Peran Kelompok Tani Terhadap Kapasitas Petani Padi Sawah di Desa Lamomea Kecamatan Konda Kabupaten Konawe Selatan

This study aims: 1) Knowing the role of farmer groups on the capacity of rice farmers (2) Knowing the capacity of farmers in lowland rice farming (3) Knowing the relationship between farmer groups and farmer capacity. rice fields in Lamomea Village, Konda District, South Konawe Regency. This research was conducted from April to 2021. The sampling technique used was the census method, and the data analysis used was the class interval formula and Spearman Rank Correlation. The results of the farmer group research in Lamomea Village, Konda District, South Konawe Regency have been carried out quite well, whereas a learning class, as a vehicle for cooperation and production units, there are 23 (95.83%) respondents. The capacity of Rice Paddy Farmers in Lamomea Village, Konda District, South Konawe Regency has been carried out sufficiently, which is possible from the technical ability, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and ability that has been carried out sufficiently by farmers in this research area as many as 23 (95), 8%) respondents. Analisis Kelayakan Nasabah Pembiayaan Qardhul Hasan di Koperasi Syariah Baituttamkin Lombok Barat

This study aims to describe the feasibility analysis of customers receiving qardhul hasan financing during the covid-19 pandemic and the obstacles faced in assessing the feasibility of customers at the Baituttamkin Sharia Cooperative Kediri Unit. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. In the method of data collection using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing, while for the validity of the data using the credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, confirmability test. The results of the study prove that the feasibility analysis of customers in the Baituttamkin Islamic cooperative unit Kediri does not all apply the 5C and 7P principles but rather prioritizes the character side. Good character will affect all sides of the 5C or 7P principles by prioritizing the assessment of the character aspect is a very appropriate step because character will affect everything that is in a person. Good character, making other aspects such as capacity, capital, collateral, and condition of the customer's economy will have a positive impact from that character.

Community-led housing: Between 'right to the city', 'actually existing neoliberalism' and post-pandemic cities.

This paper examines the Self-Managed Housing Program (Law 341), in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This programme created 45 cooperative housing units between 2001 and 2020 in consolidated urban areas currently undergoing renewal processes. It investigates the conditions that the programme has generated for the realisation of the 'right to the city' in the context of 'actually existing neoliberalism' and challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. This paper analyses the origins of the process and mode of cooperative housing production, including tangible and intangible aspects and capacities acquired by the inhabitants. This study used a mixed quantitative and qualitative methodology. The analytical strategy focused on defining a set of dimensions that characterised the self-managed mode of production, conditions of social and urban insertion in the case studied and participants' perceptions of the influence of material characteristics and organisational arrangements during the pandemic. This paper contributes to our understanding of the socio-economic dynamics in the production of urban space by elucidating the role of the state and specific tensions arising due to bottom-up policies, specific forms adopted by urban experiences of resistance and their contribution in the promotion of concrete conditions of urban life. Finally, this paper characterises an emergent self-managed urbanism and reflects on its possibilities of dialogue with the construction of alternative local policies that challenge growing territorial inequality caused by the subordination of policies to real estate financialisation and its deepening tendencies in the pandemic context.

PEMBERDAYAAN DAN PERAN KELOMPOK TANI DALAM USAHATANI PADI SAWAH DI KABUPATEN BONE

The research was conducted to 1)Analyze the empowerment of farmer groups in the management of lowland rice farming in Toro Village, 2 Analyze the role of farmer groups in the management of lowland rice farming in Toro Village, 3)Analyze the production and income of lowland rice farming in Toro Village, 4)Analyze the influence of empowerment of farmer groups on the productivity of lowland rice in Toro Village, and 5)Analyzing the influence of the role of farmer groups on the productivity of lowland rice farming in Toro Village. The research was conducted in Toro Village, Tanete Riattang Timur District, Bone Regency in October-November 2021 from 17 farmer groups. Survey research method with purposive sampling, with 51 farmers as a sample. Farmer groups in Toro Village through the ability of farmer groups in managing information, managing farms, market production and application of technology are included in the very good category with an index of 82.9%. The role of farmer groups in Toro Village as a place of learning, a vehicle for cooperation and production units play a good role in increasing the productivity of lowland rice farming. Lowland rice farming is profitable for farmers with an average income of lowland rice in Toro Village of Rp. 22,084,070 and the average total cost of production is Rp. 3,260,108 and the average income of farmers per planting season is Rp. 18,823,963. Empowerment of farmer groups in Toro Village through the ability of farmer groups in managing information, decision making, farm management, production marketing and application of technology has a significant effect on increasing rice farming productivity in Bone Regency. The role of farmer groups as a learning platform, a vehicle for cooperation and production units has no significant effect on increasing the productivity of lowland rice farming in Bone Regency.

