PERAN DISTRIBUSI ZAKAT PRODUKTIF TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KESEJAHTERAAN MUSTAHIK KAMPUNG ZAKAT TERPADU JEMBER

Productive zakat aims to support mustahik’s business so that they can fulfill their needs consistently and not spent on consumption, so that mustahik can change their status from mustahik to muzakki. This research was prepared to find out how the distribution of productive zakat in Kampung Zakat Terpadu Jember and its implication to the improvement of mustahik welfare of mustahik. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative field study and used the methods of interview, documentation, and observation to accumulate data. his research is different from previous research which shows that the distribution of productive zakat has a positive and significant relationship with the improvement of mustahik welfare which includesskills training, micro business funding, or capital assistance to start a business. As for yhis research, it shows that the distribution of productive zakat does not have a significant relationship with improving the welfare of mustahik’s welfare. Based on the research that has been conducted, researchers can conclude that distribution carried out by BAZNAS and zakat management institutions complies with the applicable procedures and the provisions pertaining to zakat administration found in Law Number 23 of 2011. In Kampung Zakat Terpadu Jember, productive zakat plays a crucial role in generating employment opportunities and enhancing the welfare and standard of living of the local community mustahik, thus creating new muzakki and transforming someone into a muktafi. The researcher categorizes the benefits received by the mustahik into three groups: (1) not feeling any significant benefits and not experiencing economic changes. (2) experiencing short-term benefits and not experiencing economic changes. (3) experiencing long-term benefits and experiencing economic improvement. Penyaluran Zakat Produktif Melalui Program Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran Di Kampung Zakat Terpadu Kabupaten Jember

This research aims to examine the concept of productive zakat distribution through the TPQ Darul Quran program and its impact on the community in the Integrated Zakat Village. The Integrated Zakat Village is the first Zakat Village in East Java which is located in a remote area in Jember Regency and the majority of residents in the Zakat Village area are underprivileged people. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection methods use interviews, observation and documentation. Determining informants using purposive techniques and data analysis in this research includes data reduction, data presentation, data condensation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show: 1) there are two types of concept for distributing zakat through TPQ Darul Quran in the Integrated Zakat Village, namely creative productive distribution and creative consumptive distribution. 2) The existence of the TPQ Darul Quran program is very beneficial for the people of Paceh Hamlet because many children can learn to recite the Quran as well as study religious knowledge for free. In fact, with the large number of children studying at TPQ, it is starting to stimulate the economy of the surrounding community because several people can sell around the TPQ.

IMPLEMENTATION OF ZAKAT FUNDS TOWARD POVERTY ALLEVIATION THROUGH THE NATIONAL ZAKAT AGENCY OF BATU BARA DISTRICT

Zakat has great potential to become one of the main instruments in poverty alleviation efforts. Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam, so normatively it is an absolute obligation for every Muslim. The purpose of this research is to find out how zakat is distributed by the Batu Bara Regency National Zakat Amil Agency in its efforts to eradicate poverty, as well as identify factors that support and hinder the distribution of zakat. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, and documentation, using primary and secondary data. There were 5 informants in this study. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion verification. Source triangulation ensures the validity of the data used in this research. Based on research results, Baznas, Batu Bara Regency routinely distributes zakat funds every year using two main approaches, namely consumptive zakat and productive zakat, to overcome poverty. Through the Smart, Healthy, Pious and Caring Batu Bara Program, consumptive zakat is distributed to meet the basic needs of mustahik. Meanwhile, the Batu Bara Makmur Program is a productive zakat distribution program that empowers zakat recipients to be economically independent. However, poverty alleviation efforts could be more optimal because a larger proportion of zakat fund distribution occurs through consumptive zakat. Limited human resources cause a lack of supervision of zakat recipients, so the efforts made by productive zakat recipients last only a short time.

Analysis of the Impact of Productive Zakat in Empowering Mustahiq's Economic Welfare in Jember Regency

The purpose of this study is to analyze the distribution of Productive Zakat in NU Care-LAZISNU PCNU Jember in empowering mustahiq economic welfare in Jember Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach, and this research is descriptive. Qualitative research methods are research that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words of people or observable behavior. NU Care-LAZISNU Jember has several steps to be able to carry out the mandate of distributing productive zakat so that the target and goal of distributing productive zakat is achieved. As a result, NU Care LAZISNU JEMBER uses a distribution pattern with zakat management functions consisting of forcasting, planing, organizing and actuating and controling. While the utilization model used is in kind by providing business tools and capital assistance such as livestock. The impact felt by mustahiq who receive productive zakat can be seen from several indicators including increased income, more decent housing or housing, and increased education and health levels.

Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDGs): Sociopreneur Zakat Produktif Sebagai Upaya Pengentasan Kemiskinan

The purpose of this research is to analyze the business activities of the productive zakat distribution that have been carried out by Dompet Dhuafa Singgalang and to analyze the role of the productive zakat sociopreneur program in efforts to realize sustainable development (SDGs). Law of The Productive Testicles

The role of zakat as ijtima'iyah Aaliyah worship in Islam focuses on two main functions of zakat, namely cleansing property and souls and being a community fund to reduce poverty. Zakat mal and zakat fitrah were discussed, with emphasis on the need for a productive zakat approach as a long-term solution. The research aims to understand the concept of productive zakat from the perspective of Yusuf Al-Qardhawi and Imam Nawawi, including an understanding of the main purpose of productive zakat in alleviating poverty and improving mustahik welfare. This research uses a documentary-descriptive approach method with literature study, where written data is analyzed based on context. The results showed that the distribution of productive zakat according to Yusuf Al-Qardhawi played an important role in developing the mustahiq economy. The majority of scholars support the concept of productive zakat as a strategy to improve the economic life of Mustahiq. The conclusion of this study underscores the urgency of productive zakat in the context of Islamic teachings and the welfare of the Ummah. The empowerment of Mustahiq through training and skill development is the main focus to increase the effectiveness of productive zakat. Although there is no specific reference in the Qur'an or hadith regarding productive zakat, the allocation of zakat clearly stated in surah At-Tawbah verse 60 provides a basis for the distribution of zakat that supports the economic improvement of Muslims.

Analysis of Productive Zakat Distribution and Management Practices at LAZ (Amil Zakat Institution) Sidogiri, Pasuruan, East Java

The aim of this research is to describe the management of productive zakat at LAZ Sidogiri and to analyze how productive zakat distribution practices are carried out at LAZ Sidogiri. Design/methodology/approach The design of this research is qualitative. Qualitative research is research to describe and analyze phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts individually and in groups with specific objectives. The result was that the implementation of Rasulullah's management at the Sidogiri Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) was carried out according to the rules, generally after centralization. This is not surprising because the Sidogiri Islamic Boarding School (PPS) is an Islamic boarding school that has long been associated with the Islamic religion and contains the ideology of its founder, Muhammad SAW, who taught his followers about the correct interpretation and application of Islamic teachings as well as their own teachings. teachings . In this way, the use of management applications automatically does not deviate from the professional standards set by Allah Ta'ala. The management system described here is called SIFAT (Siddiq, Istiqomah, Fathanah, Amanah, and Tabligh).

EKONOMI KERAKYATAN DALAM PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI SYARI'AH

The productive zakat distribution strategy by BAZNAS is an effort to channel wealth from muzzaki to mustahik and then hopefully increase business income and economic welfare for the community. Therefore, Muslims need to know that the productive zakat distribution strategy is carried out by BAZNAS Kendal Regency. It is hoped that this can increase the business capital they have been working on so far, so that in the future they will not only fulfill their daily needs, but also increase their business. If BAZNAS manages productive zakat well, it will have an impact on economic welfare so that the mustahik's standard of living will increase. In channeling business capital to mustahik, of course, looking at the existing budget, the more muzzaki who give zakat infaq shodakoh, the greater the amount of business capital they will receive, this hope and reality is what zakat institutions and mustahik want. This research was conducted using qualitative methods and using qualitative descriptive analysis tools. Test the validity of the data using triangulation. Then data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The source sample was determined purposively, namely the Kendal Regency BAZNAS Utilization and Distribution division as well as staff and mustahik recipients of productive zakat fund empowerment assistance. The results of the research show that the distribution of productive zakat on mustahik economic empowerment carried out by BAZNAS Kendal Regency was poured into several programs which then formed 4 types of pentasharufan or productive zakat utilization, namely: 1) Providing individual business capital assistance 2) Job skills training 3) assistance group capital 4) Assistance with business facilities and infrastructure. The zakat distribution strategy in the BAZNAS program is analysis through planning, organizing, implementing, monitoring, as well as accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, program monitoring, as well as integrating organizational goals and formulating them into missions.

