The community service activity "Learn English With Artificial Intelligence" at Islamic Village Vocational School, led by lecturers from the Informatics Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang (UMT), aims to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) technology in English language learning. This activity succeeded in increasing understanding of the concept of AI and its benefits in education, motivating students to study English more intensely, and increasing the effectiveness of learning through AI applications such as Duolingo and Grammarly. provide regular training for teachers, encourage collaboration between schools, and conduct further research to measure the long-term impact of using AI in education. Thus, the success of this activity is not only in achieving the set educational goals, but also in expanding the boundaries of innovation in ways of learning English and the potential for further development in the increasingly connected and digital context of modern education. supporting education at the Islamic Village Vocational School.

Branding Strategies for Increasing Public Confidence in Islamic Boarding Schools

Educational institutions are currently required to implement educational innovations and strategies to attract the interest of the wider community, as are Islamic boarding schools and educational institutions. Islamic boarding schools need to implement strategies to differentiate themselves from their competitors. This research aims to examine the branding strategies carried out by Islamic boarding schools. This study uses qualitative descriptive research. Data were collected using library research and interviews with the selection of informants using purposive sampling. The results of this research indicate that the Shuffah Hizbullah Islamic boarding School Madrasah Al-Fatah Lampung and the Annida Modern Islamic boarding school have implemented a branding strategy to differentiate it from other Islamic boarding schools to attract the interest of potential consumers and the wider community. The strategy carried out by Islamic boarding schools is digital marketing through social media. The branding strategy applied by the Shuffah Hizbullah Islamic boarding school and the Madrasah Al-Fatah Lampung is “Kampung Wahyu (revelation village)”, namely a boarding school in the middle of an Islamic village. While the branding applied by the Annida modern Islamic boarding school is a modern Islamic boarding school, which combines two models of educational institutions in Indonesia. Annida has the personal branding of a Kyai or mudir (director) or boarding school leader, which makes it easier for people to recognize the Islamic boarding school. The branding strategy implemented by Islamic boarding schools is quite effective in attracting the trust of parents and prospective students.

Implementasi Program Bimbingan Belajar “Ahad Skuy” dalam Mendorong Moderasi Agama di Desa Kebonrejo Kabupaten Kediri

This article aims to analyze the impact of the Real Work Lecture (Kuliah Kerja Nyata or KKN) program on religious modernization in Kebonrejo Village, Kepung District, Kediri Regency. Kebonrejo Village is a predominantly Islamic village, but its community still holds traditional understandings of Islam. The KKN program implemented in Kebonrejo Village aims to enhance religious tolerance in community life. The research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which involves the community in the research process. In this study, the Kebonrejo Village community participates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the KKN program. The results of the research show that the KKN program conducted in Kebonrejo Village has had a positive impact on religious moderation in the village. The Kebonrejo Village community now has a better understanding of Islamic teachings that can bridge the differences within the society, leading to increased tolerance towards religious diversity.

KETERAMPILAN GURU DALAM MEMBUKA PELAJARAN TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR

The purpose of this research is to 1) know the teacher’s skills in opening lessons in Islamic religious education subjects class vii in the Islamic Village junior high school Tangerang district. 2) knowing students’ learning interest in Islamic religious education subjects class vii in the Islamic Village junior high school Tangerang district. 3) determine the effect of teacher skills in opening lessons on students learning interest in the Islamic Village junior high school Tangerang district. This study uses a quantitative approach to measure the influence of teacher skills in opening lessons (Variable X) on students’ learning interest in the Islamic Village junior high school Tangerang district. The subject of this research were students of class VII Islamic Village junior high scholl Tangerang district, totaling 50 students. Sources of data come from teachers and students. Data collection techniques by questionnaries, and documentation. The validity of the data using the product moment correlation assisted by SPSS 21 application, the reliability of the data was carried out using cornbach alpha assisted by SPSS 21 application. The data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques.The results showed that there was a siginificant influence between the teacher’s skills opening lessons on students learning interest in Islamic religious education subjects in the Islamic Village junior high school Tangerang district. The was evidenced by the t-count value of 2,744 with a constant (a) value of 21,526 and a regression coefficient value of 0,425. The influence of teacher skills in opening a lesson on students learning interest in Islamic religious education subjects was 13,6 % which can be seen from the value of R Square = 0.136 which states that there are 86,4% of other factors that can affect students learning interest.

