Introduction: Children with hearing loss and additional disabilities benefit from cochlear implantation. However, 30%–40% of children currently receiving CIs have other neurodevelopmental, genetic, ASD, or congenital disorders, with mixed evidence of their potential benefits. The purpose is to evaluate NDT & SI integrated practices in neurorehabilitation. Methods: She was assessed throughout using NDT assessment, Sensory Profile, ASQ, Denver’s Score, and Developmental Checklist. Reassessment before the cochlear implant, she showed good improvement except for independent walking with adjunct. Result: Significant Improvement in Gross and fine motor functions, Personal & social relations & problem solving. Conclusion: Neuro-developmental therapy along with Sensory Integration Pre- and post-cochlear Implant showed considerable improvement in her functional abilities and participation. Further studies can be done using & SI approaches for unique Genetic syndromic cases. Implications: Role of NDT & SI approaches in a RERE Gene disorder.
