In order to manage security efficiently, it is necessary to understand the nature of security and to know the current challenges and threats.ConclusionsIn a world where IT tools are an indispensable element of daily human activities, information science has a strong influence on the information security culture. These areas of activity mainly include the development of security technologies, where information science strives to develop systems that would effectively protect users from threats such as distortion or data loss.. Another sphere is education for employees about information security, which would help develop appropriate models for an information security culture. Another important aspect is the human awareness of threats that may be encountered during the use of IT tools or platforms. The final aspect that should be considered is risk management. Information science enables analysis to be conducted regarding risks related to information security and to treat them as the basis for developing optimum action plans in the event of an emergence of threat.

Finger vein identification system using capsule networks with hyperparameter tuning

<p>Safety and security systems are essential for personnel who need to be protected and valuables. The security and safety system can be supported using a biometric system to identify and verify permitted users or owners. Finger vein is one type of biometric system that has high-level security. The finger vein biometrics system has two primary functions: identification and verification. Safety and security technology development is often followed by hackers' development of science and technology. Therefore, the science and technology of safety and security need to be continuously developed. The paper proposes finger vein identification using capsule networks with hyperparameter tuning. The augmentation, convolution layer parameters, and capsule layers are optimized. The experimental results show that the capsule network with hyperparameter tuning successfully identifies the finger vein images. The system achieves an accuracy of 91.25% using the Shandong University machine learning and applications-homologous multimodal traits (SDUMLA-HMT) dataset.</p>

Data-Driven Zero Trust Key Algorithm

In today’s information society, network security is a crucial issue. Network security technology is changing as a result of the development of emerging technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence. Data-driven (DD) security has emerged as a new network security technology development direction. The key technologies for DD network security are discussed in depth in this paper. A data security protection system is designed from the perspective of ZT, based on advanced security concepts and technologies developed by ZT, as well as a foreign data security governance framework. The number of alarms generated per hour is counted, removal rules are defined, and real-time rule matching is performed to eliminate false alarms based on different combinations of attributes. By analyzing the security data generation rules and internal relations, a security aggregation method can reduce redundant data and improve alarm quality.

Digital transformations are the defining trend of the current society development stage. Digitalization covers all areas of human life, identifying both opportunities and threats. The state is called to ensure the use of digital development, creating an appropriate institutional and legal environment, institutional infrastructure, and eliminate the negative effects of digitalization, which highlights the study. The aim of the study is to determine the content and features of modern transformations of the Ukrainian public administration system in conditions of digitalization and promising areas of administrative state influence to realize the potential of digital technologies in various fields. The methodological basis of the study are methods of systems analysis, functional analysis, index. The study considers the categories of "public administration", "transformation", "digitalization", based on the generalization of which the content of transformations of the Ukrainian public administration system in conditions of digitalization is determined and structured. It analyzes the index of digital economy and society, which characterizes the digital development of EU countries and emphasizes the key role of digitalization processes. The paper groups the directions of digitalization in public administration and identifies the advantages and disadvantages of digitalization for public administration. The authors also consider the main tasks of public administration on digital transformation and describe the international cooperation of Ukraine on digital transformation processes. Based on the analysis, they substantiate the need to develop the state concept of digital competencies in order to eliminate digital gaps and digital "inequalities". The practical significance of the study is identifying promising areas for further transformation of the public administration system in order to ensure the use of the benefits of digital development. Important areas of further research are the development of security technologies for digital rights guarantees, educational digital models, the development of the model of public administration platform and simplification of public services, the formation of the digital economy model - the product state.

Built-in security framework research for 6G network

6G will enable seamless coverage across land, sea, sky, and space, and provide users with on-demand services. 6G requires high security and its security capabilities are expected to serve as an independent logical plane under the 6G network architecture to provide services and guarantee for 6G networks and applications. This article analyzes and summarizes the three aspects of 6G security evolution requirements. First, the distributed autonomy of network architecture increases the exposure surface of network equipment and functions, and puts forward the requirements for high security of network elements and subnets themselves. Second, the cloud and virtualization technologies increase the risk of internal attacks, and require security protection mechanisms within network elements and the internal network based on the concept of zero trust. Third, providing on-demand services to customers requires intelligent collaboration mechanisms within the network, as well as an elastic and programmable security capability pool. Based on the above requirements and the development of security technologies, this paper proposes a 6G security construction idea with the built-in security framework as the basis, which includes security capability layer, security policy controller, security intelligence center and security management center, collaborating with the trusted infrastructure, orchestration capabilities and artificial intelligence abilities. The framework is built upon the security capability inside the network, coordinated with the trust consensus and the intelligent collaboration, which forms a security architecture and related operating mechanisms with active immunity, trustworthiness, and collaborative elasticity. By means of the practical case of building a trust link, the framework is proved to be able to provide flexible and on-demand security services for 6G networks and applications.

