The evolution of trade and commercial relations between China and the US is particularly noteworthy, given the significant impact of economic globalization and its role as a fundamental pillar of global economic stability and progress. The trade volume between China and the US is steadily increasing, and this is happening at the same time as the trade structure is changing significantly. The process of commerce between China and the US is not without its difficulties, though, as seen by the US's gradual growth in trade protectionism, the frequency of trade disputes, and the imbalance in trade relations. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the dynamic evolution trend of China-US trade in the context of economic globalization and discusses the current status and challenges of China-US trade relations, as well as the future trend based on global economic, political, and technological development trends. In addition, the paper forecasts how China-US trade relations will develop in the future in light of new technological advancements, policy adjustments, and shifts in the global economic landscape. It also offers policy recommendations and strategic adjustment guidelines to encourage collaboration between the two sides and produce win-win outcomes.

The Intelligent Monitoring Technology for Machining Thin-Walled Components: A Review

Thin-walled components are extensively utilized in the aviation, aerospace, shipping, and nuclear energy industries due to their advantages of being lightweight and easily integrated. With an increased design quality and complexity of structures, thin-walled components have rendered traditional offline machining state prediction techniques inadequate for meeting the rising demands for machining quality. In recent years, advancements in intelligent manufacturing have led to the emergence of intelligent monitoring technologies that offer new solutions for enhancing the machining quality. This review categorizes technologies into online signal collection, state recognition, and intelligent decision-making, based on the implementation processes of intelligent monitoring. It summarizes the roles and current development status of various technologies within intelligent monitoring and outlines the existing challenges associated with each technology. Finally, the review discusses the challenges and future development trends of intelligent monitoring technology.

Research Status and Progress on Technologies for Exploration of Dry Hot Rock Resources in China

Abstract Hot Dry Rock (HDR) represents a clean and renewable geothermal energy source, playing a crucial role in global energy transition and climate change mitigation. China possesses abundant HDR resources. However, compared to the international advanced level, domestic exploration technology is still in its early stages. This paper analyzes the distribution of HDR resources in China and the achievements in exploration projects. It delves into the principles, applications, limitations, and development trends of key technologies in the main processes of HDR resource exploration. The paper emphasizes the necessity of improving exploration precision, enhancing high-temperature drilling fluid development, advancing logging technology, and establishing unified evaluation standards. Furthermore, it highlights the potential of artificial intelligence and big data technologies in improving exploration efficiency and reducing development risks, aiming to provide scientific technical guidance and practical references for the exploration and utilization of HDR resources in China.

Mathematical model of the system performance mode for simultaneous separate well operation

Relevance. The trend of oil production technology development is related to many relevant topics. One of such actual directions is the technology of simultaneous separate well operation, in particular, including two electric centrifugal pumps and double-sided submersible electric motor. The presence of two formations at the bottomhole implies the selection of the optimal layout, technological parameters of pumps pumping oil. Considering production from two independent formations in the well according to the mentioned technology, there is a high need in selection of correct parameters of installations at the design stage. In the absence of correct selection of technological parameters of units at the design stage, further operation of a well with two independent formations can be economically inexpedient, and in some cases unrealizable, which is due to a number of reasons. First, if the necessary underbalance is not provided for each particular formation, counterflow of fluid may occur and one of the pumps will not participate in the production process. Secondly, when operating an arrangement, which capacity significantly exceeds the capacity (fluid flow from the reservoir) of the well, there is a possibility of pumping failure and, as a consequence, there is a risk of potential failure. In this regard, an extremely urgent task at the moment is to ensure correct selection of technological parameters of electric centrifugal pump units used in simultaneous separate operation of wells with two independent formations. Aim. Development of a mathematical model that allows selecting the optimal technological parameters of the arrangement consisting of two electric centrifugal pumps and a double-sided submersible motor, used for simultaneous separate operation of wells with two independent formations. Methods. Numerical simulation methods for analyzing the operation mode of electric centrifugal pumps in conditions of oil production from two independent reservoirs. Results and conclusions. It was obtained that the developed mathematical model of the system operation mode for simultaneous separate operation of wells allows to estimate the potential of each individual selected pump during oil production (in time dynamics) by analyzing the depression on each individual reservoir, as well as modeling the process taking into account the potential backflow of liquid and supply failure.

