Integration of Blockchain Technology in Village Fund Management Based on Sharia Economics

This research aims to analyze the potential integration of blockchain technology in the management of village funds based on sharia economy to improve transparency, accountability, and compliance with sharia principles. The main issues raised are the lack of transparency in the allocation of village funds and the challenges of applying sharia principles in village financial management. The research method uses a qualitative approach with literature studies on the concepts of sharia economy, blockchain technology, and village fund management, as well as case analysis in two pilot villages that have implemented digital financial systems. The results show that blockchain is able to create a decentralized, immutable, and auditable transaction recording system in real time so that it meets sharia principles such as justice ('adl), transparency (openness), and the prohibition of usury. The discussion revealed that blockchain integration can reduce the risk of misuse of funds, facilitate community participation in monitoring, and strengthen trust in village institutions. However, the main challenges lie in the readiness of technological infrastructure, community digital literacy, and regulatory harmonization. The conclusion of the study states that blockchain integration in sharia-based village fund management is feasible to be implemented gradually with the support of training and collaboration between stakeholders. This research provides a practical contribution in the development of an innovative and sharia-compliant village fund management model.

Smallholder farmers can achieve more sustainable wheat production through Consolidating Land for Uniform Practice.

Land fragmentation of smallholder agriculture significantly constrains the adoption rate of optimal management practices and sustainable crop production. We developed and implemented an innovative management model known as Consolidating Land for Uniform Practice (CLUP), which aimed to foster multi-actor collaboration and facilitate the large-scale application of optimal practices without altering land ownership. CLUP was implemented in wheat fields in the North China Plain for three consecutive years. Compared to conventional farmers' practices (FP), the CLUP approach improved wheat yield by 14%, nitrogen recovery efficiency by 35%, net ecosystem economic benefit by 86%, and agricultural labor productivity by 53%. Additionally, greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions per hectare and per ton of grain were reduced by 18% and 32%, respectively. Although the wheat yield and environmental performance of CLUP were not as good as that of scientist-led optimal practices (SP), its agricultural labor productivity was 60% higher, and its economic cost was 10% lower than SP. The CLUP model facilitates a transformative partnership by integrating the cutting-edge knowledge from universities, policy support from governments, and machinery services from enterprises, while emphasizing the participation of smallholder farmers. Overall, this study provides empirical evidence for optimizing agricultural practices and land management strategies, offering practical solutions for smallholder-dominated areas in the Global South.

Artificial Intelligence Empowering Robo-Advisors: A Data-Driven Wealth Management Model Analysis

In the digital age, the rapid development of financial technology has brought new opportunities to wealth management, especially with the emergence of robo-advisors as an innovative wealth management model that is increasingly favored by investors. The application of artificial intelligence (AI) in robo-advisors has transformed the traditional wealth management model, making it more intelligent, personalized, and automated. This paper aims to explore how artificial intelligence empowers robo-advisors and analyze the data-driven wealth management model. First, the definition and development history of robo-advisors demonstrate their evolution in the financial market. Robo-advisors, by providing low-cost and fully automated investment services, break down the high barriers of traditional wealth management, offering more investors the opportunity to participate in capital markets. Compared to traditional wealth management, robo-advisors integrate various data sources and use AI technologies to provide personalized investment advice and asset allocation plans to investors. In terms of the core technologies of artificial intelligence, machine learning and deep learning are the key drivers of robo-advisors. By applying deep learning models (such as LSTM), robo-advisors can effectively capture long-term dependencies in market fluctuations, significantly improving prediction accuracy. At the same time, natural language processing (NLP) technology is used to analyze market news and social media sentiment, providing users with a more comprehensive market analysis. Furthermore, the application of reinforcement learning enables robo-advisors to dynamically adjust investment strategies, adapting to market changes. The data-driven wealth management model emphasizes the importance of big data in robo-advisors. Robo-advisors integrate market data, user data, and social media data to identify potential investment opportunities and perform multi-dimensional analysis. In addition, the introduction of quantitative investment models optimizes traditional investment strategies, enhancing overall investment returns. AI technology also plays a crucial role in risk management by improving investment security through dynamic risk management strategies and market volatility predictions. Despite the many advantages of AI-powered robo-advisors, there are still several challenges. Data quality issues, insufficient model interpretability, and regulatory and compliance challenges in fintech require attention. Financial market data often contains high noise and non-stationarity, which can affect model training and prediction accuracy. Moreover, deep learning models, often regarded as "black boxes," lack transparency in their decision-making processes, making it difficult for financial professionals to understand and trust the models. Therefore, future research needs to focus on improving data quality, addressing overfitting issues, and enhancing model interpretability to ensure AI technologies can better serve financial decision-making. Looking to the future, AI will play an even greater role in the field of robo-advisors. The application of generative AI technologies (such as GPT and BERT) in financial text analysis and market forecasting holds great promise, helping investors better understand market dynamics. At the same time, the integration of quantum computing and AI is expected to enhance financial computing power, particularly in solving complex asset allocation problems. Additionally, the combination of multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) and blockchain technology will provide new directions for the development of robo-advisors, improving market modeling capabilities and the security of financial transactions. In conclusion, artificial intelligence is driving the transformation of wealth management models through robo-advisors. By using data-driven analysis and decision-making, robo-advisors can offer investors more accurate investment advice and risk management strategies. Although challenges remain, with continuous technological progress, robo-advisors will play an increasingly important role in the future of the financial market, driving the intelligent and automated development of wealth management.

Selected Aspects of Collaboration Among Polish Enterprises in Terms of Innovation Activity

Abstract This study examines the prevalence and dynamics of innovation-related collaboration among Polish industrial and service enterprises. Despite the well-documented benefits of collaboration in fostering innovation, empirical data indicate that such collaboration remains relatively uncommon and inconsistent across different Polish business sectors. Using a combination of critical literature analysis, statistical evaluation, and comparative methods, this study identifies key trends in enterprise innovation activity and assesses the role of managerial decision-making in shaping cooperative initiatives. The findings suggest that innovation-related collaboration is often incidental rather than strategically managed, with a significant gap between theoretical models of innovation management and their practical implementation. Large enterprises are more likely to engage in cooperative innovation, whereas small and medium-sized enterprises demonstrate lower participation rates. Furthermore, collaboration primarily occurs with domestic partners, with limited engagement in international networks. The study underscores the need for a more structured approach to innovation management, including enhanced knowledge integration, increased managerial awareness of cooperation benefits, and the development of policies that incentivize strategic partnerships. Addressing these challenges could improve Poland’s innovation ecosystem, aligning it more closely with international best practices.