Analysis of Education Policies in Countering Radicalism: Implementation and Externalization of Islamic Religious Education Values in Shaping Character


 
 
 Radicalization is one of the dangerous effects of globalization. The development of positive character in adolescents is necessary to combat radicalism. The values of Islamic religious education can be internalized and externalized through learning activities both inside and outside the classroom. The aim of this research is to examine how the internalization and externalization of Islamic religious education values influence students' character in combating radicalism. With the population of all high school students from the Islamic Village Foundation in Tangerang, this research adopts a quantitative method, using a proportional random sample of 350 students. After collecting the data, analysis is conducted using the structural equation modeling (SEM) based on partial least squares (PLS). The research results indicate that the internalization and externalization of Islamic religious education values have an influence on students' character and can counteract radicalism.
 
 

PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI AUGMENTED REALITY SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN UNTUK MENGENAL TATA SURYA PADA SD ISLAMIC VILLAGE

Educators must adapt their teaching methods during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure effective and captivating learning experiences that incorporate interactivity, challenges, motivation, and allow students to nurture their creativity and independence based on their individual talents and interests. At Islamic Village Elementary School, it is especially important to utilize engaging learning media since elementary students have a natural enthusiasm for new concepts. When selecting learning media, factors such as learning objectives, effectiveness, user-friendliness, and flexibility should be taken into consideration. Augmented Reality (AR) applications have emerged as an exciting advancement in learning media, particularly in helping students comprehend Natural Science subjects. Thus, an AR application has been developed as a learning tool for Natural Science at Islamic Village Elementary School, utilizing the Marker-Based Tracking AR method. The research aims to facilitate students' learning and understanding of the material while making the learning process more captivating and less monotonous. Within the application, objects are visually presented in 3D using animations, sound, and appealing colors. The research methodology encompasses literature review, field study, and sample calculations. The outcome of this research is a mobile application that serves as a supportive tool to enhance the learning experience.

Pemetaan Potensi Desa di Gampong Pasie Mesjid Menuju Gampong Syari’at

Gampong Pasie Mesjid, Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency which is the target village for the lecturers and students of STAIN Teungku Dirundeng Meulaboh. Keuik Rustam as the head of the gampong wants this gampong to have progress in the economic field and become an Islamic village based on Islamic shari'ah in accordance with the vision of the West Aceh District Government. For this reason, community service activities are carried out in the form of mapping village potential and religious potential. This activity then produced several findings related to economic development that could be implemented based on local resources and strategies for strengthening religion through early childhood education, women's recitation and Friday sermons..

IMPLEMENTATION OF RELIGIOUS MODERATION PRACTICES IN MINORITY ISLAMIC VILLAGES IN SEA VILLAGE, PINELENG DISTRICT, MINAHASA REGENCY

This article is a study related to religious moderation in minority Islamic villages. Moderation of religion in the Muslim-Christian community in Sea Village, Pineleng District is going very well in social interactions and activities. This study raises the issue of how the practice of religious moderation in socio-religious life in a minority Islamic village in Sea Village. The purpose of this study is to describe the practice of religious moderation in socio-religious life in a minority Islamic village in Sea Village. The method used in this research is descriptive-qualitative with a phenomenological approach. The results showed that the practice of religious moderation in the socio-religious life of the Muslim community in Sea Village was applied in social activities, religious activities, and political activities and “village” leadership. The implication of this research is as an effort to maintain cohesiveness and increase religious moderation that has been implemented and maintain it continuously from generation to generation to become a miniature of religious moderation in North Sulawesi.

