IMPROVING THE USER EXPERIENCE OF FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY IT SERVICES BASED ON UX/UI RESEARCH

In today’s dynamic fintech environment, user requirements are constantly changing, and digital services need to be developed and adapted to meet their expectations and needs. UI/UX research technologies and methods provide rich opportunities to study user preferences and identify problems and shortcomings in existing digital services. The main aspects of improving the user experience of the mobile bank were reviewed. Recommendations were made for the further development of the IT service. The purpose of this article is to examine the main aspects of improving the user experience and to formulate recommendations for the development of IT services in the banking sector. Research methodology – at the first stage, an analysis of user behavior in fintech was carried out: a study of user expectations and preferences in the field of digital financial services. Then user experience was analyzed and UI/UX studies were conducted for the ‘Notification Center’ of the bank’s mobile application. The final stage of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the redesign project of the Notification Centre section of the bank's mobile application and to formulate recommendations for the further development of the mobile application.The research conducted has shown the practical importance of improving the user experience of the bank’s mobile application, which consists of improving usability, increasing customer satisfaction and improving the overall impression of banking services. This leads to increased conversion, customer retention and increased loyalty to the bank.Improving the user experience of the bank’s mobile application makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the bank’s employees, reduce the burden on the customer support department and reduce the number of errors when performing routine operations or actions. This not only optimises the bank’s internal processes, but also helps to improve the overall quality of service, which has a particular impact on the bank’s reputation, competitiveness and financial performance.

The evolution of information technology has gone through five stages, each of them has certain features and its own period of time. There are different approaches to the definition of the concept of «information technologies», the most common of which is to understand them as a set of methods of collection, processing processes and tools for storing and transmitting information. The modern world market of information technology services is an important factor in the growth of both the world economy in general and the economies of individual countries in particular. Favorable conditions and demand over the past few years have led to the rapid growth of the IT services market. This growth was significantly facilitated by quarantine restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic, which prompted companies and educational institutions to introduce remote work, which became a driver for the development of IT services. According to the World Trade Organization, in 2023, exports of IT services reached $1 trillion, that is, the growth was 11%. In general, during the study period, the export of IT services increased by 50%. A global trend in the global information technology market is the growing demand for IT services. With regard to IT services, it can be noted that a global model of IT services provision is being formed, i. e. the location of the developer (or operating IT company) in delivery centers that are located far from customers, which makes it possible to reduce costs by attracting IT specialists from countries where the cost of such services is lower. Current trends in the global market of information technology services are as follows: the demand for computer technologies is growing in the structure of exports and imports of IT services; the share of the 10 largest exporting countries of IT services in the total volume of such services is gradually increasing, and the share of the 10 largest countries in the structure of imports, albeit slowly, is decreasing; there is an increase in demand for IT outsourcing; there is an increase in demand for cloud technologies; there is a demand for the use of infrastructure as a service, i. e. providing users with the opportunity to use the platform as a service; the demand for generative AI services is growing rapidly; a separate trend is the growth in the number of startups in the field of generative artificial intelligence; the demand for cyber protection services is increasing. Thus, the analysis of current trends in the global market of information technology services makes it possible to predict the further development of the global segment of IT services.

Stochastic Modeling with Applications in Supply Chain Management and ICT Systems

Fast-growing technology and the development of IT services have yielded the idea of founding a new application of stochastic processes and their properties. We give a new connection between electronic process management and a relatively new stochastic process named the Non-central Polya-Aeppli process. This process is applied as a counting process in the mathematical construction of the given model, and it has been introduced as a counting process in electronic process management.

