The article contains the results of the development of contour models for the e-book environment in the JetIQ VNTU information ecosystem. The authors continued the study of contour models of the educational electronic information environment, one of the elements of which is an electronic book. It is considered as a separate environment for independent and mixed learning, it forms an environment for studying specific topics and performing practical tasks. Such electronic textbooks or laboratory practices have built-in tests, allow the teacher to enter tasks, determine the time for completing tasks, and integrate the obtained grades into an electronic journal. The distribution of contours by type allows researchers to focus their attention on the development of each of the contours - functional, communication, managerial, motivational and emotional. The relationship between them also shows the impact on the level of quality of the educational electronic environment. In addition, it is important to develop a security circuit to preserve one's own knowledge base based on an e-book, to develop author's electronic educational materials.

Research Work for Students: Its Peculiarities at Ukrainian Higher Education Institutions in the Conditions of Martial Law

The paper presents analysis of two ways for organizing the research work for students at the Department of Foreign Languages in Lviv National Environmental University: a) the use of modern technologies, robotization of production processes abroad and in Ukraine; b) educational material researched by students from massive open online courses platforms, other electronic resources for students as additional educational materials to the main ones proposed by teachers for the taught disciplines. There are also considered some electronic educational materials implemented for students and discussed by professors of different Ukrainian higher educational institutions at teachers’ conferences as well as the ways of spreading the results of students research work and exchanging their experience in usage of the reviewed materials are proposed. Under martial law, the research work for students of higher education institutions of Ukraine should be brought to a new level, especially in the military sphere and for helping our people to quickly restore all spheres of the national economy destroyed during the Russian-Ukrainian war. The results of the students research can be used by the teaching staff for planning and improving the educational process at our and other universities.

New Trends in E-learning and New Approaches to the Development of E-learning Educational Materials

E-learning represents an area that is dynamically developing and closely correlated with society's technological progress. Since its inception, we have witnessed many changes in e-learning development and the creation of electronic educational materials. With the growing development of modern technologies, E-learning is becoming a key element in education. This article aims to identify and describe the main trends in e-learning and the creation of electronic educational materials. As part of our survey, we identified the main trends shaping E-learning. These trends include various aspects, including the personalisation of education, the interactivity of courses, the use of artificial intelligence and data analysis for better efficiency, the development of virtual reality and augmented reality in the educational environment, the inclusion of various multimedia elements, and many others. We expect these trends to have a significant impact on the way educational materials are created and delivered. They open the door to new possibilities and innovations in the E-learning field, which promise a more effective and adaptable education for everyone.

MODERN APPROACHES TO MASTERING AND IMPROVING PRACTICAL SKILLS AT THE DEPARTMENT OF HISTOLOGY, CYTOLOGY AND EMBRYOLOGY

This article outlines the organization of the educational process at the Department of Histology, Cytology, and Embryology of Poltava State Medical University. The significance of this study lies in its comprehensive approach to enhancing students' practical skills while concurrently incorporating interactive teaching methods.
 Recognizing the growing importance of integrating new information technologies into education, we have introduced innovative ways for students to engage with our subject. In addition to traditional light microscopy in practical lessons, we have seamlessly integrated electronic resources and digitized histological samples into our academic curriculum.
 Our department has implemented additional educational technologies through computer classes. This digital transformation of the student's learning environment enables access to a wide array of electronic educational materials, interactive testing, and digitized histological specimens. This multimedia electronic teaching resource opens up exciting avenues for progressive teaching methods, fostering increased student engagement and interest in the subject. It also allows students to study histological specimens independently, either within the Department of Histology, Cytology, and Embryology or on their personal devices, well in advance of practical classes.
 Today, we can confidently assert that the process of digitizing medical education is progressing ahead of schedule. By combining traditional academic instruction with modern digital technologies and tools, we are nurturing a new generation of graduates equipped with substantial theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Актуальные вопросы формирования единого информационного образовательного пространства / The Issues of the Formation of a Unified Information Educational Space

The modern stage of society's development is characterized by the universal use of information and communication technologies that penetrate into all spheres of human activity. The field of education is no exception. In these conditions, the issues of the formation of a unified information educational space are of particular relevance. The relevance of the problem under study is due to the fact that, despite the increased interest in this issue, no legal definition has been formed at the legislative level to date. This creates certain problems in practical implementation. In the article, the author has studied in detail the existing points of view on the issue of determining the essential-content characteristics of a unified information educational space. It was found out that its main tasks include the development of electronic educational materials, the provision of informatization tools, the creation of an educational information network, etc. The implementation of these tasks should have a positive impact on the qualitative characteristics of education. In addition, the author highlights the key elements of the unified information educational space, systematizes the main levels. It has been established that for a long period of time the Russian Federation has been moving in the direction of rapprochement with the states of Europe. This is evidenced by the entry into the Bologna Process in 2003. However, the current geopolitical situation has predetermined serious changes in this direction. This has led to the fact that the creation of a single information educational space with the European Union is impractical. Therefore, it is recommended to carry out further measures in this context within the country, as well as with friendly States.

