The article is devoted to the topical issue of training future biology teachers to organize students' research activities in the context of the transition to the New Ukrainian School. The article analyzes modern teaching principles that ensure effective training of future biology teachers to organize research activities in biology teaching. The features of the implementation of these principles in the educational process and their influence on the formation of future teachers' competencies necessary to create conditions for successful research work of students are considered. The purpose of the article is to systematize and analyze modern teaching principles that are the basis for preparing future teachers to organize students' research activities in biology; to study the peculiarities of implementing teaching principles in the training of future biology teachers. The following methods were used in the study: theoretical - included a detailed study of scientific literature and determination of the role of research in the general context of biological education, justification of the need to define the principles of training future teachers to organize research activities; empirical - involved direct observation of the educational process and analysis of the results of research work of students, which allowed to assess the real state of affairs in higher education institutions. The study determined that in order to effectively prepare future teachers to organize students' research activities, an integrated approach should be applied based on the following didactic principles: the principle of activity-based approach, the principle of personality-oriented approach, the principle of science, the principle of systematicity and consistency, the principle of practical orientation, the principle of creativity, the principle of cooperation, the principle of reflection, the principle of interactivity, the principle of integrative learning.

Online interaction of teachers in the system of formation of research skills of students with special educational needs

The article describes the features of creating and using an electronic educational environment for online interaction of teachers. The well-founded importance of online experience exchange between teaching staff for the organization of research activities of students involved in inclusive education. The content of electronic educational modules for teacher collaboration in Google Class is described. The stages of the "World Cafe" as a modern form of interaction between teachers and a practical psychologist in an educational institution, which involves taking into account the educational opportunities of students with different nosologies, are revealed. Based on the results of diagnosing the professional competencies of the teachers of the control and experimental groups, the effectiveness of the proposed online interaction of pedagogical workers with the psychological service of the educational institution was determined.

Legal and organizational problems of development and production of innovative medicines in Russia

The article outlines the range of problems facing the Russian pharmaceutical industry as a segment of the real sector of the economy that ensures the health of the population. The necessity of an integrated approach to the formation of a model for the organization of scientific research, innovation and production activities in the designated area is substantiated; an organizational model is proposed that ensures the development and production of innovative medicines; individual legal measures aimed at increasing the effectiveness of state support for the development and production of innovative medicines (normative consolidation of the concept of an innovative drug and a scientific and technological consortium, the inclusion of scientific and educational organizations of higher education among the subjects of industrial clusters). The results of the research can be used in law-making activities and public administration practice.

Interdisciplinary aspect in the organization of research and project activities of students of a technical university: on the example of the "Graph theory" discipline

The article considers the possibilities of using educational and professional humanitarian-oriented research tasks in the educational process of the university as a means of forming and developing research skills of students of technical specialties. The process of solving educational and professional tasks is considered by the example of constructing an optimal route using graph theory methods.

Enhancing the Efficiency of Scientific Activities in a Medical Organization within the Scope of the Process Approach

The article substantiates the principal trends of research optimization in medical organizations with the use of process-oriented management methods (the case of Ya.L.Tsivyan Novosibirsk Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics). The research is based on the principle of the process approach. It is one of the fundamental principles of the total quality management model that is the most effective management concept based on quality. When developing a system for organizing scientific workflows based on the process approach, planning as well as a methodology of academic research play the key role. For all stages of research activities, processes of planning tasks, their fulfilment and reporting with the determination of responsibility for all types of work being performed and with the development of forms of necessary documents used in the organization of scholarly activities have been framed; approaches to the output of scientific products have been standardized and process regulations have been developed for each of its types. The development of processes is carried out on the basis of the requirements of regulatory documentation, taking into account modern approaches to the organization of research activities. Moreover, all documents containing requirements for processes are reviewed and updated at regular intervals, taking into account changes in regulatory guidance. The development and implementation of a system for organizing scientific activities based on the process approach allow a scientific medical institution to achieve compliance with modern requirements for conducting academic research, as well as to improve the quality and efficiency of scientific activities. The accumulated successful experience can be used in organizations that seek to increase the effectiveness of their scientific activities and meet contemporary requirements for their results.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR DEVELOPING RESEARCH SKILLS IN MASTER STUDENTS