Pengaruh Model Project Based Learning Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa

This research is to know the impact of model project-based learning on students learning motivation for religion subjects. The research was done in SMK Islamic Village Tangerang. And the subjects for this research was grade XI total population number of 106 while the number of samples were 52 students. this research used quantitative method with correlation techniques to know two variable relations. While the technicnique to collect data was done by: questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive statistic analysis analysis whice is aimed to examine the hypothesis which is alreadydefined. The results of study showed that there was a positif impact between project-based learning on student learning motivation for religion subject that is a big as 24.4% students in grade XI in SMK Islamic Village Tangerang. While another 75.6% is influenced by other factors, those are teachers, friends, environment, family, and other factors that influences learning motivation.

Pengaruh Pembiasaan Morning Activity Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Religius Siswa Kelas X danXI Di SMA Plus Islamic Village Integrated Islamic School

This research aimed to discover the effect of habituation of morning activity carried out routinely before starting teaching and learning activities in the mornings in forming religious character in class X and XI students at Islamic Village Plus Integrated Islamic School Senior High School. This examine used a descriptive quantitative correlational type. The study subjects were students of classes X and XI of Islamic Village Plus Integrated Islamic School Senior High School, totalling 130 students. The inquiry applied a random cluster sampling technique, and data collection techniques utilised observation, questionnaires and documentation. The validity result adopted the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique and the Cronbach Alpha Reliability Test with the help of SPSS 26. The data analysis used a simple linear regression technique and the Pearson Product Moment correlation. The results indicated a positive effect of habituation of morning activity on forming students' religious character at Islamic Village Plus Integrated Islamic School Senior High School. This can be seen from the acquisition of the t value is 13,45. In comparison, the t table is 1,97, with a significance level is < 0,05. The criteria H0 is rejected if t value ˃ t table at α = 5% with a value is 13,45 > 1,97. This means that the contribution of the variable X (Morning Activity Habituation) with the variable Y (Formation of Students' Religious Character) is 58.6%, and the difference is 41.4% which was not examined in this study.

Elderly Cognitive Functions at Tresna Werdha Islamic Village Nursing Home, Tangerang

Background: According to aging Index data in 2035, it is projected that there will be 73 elderly people per 100 population increasing every year. The implication of increasing the number of elderly is an increase in cognitive function degradation that affects the old age ratio dependency in carrying out normal daily activities. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the elderly cognitive functions at the Islamic Village Nursing Home. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional study design with the sampling technique using a total population of 48 elderly woman respondents. The location of the research was carried out at the Islamic Village Nursing Home, Tangerang. Data collection was carried out in March to April 2020. Data was collected using a standard questionnaire for cognitive function measured using the standard Mini-Mental State Exam (MMSE) questionnaire and the level of independence measured using the standard Barthel Index checklist. Other respondent characteristic data were collected through interviews and observations. Results: Cognitive function has a significant relationship with the level of independence of elderly women with values (OR = 5.402; p = 0.013; CI = 95% 1.430 - 20.426). Elderly women with impaired cognitive function (MMSE score> 23) are at risk of experiencing a dependency level of 4.5 times in fulfilling daily activities compared to elderly women whose cognitive function is normal. Conclusion: The decline in cognitive function in the elderly is the biggest cause of the inability to carry out normal daily activities and also the most common reason for being dependent on others to take care of themselves. It is hoped that services at the nursing home, especially caregivers, can improve the quality of services for the elderly by increasing overall attention both by providing a holistic, comprehensive diagnostic effort, by paying attention to the role of the elderly so that the quality of life of the elderly can be improved.

PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER ANAK USIA DINI DALAM KEGIATAN BERMAIN SENTRA

This qualitative research was conducted with a background to enrich the discourse and paradigm regarding the pattern of Early Childhood education in character formation. In addition, researchers want to detect and see the effects of center learning on the formation of early childhood character. Although each learning pattern has an influence and has a change in students, the center's activities have a unique value in character planting. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach using Spradley analysis. The results of the study describe the state of character education in learning centers in the Islamic Village kindergarten. That the internalization of character values is carried out through the foothold in the center from the initial conditioning to the footing after playing. Thus this research is expected to provide a positive new discourse and has the aim to provide a true understanding of what is happening around us.

