Trends and research networks in greening business: A bibliometric analysis

Business development contributes to the sustainable economic development of the country while also leading to significant environmental changes at the global level. The greening of businesses is becoming a priority area of strategic management for companies, considering the growing environmental challenges and the need to move toward sustainable business models. This study aims to identify the historical, evolutionary, spatial, and conceptually scientific landscape of greening businesses through bibliometric analysis. The study analyzed 660 sources in the Scopus database from 1992 to 2024. The use of VOS Viewer software and the Scopus analysis tool has shown that greening business research has been of interest among many authors and is a growing trend. The rapid growth of publications from 2019 to 2024 shows its significance to many government agencies, business people, investors, and researchers. The growing number of scientific studies in economics, management, and ecology indicates a growing scientific focus on the problems of greening businesses. The United States occupies a leading position in research volume, while the United Kingdom and China emphasize their significant contribution to developing this concept. A comprehensive analysis of scientific publications identified seven key clusters reflecting the directions of modernization of environmental business. These include green technologies, green finance, and an economy focused on the environmental transformation of businesses. The dynamics of publication activity in these fields of science confirm the relevance of the concept of eco-friendly business and its significant potential for further scientific research and practical implementation. Tinjauan Penyaluran Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) Kepada Nasabah Pada PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bogor Pomad

Financing is the provision of money or bills that are equated based on an agreement or agreement between the bank and another party that requires the party to be financed to return the money or bill according to a certain period of time with compensation or profit sharing. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Finance (PMK) No.135 / PMK.05 / 2008 dated December 5, 2008, article 5 concerning the People's Business Credit (KUR) guarantee facility, it is stated that the People's Business Credit (KUR) is a program issued by the government, but the source of funds comes entirely from bank funds. People's Business Credit is financing for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the form of Working Capital Credit (KMK) and or Investment Credit (KI). The purpose of this financing research is to determine the provisions for distributing people's business credit financing, to determine the stages of distributing KUR financing and to determine the obstacles experienced by PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bogor Pomad in the process of distributing people's business credit financing and solutions to each obstacle that occurs in the process of distributing people's business credit financing at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Bogor Pomad. The results of the study indicate that the process of distributing people's business credit at PT Bank Syariah is good and in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). In the process of distributing financing, there are terms and conditions in advance when you want to apply for super micro KUR financing, micro KUR and small KUR at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia. By collecting requirements in the form of documents or other requirements that have been determined by the bank before applying for the financing. After the terms and conditions have been met, prospective customers must follow the stages in the KUR financing distribution process until the final decision on the disbursement of financing that will be given by the bank. PENGARUH FAKTOR PRODUKSI PERTANIAN DAN KUR PERTANIAN TERHADAP PRODUKSI PADI (PERIODE 2018 - 2022)

Rice is a strategic food. The quality, price, and availability of rice are always observed and taken into account by all levels of society. This study was conducted to determine the effect of agricultural factors and agricultural KUR on rice production using secondary data obtained from BPS and the Ministry of Agriculture. The panel data regression approach method to test the effect of harvest area, fertilizer subsidies, tractor subsidies, rainfall, temperature, and agricultural people's business credit, and labor on rice production nationally for the period 2018- 2022. The sample of this study is 23 provinces in Indonesia with the criteria for the distribution of the largest production. The results showed that partially the variable of harvest area, fertilizer subsidy, tractor subsidy, and agricultural people's business credit had a significant positive effect on rice production while the variable of rainfall, temperature, and labor partially had a negative effect on rice production. The implication of this research is expected that the role of institutions (Government) and rice farmers play a sustainable synergy by paying attention to variables that affect rice production.

The Role of Sharia Economic Stakeholders in Indonesia’s Sharia Economy Masterplan 2019-2024: Pentahelix Concept Analysis

Indonesia's Sharia economy has grown rapidly in recent years, attracting the attention of investors both domestically and internationally. In 2019, the Indonesian government launched the Sharia Economic Masterplan 2019-2024 to strengthen the Islamic economic ecosystem and position Indonesia as the world's leading Islamic economic center. This study aims to analyze the role of each Islamic economic stakeholder in the 2019-2024 Indonesian Islamic Economics Masterplan using the Pentahelix concept analysis. The results show that the government plays a crucial role as a regulator in formulating policies and regulations that support Islamic economic development. Through research and public consultation, academics contribute relevant concepts and innovations to the development of the Islamic economy. Islamic business people and financial institutions, such as Islamic banking, Islamic capital markets, and MSMEs, play an essential role as drivers of the halal industry. The Islamic economic community acts as an accelerator in strengthening the halal industry in various sectors. Meanwhile, as a multiplier, the media plays an essential role in maximising the fulfillment of the halal market share by promoting and educating the public about the available halal products and services. It is hoped that the synergy between stakeholders can achieve inclusive, sustainable sharia economic growth and encourage the progress of the halal industry in Indonesia.