The article examines in detail the requirements for research activities, the role of research activities in the formation of graduate students-teachers. At the master's level, the pedagogical and research work of masters, as well as opportunities for activities outside the classroom, are taken into account as the main forms that ensure the effectiveness of the research activities of future teachers. Carrying out research tasks, preparing scientific articles and dissertations, participating in seminars on the basics of experimental methodology, processing its results, as well as compiling and defending master's theses, working in student scientific associations, participating in conferences, seminars, olympics, etc.. forms of training are considered as components of the organization of research activities. It is concluded that research activity is aimed not only at obtaining new knowledge, but in a broad sense includes all types of work, its organization and, to a large extent, scientific activity.

The article analyzes the state of methodical training of future teachers for the organization of research activities during biology education. The article analyzes model programs "Biology. 7-9 grades" for institutions of general secondary education. The current state of methodical training of future teachers for the organization of research activities during biology education has been clarified. It has been found that the research approach in the education of education seekers is implemented through the study of all educational disciplines, the formation of research biological skills, takes place during the training of professional disciplines, and is consolidated during the training of selective disciplines and practical training. Acquiring research skills by students is one of the priority tasks of modern biological education. Because STEM education is based on the practical, interdisciplinary application of knowledge and skills to solve practical tasks that students face, not only during education, but also in everyday life. Accordingly, training should aim to teach students disciplines in a pleasant and, above all, practical way, since it is a project-based form of training. Higher education should be aimed at awakening the scientific interest of students and developing their ability to solve problems. The purpose of such training is to teach students to apply an interdisciplinary approach during training, to adapt knowledge and skills to real-life problems, to give them more tools for future professional activities. Mastering research skills by students is one of the priority tasks of modern biological education. STEM education is based on the practical, interdisciplinary application of knowledge and skills to solve practical problems faced by students, not only during their studies but also in everyday life. Accordingly, education should aim to teach students disciplines in an enjoyable and, above all, practical way, as it is a project-based form of learning. Higher education should be aimed at awakening students' scientific interest and developing their ability to solve problems. Implementation of these changes will require significant efforts from all participants in the educational process. However, if these efforts are successful, they will contribute to improving the quality of higher education in Ukraine and ensure that higher education students are prepared for successful professional activities in modern society.

FEATURES OF THE ORGANIZATION OF ONLINE INTERACTION OF PRIMARY AND BASIC SCHOOL TEACHERS IN THE SYSTEM "TEACHER – GROUP OF TEACHERS"

The article describes the online interaction of elementary and basic schoolteachers in the system "teacher – a group of teachers" based on a site that combines thematic training modules in Google Class. The stages of formation of teaching staff research competencies on the example of educational materials, involving the organization of research activities of students involved in inclusive learning. It reflects a single principle of building the content of online training modules, each of which contains theoretical material on the chosen didactic problem; a video demonstrating the practical application of the knowledge gained in practice in the working conditions of an educational institution; Google Forms to test the learned material by each teacher and course coordinator. The features of the organization of professional online interaction of teachers in the system "teacher – group of teachers," including: the possibility of the course coordinator for users of consultative video meeting based on Google meet; establishing feedback between course coordinators and teachers who perform test tasks through the use of Google Forms; combining teachers based on Google Class into a virtual room for practical research tasks based on electronic educational resources. It is noted that the most common among them in the practice of primary and basic schoolteachers are Wizer.me, Learning.aps, Kahoot, wordwall, Liveworksheets, which allow individual online work of the teacher to combine with the group work of all course participants and combine self-learning with mutual learning. The results obtained for experimental and control groups of teachers are analyzed: levels of formation of reflexive, methodical, managerial and communicative factors of their research competencies. Based on the obtained data, it is proved that the online interaction of primary and basic schoolteachers when using Google Class is effective, which is confirmed by high and sufficient levels of formation of research competencies of teachers who were part of the experimental group.

