STRATEGI DAN TANTANGAN MANAJEMEN TEKNOMEDIA DI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN ANAK USIA DINI

Digital learning media management is a crucial skill required by the heads of educational institutions to navigate the digital era. This research aims to depict: (1) the challenges faced by the leaders of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions in Merauke City in managing technomedia in the learning process, and (2) the strategies employed by these leaders to overcome challenges in technomedia management during the learning process. The informants for this study were purposefully sampled from school principals in Merauke City. The primary challenges confronted by school principals in managing digital learning media in Early Childhood Education institutions (PAUD) include the availability of adequate technological resources, the development of teachers' skills in using technology, and the management of student data security and privacy. School principals also need to take into account parental involvement in supporting the use of digital media at home and ensure that technology use remains balanced with the physical and social activities of children. To tackle these challenges, strategies employed by school principals include organizing training and developing teachers' skills in technology use, selecting quality digital learning content, and establishing clear policies and guidelines related to technology use. Additionally, careful monitoring of students' technology use and maintaining a balance between technology use and traditional learning experiences are also emphasized. By implementing these strategies, PAUD school principals can effectively manage digital learning media, enhance the quality of early childhood education, and ensure that technology is used judiciously in the learning process.

Pemahaman Mahasiswa Akuntansi Terhadap Konsep Dasar Akuntansi (Studi Empiris Mahasiswa Akuntansi Kota Merauke)

The purpose of this study was to examine differences in students' understanding of accounting in the city of Merauke based on their educational background. Sampling through purposive sampling method. Sources of data in this study were obtained from direct interviews and literature and distributing questionnaires, namely a number of 110 Merauke City Accounting students. The data collection technique used was a five likert-scale questionnaire. The research uses SPSS data processing with different tests, hypothesis testing shows the results that H1 and H3 are accepted where the value is less than 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant difference, while H2 is not accepted where the significant level is greater than 0.05. This is due to students' lack of understanding of obligations which is an important indicator in understanding the recording of financial reports. The results of the study say that there are significant differences in understanding assets and capital between students with high school and vocational educational backgrounds. There is no significant difference in understanding debt between students with high school and vocational education backgrounds.

USAHA EKONOMI KREATIF BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL DAN KORELASINYA DENGAN KESETARAAN GENDER DI KOTA MERAUKE

The creative economy sector is one of the business fields for local communities, besides that it can also be a job opportunity for women, especially housewives. Merauke City is famous for its various local wisdom so that it can be a business opportunity for creative economy actors. For this reason, this study aims to identify forms of creative economy businesses based on local wisdom and their relevance to gender equality in the community in the city of Merauke. The approach used in this study is qualitative descriptive. While the techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on the results of the research conducted, several forms of creative economy businesses were found carried out by the community in the city of Merauke, including; Noken making, rattan weaving crafts, mebel, making wallets and bags from crocodile skin, and crafts from agarwood. The income generated from creative businesses based on local wisdom varies and greatly helps the family's economy. Meanwhile, women's involvement in the creative economy of the community is still in the business of making noken and crocodile skin craftsmen. However, these can be small steps taken by women in terms of involving themselves in the public sphere, especially in the aspect of earning work.

Kebermanfaatan Mata Kuliah Pengauditan Bagi Mahasiswa Akuntansi terhadap Kemampuan Mendeteksi Fraud

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of accounting students' perceptions of the benefits of audit courses on their ability to detect fraud in Merauke City. The benefit for accounting students who will become auditors in the future, this research will help identify the extent of fraud early on. The method used in this research is empirical research using a quantitative approach. The sample was 4th semester students who had taken courses at a university in the city of Merauke. The results of the research, namely a descriptive analysis of accounting students' perceptions carried out among university students in Merauke City, show that the perceptions of accounting students in Merauke City have a significant influence on the benefits of higher education audit courses. The implementation of a whistleblowing system for students is very helpful in reducing incidents of fraud in the academic and non-academic sectors as preparation for those who will become examiners or auditors in the future in pursuing the Public Accounting profession.