Multi-energy joint optimal scheduling mechanism based on cooperative game considering transmission section limitation

The construction of power grid infrastructure lags behind the growth rate of installed power capacity, which makes it difficult to deliver clean energy in some areas, and multiple clean energy sources seize power generation channels. Taking the power system in a certain area of Zhejiang Province as the research object, the day-ahead scheduling mechanism suitable for the joint optimization of multiple power sources under the limitation of transmission section is discussed, and an improved comprehensive power generation benefit evaluation system is established. Firstly, the coefficient matrix of objective function is defined, and a mixed linear integer programming model with variable objective function is established. Then, the transmission channel load rate and transmission power smoothness are defined as the social benefits of power generation in this area. Finally, the optimal cooperation strategy and unit output combination are determined by changing the objective function coefficient matrix. The analysis of an example shows that the comprehensive power generation benefit can be optimized by adopting the strategy of the big alliance cooperative game.

DEVELOPMENT OF ARCHIVES MANUALLY IN THE UNIT SIMPAN PINJAM KOPERASI INTI BANDUNG

Unit Simpan Pinjam Koperasi INTI, a subsidiary of PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Persero) is a part of a cooperative that plays an important role in the savings and loan cooperative activities of employees of PT Industri Telekomunikasi Indonesia. The development of the Koperasi INTI with improved services makes the Unit Simpan Pinjam work optimally. Each activity of the Savings and Loans Unit produces information or data that is stored as a company archive, the information will be temporarily collected which will then be recapitulated and will be bound at the end of the year period, the binding is carried out based on the archive year, archive classification, and month. The Unit Simpan Pinjam has 5 (five) archive classifications, namely Commercial Banks, Incoming Banks, Outgoing Banks, Incoming Cash, and Outgoing Cash. The archival principle used in this archival project is a mixed principle, that is, each unit has its own storage area for each unit and at the end of the year period is stored in the cooperative's final storage area in one warehouse that is united with each cooperative unit. After binding the archives, the archives are moved to the warehouse to be stored and arranged based on a chronological storage system for the archive year and an alphabetical storage system for archive classification, namely Commercial Banks, Incoming Banks, Outgoing Banks, Incoming Cash, and Cash Out. Nursing perspectives on transitional care between paediatric intensive care units and general wards: A focus group study.

We aim to explore the experiences of nursing staff in paediatric intensive care units (PICUs) and wards when transporting and caring for patients being discharged from PICU. PICU discharge is a challenging and complex procedure with risks and complications for patients. Nursing staff in PICU and paediatric wards play a pivotal role in the transition and are responsible for the quality of care, but their perspectives have rarely been explored. Focus groups were conducted between December 2021 and January 2022 with purposively sampled PICU nurses and ward nurses. Four focus groups were formed, and data were analysed using qualitative content analysis. The overarching themes were as follows: communication during handover, attitudes towards follow-up, a challenging transition for nurses and parents and suggestions for optimizing transitional procedure. Our findings provide nurses' insights and knowledge regarding the transition of patients from the PICU to the ward. Nursing strategies including the use of liaison nurses and critical training for ward nurses were considered essential to maintaining competence during transition. A well-structured handover checklist as well as interdisciplinary cooperation and transitional care units are important for the patient's quality of care. Communication, cooperation, planning and professional care are vital during the transition process. Nurse managers should work to develop collaborative approaches to facilitate safe patient transition.

Negotiating the Cultural Identity of Expatriate Teachers in the Cooperation Education Unit

The phenomenon of international communication (Cross-Cultural) in the field of education is increasingly in demand, especially in the era of globalization. This study aims to describe, understand and find negotiations on the cultural identity of expatriate teachers in cooperative education units (SPK), especially Filipino teachers in their interactions. This research uses a constructivist paradigm and a qualitative approach using the phenomenological method.This study observes the social interactions of Filipino expatriates in the context of intercultural communicators using Face Negotiation theory with 3 key concepts, namely Cultural Identity, Communication Behavior and Facework.Cultural identity in this research is the details of the characteristics or characteristics of a culture that is owned by a group of people whose boundaries are known when compared to the characteristics or characteristics of other cultures. Cultural identity referred to in this study is either scripted or non-scripted communication behavior, this form of behavior is related to the daily life of the individual. And facework in this study focuses more on human communication behavior that is used to build and protect their appearance as well as to protect, build and threaten the faces of others.

Cooperative Location Method for Leader-Follower UAV Formation Based on Follower UAV's Moving Vector.