Security is one of the most important needs for human beings in both the building and the house. For the development of security technology used face recognition. Face recognition is a system that identifies facial features that are capable of detecting familiar faces and unknown faces. In this research is implemented with computer vision where the computer can see and understand so that it is information from an image or video. This computer can also mimic the ability of human intelligence. To classify a face object, OpenCv uses the Haar Cascade classifier and uses Python programming language. Application used face Recognition program is PyCharm Comunity 2018 version 3 with Linux operating system Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS version. The results showed that the accuracy of face reconition depends on the analysis of OpenCv and the classification of Cascade for computer vision process.

Effect of technological changes on airport security personnel: age-related analysis

Purpose- The aim of the study is to determine the impact of technological changes on age-based airport security personnel. Due to its strategic importance, airports have the potential to attract danger. There have been terrorist attacks at airports since the early years of aviation. Security control processes have been developed and implemented at airports since the 1970s. The airport security processes vary depending on the threat profiles. With the September 11, 2001 twin tower attacks, the world's aviation security processes have completely changed. Over the last decade, changes in the threat profile have occurred. The main purpose of aviation is to provide service to passengers by creating space and time benefits. The balance of passengers' comfort and safety to be maintained by air depends on the type of threats and the technology used in security. For this reason, large investments are made in the development of security technology at airports. Methodology- 28-item questionnaire was applied to the airport security officers over the internet. 276 security personnel working in airports participated in the study. Age-based analysis was performed using chi-square analysis. In this process, small-scale, relatively simple security systems at the airports, large-scale, high-tech systems were introduced. New technological systems are digital, networked, software oriented and mobile solutions. Although there is a rapid change in airport security technologies, the security personnel and the human element using the technology remain the same. Considering that human factor is the user of technology, the attitude of individuals towards technology is effective in ensuring airport security. Technological change has had a significant impact on the attitudes, behaviors and mental structure of the employees. Technological change causes many psychological effects such as monotony, boredom, fatigue, stress and anxiety. Findings- In the survey conducted to evaluate the approach of airport security personnel to technological change, 67% of security personnel were exposed to technological changes. The respondents defined technology as convenience and convenience (37%), innovation (36.6%) and efficiency (15.2%). Airport security personnel preferred to provide training and courses on the technology to be applied (48.6%) for the adoption of the new technology and 51.4% stated that they adopted the latest technological development applied in airport security in 7 days and under 6 days. 59.8% of the respondents stated that the technological change in airport security brought about an increase in the level of security. Conclusion- As a result of findings, it can be said that the management of technological change is important for organizations. Ensuring security at airports is important in terms of minimizing the psychological, social, economic and physical impacts of technology on security personnel due to the key human factor. Training of security personnel before the technological change to be applied increases the interaction between technology and individual and contributes to the personnel to make appropriate decisions because it recognizes the technology.

Considering that human factor is the user of technology, the attitude of individuals towards technology is effective in ensuring airport security. Technological change has had a significant impact on the attitudes, behaviors and mental structure of the employees. Technological change causes many psychological effects such as monotony, boredom, fatigue, stress and anxiety. Conclusion- The psychological effects of the technological change on the employees were found to be monotony and boredom, stress and anxiety. The social effects of technological change on employees are alienation and inadequacy, education, communication and social relations. The economic impact of technological change on employees is dismissal and job insecurity. In addition, the physical effect has emerged as health problems.

When risks meet: The dance of experience, professional expertise and science in border security technology development

As policing and threats become increasingly transnational and plural, practices of managing risk increasingly use technologies that promise certainty. Drawing on a study of the creation of a new border detection device, and ideas from Science and Technology Studies, we argue that devices deployed as objective tools for risk assessment and management in the policing of borders, and the laboratories that develop them, are not simply linear applications of scientific knowledge to control risk but rather are crucial sites in which multiple and contending conceptions and practices of risk converge. Following the interactions of scientists, border guards, policing agents and the EU shows how an official discourse of risk, a scientific conception and experiential working knowledge of risk all ‘danced’ together in the development of a portable detection device. In the process experiential/contextual and professional knowledge of risk were often privileged over rationalistic and statistically based risk assessment.

DMA tests for 3D printed polymer specimens of fatigue test examination

Abstract Alongside the using of „technical materials’, the direct 3D printed different plastic also speeded up lately. Accordingly to this, it is often designed parts, which have to sustain extreme stress. The proper definition of material qualities is expensive; despite in every phase of designing, we need it to be done perfectly. In every industrial section, it is important to work with exact material characteristics, especially in fields where strict safety rules have to be kept (in connection with the lifespan) the design of fatigue tests of 3D printed polymer specimens. We planned the examinations on the way to avoid the critical temperature range shown by the DMA examinations’ results in the bending point of the inner friction coming up in the local range. This information could be important for the Military to change the busted parts quickly and sound. That is the reason why we designed these examinations in this way, so, it could help for designers in the field of military, in development of security technology and improvement of recovery.