Exclusive Stopping Space for Motorcycles (ESSM) technical design at signalized intersections

The growth of motorcycles which continues to increase every year can lead to an increase in the number of accumulation of motorcycles on the approach to the intersection, so it is necessary to plan a Exclusive Stoping Spaces for Motorcycle (ESSM). The purpose of this study is to find out whether the street at the research location meets the requirements for ESSM planning by reviewing the number of motorbikes piled up during the red phase and planning the ESSM design. The method used in this study is an experimental method in accordance with the 2014 Indonesian Highway Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) and the Technical Planning Guidelines for Special Stopping Spaces in urban areas. The results of the study show that ESSM at signalized intersections in urban areas in Merauke City can be implemented in the next 15 years, namely in 2037. Of the four arms of signalized intersections, only 3 approaches can implement ESSM facilities, namely the Brawijaya Street approach, the TMP Street approach, and Parakomando Street approach. While the Angkasa Street approach cannot be applied to ESSM because it does not meet the requirements in the ESSM planning guidelines. The ESSM design on the Brawijaya Street approach uses a 2-lane box type ESSM with an area of 60 m2; on the TMP Street approach using a 2-lane box type ESSM with an area of 60 m2; on the Parakomando Street approach using a 2-lane box type ESSM with an area of 56 m2.

Assessing the Performance of Urban Drainage Networks in Settlements as an Impact of Urbanization

The increase in the number of residents in the city area due to urbanization and the rapid growth of the city's population itself causes many environmental problems, one of which is flooding. The drainage network becomes a vital infrastructure in the development of the city to be free from flood problems, especially in dense areas such as settlements or housing, which are increasingly densely populated every year. The purpose of this study is to examine whether the drainage network in the Berlian Simpati Blorep housing estate in the middle of Merauke City is able to accommodate flood discharge for the next few years. The methods used in this study are quantitative and qualitative, based on the results of the analysis. The results showed that with an existing channel capacity (Qs) of 0.097 m3/sec < the planned flood calculation discharge (Qr) of 13.657 m3/sec, the existing channel capacity was not able to function effectively with a 5-year recurrence period.

Analisis Kapasitas Saluran Drainase pada Wilayah Padat Penduduk dengan Menggunakan Rational Modification Method

Merauke City, as a city in a growth and development period, cannot be separated from various problems. The provision of inadequate city facilities and infrastructure is one of the factors in the situation, drainage, for example. Generally, drainage handling in Merauke City is not comprehensive, so it has yet to handle the problem of inundation or flooding entirely. In residential areas around Estuary 3, puddles or floods are often found whenever rain is high enough intensity. Given that the city of Merauke, including in a flat area or the absence of elevation differences, makes one of the causes of waterlogging or flooding. This study aims to determine the capacity of estuary drainage channels in 3 Merauke Regency to accommodate or drain planned flood discharge. The research method used in this study is the rational method. This study uses two analyses, namely hydrological analysis and hydraulics analysis, where hydrological analysis a carried out to determine planned flood discharge by calculating daily rainfall using probability distribution and hydraulics analysis to determine channel capacity discharge by calculating cross-sectional dimensions. Based on the results of the study shows that segment 1 to segment 10 has different capacity discharge (Qs) and flood discharge (Qr). Segment 1 is one of the channel segments capable of accommodating or draining planned flood discharge with a capacity discharge of 5.51"m" ^"3" "/sec" and flood discharge of 2.07 "m" ^"3" "/sec" (Qs>Qr). In segment 7, which is the segment with the minor channel discharge, namely channel capacity discharge (Qs) of 0.004 "m" ^"3" "/sec" and plan flood discharge (Qr) of 0.78"m" ^"3" "/sec" then, the channel is unable to accommodate or drain plan flood discharge (Qr > Qs). And for other segments, the track cannot adjust or drain the planned flood discharge (Qs<Qr) with a capacity discharge between 0.003-0.05 "m" ^"3" "/sec" with a deliberate flood discharge of 0.21-1.19 "m" ^"3" "/sec" .