THE INFLUENCE OF THE SERVICE SECTOR ON THE STRENGTHENING OF THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE UKRAINIAN ECONOMY IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBALIZATION PROCESSES

The article examines the impact of the service sector on the competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy. It was found that the influence of the service sector has a direct and indirect nature. It was determined that the direct impact is manifested through the development of international trade in services and the formation of the country’s place in the division of labor. The study of Ukraine’s foreign trade showed much smaller volumes of export of services compared to export of goods. At the same time, it was found that the share of Ukraine in the world markets of services and goods is approximately the same, which made it possible to conclude that the development of international trade in services is promising for strengthening Ukraine’s position on the world stage. Taking into account the trends in the development of world trade in services determined by the WTO, the following vectors for the development of foreign trade in services are proposed: the development of IT services, the growth of tourist services, support for the export of transport services. It was established that the indirect influence is due to the use of services by other sectors of the economy and population. A set of measures to improve the functioning of the service sector is proposed. According to the results of the analysis of Ukraine’s foreign trade and taking into account the data of the World Trade Organization, it can be concluded that the development of international trade in services is a promising direction for strengthening Ukraine’s competitiveness. Despite a significant advantage in the volume of trade in goods over trade in services, Ukraine occupies approximately equal shares in the world markets of goods and services. This testifies to the fierce competition in the product markets, which significantly reduces Ukraine’s ability to effectively compete in them in the near future without technical improvement of the production industries. At the same time, the obtained data allow us to conclude about a much lower level of competition in the service markets. Therefore, the development of the service sector is seen as a way to strengthen Ukraine’s place in the global division of labor. In addition to the direct impact on the competitiveness of the national economy due to the increase in GDP and exports, the creation of new jobs, the service sector has an indirect impact due to the active use of services in the production process. Liberalization of trade in services causes an increase in the competitiveness of other industries in which they are used as input factors of production. In this regard, the development of the service sector as a whole will also have a positive effect and will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of both individual industries and the economy of Ukraine as a whole.

SMART VILLAGE DESIGN USING INDONESIAN GOVERNMENT ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE

Almost all aspects of life require information technology, starting from aspects of primary, secondary, and tertiary needs. Digital technology and innovation can support quality of life, higher standards of living, better public services for the community, and better use of resources to become new opportunities for a rural value chain in terms of better products and processes. Smart village is the concept of developing an independent village by providing services. Implementing smart villages will be the right solution to building a formidable and sustainable smart city to improve the quality of public resources and services. IGEA framework (Indonesian Government Enterprise Architecture Framework) is designed to build an enterprise architecture at the Indonesian government level to support the development of IT services to be better, more efficient, and effective. The phases used in architectural design using IGEA are the Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision, Business architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, and Technology Architecture. This study aims to analyze, design, and produce a blueprint for Enterprise Architecture by applying the smart village concept to overcome public service problems and improve the quality of apparatus resources and accountable governance in public services. The scope of this research is only in the preliminary phase of the business architecture. The result is architecture principle, goals, vision and mission, policy and regulation, solution concept diagram, and improvement of twelve business processes, and public service catalog.

FEATURES OF INRORMATION TECHNOLOGIES MARKET’S DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE

The field of information technologies is developing rapidly both in Ukraine and abroad. Over the last decade, the new technologies’ introduction speed and improvement of information resources have gained significant scale all over the world. The demand and structure of the IT services market is changing at a significant pace, in turn, the companies that offer them must adapt to the new requirements just as quickly, which has a deep impact on both the labor market and the market of educational services in the world and in Ukraine in particular. Thereby it is making global changes in the functioning of goods and services markets, transforming the labor market and the educational sphere in general. The change in the external conditions of the functioning of IT enterprises and the Pandemic became a further impetus for the development of IT services throughout the world, and in Ukraine in particular. The purpose of the article is to review the features of the development of the information technology market in Ukraine and to identify key trends in its transformation. To achieve the goal, the following methods were used: systematic and complex analysis, comparison and grouping, graphical and tabular methods, abstract logical method. The article analyzes the export-import ratio of services in the field of telecommunications, computer and information services, determines the demand for which IT products increased as a result of the Pandemic; the factors that restrain the development of further interaction between Ukrainian and foreign producers of IT services are considered; the main trends of the further development of the IT services market of Ukraine are defined.