Perancangan Hotel di Medan dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Tropis

The Medan city is one of the largest cities in Indonesia with many economic and tourist activities. The Medan city is one of the gateways for Indonesian businessmen and tourists, especially in North Sumatra. This requires an accommodation that can be a lodging solution for business people and tourists who are doing temporary interests in the city of Medan. This has the potential to design a hotel as a temporary lodging solution for business people and tourists in the city of Medan. The hotel design uses problem solving methods that are focused on solving existing problems, starting from the formulation stage, data collection, analysis to synthesis using survey techniques, literature studies and comparative studies. So that through the design of this hotel, it can be the right lodging solution in the city of Medan with a Tropical Architecture approach that is able to provide comfort for users. Hotel design pays attention to the availability of infrastructure and utilities to support human needs in a design that is able to adapt to the surrounding environment.

The Influence of TikTok Influencers on Consumer Purchase Intention: A Case Study on TikTok Shop Users

This study is motivated by the phenomenon of digital marketing using influencers on TikTok with the aim of knowing whether trust, subjective norms, influence attitudes towards influencers, and whether attitudes towards influencers have a positive effect on purchase intentions at TikTok Shop. This research is quantitative research. There are 200 research samples taken using the convenience sampling method and measured using PLS-SEM method. The sample data used comes from TikTok users in Indonesia who use TikTok Shop. There are three hypotheses in this study and both hypotheses are accepted. However, Attitude Toward Influencers does not have a positive effect on Purchase Intention. This research is expected to provide insight for marketers and business people in designing effective marketing strategies in e-commerce, especially at Tiktok Shop.

This research aims to be a Case Study in the Indonesian Banking Sector: Implementation of the Policy for Using KUR People's Business Credit Collateral in Permenko Perekonomian Nomor 7 Tahun 2024 . The research background arises from the need to understand the implementation and impact in practice of credit protection policies in the banking sector. These findings provide insight for practitioners, academics and regulators regarding the implementation of the Collateral Use Permenko Perekonomian Nomor 7 Tahun 2024 Policy of Coordinating Minister for the Economy Number 7 of 2024 concerning People's Business Credit.

Developing Digital Marketing through Instagram Social Media and Promoting QRIS as a Payment Tool for UMKM Dapoermamaminie

Digital marketing is the application of digital technology to connect, interact, and communicate with customers to meet their needs and desires. Not a few business people do digital marketing to introduce their business. One place to do digital marketing is Instagram social media. The use of social media for digital marketing strategies is very important to be able to help MSMEs in expanding consumer networks in marketing their products that can increase their competitive advantage. Rapid technological developments can make it easier for MSME players to carry out their business activities. One of these technologies is Quick Repsonse Code Standard (QRIS), which is a technology issued by Bank Indonesia (BI) that is used to facilitate UMKM payment transactions, so that it can raise the UMKM class. The purpose of this research is to assist MSMEs in utilizing technology. This study used three parts including; (1) interview method, (2) direct application method, and (3) socialization method. This research was conducted at UMKM Dapoermamaminie.

Global Supply Chain: Pre & Post Covid-19 Analysis

Globalization and the availability of the internet, which have linked millions of people in trade and business across geographic distances, are partially to blame for the intricate interplay between supply and demand. A disruption in the supply chain affects several corporate organizations due to its interdependence. The supply chain networks faced other difficulties than the COVID-19 epidemic. Rather, it intensified and made the already-existing problems worse, which caused the sector to face a disruption in product delivery that led to the closure of certain businesses. The future appears bright, with substantial improvements and potential in policy reforms, big data analytics, and intelligent logistics, notwithstanding the difficulties encountered both before and during the epidemic. Leaders may use prescriptive analytics to improve the lessons learned during the epidemic and aid in decision-making when faced with similar problems in the future. To put it briefly, the extent of COVID-19's impact on SCM is without a doubt the biggest source of information that will influence discussions about policy change and redefine global cooperation in R&D, as was the case during the production of the COVID-19 vaccines. The current study suggests that more research be done to determine the true magnitude of the COVID-19 influence on SCM.