The site of Al‐Qurainiyah: Topography and phases of an early Islamic coastal settlement on Failaka Island

AbstractThis paper presents the latest finds from the early Islamic site of Al‐Qurainiyah on Failaka Island, Kuwait. Trenches opened to the west of the main late Islamic village led to the identification of residential buildings and a workshop located along the shoreline, while the pottery assemblage suggests a permanent occupation from at least the seventh century CE to the early ninth century CE. The last two years of excavations allowed us to uncover archaeological contexts that seem to indicate a previous occupation, dating to the late Hellenistic period (second century BC). The long‐term occupation, strategic position of the settlement facing a wide and well‐sheltered lagoon, as well as the installation of a stable settlement in the same period of Al‐Qusur—the main early Islamic site of the island—seem to suggest the interpretation of Al‐Qurainiyah as a landing place used both in the early Islamic period and beforehand.

Quality of Favorite Places in Community Residents in The Islamic Village of Kepaon, Pemogan, Denpasar

The existence of a favorite place is a public space that has an important role in the development of villages in urban areas. In the city of Denpasar there are many kampung-kampung (kampung-kampung: a community) that have many favorite places, where the existence of favorite places itself has quality with various facilities. This study aims to determine the quality of people's favorite places in the neighborhood. This study aims to determine the quality of people's favorite places in their neighborhood. The focus of the problem raised is places that are considered favorite by the people in their neighborhood and how the quality of physical object facilities, non-physical object facilities and infrastructure facilities at the favorite places. The research method used is a qualitative method, with a case study approach, the technique for collecting research data is through interview techniques, where the speakers come from people who live in Kepaon Islamic Kampung, Pemogan, Denpasar, asked to write on a piece of paper the places that people consider favorite according to their feelings, this writing technique aims to avoid the occurrence of the expression of feelings towards a favorite place between one resource person with another resource person. This research shows that there are many favorite places in the area of Kampung Islam, Kepaon, Pemogan, Denpasar, but favorite places that have quality with good facilities that are chosen by many people in their neighborhoods such as; Al-Muhajirin Kepaon Mosque, Sungai Taman Pancing Tukad Badung, Kertha Boga Market. The role of the community as well as the government is able to care for and maintain the quality of these favorite places, so that the community is guyub (guyub: close-knit interaction) to live in the area.

Pengaruh Instagram terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan Bisnis Syariah (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ekonomi Syariah Islamic Village Tangerang - Banten)

Instagram is one of the social media platforms that quite popular among millennials, Instagram also could be used as an effective and efficient promotional media. Instagram also could be used by anyone without the need for special skills in supervision. This research aims to see whether the use of Instagram has an influence towards the Increase of Sharia Business Income in Islamic Village School of Islamic Economics students in Tangerang. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to all students of the Islamic Economic Higher Education, Tangerang, and 80 respondents, consisting of semester 4, semester 6 and semester 8 respondents as part of this study. This research used quantitative method with statistical testing using a simple linear regression model with the dependent variable is Sharia Business Income (Y) and the independent variable is Instagram testing (X), which is carried out using IBM SPSS 22 software. The results show that the Instagram variable (X) has an influence on the Sharia Business Income variable (Y). This is evidenced by the regression results which show the Instagram variable (X) statistically has a t count value of 5.680 and a t table value of 1.664, this indicates that t count> fromt table so that ???????? is accepted and ????o is rejected and it can be denied that Instagram has significant influence on the increase in Sharia Business Income at the College of Sharia Economics, Islamic Village, Tangerang and the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), Instagram has a direct influence on Sharia Business Income by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% (100% - 29.3%) by other variables not examined in this study.