The Effectiveness Of Productive ZIS Funds On SMEs Affected By Covid-19

This study aims to determine how effective the distribution of productive zakat, infaq, alms funds to SMEs affected by COVID-19 and to find out the model for distributing ZIS productive funds in improving the welfare of SMEs. The method used is a mixed method to produce more comprehensive facts. This study indicates that in the empowerment program, there is a training program held by the amil zakat institution as a form of business assistance that can increase the income of mustahiq SMEs. This program has quite effective impact on SMEs affected by COVID-19. Researchers found an effective ZIS fund distribution mechanism model with a business assistantship that amil zakat institutions must carry out through business development training programs, spiritual improvement, and financial planning. This study aims to improve the skills, faith, and finances of the mustahiq so that they can achieve a level of welfare.

Productive zakat distribution in improving mustahik welfare: CIBEST model approach

Purpose — This research aims to determine the positive impact of the productive zakat program on Mustahik's welfare through increasing income and spiritual well-being and reducing poverty levels.Method — We employed a purposive sampling method in our sampling technique. The criteria for respondents selected as samples in this study were mustahiq, who received zakat from BAZNAS and were Muslim. The data for this research were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly through visits to Mustahiq's homes. The collected data were then processed using the Wilcoxon test and CIBEST model analysis. The Wilcoxon test determined the average difference in income before and after receiving zakat. Meanwhile, the CIBEST model was used to evaluate Mustahik's welfare.Result — The findings of this research show that mustahik recipients of productive zakat assistance can improve their financial conditions and materially enhance their circumstances. Overall, the research results confirm that the BAZNAS effective zakat program has had a positive impact on Mustahik's welfare, by increasing income, spiritual well-being, and reducing poverty levels.Practical implications — The distribution of productive zakat must continue to be improved, both in terms of the quality of its management and the utilization of abundant zakat funds, to achieve a more optimal positive impact on Mustahik's welfare.

PRODUCTIVE ZAKAT DISTRIBUTION OF BUILDING VILLAGE MODEL TO INCREASE MUSTAHIQ INCOME

This study outlines the productive zakat distribution model, with the assisted village model developed by the National Amil Zakat Agency of Karanganyar Regency, which is expected to be able to convert mustahiq into munfiq or even muzaki more effectively and efficiently. BAZNAS or other zakat institutions have never done this model, so it is essential to examine its effectiveness, if it has a positive impact then this model needs to be developed by other institutions/agencies engaged in similar fields. This research is included in the type of field research with qualitative descriptive methods. The primary data in this study was obtained from the Head of Distribution and Utilization of BAZNAS Karanganyar, his Volunteer team, and Mustahik. Secondary data in this study was sourced from the 2020-2021 Karanganyar Regency BAZNAS Accountability Report and other relevant documents. Data collection techniques in this study are interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that the distribution of productive zakat with the assisted village model was very effective, as evidenced by increasing income, developing mustahik businesses and being able to create jobs while increasing production and sales.

Peran Zakat Dalam Mengatasi Kemiskinan: Covid-19 Di Indonesia

Zakat is an obligation for a Muslim in managing their wealth and is also a form of social concern that is given when it reaches the threshold. The distribution of zakat to the recipients is not only limited to consumptive forms that meet basic human needs, but also includes productive zakat distribution in the form of capital for businesses that are monitored for their development, so that the recipients can become more self-reliant. The Indonesian economy has experienced a decline due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which has led to an increase in poverty rates in Indonesia. This research utilizes literature research from articles and published journals. The research findings indicate that zakat plays a role in alleviating poverty and ensuring social justice for the community, including during the Covid-19 pandemic. BAZNAS and LAZ throughout Indonesia have created collaborations to assist the government in dealing with Covid-19 by establishing the Covid-19 Crisis Center