DETERMINATION OF POTENTIAL BUSINESS LOCATIONS USING DATA MINING CLUSTERING

Potential locations for businesses are highly sought after by business people to set up, expand their business, or establish a new business. Limited information on potential business locations is still a problem faced by many business people in making business decisions. The purpose of this research is to overcome the limitations of potential business location information. The approach used is the K-Means data mining clustering method which is compared to the Gaussian Mixture Model. The dataset used is residential, road access data and business points that already exist around the location. Both clustering methods are compared to the model evaluation method to determine the model with the best performance. The results show that the clustering method with the K-Means algorithm is the clustering model with the best performance. The results of the clustering resulted in 2 clusters, one of which is a cluster of potential business locations of 1041 locations. The conclusion of this study is that data mining clustering can be used to determine the optimal business location cluster. The results of this study can be recommended for business people to look for potential business locations, and for local governments to publicize potential business locations in order to attract investors from outside.

DESIGNING A WEB-BASED RESTAURANT RESERVATION INFORMATION SYSTEM WITH REQUIREMENT PROTOTYPING METHOD

The development of information technology is proliferating, along with the increasing human need for fast, precise, and accurate information. The role of information technology in supporting the business world will make it easier for business people to run their business. One of the business fields that can implement information technology is restaurants. Restaurant management is gradually changing from using conventional methods with manual recording to being more systematic through digital devices. With digital devices, restaurant managers can more efficiently record table reservations and food menu orders. On the consumer side, it is also easier because they can make reservations and food menus from anywhere via a computer or smartphone device connected to the internet. In this research, a web-based application will be created that is used as a means to record table reservations and order food menus with the case studies at Wisata Kampung Kemiri Jember. The design and creation of the website at Wisata Kampung Kemiri Jember uses the requirement prototyping software development method. For the testing process, the Black Box Testing method is used to test all features on the website that have been running according to their functions. To test the user experience, the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) method was used by distributing questionnaires. Through the implementation of this website-based table reservation and food ordering system, it is hoped that work efficiency can be improved to optimize customer satisfaction

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GARPUTALA METHOD AS A QUR'ANIC COUNSELING AND LEADERSHIP MODEL FOR BUSINESS PEOPLE

This study aims to examine the implementation of the Garputala method as a Qur'anic counseling and leadership model in supporting business people to face various problems effectively and affordably. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was obtained through interviews with alumni of Magnet Rezeki Training in the Bumi Serpong Damai area. The results showed that the Garputala method helps business people achieve emotional calmness and positive behavioral changes. In addition, the application of Qur'anic leadership through this method is proven to increase business turnover and provide solutions to mental problems and work productivity. The findings also demonstrate the potential of the Qur'an as an effective counseling medium for individual and organizational development. This research makes a practical contribution in introducing a spiritually-based approach that is relevant for the business world, while opening up opportunities for exploration of similar methods in other educational and social fields.

Although copyright registration is not required, it provides advantages in terms of legal defense against infringement. In addition, elements such as logos and product names require brand registration to obtain stronger legal protection. The research also identifies the challenges that work owners face in prosecuting IPR infringement in cyberspace, including cost and time. With the increasing use of the internet in business, awareness of the importance of IPR protection has become essential to maintain the authenticity and value of digital assets. The results of this analysis are expected to provide insight for businesses in protecting their works online. The results showed that the Indonesian evidentiary system, which is regulated in the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP), requires at least two valid pieces of evidence to convict the defendant. This is in accordance with Article 183 of KUHAP, which emphasizes the importance of the validity of evidence in the judicial process. This research also found that the application of the reverse burden of proof in defamation cases is often controversial, as it is considered contrary to the principle of presumption of innocence and human rights.

Peran Investasi Langsung terhadap Penciptaan Lapangan Kerja di Indonesia: Sebuah Sintesis Literatur

Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) is important for economic growth and job creation in Indonesia. This article aims to analyze the contribution of foreign direct investment to employment, identify the factors that influence this relationship, identify the positive and negative impacts of foreign direct investment on job creation in Indonesia, as well as the challenges faced in attracting and utilizing this investment. The research method used is literature review, collecting and analyzing data from various relevant sources. The research results show that foreign direct investment not only opens up new jobs, but also brings technology and skills that can improve the quality of the local workforce. Foreign direct investment has been proven to contribute significantly in creating job opportunities through new projects, technology transfer and improving the quality of the workforce. However, challenges such as dependence on foreign companies and the potential for labor exploitation remain concerns. Supportive policies need to be formulated to maximize the benefits of foreign direct investment for society, especially in terms of creating quality jobs. It is hoped that these findings will become a reference for policy makers, business people and academics in formulating more effective economic development strategies.