Pengaruh Sertifikasi Halal, Citra Merek, dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Minuman Teh Botol Sosro (Studi Kasus pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Tinggi Islamic Village)

The purpose of this study was to explain the effect of Halal Certification, Brand Image and Price on the purchasing decision process of students to brand of Tea Bottles “Sosro” (Case Study at Islamic Village Higher Education). This research used quantitative methode . The population in this study were students who had or frequently consumed Sosro Bottle Tea products. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 87 respondents. This research use d multiple linear regression analysis method, with SPSS 25 software. The results showed that the Halal Certification and Brand Image had a positive and significant effect on the decision to buy “ Sosro ” tea bottles for Islamic Vil l age Higher Education students, while the price had a positive and insignificant effect on the decision to purchase Teh Botol Sosro for Islamic Village Higher Education students, as well as certification. halal, Brand Image and Price simultaneously influence d the Purchase Decision of Sosro Bottled Tea Drink.

The Effect of E-Learning Learning Model on Student Motivation

<p>Learning is a process of interaction between teachers and students and the elements in them. The teacher is the most dominant factor that determines the quality of learning. Education is the first step for someone to know something, both himself, the surrounding environment and when interacting with others, with education, a person can become a human who is trained and has skills in life. Especially during this pandemic, which is a widespread effect of the influence of Covid-19, so that distance learning is something that should be done, as a preventive measure from the dangers of the disease. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the E- Learning learning model can affect student learning motivation. The population and sample in this study were students at Islamic Village Senior High School 2020/2021 academic year. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with One-shot case study. Data analysis by calculating the correlation coefficient and its significant test, which is then followed by determining the regression equation. The results of this study indicate that the E-Learning learning model influences student learning motivation.</p>

The Role of Integrated Schools in Improving Islamic Education in Muslim Minority Areas of Cambodia

This study aims to find out how to improve Islamic religious education in the Krouch Chmar area, Cambodia where this area is an Islamic village in the middle of Cambodia, which is a majority Buddhist community, then the Musa Asih Integrated School (SEPAMA) is present which has a role in helping increase in Islamic education. This research uses qualitative methods, data collection using observation, interviews and documentation, qualitative data analysis is carried out continuously to completion. The findings of this researcher are that Islamic religious education in the Krouch Chmar area began to develop with the existence of an integrated school system where this school has a combination of curriculum, namely the national curriculum and the Islamic religious education curriculum, through this school finally Islamic religious education begins to increase because children and the community can easily learn Islamic religious education, this is supported by programs owned by SEPAMA, so that from this school it provides a role in improving Islamic religious education in Islamic minority areas in Cambodia, starting from a pedagogical role, a moral-spiritual role and a socio- culture which ultimately improves Islamic religious education in the area.

Becoming Balinese Islam: Bale Banjar and Subak in Islamic Village of Segara Katon, Karangasem, Bali.

Muslims in Karangasem are relatively homogeneous since they originate from the Sasak tribe, Lombok. The story of the conquest of the kingdom in Lombok by the Kingdom of Karangasem turned out to be the beginning of the Sasak tribe Muslims occupying 25 of the 26 Islamic villages, except the Saren Javanese Islamic Village from Demak, Java. The pattern of settlement through the Islamic Village further spreads around the Kingdom of Karangasem. Sasak tribe Muslims were then currently placed in the catu land which belonged to the kingdom. One of the numerous fascinating Muslim villages is Segara Katon. Some of its residents are still of Balinese origin as the result of the marriage of converted Gamongan people to Segara Katon women. Another uniqueness is the existence of the bale banjar which even though it has been acknowledged as a form of acculturation between Hinduism and Islam in the past, yet, it has been left standing although its function has presently begun to shift along with the establishment of the Nurul Jihad Mosque. The long history and traditions that they experienced in a relatively long time were made a fabulous social capital to survive in the midst of various changes, including being active and creative in strengthening peaceful relations with Hindus through multiple local wisdom. To be able to explore data and analyze how Balinese Muslim people in Segara Katon see themselves and their social world, field research was carried out through interviews, observation, and document studies.