Quality analysis of publicly available information about hypoplastic left heart syndrome.

Publicly available health information is increasingly important for patients and their families. While the average US citizen reads at an 8th-grade level, electronic educational materials for patients and families are often advanced. We assessed the quality and readability of publicly available resources regarding hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS). We queried four search engines for "hypoplastic left heart syndrome", "HLHS", and "hypoplastic left ventricle". The top 30 websites from searches on Google, Yahoo!, Bing, and Dogpile were combined into a single list. Duplicates, commercial websites, physician-oriented resources, disability websites, and broken links were removed. Websites were graded for accountability, content, interactivity, and structure using a two-reviewer system. Nonparametric analysis of variance was performed. Fifty-two websites were analysed. Inter-rater agreement was high (Kappa = 0.874). Website types included 35 hospital/healthcare organisation (67.3%), 12 open access (23.1%), 4 governmental agency (7.7%), and 1 professional medical society (1.9%). Median total score was 19 of 39 (interquartile range = 15.8-25.3): accountability 5.5 of 17 (interquartile range = 2.0-9.3), content 8 of 12 (interquartile range = 6.4-10.0), interactivity 2 of 6 (interquartile range = 2.0-3.0), and structure 3 of 4 (interquartile range = 2.8-4.0). Accountability was low with 32.7% (n = 17) of sites disclosing authorship and 26.9% (n = 14) citing sources. Forty-two percent (n = 22) of websites were available in Spanish. Total score varied by website type (p = 0.03), with open access sites scoring highest (median = 26.5; interquartile range = 20.5-28.6) and hospital/healthcare organisation websites scoring lowest (median = 17.5; interquartile range = 13.5-21.5). Score differences were driven by differences in accountability (p = 0.001) - content scores were similar between groups (p = 0.25). Overall readability was low, with median Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level of 11th grade (interquartile range = 10th-12th grade). Our evaluation of popular websites about HLHS identifies multiple opportunities for improvement, including increasing accountability by disclosing authorship and citing sources, enhancing readability by providing material that is understandable to readers with the full spectrum of educational background, and providing information in languages besides English, all of which would enhance health equity.

The effectiveness of developing schoolchildren's science literacy in biology classes with a focus on the study of Genetics within a flexible blended learning model

Introduction. The article is devoted to the problem of schoolchildren’s functional literacy formation within the framework of blended learning. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the effectiveness of the use of an electronic educational resource to achieve a stable increase in indicators of science literacy at the stage of compulsory education. Materials and Methods. The research methodology is based on the ideas of humanization, innovativeness in the formation of schoolchildren’s functional literacy, learner-centered and systematic approach to the organization of learning biology and genetics, and the educational process as a whole. Experimental work was conducted in 7 types of educational organizations of the Republic of Bashkortostan: schools with in-depth study of a number of subjects, individual education schools, private schools, comprehensive secondary schools, basic general education schools, lyceums and gymnasiums. 191 schoolchildren, 9 teachers, 112 parents participated in the study. The following methods were used: theoretical analysis, meta-analysis, methods of analogy, comparison, modification, questionnaires, interviews; tests, and statistical data processing. Results. In the process of the research, the necessity of developing educational technologies and tools for implementing an integrated approach to the formation and development of science literacy at the stage of general education are substantiated. The role of studying Genetics in the formation of schoolchildren’s science literacy is clarified; trends and needs of school practice in teaching Genetics are revealed. The authors identify and describe the following prospects of using the technology of mixed learning and the electronic educational course for schoolchildren and parents called ‘Genetics for everyone: about the difficult’: updating knowledge about the influence of studying genetics on the formation and development of interest in biological sciences, increasing motivation to master knowledge about complex processes occurring in the microcosm, as well as expanding the prospects for the development of a new educational paradigm of personalization of students when using electronic educational materials in mixed learning courses. Conclusions. The results obtained prove the effectiveness of schoolchildren’s science literacy formation within the implementation of a flexible model; the proposed electronic educational resource ‘Genetics for everyone: about the difficult’ for schoolchildren and parents contributes to the development of the subjective position of schoolchildren, provides a steady trend towards improving the quality of knowledge, and interest in Genetics as a science.