PERAN ZAKAT PRODUKTIF DALAM UPAYA PENANGGULANGAN KEMISKINAN DENGAN PENDEKATAN MODEL CIBEST

This study aims to examine the impact of productive Zakat on poverty reduction in Kendari City using the CIBEST model. The research addresses two main questions: (1) What is the distribution model of productive Zakat for poverty alleviation at BAZNAS Kendari City (2) What are the effects on recipients (mustahiq) after receiving productive zakat assistance from BAZNAS Kendari City using the CIBEST model. The research adopts a qualitative, descriptive approach, collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that: (1) The productive zakat distribution model focuses on planning, organizing, and implementation stages, with limited supervision due to human resource constraints. (2) Using the CIBEST Model, changes in mustahiq households were observed before and after receiving productive Zakat. Notably, the number of prosperous households increased from 14 to 22 in Quadrant I, while material poverty decreased from 8 to 6 households in Quadrant II. Spiritual poverty decreased from 8 to 2 households in Quadrant III, and no households fell into the absolute poverty category in Quadrant IV, both before and after receiving productive Zakat.

Sustainable Zakat Empowerment Model for Productive Business at Zakat Institutions in West Java Province

The management of Productive Zakat as an alternative solution to the problem of poverty in Indonesia has been an ongoing effort. The Government of Indonesia has shown its commitment to this initiative through normative policies, such as PMA Number 31 of 2019, which outlines the terms and procedures for calculating Zakat Mal and Zakat Fitrah and utilizing Zakat for productive business, based on Law number 23 of 2011 concerning Zakat Management. However, existing regulations have not addressed the technical aspects of how the distribution of Productive Zakat should be carried out to effectively achieve its main goal of empowering those classified as Mustahik in a sustainable manner. This study aims to describe and analyze the model of productive zakat utilization in empowering a sustainable community economy in West Java Province. The research adopts a qualitative method with an analytical descriptive approach. The study concludes that the productive zakat utilization model should be comprehensive and integrative in three ways. Firstly, it should involve the regulation of zakat in conjunction with infaq, shadaqah, and waqf. Secondly, there should be a focus on developing a reliable and capable human resource team for managing the zakat, comprising of amil (collectors) and assistants. Thirdly, the model should emphasize enhancing the intellectual capacity (knowledge and skills), mentality, and spirituality of the mustahiq as the beneficiaries.

Digitalisasi Pemberdayaan Melalui Dana Zakat Produktif Untuk Mengatasi Kemiskinan Di Kota Surabaya

. This research aims to analyze the role of digitalization of productive zakat distribution by Baznas Surabaya to overcome poverty in the city of Surabaya. The aim of distributing zakat funds is not only consumption assistance, but also improving the productive economic conditions of zakat recipients. To achieve this goal, in facing current developments, it is necessary to digitalize the distribution of productive zakat funds appropriately. This type of research is qualitative research using a field approach (field research), with the hope of being able to photograph the effectiveness of digitizing the management of productive zakat funds. The results of this research show that digitizing the proper distribution of zakat funds can be carried out in a creative, productive way, namely distributing zakat that cannot be directly used or spent by mustahiq. So that its utilization makes it possible to have an economic impact on mustahiq by coaching and mentoring through digital technology

Pemanfaatan Zakat untuk Meningkatkan Pendapatan Mustahiq pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Dharmasraya

The main problem in this study is that the Productive Economy program is one of the Dharmasraya Makmur programs which aims to increase mustahiq's income in the long term and change their economic capabilities for the better. However, in carrying out productive zakat distribution programs, many problems occur in the field, including failures due to their own efforts such as production aspects, low business motivation, indiscipline in the use of zakat funds and indiscipline in the use of funds, causing differences in the income of mustahiq recipients of productive zakat funds. The type of research conducted is field research or field research using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques that the authors use are interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the distribution of productive zakat funds in the form of business capital provided by BAZNAS Dharmasraya Regency to 30 mustahiq people as a sample of this study can be said to be successful in increasing mustahiq income in terms of the average increase in mustahiq income, which is 80%. However, mustahiq who are not successful in developing their business because these funds are used to meet mustahiq's personal needs and productive zakat funds channeled by BAZNAS Dharmasraya Regency are quite large but not accompanied by coaching because the accompanying HR (Human Resources) is lacking, so mustahiq who receive these funds are trying to develop their own business, but in the middle of running the business, they are confused about how to manage the business that is being occupied so that there is no significant development.

