealing with children with slow learner needs, all of whom are general teachers. However, these limitations create problems during the learning process at school, especially in individual learning. The research results show that: (a) the pedagogical competence of special supervising teachers at SMPN 6 Jakarta is still lacking in understanding pedagogical competence; (b) the obstacle experienced by teachers is the unavailability of training programs that support teachers' understanding and mastery of students with special needs; (c) formulation of a training program to improve the pedagogical competence of special supervising teachers at SMPN 6 Jakarta for children with special needs in the form of a training program; and (d) the results of the implementation test of the pedagogical competency training program for special supervising teachers at SMPN 6 Jakarta showed that it had a significant positive impact.

Therefore, these individuals were expected to have the capability of fostering creativity and responsibility, cultivating a democratic attitude and tolerance, developing high intelligence alongside noble character, and nurturing love for the nation and fellow humans, as outlined in the 1945 Constitution.

Indonesia, as a country with the Pancasila philosophy, has values that include individualism and collectivism. However, in practice, there is sometimes a misalignment between the concepts of individualism and collectivism in the implementation of Pancasila democracy. This study aims to identify and analyze the alignment between the concepts of individualism and collectivism in the context of Pancasila democracy. This research uses qualitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research is literature study. The data that has been collected is then analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that Pancasila democracy is an ideal government system to balance individualism and collectivism. Individualism and collectivism can be harmonized in Pancasila democracy by implementing several strategies, including strengthening character education to instill Pancasila values, increasing community participation in the democratic process, and empowering communities through sustainable development programs.

This means that the research step that must be prioritized is data based on facts, symptoms, phenomena, reality which is the theme, then processed, processed, so that at the end of the research it can become a proposition, model or even theory. The solution to this problem is to have qualified teachers, provide socialization in the school, and practice the basic values ​​of Pancasila, and not just verbally in Pancasila and citizenship education books.

This research aims to examine the philosophical basis for the formation of the Marriage Law and the Population Administration Law in regulating interfaith marriages. This research uses a method using study literature, namely a method by collecting data from previous research results regarding interfaith marriages and processing the data to analyze it on the philosophical basis of the Marriage Law and the Population Administration Law. The results of this research show that in the Marriage Law the existence of the Marriage Law jo. Government Regulation no. 9 of 1975. Article 2 paragraph (1) of the Marriage Law clearly stipulates that: "Marriage is valid if it is carried out according to the laws of each respective religion and belief." This means that a marriage can be categorized as a valid marriage if it is carried out according to the laws of each religion and belief of the couple entering into the marriage. Meanwhile, in the Population Administration Law, the philosophical basis is based on the Pancasila philosophy and the 1945 Constitution. The Effect of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) Model and Motivation on Understanding Pancasila Philosophy

The effect of the Teams Games Tournament learning model and motivation on understanding the ideology of Pancasila in the Civics Study Program was studied using a non-equivalent group pretest-posttest research design. The PPKN study program, totalling 30 people, was the subject of this research. Questionnaires and tests are used to gather information about research findings. The research investigation was carried out using the independent sample t-test technique, with a significance level 0.05. The study's findings show that the total count is 5.509. Here, the t value exceeds the 2.048 t table value. These findings suggest that cooperative learning models of the TGT kind effect student learning motivation. Based on the Independent Samples Test on "Assumption of Equal variances," the Sig is known. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 to be the basis for decision-making in the Independent Sample T-Test. As a result, there is a relatively significant difference in learning outcomes between students taught using the conventional learning model (control class) and students taught using the TGT learning model. The Pancasila ideology is different in applying the Teams Games Tournament learning model to the standard learning model. Second, the Teams Games Tournament learning style can increase learning motivation because of active participation.

The philosophy of Pancasila plays an essential role in education and cultivating Pancasila values to prevent moral degradation.

This research investigates the impact of coastal management regulations on Indonesia's tourism. Through literature review, it examines the effectiveness of statutory regulations. In order to manage coastal resources sustainably, comprehensive legislation and stakeholder involvement are needed. The importance of laws such as the PWP3K, Spatial Planning, and Job Creation for regulating coastal areas is underscored. These laws and regulations have a crucial role in achieving integrated and sustainable coastal area management, which must be implemented through spatial planning policies. Sustainable development requires a legal basis for coastal spatial planning regulations based on the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila philosophy.