Features of using e-resources when learning Chinese as a second foreign language in secondary school

Problem and goal. A priority aspect of learning Chinese as a foreign language is the use of electronic educational complexes and materials. However, in the context of the complex digitalization of society, special factors appear that should be taken into account when developing and implementing appropriate electronic educational tools. The purpose is to explore the features and potential of e-resources for teaching Chinese as a foreign language in secondary school. Methodology. Theoretical analysis and generalization of the literature are used to describe the conditions for effective teaching of the Chinese language, and the problems of improving the quality of students' educational results. The experiment involved 52 students from the Vyatka Humanitarian Gymnasium. Learning Chinese as a foreign language is supported by StudyChinese.ru, Chinese Boost, Shibushi.ru services. Fisher's criterion was used for statistical data processing. Results. In the experimental group, primary school students used e-resources for comprehensive informatization at all stages of learning Chinese as a foreign language (speaking, listening, reading, writing, intercultural communication and collaboration). An assessment of learning outcomes was made and statistically significant differences in the qualitative changes that occurred in the pedagogical system were revealed. The features of using e-resources for integrated informatization in the study of Chinese as a second foreign language in secondary school are described. Conclusion. The types of activities and interactive exercises in the information environment are formulated, which most effectively work to improve the quality of teaching Chinese as a second foreign language.

Training of Future Engineer-Pedagogues in the Field Of Food Technologies for the Use of Pedagogical Design in Professional Activities

In the presented publication, an attempt to substantiate the peculiarities of the professional training of a modern engineer-pedagogue in the field of food technologies when using pedagogical design in professional activities was made. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the basic principles of training future engineers-pedagogues in the field of food technologies for the use of pedagogical design in professional activities. Methods. The main methods as research and experimental work using elements of the modeling method, mathematical statistics; conversations and observations; survey; assessment and self-assessment methods; private methods of determining indicators of preparation for the use of pedagogical design; pedagogical testing, etc. are used. The results. In order to identify the initial levels of preparedness for the use of pedagogical design, to specify the goals of the study, the diagnostic procedures were conducted among full-time and part-time students; the effective diagnostic methods were identified to determine the level of preparation of future engineers-pedagogues of food technology for the pedagogical design use. The author of the article shares the experience of the Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University, where the educational discipline program «Fundamentals of Pedagogical Design» was developed. The author emphasizes that modern educational institutions need trained specialists taking into account the requirements of pedagogical design, and the educational process itself, based on the use of information and communication technologies, cannot do without trained professionals who have a clear idea of ​​the theory and practice of creating educational new generation materials. Conclusions. It is noted that the future engineers-pedagogues of food technology in the conditions of educational process informatization should be ready to use and create digital educational resources based on information and communication technologies; the pedagogical design knowledge will be useful to practicing teachers, since more modern technical tools and technologies appear in their professional activities that will have a positive impact on the quality of education as a whole. The author states that knowledge of the basics of pedagogical design allows to create electronic educational materials to achieve projected educational goals; and that there is an urgent need to train future engineers-pedagogues of food technology with the help of new technologies to create digital educational resources and use them effectively in the educational process. The results of the conducted research have been made public, which give grounds for asserting that there is an urgent need to develop a training program for future engineers-pedagogues of food technology for the use of pedagogical design in professional activities, and as a direct result of this should be the introduction of the educational discipline «Fundamentals of Pedagogical Design» for pedagogical specialties into the educational process, as well as in the system of improving the qualifications of employees in the education sector.

This scientific article examines the state of digitization of managerial and managerial activities and the process of digitalization of education in the education system of the Kyrgyz Republic, determining the features of the process of managing the development of modern schools in the conditions of digitalization of education, developing a model of the Control Center for the information management system of a modern school, on the progress of scientific work aimed at experimentally verifying the effectiveness of school development management in the conditions of the Center information systems, a summary of the content of the scientific work is given. Also, in practice, the advantages and disadvantages of organizing the digitalization of the traditional educational process on the basis of secondary schools were analyzed. 840P Electronic patient-reported outcomes (ePROs) of adults with BRAF V600–mutant stage III-IV melanoma treated with dabrafenib + trametinib (D + T) collected using the Kaiku Health digital patient (pt) monitoring platform