Strategi Peningkatan Kinerja Bisnis Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (Studi Pada UMKM Makanan Dan Minuman Nasabah KUR Bank Syariah Indonesia Area Bandung Kota)

Bank Syariah Indonesia as one of the state-owned banks has an interest in the success of the people's business credit (KUR) financing program launched by the government. The objectives of this study are: (1) to analyse the effect of financial literacy on the business performance of food and beverage (F&B) SMEs; (2) to analyse the effect of financial inclusion on the business performance of F&B SMEs; (3) to analyse the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the business performance of F&B SMEs; (4) to analyse the effect of social media marketing capability on the business performance of F&B SMEs: (4) analyse the effect of social media marketing capability on business performance of mamin SMEs; and (5) formulate strategies to improve business performance of F&B SMEs. Data collection using the slovin method, where the sample size was set at 283 respondents. Research with descriptive and inferential statistical methods using multiple linear regression analysis, which consists of validity test, reliability, t test, F test. Strategy formulation using internal-external environmental analysis with IFE and EFE matrix, position mapping and alternative strategies with IE and SWOT matrixs, then determine strategy priorities with QSP matrix. The results of the analysis show that food and beverage SMEs are in quadrant I (grow and build). Based on the results of quantitative analysis on the QSP matrix, the strategy that can be implemented is assistance in preparing financial reports of SMEs to maintain financial stability.

Komunikasi Pemasaran Destinasi Wisata Situ Gunung Suspension Bridge Sukabumi Pasca Pandemi

Marketing communication activities are very diverse and growing rapidly to this day. Effective marketing is the spearhead for the development of the tourism business, especially when competition in the development of the tourism business shows an increasingly high identity with various products and new tourist destinations in this industry. In fact, not a few business people in the tourism industry failed and went out of business because they were unable to carry out their marketing activities effectively. PT. Fontis Aquam Vivam designs the most appropriate, efficient and effective marketing communications to make it easier for management to determine how marketing will be carried out.This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, documentation and triangulation techniques. Then analyze the data by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. As for the research informants there were 5 people, using a purposive sampling technique.The results of this study indicate that Fontis Aquam Vivam uses 6 dimensions in marketing communications, namely, Advertising, Personal Selling, Direct Marketing, Sales Promotion, Public Relations and Publicity, Interactive marketing. Based on the data obtained in the field, it shows that not all dimensions run well, there are several dimensions that do not work and are not implemented by PT. Aquam Vivam font.

A Study on the Effect of International Business Negotiation (Bilingual) Course on Students' Intercultural Communication Skills

Under the background of global economic integration, international business activities are becoming more and more frequent, and intercultural communication ability has become an indispensable core quality for international business people. As an important way to cultivate international trade students' cross-cultural communication ability, the teaching effect of International Business Negotiation (Bilingual) course has a profound impact on students' future career development. The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of International Business Negotiation (Bilingual) course on students' cross-cultural communication ability through empirical research, analyze the role of the course in enhancing students' awareness of cross-cultural communication, strengthening their language use ability, and mastering their cross-cultural negotiation skills, etc., and put forward corresponding optimization suggestions.

MSME 5.0: Digital Entrepreneurship Using The Pentahelix Model

The development of MSMEs 5.0 in the economic aspect of digitalization must adapt to industrial advances that are increasingly coexisting with technology. As a government program that wants to advance business actors in the current digital era, by educating MSME players. For this reason, it is necessary to collaborate or the role of figures (pentahelix) aims to see the development of Digital-based MSMEs, to see the role of stakeholders in the Pentahelix model and to see the strategy for developing Digital MSMEs. The type of research that will be used in this research is qualitative which is inductive analysis by collecting, compiling and describing various data, and actual information and using SWOT analysis from academics, business people, government, communities and media conducted in Banda Aceh City.

Becoming Paṇḍit: Religious Teachings, Diploma Politics, and Doctoral Education in Post-War Cambodia

ABSTRACT The entire education system in Cambodia was destroyed and the vast majority of its educated population were either killed or fled the country during the Khmer Rouge period (1975-1979). Since then, the higher education infrastructure has encountered numerous challenges, including a serious shortage of qualified teachers. Despite this, in recent years a very large pool of unqualified doctoral degree holders, popularly identified as paṇḍits, has emerged and includes politicians, business people, and monks. This article examines this situation by discussing how higher education degrees have become an attractive source of social prestige, political control, and economic influence in post-war Cambodia. It also discusses how popular understandings of paṇḍit, which also carries religious, social, and political significance, has become a barrier to the promotion of academic merit within the country’s higher education system.
