ABSTRACTOne of variables associated with improving corporate or organizational performance is "Organizational Culture". Organizational culture is a value system that differentiates one organization from another. Companies that are familiar with their organizational culture will have an advantage in competing against existing competition. The theory used to support this research is Robbins's theory of organizational culture and the theory of Cameron and Quinn which explains how to determine the Organization's Cultural Profile and The Competing Values Framework of an organization. This research is a descriptive research using OCAI (Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument) questionnaire and interview as data collection tools. The purpose of this research is to know Organization Culture Profile and to map the position of PT X on the Competitive Value Framework. The current population of PT X is 48 people and the result of analysis shows that the organizational culture adopted by PT X is Clan culture with 3.75 score and what is expected by the organization is Clan culture also with the value of 4.22.