D + T has shown long-term efficacy and a well-characterised safety profile in pts with BRAF-mutant melanoma in clinical trials; however, real-world evidence (RWE) is limited. ePROs compiled with digital solutions can allow for collection of symptom data, prompt reaction to medical events, and improved quality of life (QOL). Novartis and Kaiku Health codeveloped a platform for pts with high-risk stage III or unresectable/metastatic BRAF V600E/K–mutant melanoma to describe PROs during treatment with D + T and provide pt educational materials. 40 to 100 pts will be enrolled during treatment with D + T and followed for ≥ 6 mo to collect longitudinal PRO and clinical data. The primary endpoint is incidence of key symptoms such as fever, chills, fatigue, and nausea. Secondary endpoints include frequency, severity, and duration of symptoms; platform feasibility and impact on treatment interruptions and/or reductions and time on treatment; and machine learning (ML) modelling aimed at predicting symptom onset and continuity. At data cutoff for the interim analysis (22 Mar 2022), 49 pts were enrolled from 5 sites. The adoption rate was 92%, with 45/49 invited pts registered, with 66% using the module for ≥ 12 wk. The majority (65%) used mobile versions, and 76% read electronic educational materials. 39/45 pts reported a total of 7217 symptoms using the module with a 71% average weekly compliance, and 39 pts completed ≥ 1 QOL questionnaire. Median time spent on questionnaires ranged from ≈ 2-3 minutes. Common symptoms were fatigue (82%), headache (56%), cough (51%), and muscle pain (51%). 10 pts reported 19 cases of acute fever and were monitored using a fever management algorithm until resolution. ML models predicted symptom onset and continuity for 9 symptoms with good to excellent performance. Interim data suggest that modules are supporting pts while generating RWE, which opens the possibility of understanding safety profiles and QOL in this setting. Continued data collection and investigation of ML aim to better predict symptoms for earlier intervention.

Diagnostics of digital competencies of the pedagogue

This article examines the development of digital competencies of the pedagogue and presents the toolset for their assessment and self-assessment. The subject of this research is the process of detecting digital competencies of the pedagogue. An attempt is made to structure the key indicators of the formation of digital competencies of the pedagogue and conduct their level differentiation. The author provides the matrix of the development of digital competencies, which may become a benchmark for the competent control over student’s learning activity in digital educational space. Such matrix serves as the theoretical model for detecting the level of formation of IT-competencies of the pedagogue in the conditions of rural and ungraded schools. The three levels of the development of digital competencies are presented therein. In their professional development, the pedagogue undergoes the three stages, which can designated as “Application – Adaptation – Elaboration”. This indicates the three levels of development IT- competencies of the pedagogue implemented in the following types of professional activity: work with information resources; control over the learning, upbringing and developmental processes; elaboration of electronic educational materials, creation of educational environment, and countering destructive trends on the Internet; self-management of professional development of the pedagogue. The criteria are formulated in accordance with the highlighted types of professional activity of the pedagogue. The level of development IT-competencies is detected through the analysis of pedagogical situations, when the pedagogue must choose one of three behavioral strategies that are associated related with the general use, general pedagogical, and subject-methodical competency respectively. The article is prepared within the framework of the state task of the Ministry of Education No. 073-03-2021-015 / 2 of July 21, 2021 for the implementation of research works (on the topic “Research and development of methodical recommendations on the use of modern digital and Internet technologies on the example of rural and ungraded schools in the context of ensuring quality educational process (the online format of implementation is offered)”.

Scientific and methodological foundations of hygienic assessment and examination of digital educational content

Introduction. In a modern school, digital educational materials are widely used, implemented through electronic teaching aids. However, teachers in the learning process are not guided by the appropriate recommendations of hygienists. The purpose of the study is to substantiate hygienically significant parameters of digital educational content presented on devices equipped with a screen. Materials and methods. Hygienic observational, expert-analytical and physiological-hygienic studies were carried out to assess 460 electronic educational materials. Results. A number of indicators have been established that characterize the readability of educational materials of a digital school, four of which are regulated by the current sanitary legislation, and the rest are of a recommendatory nature. The assessment of the textual material made it possible to establish that the educational materials did not comply with the regulated and recommended hygienic requirements in all respects. The expert assessment showed that the hygienically not rationally designed educational material presented on the screens causes discomfort of the visual analyzer after working with it. Working with such material contributes to visual fatigue, at the same time, the use of hygienically rationally designed materials is characterized by positive trends in the state of the visual analyzer. Conclusion. A hygienically not rationally designed educational material presented on screens causes discomfort in the visual analyzer and promotes visual fatigue. Hygienic assessment and examination of used and developed digital educational content should be carried out in terms of text, color, illustrative design and design of electronic educational material.

