For the current wireless communication methods of smart electricity meter, the communication cannot simultaneously take into account low power consumption and long distance. In this paper, the smart electricity meter based on LoRa technology is studied, using FM3308 chip as the control core, achieving low-power and long-distance communication through LoRa technology, and the nti-interference design is carried out from both hardware and software aspects. The research content of this paper realizes the coexistence of longdistance transmission and low power consumption of smart electricity meter communication, and maintains the better anti-interference ability of smart electricity meter, which is conducive to the realization of long-distance centralized meter reading behavior and can greatly reduce the arrangement of repeaters, reduces the cost investment while lowering the design requirements and helps to promote the construction of smart grid.