ЦИФРОВА ЕКОНОМІКА ЯК ФАКТОР ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ДЕРЖАВИ

Анотація. Досліджено роль цифрової економіки як фактору економічного розвитку держави. Установлено, що вплив цифрової економіки на економічний розвиток держави можна оцінити виходячи з її впливу на макроекономічні показники. Для оцінки впливу цифрової економіки як фактору економічного розвитку України побудовано регресійні моделі впливу цифрової економіки на валовий внутрішній продукт, темп інфляції та обмінний курс гривні відносно щодо США. Установлено, що розвиток ІТ-послуг в Україні має висхідний тренд, надійність якого становить 96 %. Доведено, що кореляція динаміки зростання обсягу наданих ІТ-послуг в Україні та валового внутрішнього продукту становить 79 %. Це доводить існування взаємозв’язку зростання валового внутрішнього продукту і розвитку цифрової економіки в Україні. Доведено обернений вплив розвитку цифрової економіки на темпи інфляції в Україні. Кореляція між ними становить 67 % і має від’ємне значення, оскільки розвиток ІТ-послуг сприяє зменшенню темпів інфляції та забезпечує підтримання цінової стабільності. Виявлено низький рівень кореляції між обсягом ІТ-послуг в Україні та динамікою обмінного курсу гривні щодо долара США. Це зумовлено тим, що ІТ-послуги споживаються резидентами і призводять до безпосереднього припливу іноземної валюти в Україну. Тестування моделей впливу цифрової економіки, що представлена ІТ-послугами, на показники економічного розвитку України показало: статистично значимий вплив ІТ-послуги мають на темп інфляції. Установлено, що низький вплив цифрової економіки на валовий внутрішній продукт в Україні зумовлений малою часткою цифрової економіки. Доведено, що зі збільшенням питомої ваги цифрової економіки її вплив на економічний розвиток держави зростає. Прогнозування трендових значень параметрів економічного розвитку показало, що в майбутньому в Україні зростатиме обсяг ІТ-послуг, а це сприятиме підтриманню цінової стабільності та зростанню обсягу валового внутрішнього продукту. За умови експорту ІТ-послуг цифрова економіка здійснюватиме позитивний вплив на укріплення гривні щодо долара США. The Development of Smart Hospital Masterplan for Teaching Hospital

In the digital and intelligent era, all organization including hospital should transform their bussiness process from manual and paper-based activities to automatic and paperless one to become a so-called Smart Hospital. However, the development of IT services in hospital are considered not optimal due to the absence of guidelines and a foundation in its implementation. This guideline of Smart Hospital Master Plan will be the basis for implementing the concept of smart hospitals, which in practice will manage health services based on Information Technology. Furthermore, this Smart Hospital Master Plan approach applies the COBIT 5 framework to obtain guaranteed value and benefits of smart hospital implementation at the hospital. Three main activities in COBIT 5 that will use in assessing IT support for improving the quality of health services in this teaching hospital, namely evaluation, direction, and supervision.

Design and implementation of IT services as part of the “Smart City” concept

The concept of “Smart City” is evolving and increasingly becoming important for modern urban society. The state structures, business and institutions increasingly rely on information technology (IT) in its architectural representation. Such transformation of cities is connected with the growing use of software, server infrastructure and client devices in all the most important municipal services. The construction of infrastructure for these municipal services is a complex task, being solved both at the level of the whole city and at the level of individual directions. “Smart healthcare” is an important part of the “Smart City” concept. It is built on scalable storage systems and a communications platform. With this type of IT support, patient records are stored electronically and distributed where they are needed. Construction of “Smart health” ecosystem has to be addressed steadily and on different levels in order to design an infrastructure integrated in the whole-city concept. This research paper discusses the IT services that underlie the concept of “Smart Healthcare”, and describes a project for developing software and designing a technology infrastructure for the implementation of these services by major medical centers within the framework of the general concept of “Smart City”. The research represents a step-wise analysis of society needs and development of IT-services and application, which are designed to connect the urban infrastructure with inner ecosystem of hospitals. The results of the work can be used as a basis for the design of IT services for e-health and the construction of the “Smart Healthcare” system.