THE WIND ENERGY POTENTIAL IN COASTAL AREAS OF MERAUKE CITY

Energy transformation to new and renewable energy starts from the green economy, green technology, and green products. The electricity demand in 2060 reached 1942 TWh which was dominated by the industrial and transportation sectors. Electricity demand is supplied by 96% renewable energy and 4% new energy with a total capacity of 708 GW. Merauke city with a geographical location between 137-141 degrees and 5-9 degrees of 46,791.63 km2 is a flat area and has several coastal areas, namely : Lampu Satu beach, Payum beach, and Domande beach with a beach length of 846.36 km. The method used is Topographical analysis, Google map and ESDM one map. Merauke city has two potential areas for wind energy, namely plains with a green spectrum having wind speeds of 4-6 m/s while beaches coastal with a red spectrum wind speed exceeding 6 m/s. For an altitude of 50 meters from the ground at coordinates 141.59621 - 8.04586 degrees, green area with wind speed of 4.27 m/s, area of 0.99 km2 and Musamus University at coordinates 140.47110 - 8.103640 degrees, wind speed 4.97 m/s for an area of 0.99 km2. Having the ability to write in English has started to become a necessity as a form of active reaction to the development of global communication where English is the official means of international communicaation. It is a huge challenge for students, especially in Indonesia. Of the four language skills, writing has its own challenges and is still considered the most difficult skill to master by most Indonesian students. The quality of a writing is assessed by four indicators, development of ideas, vocabulary choices, and the proper use of grammar and punctuation. These four variables must then be presented in a writing structure appropriate to the genre. The present research is part of a community service activity where the research target is students at an elementary school in Merauke City. There are several stages in the activity, observation, teaching, and post-test. Preliminary observations showed students' weak writing skills which later became the main consideration in preparing teaching materials. The writing learning method using procedural text is selected on the basis of the suitability of students' interests and abilities. The results of the post-test found that more than half of the total number of students showed an increase in writing ability with procedure text and most errors are found in the use of grammar

Evaluation on Merauke Drainage System in Overcoming Flood-Prone Areas

Merauke city suffers flooding in almost every rainy season, which endangers the environment and disturbs<br />people's activities. One of the worst floods happened in 2019, where flooding damaged vegetables and crops, impacted<br />the city's economy, and later caused economic inflation. Therefore, a study evaluating the drainage system in Merauke<br />city is needed to overcome this issue. This study was conducted through a field survey and literature study with data<br />that varies from hydrological, elevation, and hydraulics data. Hydrological data includes yearly rainfall data, and<br />hydraulics data consists of the drainage network and designs. This evaluation will then result in the normalization of a<br />drainage system. This study found that the capacity of the current drainage system is 10.815 m3/s, where this drainage<br />capacity cannot accommodate the amount of flood discharge plan. Also, the existing drainage system is missing a<br />component that was not built in the first place, affecting the drainage's capacity. Therefore, a normalization of the<br />drainage system is needed to avoid flooding.

Physics Teachers’ Perceptions of Senior High Schools in Merauke on Self-Regulation of Digital Instructional Materials

This study describes the high school and MA physics teachers' perceptions of the need for digital teaching materials like e-modules, e-student worksheets, e-comics, and learning videos. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. Therefore, as many as 12 physics teachers from SMA and MA in Merauke City were sampled in the study. The sample in this study was selected through a purposive sampling technique with criteria based on educational strata, length of teaching, educator certificate and ease of access. Furthermore, data collection was carried out using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire containing 30 statement items with a Likert scale consisting of 5 answer choices. Then, data analysis uses descriptive statistics. The result of this analysis is the accumulation of basic data in the form of the percentage of total responses followed by determining response criteria using interpretation criteria. Based on these criteria, it can be seen that the criteria for physics teachers' perceptions of the need for digital teaching materials. The study results show that the average perception of physics teachers is 88.1% and is included in the criteria for needing digital teaching materials. According to the teacher's perception, the order of priority for teaching material needs is e-module with the TPACK approach (91.3%), e-student worksheets with a scientific approach (83.3%), and interactive multimedia-based learning videos (75%). This research collected data on the perceptions of physics teachers at SMA and MA Merauke as a stage of needs analysis in development research. Based on the results of this analysis, further research will be carried out regarding the development of digital teaching materials in the form of e-modules, e-student worksheets, and learning videos.