Analysis on E-Commerce Crisis in China in the International Trade Environment

The update and development of e-commerce have brought new opportunities and challenges to enterprises in China. E-commerce promotes the formation of global market. It reduces the trade cost, improves the trade efficiency, improves customer satisfaction, etc. According to the characteristics and advantages of electronic commerce, this article uses the literature data method, the data statistics method to our country electronic commerce in the international trade to carry on the detailed analysis. This study provides the theoretical basis for the avoidance of crisis and stable development of electronic commerce in international trade. Conclusion: It is proposed that when e-commerce is applied in international trade in China, infrastructure shall be updated; the research and development of security technology shall be paid attention to; laws and regulations shall be improved; and the seamless integration with international trade is required.

An enhanced smartphone security model based on information security management system (ISMS)

As the penetration of smartphones increases rapidly, in the occurrence of security threats in smartphones, smartphone security technologies are not sufficient, and moreover, the security technologies and measures that can be applied to smartphones remain limited. This, as a result, creates a problem that smartphones are easily exposed to security attacks. Gradually, the studies on smartphone security are progressing and the development of security technologies is underway. However, such efforts remain inadequate in view of the vulnerabilities that lie in smartphone security. Therefore, studies are necessary on enhanced information security measures that can ensure the safe usage of smartphones in a real environment. In this paper, a Smartphone-information security management system (ISMS) model based on ISMS is proposed. Firstly, this study defines the elements of smartphone security threats, which can occur in the smartphone environment, and the requirements for smartphone security. Based on the results, this work derives seven relevant control items by combining existing ISMS-based information security models with the smartphone environment, and thereby proposes a Smartphone-ISMS model through the materialization of each control item. Additionally, the results of the comparison of characteristics between existing ISMS models and the proposed Smartphone-ISMS are presented.

In particular, the BLICS area increases a car than advanced country. The automobile accident number occurs a lot in a developing country. The reason that driving technical leading for the driver is out of direction. Therefore the car security technology development is necessary. There is the thing which the car security technology is developed. For example, there is the collision prevention system of the front direction. However, I can't prevent all of traffic accidents by this system. Therefore I need my research. The aim of my research develops control system to assist the driving for the driver. And it is necessary to make a control system for the establishment of this system. In order to realize this program uses Simulation to calculate equation of the car motion. This paper reports the automobile fundamental translator movement.

Operational and human factors issues of new airport security technology—two case studies

The history of airport security shows that the security control process has been subject to substantial changes since its introduction in the early seventies of the last century. In the course of time, threat profiles have changed remarkably. Since 2001, suicide bombing has become a real risk to civil aviation. In the last decade, these changes in threat profiles, in combination with efforts to facilitate transportation by air for passengers, led to large investments into the development of new security technology. This article argues that during the development of security technology, human factor issues as well as different operational aspects should be taken into account at an early stage. It is shown how early operational testing of new technology can contribute to the optimization of security equipment and its integration into the system from a human factors perspective. Operational testing complements laboratory testing and is defined as the testing of (new) equipment in operation with a focus on systemic performance outcomes and operational aspects. Using this methodological approach, a millimeter-wave body scanner and two different liquid explosives detection systems were tested in operation with passengers at a large European airport. Results were obtained by analyzing objective data as well as subjective questionnaire data from passengers and Security Officers. These trials revealed that operational testing is a useful way of enhancing shared knowledge and collaboration between stakeholders.

The Design of Smart Home Security Alarm Monitoring Based on Jess

With the continuous progress and development of society , people's incomes increase greatly, and more attention is paid to improve the safety of their living conditions as well as the reliability of life quality. An expert system of Security Alarm Monitoring for Smart Home filed based on JESS is demonstrated in this paper, according to the tendency development of security market worldwide and the deep-level development of security technology. The security system proposed in the paper is based on the knowledge of Expert System, Embedded Technology and Wireless Sensor Technology.etc. It mainly includes Access Control Subsystem, Steal Precaution Subsystem, Fire alarm subsystem, Gas Leak Subsystem. etc. The expert system based on Jess rules engine is developed by Java. It is able to detect whether the family members and family situation in a safety state according to the various scenes within a family, then make timely reaction to non-security state and take appropriate measures to ensure security at home guided by a set of procedural rules .The effectiveness and feasibility of this system has be proved by the simulation results.
