This article is dedicated to current foreign and domestic practices in youth career guidance. It presents the experience of implementing projects such as Erasmus+, “Wake Up Your Vocation”, as well as domestic projects such as “Ticket to the Future” and “Professional Minimum”. Particular attention is paid to integrating pedagogical, psychological, and sociological methods to create a comprehensive career guidance system. Key aspects of adapting foreign practices into the Russian educational system are identified to enhance the effectiveness of career guidance work.