Abundance and temporal distribution of mullets caught in Merauke City Coastal Waters

The purpose of this study was to see the abundance and distribution of mullet during the day and night on the coast of Lampu Satu Beach and Payum Beach. This research was conducted in June-August 2020. Determination of the sampling points at the research location using purposive random sampling method. Data analysis used in this research is Relative Abundance (Kr) and Morisita Spread Index (Id). Catches found during the study were 268, with 3 species of mullet, namely Mugil cepalus, Mugil dussumieri and Rhinomugil corsula. During the day, the total number of catches is 148 while at night it gets as many as 120. The highest proportion value of relative abundance was obtained from the two stations, namely Mugil dussumieri species and the lowest was Rhinomugil corsula. The results of the calculation of the morisita distribution index during the day at both stations obtained a value of 1.008 (group). It is also found that at night the two stations get a value of 1.014, which means that at night it is a group category.

The Impact of Transportation Traffic Noise on Merauke City Road Crossing

Noise caused by transportation significantly exceeds the 55 dBA. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of transportation traffic noise at the Merauke city crossing and its solutions. Noise caused The lack of proper attention to the impact of noise from traffic flow at a crossroads. The Development of additional techniques for noise reduction in this area is needed. The results obtained are very important for areas with solutions at every highway intersection The results obtained are very important knowing the noise above the standard value at every highway intersection. This research develops techniques to reduce transportation traffic noise at the crossroads of Merauke city which are applied in design practice. Experimental studies in real conditions in the characteristic areas of Merauke City using sound level meter measurements. This research was carried out experimentally by taking measurements at each crossroads and theoretical solving methods. The good convergence results confirm the impact of noise on the immediate area with a slightly higher crossing than the value on a normal two-lane road. The proposed solution will allow providing additional protection against transportation noise.

Analysis of Noise Levels Due to Vehicle Traffic Sounds in the Environment Around Merauke City Arterial Roads Before and During the Pandemic

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of noise generated by motorized vehicles passing on arterial roads in Merauke City before the pandemic and during the pandemic. The method used in this research is the observation method. Measurement of vehicle traffic sound using Sound Level Meter.The equipment is placed 5 meters from the edge of the road, and 1.2 meters from the road surface.Measurements were carried out for 3 days for 7 hours. The measurement data is then processed to obtain the value of the noise level (Leq). The results of the analysis show that the noise level beside the arterial road before the pandemic (in 2019) was 72.21 dB and during the pandemic (in 2021) it was 68.54 dB. There was a decrease in the noise level as a result of a decrease in vehicle activity during the period of implementation of the community activity restriction (PPKM). Environmental conditions besides the arterial road are office and trade areas, so based on the noise level standard, the noise level value obtained has exceeded the quality standard, which is 65 dB.

Geografis Information System of Determining the High School (SMA) Zonation in Merauke City in Receiving New Students (PPDB) Using the Buffering Method

Education is one of the bases in creating an atmosphere, learning processes in increasing the knowledge of skills and character development of each person. The Education and Culture Office of the Merauke Regency based on the Permendikbud Republic of Indonesia No. 51 of 2018 and Permendikbud No. 20 of 2019 concerning zoning determination, if students want to register to be accepted at the school, they must pay attention to the distance between their place of residence and the distance of the closest school, so that there is an even distribution of the number of students, as well as the composition of knowledge from students nothing is too dominating as a whole but evenly. This research is carried out by utilizing the Geographic Information System (GIS) in determining to zone for students who will register to Senior High School (SHS) in the Merauke city area, to obtain information about the nearest school, based on Government regulations. the parameter used is distance radius. the method applied in this research is the buffering analysis model. This analysis model can identify locations to obtain coverage that can be used in identifying objects based on the radius, thus producing polygons around objects. The results of this study are in the form of GIS to SHS and can map and determine SHS zonation in Merauke City, as well as displaying the distribution of SHS in Merauke city.

PREDIKSI PELUANG KEMATIAN DAN KELAHIRAN MURNI PENDUDUK KABUPATEN MERAUKE MENGGUNAKAN METODE BIRTH AND DEATH PROCESS

This study aims to estimate the probability of birth and death purely based on gender and population data of Merauke City. The chance of birth and death will be used to estimate the life table of the elderly in a population of the City of Merauke. The method used in this research is the birth and process method. The Birth and death process method which is a Poisson distribution is used to predict the chances of birth and death at time t. If the birth and death process fulfills the linearity requirements, then the processes are called the Yule-Furry process. This research discusses the stochastic process of pure birth-death with two sexes in the Yule-Furry Process. From the data on the population of Merauke district which is divided based on the sex of men and women using the pure birth and death model, the calculation results show that the probability value at the time interval 0 ≤ t <1 hour, at the initial time t = 0, the chance of individual birth at female sex is stationary at a value of 0.1762, while the chance of individual death for female sex is stationary at a value of 0.00154. The odds of birth and death in male individuals are stationary at a value of 0.305034 and 0, 059487.

