The article discusses the development of the activities of the medical organization, which aims to continuously improve the quality of medical care. The authors believe that this is possible only in the case of quality and new goal-oriented and planned work monitoring. According to the authors, this allows for constant improvement of the organization. The authors believe that despite the growing interest of the heads of medical organizations in improving the quality of medical organizations, the interpretation of the criteria for self-assessment may be complicated and sometimes even incomprehensible. According to the authors, criteria such as customer relationship system, procedural approach, stakeholders, social responsibility, information security, etc. are sometimes inadequately used in healthcare.