Pathways for the Construction of Labor Education Courses for Students Major in Measurement and Control

In March 2020, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era, emphasizing that "fully understand the new requirements for strengthening labor education in the new era to train socialist builders and successors; Comprehensively build a labor education system that reflects the characteristics of The Times; Carry out labor education practice extensively; Efforts to improve labor education support and security ability; Effectively strengthen the organization and implementation of labor education." Therefore, college students' labor education has become a compulsory course for the major of measurement and control technology and instrument. The course is divided into two parts: theoretical study and practical study. In view of the increasing emphasis of the society on college students' labor quality education and the key role of mapping in solving complex engineering problems, the traditional "passing through" theoretical teaching methods and "visiting" practical teaching methods are no longer suitable for the new teaching needs in the contemporary background. Therefore, in order to improve the teaching quality and students' learning effect on this malleable and open knowledge, Changzhou Institute of Technology invited technical directors of representative enterprises in the industry to conduct classroom case analysis and field visits of relevant knowledge, so as to realize the teaching reform of production-education integration in school-enterprise joint teaching. The latest industry status and development trend of measurement and control technology and instrument technology will be brought into the classroom teaching, effectively improve the teaching quality, and deeply cultivate students' labor consciousness.

Overview of Key Techniques for In Situ Tests of Electromagnetic Radiation Emission Characteristics

With the growing number of electronic devices loaded and increasing influence from electromagnetic interference, large-scale systems or platforms are confronted with increasingly severe electromagnetic compatibility challenges. Due to the vast size of these systems and the multitude of electronic devices they contain, standard laboratory environments are often inadequate for meeting test requirements. This paper reviews the state-of-art in the area of field measurement techniques related to the checking of electromagnetic compatibility, and the key technologies of electromagnetic interference filtering and wide-bandwidth, large-dynamic, and rapidly transient signal extraction in the measurement field are analyzed. The research status of electromagnetic interference suppression, transient and broadband measurement, and environmental interference suppression combined with time-domain fast measurement and other technologies are summarized and analyzed. Based on a comparative analysis of the aforementioned technologies, the future development trends of field measurement technology are also discussed.

The main trends of advanced scientific and technological development of Russian industry

The article presents the results of a practical assessment of the results of development of the national economy of the Russian Federation, expressed in the main trends of advanced scientific and technological development of the country’s industry. The study notes the importance of the industrial sphere for acquiring national technological sovereignty. In order to reduce import dependence on foreign suppliers, the current trends of advanced scientific and technological development of industry and its place in ensuring national security of the Russian economy are considered. The main indicators of the production index in high-tech industries are studied in conjunction with a comprehensive assessment of the used and developed advanced production technologies. The author of the study proposes a modernized model for managing the process of advanced innovative import substitution.

The role of digital transformation in ensuring the level of technological development of industries and enterprises

In the context of the development of the data economy, the implementation of the policy of import substitution, and the increase in technological sovereignty, the study of the impact of digital transformation on increasing the level of technological development of industries and enterprises is of particular importance and relevance. The purpose of the study is to systematize, based on statistical dynamic data, the directions of digital transformation to ensure the technological development of industry. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the correlation of trends in digital transformation and technological development of the industrial sector. Description, comparative analysis, trend graphs, regression analysis, generalization and systematization of data were used as research methods. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions were obtained: indicators of innovation activity and the effectiveness of research activities remain relatively low, while the trend of reduction in the number of researchers continues; the development of the data economy has contributed to increased investment in the development of information and communication technologies, but on average less than 2% of the population is employed in the field of information technology; the cost share of purchased domestic software is steadily increasing in government agencies while decreasing in commercial organizations, which negatively affects the implementation of information security policies and import substitution of technologies in the field of data management; Organizations have seen an increase in the use of integrated management information systems, mainly based on technologies such as ERP–systems, CRM–systems and supply chain management systems. The analysis of trends in the influence of digital transformation in ensuring the level of technological development presented in the article can be used as the initial information, statistical and analytical basis for developing programs to stimulate technological renewal of industrial sectors and enterprises.

