In this paper, we propose the hierarchical network synchronization scheme that is backward compatible for the existing commercial system, efficient for total system performance, and whose hardware modification is minimized. This system performance is, the relationship among bandwidth efficiency, complexity and MODEM performance, and superiority of network system applicability.
