The article deals with the impact of wars on the evolution of war medicine. The methodology includes an analysis of current approaches to the integration of new technologies, processes, and artificial intelligence in the treatment of wounded soldier s. In particular, the findings point to the lack of preparedness of medical information systems for intense conflict and highlight t he need for rapid change in war medicine processes. Current studies point to the need for a multidisciplinary approach to its moder nization, including its virtualization and legislative adaptation.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the transformation of the concept of Islamic party in the Muslim political discourse. Considering the processes of separation of Islam and politics as the formation of independent communication systems, the authors try to find an answer to the question of how, despite doctrinal restrictions, the notion “Islamic party” managed to acquire the features of a stable political concept. The authors propose a hypothesis, according to which, as the socio-political modernization of the Arab countries proceeds, the political system appropriates this concept, thereby specifying Islamic values at the level that allows to combine these values with new power institutions and fulfill specific political actions with these values. To test this hypothesis, the authors turn to the analysis of the temporal structure of the concept of party in Quran (Sunnah), the texts of the first ideologues of the Muslim Brotherhood and the rhetoric of the modern Islamic movements that occupy stable positions in the national parliaments. As a result of the study, the authors document the polysemantics inherent in the Islamic doctrine and identify the main parameters of the temporalization and pragmatization of the concept. According to their conclusion, the Islamic parties’ abandonment of Quranic time and placement in the national-historical contexts, as well as the erosion of their initial core values, determine the mo dern perception and functional significance of such parties: they act as an institution that differentiates Islamic norms and ensures their combination with the institutions of the nation state that emerged in the process of moder nization.

The reference to the native tradition by thinkers of modernizing societies is a complex, multidimensional process. It includes endeavours of rational recon­sideration of their own religion, which as a rule are accompanied with reformers’ declarations about revival of true ancient essence of faith and about their ortho­doxy. The typical example of the last one is Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi’s ar­ticle “Who is a ‘Sanatani’ Hindu?”. Translation of this text into Russian is pre­sented to the readers. And though the question about consideration Gandhi as а reformer of Hinduism is debatable, his approach to religion has many similar features with reformative practice by Rammohun Roy (1772–1833) and his fol­lowers. Reflection on originality of the Indian civilization and particularly on Hinduism, which is characteristic for the thinkers of that period, can’t be under­stood without analysis of modernization context and especially for Gandhi with­out attention to anti-colonial struggle. The meet with the West divided Indian so­ciety to three parts: those who gladly copied European lifestyle, others who refused all foreign and those for whom the discovery of new culture became the reason for the recognition of the past and the present of their native country. The last thinkers weren’t contented with just safe-keeping of Indian civilization in the situation of the colonial crisis and therefore they defined another aim – to revive its ancient greatness. Every reformer created his own project of religious renaissance based on his own conception of ‘true’ ancient Hinduism, which was corrupted in time. But there is something common in interpretation of Hinduism by different thinkers of that direction, and by Gandhi too. All of them tried to find the essence of Hinduism, which brings it together with other religions and which defines its uniqueness in order to show to the compatriots and to the world the special role which Indian civilization should play in all-human destiny.

The article considers the prerequisites and the course of implementation of the course taken by the federal authorities of Russia in 2007 to modernize the infrastructure, primarily logistics. As shown in the study, one of the main reasons for the slowdown and the actual failure of this direction of economic policy was the growth of spending on the military-industrial complex. The authorities did not dare to use the funds of the Reserve Fund and the National Welfare Fund to implement the tasks of modernizing the Russian infrastructure. The attempts to create transport and logistics prerequisites for economic growth were also negatively affected by the imperfection of the public administration system, which significantly reduced the effectiveness of economic policy.