A Practical Exploration on the Teaching Reform of Integration of Production and Teaching in College Students' Labor Education Curriculum

In March 2020, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Strengthening Labor Education in Colleges and Universities in the New Era," emphasizing the "need to fully recognize the new requirements for cultivating socialist builders and successors in the new era for strengthening labor education; to build a comprehensive labor education system that reflects the times; to conduct extensive labor education practical activities; to enhance the support and guarantee capacity for labor education; and to strengthen the organization and implementation of labor education." As a result, labor education has become a required course for students majoring in Test and Control Technology and Instrumentation. The course is divided into two parts: theoretical learning and practical learning. Due to the increasing social emphasis on labor quality education and its reflection in the key role it plays in solving complex engineering problems, the traditional "walking-horse-view" theoretical teaching method and "visiting-style" practical teaching method are no longer suitable for the new teaching needs in the contemporary context. Therefore, in order to improve the teaching quality and students' learning effect of the flexible and open knowledge, Changzhou Institute of Technology's Test and Control Technology and Instrumentation major has invited the technical directors of representative enterprises in the industry to conduct case analysis in class and on-site visits, achieving the goal of joint teaching reform between schools and enterprises. Bringing the latest industrial status and development trends of Test and Control Technology and Instrumentation technology into classroom teaching, it effectively improves the teaching quality and deeply cultivates students' labor awareness.

A review of research on optical true time delay technology

Light controlled phased array has the advantages of fast response speed, compact system, diverse functions, and flexible control, and has been widely applied in many scientific and technological fields. Optical true delay technology (OTTD) is the most direct technical means to achieve phase delay of optical carrier signals, and it is also the most basic technical means to implement optical controlled beamforming systems. In order to fully understand the optical true delay technology, this article first elaborates on the principle of phased array antennas and the reasons for beam strabismus, and analyzes the impact of true delay on the performance of phased array radar. Then, the basic principle, technological progress, and related applications of optical true delay are introduced. Taking four common structures of optical true delay lines as examples,which are micro-ring resonant cavity array, grating ture time delay line, multi-path switchable optical ture time delay line（OTTDL）, and wavelength selective optical delay line, their performance in delay accuracy, adjustable delay range, and frequency bandwidth are compared. Finally, the current problems and future development trends of optical controlled beamforming technology were summarized.

Research hotspots and evolution trends of food safety risk assessment techniques and methods

AbstractFood safety incidents frequently occur in China and other countries. Food safety risk management has evolved from harm‐based to risk‐based approaches to control risks more scientifically and effectively. Risk assessment is at the core of risk control and provides a scientific basis for the development of risk management measures. Therefore, analyzing the research status and development trends of food safety risk assessment technologies and methods is important for improving food safety risk assessment and risk management. In this study, CiteSpace software was used to analyze a knowledge graph of popular research topics in the field of food safety risk assessment over the past 14 years, identify research keywords, and provide centrality statistics. Food safety risk assessments primarily focus on in vitro high‐throughput testing, computational toxicology, predictive microbiology, mechanistic research, and other technical methods. In the future, international coordination, cooperation, and cross‐integration of relevant disciplines should be strengthened, and research on and application of innovative technologies for food safety risk assessment should be promoted. Research on food safety risk assessment technologies and methods is in an active development stage and has good prospects for further exploration and application.

Superheated steam technology: Recent developments and applications in food industries.

