All CAN bus is widely used in communication and control between electronic control units of automobiles. At present, the rapid development of intelligent network system has put forward higher requirements on the speed, capacity, reliability and stability of real-time data exchange.In this paper, the microcontroller based on Cortex-M7 architecture and the third-generation high-speed CAN transceiver are selected to build the interface module. According to the high-level CAN communication protocol, the control command is sent and the fault diagnosis and status monitoring is carried out in real time. At the same time, the industrial data from the signal processing module is received and stored. The test results show that the interface system is configured with several groups of filters of different interception modes based on the dual-channel CAN-FD communication, realizing higher transmission rate, longer data frames and multiple frame sending and receiving and is downward compatible with BxCAN. It has the characteristics of strong comprehensive performance, high reliability, portability and versatility. It also provides theoretical verification and data support for the optimization design and application of CAN bus in domestic industrial products.