The Impact of Productive Zakat on the Development of Mustahiq Businesses in Kecamatan Tualang

The Covid-19 pandemic had a significant impact on the development of microbusiness. The restrictions of social activities decrease sales which have affected the capitalist economy. Productive zakat funds can be a solution in dealing with these problems. This research aims to determine the characteristics of mustahiq and their business and analyze the factors affecting mustahiq total revenue after distributing productive zakat during the Covid-19 pandemic and its impact. The contribution of research related to the effect of productive zakat can be helpful for several parties, such as the government, zakat management organizations, especially BAZNAS Siak Regency, and academics. The method used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and paired t-test. The results showed a difference in the total revenue of business before and after productive zakat distribution during the Covid19 pandemic. The factors that positively and significantly affect business total revenue after the issuance of productive zakat during the Covid-19 are capital, the number of zakat funds, dummy education, and dummy business type. The business duration affects negatively and significantly; however, the respondents' age doesn't affect total revenue increments significantly.

Efficiency of Productive Zakat Distribution in Increasing the Prosperity of Mustahik in Amil Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah Muhammadiyah Institutions in South Sumatra Province

Zakat, according to Islam, is an obligation that must be carried out by every Muslim. It acts as a tool given by Islam to eradicate poverty by making the rich aware of their social responsibility. There are two types of zakat distribution in Indonesia: consumptive distribution and productive distribution. However, the distribution of zakat is still predominantly dominated by consumptive zakat. The purpose of this research is to investigate how productive zakat can be distributed at LAZISMU South Sumatra and evaluate the success of distributing productive zakat funds to mustahik (those eligible to receive zakat) status. The data collection method used in this thesis research is qualitative. The primary and secondary data sources are utilized, and data is collected through interviews and documentation. Currently, in the distribution of productive zakat, LAZISMU still employs a grant contract, whereby productive zakat funds given to mustahik are provided free of charge. They also use a Qardhul Hasan contract. However, the implications of productive zakat funds for mustahik status have not fully transformed mustahik into muzaki (those who give zakat). Instead, the new mustahik status indicates their ability to transition into muktafi (people who can meet their own needs) and munfiq (people who spend infaq).

Optimize Productive Zakat to Eradicate Poverty

This article discusses how the use of productive zakat can have a major impact on the macro economy, especially in minimizing poverty that is rife in society in a country. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach. The type of data is in the form of narrative, the data source is in the form of publications, both physical print and online. This paper finds that the optimization of productive zakat carried out by institutions that specifically handle the distribution of zakat, can be one of the stimuluses for assistance to people (mustahik) in need, which can raise the standard of living to be better than before. So that in the end the distribution of productive zakat is expected to have an impact on reducing and anticipating poverty that occurs.

Analisis Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Mustahik Melalui Program Bebas Riba Tanggung Renteng di Baznas Kota Tebing Tinggi

This study aims to find out how the economic empowerment of mustahik in productive zakat, infaq and shadaqoh through the Riba Free and Joint Responsibility program at Baznas Tebing Tinggi City. This research used descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The interviews conducted were in-dapt in nature and to test the validity of the data from the field the researchers used a triangulation technique. The economic empowerment of mustahik through the Riba Free and Joint Responsibility program is a form of distribution of productive Zakat, Infaq and Sadaqoh. The Riba Free and Joint Responsibility program is distributed in the form of cash loans given to mustahik in accordance with the micro business they have and this program is distributed to mustahik with a joint or group responsibility system and without the slightest interest in return. The distribution pattern for the Riba Free and Joint Responsibility program is submitting an application, file inspection and survey, the loan decision, disbursement of funds, loan repayments. In distributing it, the Tebing Tinggi City Baznas also carries out coaching, mentoring and supervision activities, this is done in order to achieve maximum effectiveness in empowering mustahik's economy. The impact on the mustahik economy is also quite significant, where the mustahik recipients of the Riba-Free Joint Responsibility program experience an increase in income and development in their micro businesses and of course this creates an increase in welfare. However, on the other hand, there are obstacles faced by the Tebing Tinggi City Baznas in distributing the Riba Free program, where the Tebing Tinggi City Baznas is still experiencing a lack of funds and limited Human Resources (HR) and equipment.
