Abstract After in-depth research and analysis, aiming at the heat generation mechanism and limitations of the current heat dissipation method, this paper proposes an innovative heat dissipation design scheme. By optimizing the structural design of the heat sink, the heat dissipation surface area is increased, thus achieving more efficient heat emission and maintaining the optimal operating temperature of the equipment. Experimental data show that this new heat dissipation design significantly improves the cooling efficiency, an increase of about 60%, and provides support for the performance improvement of high-power power products, which brings a reliable and efficient cooling solution for related industries.
