The spintronic is a merging field of advanced technology in which fuctionality of quantum devices controlled by spin of electrons. Therefore, the electronic, magnetic and thermoelectric characteristics of 6.25% and 25% V, Cr, Mn, and Fe doepd SrS are addressed comprehensively. The comparison of ferromagnetic and the antiferromagnetic states favour the stability of ferromagnetic state. The formation energy and Curie temperature (Tc) are analysed for thermodynamic stability and room temperature ferromagnetism. The ferrmagnetic semiconductors (V, Mn), and Half metallic ferromagneitsm (Cr, Fe) are ensured through band structures, and density of states. The nature of ferroamgnetism and spin polarization density are computed by exchange energies (Δx(d), Δx(pd), crystal field energies (ΔCF), exchange constants (N0α and N0β), and integer magnetic moments. Furthermore, the effect of thermoelectric paramters are addressed by Seebeck coefficient, thermal conductivity, power factor, and electrical conductivity.