Формирование цифровых компетенций у студентов, получающих педагогическое образование

The article provides the typology of online educational materials, concretizes and clarifies digital competencies that are in demand in the modern information educational environment.
 In accordance with the principles of the system-activity approach, a methodology for the formation of digital competencies in future teachers in the context of the organization of project activities of students of pedagogical specialties is proposed. It is shown that this activity can be associated with the step-by-step methodological development of electronic educational materials in the environment of online services.

COVID-19 and the Digitalisation of Cardiovascular Training and Education-A Review of Guiding Themes for Equitable and Effective Post-graduate Telelearning.

The coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has had an unprecedented impact leading to novel adaptations in post-graduate medical education for cardiovascular and general internal medicine. Whilst the results of initial community COVID-19 vaccination are awaited, continuation of multimodality teaching and training that incorporates telelearning will have enduring benefit to post-graduate education and will place educational establishments in good stead to nimbly respond in future pandemic-related public health emergencies. With the rise in innovative virtual learning solutions, medical educators will have to leverage technology to develop electronic educational materials and virtual courses that facilitate adult learning. Technology-enabled virtual learning is thus a timely progression of hybrid classroom initiatives that are already adopted to varying degrees, with a need for faculty to serve as subject matter experts, to host and moderate online discussions, and to provide feedback and overall mentorship. As an extension from existing efforts, simulation-based teaching (SBT) and learning and the use of mixed reality technology should also form a greater core in the cardiovascular medicine curriculum. We highlight five foundational themes for building a successful e-learning model in cardiovascular and general post-graduate medical training: (1) digital solutions and associated infrastructure; (2) equity in access; (3) participant engagement; (4) diversity and inclusion; and (5) patient confidentiality and governance framework. With digitalisation impacting our everyday lives and now how we teach and train in medicine, these five guiding principles provide a cognitive scaffold for careful consideration of the required ecosystem in which cardiovascular and general post-graduate medical education can effectively operate. With due consideration of various e-learning options and associated infrastructure needs; and adoption of strategies for participant engagement under sound and just governance, virtual training in medicine can be effective, inclusive and equitable through the COVID-19 era and beyond.

Organization and conduct of classes in educational institutions during distance learning

The article considers the use of cloud technologies during distance learning. The implementation of the mechanism of distance learning in general secondary education in two areas is described: distance form as a separate form of education and the use of distance learning technologies in the organization of education in various forms (day, evening, correspondence, etc.). The software for the organization of distance learning of pupils and students is listed. Examples of development of own electronic educational materials for teaching mathematics and computer science are given.

Supporting Holistic Wellbeing for Performing Artists During the COVID-19 Pandemic and Recovery: Study Protocol.

The COVID-19 pandemic resulted in the abrupt closure of circus schools, venues, and companies, introducing a myriad of novel stressors. Performers and students must now attempt to maintain their technical, physical, artistic, creative, and cognitive abilities without in-person support from their coaches and must manage the isolation from their training and performing spaces. For circus artists, the transposition of the work space to a home environment is not possible, which creates novel stressors that could lead to the exacerbation and escalation of mental health issues. The purpose of this study is to develop, implement and evaluate a holistic interventional program based on the socio-ecological model of resilience and operationalized through physical literacy. This will be a prospective longitudinal study with a retrospective comparison to data from a similar student cohort pre-pandemic. Interventions were designed using a population-specific, participant-based developmental model within a knowledge translation framework. The interventional program includes group webinars, small group information sessions, and one-on-one Zoom meetings, in addition to the distribution of electronic educational materials. The interventions will holistically provide psychological, physical, social, technical, artistic, and creative supports. Resources will be deployed throughout the closure period and through recovery, as transitions to return to training after prolonged hiatus will magnify known psychological and physical difficulties. Repeated, longitudinal assessment of students will be utilized to track changes over time at key transitions in the pandemic and school year and will be compared to a pre-pandemic school year. The framework for this program will be translatable to other performing arts and high-performance contexts. The program has implications for the mental health and overall wellbeing of artists and for cultural and economic recovery of the industry.