Innovational Methods of Development of Intellectual Labor for Economy's Security

The notion "development of intellectual labor for the purpose of economy's security" is viewed as development of society's intellectual potential that includes the protected socio-economic information, developed by a person or a group of persons. The social factors that reduce economic security and their consequences in economy are given, namely: negative dynamics of implementing new progressive technologies into production, insufficient coordination of work in the sphere of innovational development, etc. The forms of intellectual development of human resources (intellectual development of personality, control over intellectual information) are offered, which bring the country's economy to competitiveness and security. The traditional and innovational methods of intellectual labor development are studied (studying in universities and colleges, increase of personnel's qualification in view of academic degrees (Ph.D., doctor of economics), as well as receipt of economic information through Internet resources, scientific publication, statistical information, etc.), as well as the methods of development of IT services and methods of prevention of intellectual diversions and violation of information confidentiality. It is offered to implement the program of equal initial possibilities for intellectual development of human resources in view of access to higher education, creative activities, as well as legal protection for everyone, etc. Analysis of implementation of innovational methods of intellectual labor development supposes planning activities in view of development of intellectual labor for the purpose of the region's economy's security.

Methodological approaches for research of local market of IT services in the information space of region

In article the local market of services in the field of information technologies as a part of information space of the region including all institutional units and IT infrastructure of the region is considered. Such approach is caused by rather small contribution of this type of activity to a gross regional product in the conditions of economic crisis, reducing by the companies costs and freezing of large infrastructure projects. Development of information society is characterized by tendencies of promotion of mobile services, artificial intelligence, socialization, use of a cloud computing and is followed by involvement of households, state management and business in a common information space. However traditionally market research of IT services and information space represent the isolated researches of the market and humanitarian direction. The purpose of this article is development of a single technique and system of indicators for the analysis of the local market of IT services in information space of the region. Authors determinae components of information space in which there is a configuration of the local market, the demand and supply. Development of an analysis technique of the local market of IT services is preceded by the description of structure of information space of the region as the open system exchanging with the external environment information resources. Basic elements of structure are social and economic system in which the local market of IT services, ICT infrastructure and information resources functions. Information analysis base is the system of statistics which sources can be an official statistics, analytics of Internet resources and data of selective inspections of demand in the local market. The technique of a research represents an analysis algorithm of all components of information space and the market of IT services. For each analysis stage authors proved statistics for the solution of a certain task. At the final stage the temporary periods of the analysis, statistical dependences of result of market development of IT services on factors, conditions and restrictions are proved in the region. In the course of development of a technique the main problems of a research of the market of IT services, including connected, with lack of IT services as separate type of economic activity are revealed. Limitation of data for research of information region space is compensated by development of the universal questionnaire and results of field inspection in the course of accomplishment of a grant of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research. The need for implementation of educational programs in the field of IT technologies for the population is revealed that can serve as a demand growth incentive in the local market of IT services. The practical importance of technique consists in reasons for approaches to regulation of the local market of IT services in the conditions of the current state of information region space.

According to many studies, IT should become a key facilitator in establishing primary education, reducing mortality or supporting commercial initiatives in Least Developed Countries. The main barrier to the development of IT services in these regions is not only the lack of communication facilities, but also the lack of consistent information systems, security procedures, economic and legal support, as well as political commitment. In this paper, we propose the vision of an infrastructure-less data platform well suited for the development of innovative IT services in Least Developed Countries. We propose a participatory approach, called Folk-IS, where each individual implements a small subset of a complete information system thanks to highly secure, portable and low-cost personal devices as well as opportunistic networking, without the need for any form of infrastructure. In this paper, we focus on the exploitation and feasibility analysis of the Folk-IS vision. We also review the technical challenges that are specific to this approach.

Employment challenges to the knowledge economy in Europe: the case of IT services

This paper investigates the employment challenges facing the fast-expanding IT services sector in Europe and contributes to debates about what policy reforms are required to nurture the so-called knowledge economy. The IT services sector is highly internationalised and strongly concentrated in all the four countries examined - Austria, France, Germany, and the UK. Nevertheless, policy reform is unlikely to follow a universal route, since the development of IT services has been strongly shaped by its interaction with each country's specific national employment model. The article investigates three employment challenges, namely the country system of skill formation, forms of collective employee and employer representation, and patterns of worker mobility and use of non-standard employment contracts. While important, national employment models do not determine the character of the sector and the paper identifies several points of tension and contradiction that raise questions about the future sustainability of knowledge economy sectors.