Between 70 and 95% of medical visits end with prescribing medicines, while almost 2 billion people worldwide do not have access to essential medicines. The presented work is aimed at studying the problems of drug deficiency and the task of reducing it within the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals, as well as the research activities of public organizations on reducing socio-eco­nomic inequality and access of the population and representatives of certain groups to medicines.

Theoretical Basis of Training of Pedagogues and Psychologists for the Development of Cognitive Activity of Teenagers

The main problem: the current directions of its development are determined in the article by conducting a theoretical analysis of philosophical, pedagogical, psychological, scientific and methodical works on the training of specialists for the development of the cognitive activity of teenagers. Currently, it is shown that the training of specialists in the development of cognitive activity of teenagers is a pedagogical and psychological problem. Purpose: to clarify the theory and propose a technology for the training of pedagogical and psychological specialists for the development of the cognitive activity of adolescents. Methods: When conducting the research, it was important to take into account statistical data that were sufficiently understandable and reliable. Therefore, in the framework of our research, we used the methodology of B. E. Milman, survey, method of expert evaluation, conversation, questionnaire, interview, series of tests, which include observation and open questions. The results and their significance: according to the results, the methodological predominance of the average level of social intelligence allowed students to see the following signs: the social significance of professional behavior, actions, relationships, full mastery of theoretical knowledge. During the course, we believe that the existence of a reflexive culture, which is evidenced by the improvement of communication in everyday life, in turn, is very valuable. Development of thinking, training and education of future teachers-psychologists, preparation for creative activity depend on methodological competence, qualifications and training of the teacher in the organization of research activities. Self-learning needs and skills do not arise by themselves. Such qualities begin to be formed in the process of organizing educational activities during the joint work of teachers and students in and out of class, even during school. In accordance with the tasks of the professional training of the future pedagogue-psychologist, active methods of training - problem-based lectures, seminars, debates and discussions, professional-oriented special courses, course and diploma works, scientific studies of school pedagogy and didactics, educational events such as scientifically organized forms of continuous pedagogical practice. As a result of mastering pedagogical activity, professional motivation of future pedagogical-psychological specialists is formed, understanding of goals and tasks, subject, psychological-pedagogical and didactic-methodical knowledge is developed, as well as relevant skills and abilities necessary for the development of cognitive activity of teenagers.

This article is devoted to the issues of expediency and efficiency of using digital equipment of the "Tochka Rosta" centers in the process of organizing project and research activities for students using the example of studying Biology. It is shown that project activity is the dominant model for solving problems of biological education at the present time. A review of sources devoted to certain aspects of the organization of design and research activities of school children is carried out. The attitude of teachers to the place and role of project and research activities of students in the educational process is studied. The basic concepts and characteristics of digital laboratories are considered. Examples of design and research tasks in Biology, Zoology and Physiology, which can be performed using digital resources, are given.

THE USE OF INTERACTIVE EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS OF A PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

The article reveals modern approaches to the training of higher school students based on the use of interactive tech- nologies. The strategy of restructuring the system of organization of educational process in the university is defined taking into account the requirements of federal state educational standards, including expansion of the range of forms of organization of educational process, introduction of active methods of education, organization of scientific research and independent activity of students, use of various interactive educational technologies. The experience of implementing interactive educational technologies such as the theory of solving inventive problems (TRIZ), the development of critical thinking through reading and writing (RCMFP), game technologies in training future pri- mary teachers is described in detail.

