  • Xiaolong Qian

The core driving force for sustainable development of enterprises stems from an innovative corporate culture, and the key to promoting the formation and development of this culture lies in effective incentive mechanisms. This paper aims to explore the theoretical construction of corporate innovation culture and its integration model with incentive mechanisms. At the beginning of the study, the concept, characteristics, and constituent elements of corporate innovation culture are sorted out through literature review to construct its theoretical framework, and the role and influence of incentive mechanisms in corporate innovation culture are analyzed, and various incentive methods such as material incentives, spiritual incentives, and institutional incentives are explored. Then an integrated model of corporate innovation culture and incentive mechanism is proposed, covering three dimensions: culture-oriented incentive design, incentive-driven cultural shaping, and culture-incentive synergy. The feasibility and effectiveness of this integrated model are verified through case studies and empirical research. The results show that the organic integration of innovation culture and incentive mechanism can significantly enhance the innovation ability and performance of enterprises. Finally, this paper puts forward specific suggestions for enterprises to build an innovation culture and design a matching incentive mechanism, providing theoretical guidance and implementation paths for enterprise practice.

  • Zirui Hong

At a time of increasingly fierce competition in the global economy, corporate innovation is regarded as a key element to gain sustainable competitive ad-vantage, and the stability of the supply chain, as an important link in corpo-rate operations, should not be underestimated in terms of its role in promoting or constraining innovation. This paper analyzes the impact of the stability of up-stream and downstream relationships on the innovation ability of enterpris-es by taking 3,096 A-share listed companies in China from 2013 to 2023 as the re-search object. The findings show that the stability of both suppliers and cus-tom-ers has a U-shaped relationship on firms' innovation capability, and that digital transformation plays a mediating role in the inverted U-shaped relation-ship between supply chain stability and innovation capability. In the heteroge-neity test, the effect of supply chain stability on firms' innovation capability is more significant in large-scale firms and firms in capital-intensive industries. This paper concludes that enterprises should maintain a moderate degree of supply chain stability and adjust their management strategies for supply chain rela-tionships according to their own characteristics in order to effectively en-hance their innovation capability.

This paper takes Baosteel Group as the research object to explore the advantages and economic consequences of the internal governance and equity incentive systems in State-owned enterprises. Against the backdrop of the separation of ownership and management rights in state-owned enterprises and the limited role of external governance institutions, Baosteel was the first to introduce independent outside directors and implement an equity incentive plan. The research finds that the introduction of independent outside directors has enhanced the corporate governance level; the equity incentive plan is legal and reasonable, effectively improving the enterprise's innovation ability, profitability, and corporate value. However, there is a problem that the assessment indicators ignore the external environment. Therefore, this paper suggests that state-owned enterprises adjust their performance assessment indicators according to changes in the industry environment. In the future, more attention can be paid to Baosteel's subsequent equity incentives and comparative analysis with other companies can be carried out.

  • PloS one
  • Yu Kang + 1 more

Aiming at the information asymmetry between pharmaceutical enterprises' technological innovation decisions and government subsidy strategy, this paper establishes a differential game model consisting of the government and a single pharmaceutical company, proposes three different government subsidy strategies, and obtains an equilibrium solution with the help of the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation, taking into consideration of the transmission effect of the enterprise's reputation. First, the innovation decisions of pharmaceutical firms without government subsidies are analysed, and based on this, the optimal strategies with government subsidies for non-cooperative pacts and cooperation between the government and enterprises are analysed separately. In addition, the effects of different subsidy strategies on the government's investment efficiency, corporate reputation, and the choice of corporate innovation strategies are compared, and the results are verified by numerical analysis. Finally, based on the results of the study, references and suggestions are provided for the formulation of government subsidy policies as well as corporate innovation decisions. The results show that: government subsidies can effectively stimulate the innovation ability of pharmaceutical enterprises and improve their reputation; the more sensitive an enterprise's reputation is to the coefficient of technological innovation, the more it can improve the enterprise's innovation level; and the coordination contract of government-enterprise cooperation can realize the Pareto improvement of the benefits of the government and enterprises.