The author in the article discusses the character and types of distance education, outlines the main problems that this form of study is experiencing nowadays. The author introduces the definition of distance learning; defines and characterizes its main types that are used to organize the educational process in pandemic situation (video conferencing, synchronous learning, asynchronous learning, online courses with an open schedule, online courses with a fixed schedule, computer distance learning, hybrid learning). The Moodle platform, one of the widely used by higher educational institutions, is also characterized. Its advantages include communicative nature, transparency of learning outcomes, an intuitive interface, reliability, adaptation to different devices with different operating systems. The main contradictions that exist between the strict requirements of reality to distance learning organization and the willingness of higher education institutions to organize and implement training in digital form using various information technologies are analyzed. Among the problems of organizing distance learning in higher educational institutions, the author underlines the difficulties connected with the development of an electronic educational environment; with the readiness of the teaching staff to use information educational technologies in the educational process on-line; with the development of electronic educational materials that meet a high-quality educational process organization. There are also difficulties caused by the lack of a sufficient amount of modern and reliable communication facilities and high-speed Internet communication channels for students. It is concluded that the transition to effective online learning requires time and various resources (financial, informational, human and others), support from organizations and officials interested in the development of high-quality online education.

Friendship as a reflective value in Chinese and Russian aphorisms: experience of linguistic and cultural concepts e-teaching

The article is devoted to the current problem of modern linguodidactics, Russian language studies and linguoculturology - linguocultural concepts e-teaching in intercultural context on the material of the Russian language. The article deals with using information and communication technologies in teaching Russian as a foreign language in linguoculturological aspect. Methods of online learning Russian as a foreign language to Chinese students are offered. This study is based on methods of analytical description, systematization, generalization, comparative analysis, linguoconceptual and linguoaxiological analysis, e-learning. As the material of a research, Chinese and Russian aphoristic funds are used (more than 100 aphoristic statements containing lexemes friend , friendship , to be on friendly terms ). The article presents electronic educational teaching materials, which take into account students' specific communication competences formed in the process of studying Russian linguistic and cultural concepts in an intercultural context. Within the framework of a series of webinars (online seminars), the stages of axiological analysis of the concept friendship , verbalized in Chinese and Russian aphorisms, are revealed in the process of e-learning linguocultural concepts in an intercultural context by Chinese students studying Russian as a foreign language. The scientific novelty of the article lies in the fact that for the first time the article offers exercises for online teaching Russian as a foreign language with linguocultural concepts analysis in an intercultural context on the material of Chinese and Russian aphorisms. The article contributes to the development of linguoconceptology, linguoculturology, linguoaxiology, Russian language studies, methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language, e-learning in an intercultural context, and intercultural communication. The materials of the study can be used at classes on Russian as a foreign language, linguodidactics, intercultural communication, and translation theory and practice. The materials of the study could form the basis of an electronic textbook for teaching linguistic and cultural concepts in an intercultural context in the course of Russian as a foreign language.

Rationale for choosing the model and tool for developing an e-learning course

The emergence and discussion of the reasonable choice of methodological bases for the creation and subsequent application of electronic training courses within the framework of a separate study is not accidental. Analysis of the theory and practice of the use of information technologies in education showed that, along with the discussion of informatization of education, including adult education (androgogy), the use of computer-based training programs to improve the quality of teaching in various disciplines, studies of pedagogical capabilities of electronic training courses, principles of development and technology for creating electronic educational materials remain insufficiently studied. Properly grounded methodological and technological components of the process of creating such resources will ensure high quality of the final product, as well as reduction of time and financial costs. The article presents a generalized description of the basic models and methodologies for the development of electronic educational materials, namely: ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation); SAM (Successive Approximation Model); SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound); ALD (Agile Learning Design). The authors pay special attention to the ALD (Agile Learning Design) model, describing its basic principles. The structural analysis of ALD with the help of the IDEF0 functional model allowed showing the logical interconnection of all the stages of creating an e-learning course, to demonstrate its iterative nature. The study also addresses the issue of the reasonable choice of tools for developing e-learning courses. The choice was made on the basis of T. Saati’s method of analyzing hierarchies. The selected alternatives were Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline and iSpringSuite as software solutions used for the professional development of e-learning materials. The choice was made on the basis of such criteria as maintenance, implementation, functionality, price, experience of usage. As a result of the testing with the MPRIORITY decision-making system, the Articulate Storyline software platform was selected as the tool for the implementation of the subsequent e-learning course project. This software product has significant functionality if compared to the other alternatives: low cost and availability of development. Further work on the creation of an e-course is sure to be carried out with its use.