Web Planning Tower Base Transceiver Station Collective Mobile Telecommunications in Merauke City Based On Geographic Information Systems Using Mapinfo For The Next 10 Years

The purpose of this study is to develop a master plan for mapping joint cellular telecommunication BTS towers in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Number : 02/Per/M.Kominfo/03/2008 regarding the use of towers together. The method used to collect and process data and analyze the distribution zone using MapInfo software. The data collection was an existing BTS towers and population which calculating and find the need of towers in the future by calculating the number of residents, users, traffic, then processed to calculate the number of BTS and shared towers and through coverage the possible distribution zones of the towers described through MapInfo are determined. The results obtained are a master plan containing predictions of the need for BTS towers in 2029 as many as 43 BTS with each tower occupied by a maximum of 3 providers so as to minimize the occurrence of tower forests and an overview of the pattern regarding the distribution of shared towers using the MapInfo software.

Evaluation Urban Utility Of Water System In Merauke City

In the existing utility services in the Merauke district in the form of clean water sanitation, optimally take place notes. Not to the optimal creation of utility Merauke City is also a problem of clean water utility grid systems in the town of Merauke. This study evaluates pre-existing conditions, then analyze and make plan water networks. It aims to improve the conditions and quality of service provision of clean water for city dwellers. The results of this study (1) Networks clean water, has not been even distributed and not yet implemented the maximum care. (2) Before the clean water distribution lines, maintenance on the water network pipes and water filtration devices that are eligible for immediate drinking. (3) Before the location of water sources, water treatment plans, reservoir and pipeline supply networks (see Figure 10), which occur in the even distribution of the optimal distribution.

Analysis the effect of learning habists and gender the mathematics learning achievement using the multiple linear regression approach

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of learning habits and gender on the mathematics learning achievement of students using multiple linear regression approaches. This type of research is quantitative with an approach ex post facto. The population used in SMP Negeri 1 Merauke students, class X and XI with a population of 625 students consisting of 322 male students and 303 students. The sample used by the propositional stratified Random Sampling technique was obtained ie 150 samples. The analysis used uses a significance level of 5%. The results obtained are: (1) there is a significant effect of learning habits and student mathematics learning achievements; (2) there is no significant effect of gender on student mathematics learning achievement; (3) there is no simultaneous influence of learning habits and gender on students’ mathematics learning achievement. The results of the analysis using multiple regression approaches indicate learning habits provide a positive and significant influence on learning achievement. Students who have good and regular study habits will see that the lessons received are not so difficult to understand, because of the good readiness beforehand. Whereas for gender there is no significant effect. This is because there has been gender equality applied in school. Equality of conditions for men and women to obtain opportunities and their rights as human beings, to be able to play a role and participate in activities at school. Thus it can be concluded that the factors that influence the mathematics achievement of junior high school students for Merauke City are learning habits. The better and regular student learning habits, the students’ mathematical achievements will increase.

KINERJA GURU MATEMATIKA BERDASARKAN PERSEPSI DAN KOMPETENSI SISWA SMP DI KOTA MERAUKE

This study aims to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of teachers in the teaching process in terms of aspects of mathematics teacher competency. It describes how the four teacher competencies have been running in the learning process in the classroom based on students' perceptions related to student competencies themselves using Structural Equation Modeling data analysis techniques (SEM). The study population was all junior high school students in Merauke City, Papua. The method of sampling was used proportional random sampling, which is continued by simple random sampling, to obtain a total sample of 436 students. The data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to students' perceptions about the performance of mathematics teachers consisting of 48 questions in the form of a Likert scale. The results obtained that pedagogic and social competencies are competencies that affect student competencies with mathematics teacher pedagogical competence is most influential on student competencies. Therefore, to improve student competency, teachers need to improve pedagogical and social competence.