Studies focused on superheated steam technology in the field of food processing have progressed rapidly over the past several decades, and this can be attributed to its remarkable heat transfer efficiency, energy-saving benefits, and environmentally friendly characteristics when compared to those of conventional thermal processing methods. Consequently, superheated steam technology holds great promise for a wider range of applications in the food industry. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the use of superheated steam technology in food processing and its impact on food quality, texture, and microbiological safety. Superheated steam is an effective thermal processing medium for tasks such as food drying, microbial decontamination, reducing the formation of toxic compounds, and enhancing the overall food quality. During superheated steam processing, the products exhibit improved flavor, color, and texture, heightened safety, and better retention of nutritional and bioactive ingredients. Additionally, the limitations and future development trends of superheated steam technology are discussed. Although the commercial adoption of superheated steam technology is still in its early stages, recent advancements suggest a promising future for its integration into the food industry.

Construction of Virtual Experiment Teaching Platform based on 5E Teaching Mode and VI Technology

Virtual instruments have many advantages such as low cost, comprehensive functionality, easy scalability, and easy replication. At the same time, they can also meet the special requirements of time and space for remote experiments. Based on Web technology and virtual instrument technology, a virtual experiment system is constructed, which combines data sharing, remote control, and real-time operation. More conducive to utilizing experimental and scientific research resources. At the same time, virtual instruments have high flexibility and are no longer limited by traditional experimental teaching modes, which can save a lot of repeated investment costs. They can also keep the teaching equipment in the laboratory up-to-date and closely follow the development trend of science and technology. As a compulsory course for mechanical engineering majors, although the existing experimental system has achieved certain results, there are still limitations to 'Mechanical Engineering Testing Technology'. This article aims to address the problems of insufficient instrument sets and outdated equipment in the experimental teaching of "Mechanical Engineering Testing Technology", as well as students' poor ability to apply theory to practice and insufficient innovation ability. By integrating the 5E teaching mode, a virtual experimental teaching platform based on VI (Virtual Instrument) technology is established. Students can break through traditional experimental methods and conduct various experiments through the network, obtaining experimental experiences that are very similar to real experiments. At the same time, it can deepen their understanding and recognition of experiments, and better grasp theoretical knowledge.

Advancements in Battery Management through Multi-Scale Digital Twin Technology: Principles and Applications

To achieve peak carbon and carbon neutral goals, the development of electric cars has become strategically important. It is necessary to have precise battery management technology because the lifespan and safety of power batteries change dynamically as they are used. This leads to rapid capacity degradation brought on by the inconsistent performance of single cells and thermal runaway brought on by short board batteries or internal defects. New battery management capabilities have been made possible by the development of the digital twin model, which is now one of the technical trends in the industry. Based on the development trend of battery management technology , the article concentrates on the analysis of basic principles of battery digital twin modeling from the aspects of system modeling to management and control requirements. The article systematically introduces the construction method of multi-dimensional, multi- scale and multi-physical field fusion of digital twin battery. Combined with the previous research of the team, the practical case of the digital twin battery was analyzed. Finally, the application perspective of digital twin battery is discussed in production design, life cycle management and other scenarios, which provided ideas and references for the development of battery management technology.

The Interplay Between Global Digital Trade and Data Privacy Policy: A Comprehensive Review

In the era of big data, international trade has gone through a digital transformation and developed into a new stage of digital trade. The gradual prosperity of digital trade and the increasing contribution of digital elements to the economy of countries and the international community also bring about problems such as data abuse, surveillance, privacy infringement, and regulatory difficulties. In order to adapt to the development trend of digital trade, countries are paying more attention to cross-border data flow and data privacy protection, in order to maintain national security and the data security of various entities. Therefore, this article analyzes the current situation and trends of digital trade, considers the security issues of data privacy from the perspective of different entities, links key issues such as cross-border data flow, data rights, and privacy rights, explores the current status of relevant domestic and foreign legal and regulatory systems, and conducts comparative analysis. The analysis results show that due to different values, there are significant differences in policies regarding digital trade and privacy protection among countries. The commonality is that none of them have established appropriate legal protection systems for data elements and privacy rights to promote the development of digital trade. Under the trend of technological development, data privacy will also be impacted by new technologies through digital trade. Therefore, in response to the expanding demand for data regulation, all entities should improve their privacy protection and cross-border data flow policies and standards from both internal and international perspectives.