The article analyzes the necessary pedagogical approaches to organizing research activities at a medical university within the framework of the taught discipline “Translational Medicine”. The study was carried out within the framework of competence-based, comparative and cognitive approaches, which determine not only the psychological and pedagogical competence of the student’s personality, but also form the basis of autonomously oriented learning. Pedagogical conditions have been discovered that contribute to the favorable development of psychological and pedagogical competence of a medical university student in the process of mastering the discipline “Translational Medicine”. It has been established that in order to increase the psychological and pedagogical competence of medical students, their conscious desire to study and engage in research activities is necessary. The important role of competency-based and autonomously oriented approaches for this is formulated. The results of the study, including the analysis of foreign and domestic literature, made it possible to identify new conditions for teaching the fundamental discipline, as well as their innovative significance for solving educational and professional research problems. The most relevant sections of the work program of the discipline “Translational Medicine” have been identified. Successful mastery of these sections will contribute to the formation of competencies in the field of research activities, mastery of the methodology and methods of scientific research. The presented study made it possible to formulate certain pedagogical methods and techniques for the psychological and pedagogical competence of students for the development of research activities using the example of teaching such a discipline as “Translational Medicine” at the Krasnoyarsk State Medical University. prof. Voino-Yasenetsky (hereinafter referred to as KrasSMU). The proposals formulated on this basis are aimed at increasing the psychological and pedagogical competence of the future doctor.

The article deals with the ways of formation of valuable attitude to pedagogical knowledge among the undergraduate students of pedagogical university. The relationship between this process and the mechanism of overcoming cognitive difficulties of motivational, cognitive, organizational and reflexive nature is analyzed. The specificity of organizing discussions in the form of a class, aimed at forming students' understanding of the importance of pedagogical activity is described. The experience of the Institute of Innovative Educational Practices in organizing research activities of undergraduate students within the framework of the conference "Teacher: Mastery and Inspiration" is considered.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AS A FACTOR FOR IMPROVING THE TRAINING OF MODERN TEACHERS

The article analyzes developments in improving the training of modern teachers, considers the concept of «quality of education». Emphasis is placed on the fact that a modern specialist in the field of professional education must have a system of developed skills and abilities for the introduction of information technologies into the educational process to improve the assessment of the quality of education. An interpretation of the concept of «information technology» is provided. The author notes that due to the growth of information flows, the use of new pedagogical technologies, the need to meet the needs of personal and professional development of teachers, who are sometimes not fully prepared for the introduction of innovations in the educational process. This leads to certain difficulties in professional activities, including: organization of project and research activities of education seekers; development and implementation of methodical models, technologies and methods; analysis of the results of the educational process and their further use during the design of pedagogical activities; study, generalization and creative use of advanced pedagogical experience. It is noted that the structure of the readiness of future teachers of professional education includes the following components: motivational component as a set of motives adequate to the goals and tasks of pedagogical activity; a content component related to the cognitive sphere of a person and constitutes a system of knowledge necessary for productive pedagogical activity; operational component − a set of abilities and skills of practical problem solving in the process of pedagogical activity. a substantive analysis of the above definitions shows that there are currently two most distinct approaches to the definition of educational information technology. It is noted that in the first case, it is proposed to consider it as a didactic process, organized using a set of fundamentally new means and methods of data processing introduced into the education system, representing the purposeful creation, transmission, preservation, and display of information products with the lowest costs and in accordance with the laws of cognitive activity education seekers. In the second case, we are talking about the creation of a certain technical learning environment, in which information technologies occupy an important place.

Organization of design and research activities of students in teaching elements of series theory

This article is about organizing the design and research work of students through project work when teaching elements of series theory in high school. When teaching elements of series theory, the possibility of dividing the design and research work of schoolchildren into four types is described. The mechanisms for organizing simulation-restorative, scientific-implementation and creative-design work of students are given. The types of project work of schoolchildren, tasks and stages of their implementation are highlighted. It has been determined that teaching the elements of series theory using the project method meets the requirements of the modern credit education system and can meet the tasks posed from the point of view of our time. The article defines the features of the concepts “project method”, “design method”, “using the design method in the classroom”, “design and research work of students”, design teaching technologies. When using the design method, it is stated that special design work (tasks) that puts students in a problem situation, its features and the possibility of getting out of this situation, including a set of different methods that encourage students to search and conduct research. In addition, it is shown that the use of the design method makes it possible to evaluate not only the preparation process, but also the final result of the students’ work.