Islamic boarding school is the institution of Islamic education that has an superiority in the society base on its scientific traditions. In this globalization era, it has threatened the existence of Islamic boarding school as the educational institutions. Therefore, the idea of modernizing Islamic boarding school was required as the problem solve and to fulfill the society needs. This study was purposed to seek the managerial alteration in the Nurul Hakim Islamic boarding school Kediri West Lombok Islamic boarding school. The research design this study used qualitative case study. The data was collected by several techniques namely; observation, documentation, and interview. As a result, this study was found that; (1) Nurul Hakim Islamic boarding school Kediri West Lombok adopted formal education namely;Raudatul atfal (kindergarten) Ibtida’iyyah (elementary school) Madrasah Tsanawiyah (junior High school ), Madrasah Aliyah (senior high school) and Vocational school. (2) The curriculum that implemented in Nurul Hakim Islamic boarding school were integrated curriculum by combining four kinds of curriculum (3) The learning system was combining both of traditional and modern methods. (4) Nurul Hakim Islamic boarding school was implementing democratic charismatic leadership.

Η οργανωσιακή κουλτούρα θεωρείται βασικό χαρακτηριστικό σ’ όλους τους δημοσίους οργανισμούς. Περιλαμβάνει όλες τις γνώσεις, τις πρακτικές, και τους τρόπους συμπεριφοράς και ανταλλαγής απόψεων, συναισθημάτων, ιδεών, σκέψεων μεταξύ δύο ή περισσότερων προσώπων μιας κοινωνίας ή ενός οργανισμού. Οι τύποι της οργανωσιακής κουλτούρας, αν και δεν μπορούν να καθορίσουν επακριβώς τα χαρακτηριστικά ενός οργανισμού, προσφέρουν μια πιο σαφή εικόνα σχετικά με το σχεδιασμό, τη στρατηγική και τις πρακτικές που θα ακολουθηθούν. Στο σύγχρονο περιβάλλον, οι ακαθόριστες καταστάσεις προκαλούν κινδύνους σχετικά με την ισχύουσα κουλτούρα, αντί να βοηθήσουν στην πραγματοποίηση του στόχου του οργανισμού, και αυτό ενδεχομένως να προκαλέσει εμπόδια ή να επιβραδύνει μια κατάσταση. Οι οργανισμοί αυτοί, προκειμένου να μπορέσουν να ανταπεξέλθουν από τις ακαθόριστες καταστάσεις του περιβάλλοντος, πρέπει να ενεργήσουν με ιδιαίτερη προσοχή στην αλλαγή της κουλτούρας τους, ώστε να βελτιωθεί η απόδοση τους. Η κατάλληλη ηγεσία έχει ως προνόμιο τα αποτελέσματα. Προκειμένου η κουλτούρα να υποστεί κάποια μεταβολή, οι ηγέτες πρέπει με τη σειρά τους να αλλάξουν τον τρόπο δράσης και ενέργειας τους. Η κουλτούρα έτσι όπως τη γνωρίζουμε, δίνει στους ηγέτες το έναυσμα να καταλάβουν το τρόπο σκέψης και δράσης του υπαλληλικού τους προσωπικού. Ένας οργανισμός για να έχει γερές βάσεις και μεγαλύτερη αποδοτικότητα, θα πρέπει εκτός από την έμφαση που δίνει στο στρατηγικό σχεδιασμό και την υποδομή, να δίνει έμφαση και στην κουλτούρα του. Άσχετα με το είδος αλλαγής που θα εφαρμόσει ο κάθε οργανισμός, θα πρέπει να δώσει έμφαση και στην αντίληψη όλων των εμπλεκομένων, στο κατά πόσο απαραίτητη είναι η εφαρμογή της αλλαγής, πόσο σημαντική είναι και ποια θα ήταν τα αποτελέσματα εάν παρέμειναν παθητικοί ή επέλεγαν άλλη αλλαγή. Προκειμένου να αντιμετωπιστεί αποτελεσματικά η αντίδραση στην αλλαγή, θεωρείται αξιοσημείωτη η ανάλυση της μεθόδου με την οποία θα επιδρά η αλλαγή στους υπαλλήλους, είτε αρνητικά είτε θετικά. Μέσα σε ένα οργανωτικό πλαίσιο η οργανωσιακή κουλτούρα έχει τη βασικότερη συμμετοχή ως προς την τακτική που τα άτομα που θα διαμοιράσουν τη γνώση. Η διαμοίραση της γνώσης μπορεί να γίνει με τη χρησιμοποίηση διεύρυνσης των γνώσεων που αποκτούνται μέσω εμπειριών. Οι γνώσεις αυτές στηρίζονται στο σύνολο των στοιχείων και γεγονότων που εξετάζονται ως βασικά χαρακτηριστικά της κουλτούρας. Η οργανωσιακή κουλτούρα εξυπηρετεί τις διεργασίες εκπαίδευσης εντός των οργανισμών, εξασφαλίζοντας έτσι τη μετάδοση της γνώσης και την σχετική ενημέρωση, καθώς επίσης και ότι όλη η γνώση θα παραμείνει εσωτερικά του οργανισμού. Η δεξιότητα των υπαλλήλων στη μετάδοση της γνώσης έχει ενδεχομένως τη δυνατότητα να δημιουργήσει ζωτικής σημασίας πλεονεκτήματα στους οργανισμούς, όσον αφορά τον ανταγωνισμό. Ο οργανισμός που αναζητά να εφαρμοσθούν καινούργιες γνώσεις, έχει ως κύρια δράση του η μάθηση να είναι προσπελάσιμη στο σύνολο του.

Every human being should be a leader both for himself and his family. In reality, not all of human can become leader who are leading the people they lead. This swriting is going to describe the situational leaders who have a leadership style in accordance with the prevailing circumstances of the current rapid social change in the context of islamic education. To explain the situational leadership in islamic education, this paper reviewed various islamic literatures both national and internation cotext. Therefore, the findings of this resaerch were the leadership in islamic intitution is not able to adjust the situation with the current changes. Morever, the Islamic educational institution a leader leads will not be able to compete with the general and Islamic educational institutions that have modernized using the curriculum desired by the government and outside community.

Abstract Die steigenden Schiffsanläufe und Passagierzahlen in Rostock‐Warnemünde, einem der bedeutendsten Standorte für den Kreuzfahrttourismus im Ostseeraum, erforderten eine Erweiterung und Modernisierung der Infrastruktur. Das neue Cruise‐Terminal wurde 2020 eröffnet. Trotz der in diesem Jahr geringeren Auslastung durch die weltweite Corona‐Pandemie bleibt die Nachfrage und Prognose für den Ostseeraum hoch. Die Gestaltung des Gebäudes folgt den Anforderungen der unterschiedlichen Nutzungen im Jahresverlauf als EU‐Außengrenze und kommunaler Veranstaltungsraum. Die Windlasten waren aufgrund der exponierten Lage in unmittelbarer Küstennähe sowie durch die Position der Schiffe im Bezug zum Gebäude versuchsgestützt zu ermitteln. Der gewünschte repräsentative Charakter des Gebäudes, kombiniert mit einer komplizierten Gründungssituation, erzeugt ein außergewöhnliches Tragwerk in Stahlbauweise. In diesem Beitrag wird detailliert auf die anspruchsvolle Tragwerksplanung eingegangen.

The problem in this study: How is the contribution of the cultural industry and social change to increase employment opportunities competition in the Kutuh Village of Ubud Bali. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, using proportional sampling techniques consisting of the community of artisans and painters in the Village of Kutuh Petulu, Ubud, Bali. The development of the cultural industry in the community of Kutuh Village can create jobs for future generations so that the Groos Domestic Product of Bali is increasing given the enormity of globalization. Globalization has the Dimension of Ideology and Technology. The ideology dimension, namely capitalism and free markets, while the technological dimension is information technology that has united the world.