The traditional leader-follower Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) formation cooperative positioning (CP) algorithm, based on relative ranging, requires at least four leader UAV positions to be known accurately, using relative distance with leader UAVs to achieve the unknown position follower UAV’s high-precision positioning. When the number of the known position leader UAVs is limited, the traditional CP algorithm is not applicable. Aiming at the minimum cooperative unit, which consists of a known position leader UAV and an unknown position follower UAV, this paper proposes a CP method based on the follower UAV’s moving vector. Considering the follower UAV can only acquire the single distance with the leader UAV at each distance-sampling period, it is difficult to determine the follower UAV’s spatial location. The follower UAV’s moving vector is used to construct position observation of the follower UAV’s inertial navigation system (INS). High-precision positioning is achieved by combining the follower UAV’s moving vector. In the process of CP, the leader UAV obtains a high-precision position by an INS/Global Positioning System (GPS) loosely integrated navigation system and transmits its position information to the follower UAV. Based on accurate modeling of the follower UAV’s INS, the position, velocity and heading observation equation of the follower UAV’s INS are constructed. The improved extended Kalman filtering is designed to estimate the state vector to improve the follower UAV’s positioning accuracy. In addition, considering that the datalink system based on radio signals may be interfered with by the external environment, it is difficult for the follower UAV to obtain relative distance information from the leader UAV in real time. In this paper, the availability of the relative distance information is judged by a two-state Markov chain. Finally, a real flight test is conducted to validate the performance of the proposed algorithm.

Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Etika Kerja Islam

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance through the Islamic work ethic of employees at the Cooperative Unit at Tani Bahagia Village, Gondang District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java, Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 75 employees. The data analysis technique used SEM-PLS with Smart-PLS 3.0 software. The results of the study found that transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership has a positive effect on Islamic work ethics. Islamic work ethic has a positive effect on employee performance. Islamic work ethic mediates the positive effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. The implication of this research is the importance of implementing a transformational leadership style in order to advance the quality of employee performance in the hope of increasing work activities, increasing and developing capital factors and strong business strategies, but also having to pay attention to human resources with good Islamic work ethics and have the value of good manners.

While ROS are an important factor in coral bleaching, little is known of the function of ROS under other circumstances, although some data suggest that ROS may modulate cooperation. ROS may have functioned similarly in the origin of eukaryotes, involving chemiosmotic mitochondria and chloroplasts. ROS may act as “arbiters” of evolutionary conflict, leading to cooperation via signaling pathways that favor the emergence of the higher-level unit.

Scalable Cell-Free Massive MIMO with Multiple CPUs

In this paper, we consider the uplink of a scalable cell-free massive MIMO (CF-M-MIMO) system where user equipments (UEs) are served only by a subset of access points (APs). All APs are physically divided into predetermined “real clusters”, which are linked to different cooperative central processing units (CPUs). Based on the cooperative nature of the considered communications framework, we assume that each UE is affiliated with a “virtual cluster”, which is associated with some APs coming from different real clusters. Thanks to the degrees of cooperation among multiple CPUs, the uplink spectral efficiencies (SEs) of four different levels are analyzed. To achieve system scalability, the CF-M-MIMO system with multiple CPUs is introduced, which leads to lower SE. To this end, we design a joint combining method based on statistical channel state informations (CSIs), which not only has low complexity but also improves the SE of the system. Simulation results indicate that the average rate of our proposed method can be improved by about 30%.

Aspectos evolutivos na criação e regularização das cooperativas da agricultura familiar do estado de Alagoas

As cooperativas da agricultura familiar na última década tem apresentado um papel fundamentação para o escoamento da produção da agricultura familiar. Esse estudo tem o objetivo de analisar os aspectos evolutivo na criação e regularização das cooperativas da agricultura familiar do Estado de Alagoas. Para atingir o objetivo, utilizou como instrumento de coleta de dados, questionário de pesquisas exploratória descritivo de natureza qualitativa. Os resultados apontaram que houve uma evolução significativa na criação e regularização dessas cooperativas na últimas duas década, essa evolução se deu basicamente por dois motivos: o primeiro devido a criação de políticas de comercialização como por exemplo o PAA e o PNAE; e, segundo, pôr as cooperativas apresentarem uma maior segurança jurídica. A manutenção dessas cooperativas regularizadas no âmbito fiscal, tributário, sanitário e ambiental é primordial, porém, depende da manutenção das políticas governamentais de comercialização, do intercooperativíssimo e abertura de novos mercados.

Tuning the Photocatalytic Activity of Ti-Based Metal-Organic Frameworks through Modulator Defect-Engineered Functionalization.

Defect engineering is a valuable tool to tune the photocatalytic activity of metal–organic frameworks (MOFs). Inducing defects through the attachment of functionalized modulators can introduce cooperative units that can tune the bandgap of the material and enhance their chemical, thermal, and photostabilities among other properties. However, the majority of defect engineering studies for photocatalytic applications are limited to Zr-based MOFs, and there is still a lack of interrelation between synthetic variables, the resultant MOF properties, and their effect on their photocatalytic performance. We report a comprehensive study on the defect engineering of the titanium heterometallic MOF MUV-10 by fluoro- and hydroxy-isophthalic acid (Iso) modulators, rationalizing the effect of the materials’ properties on their photocatalytic activity for hydrogen production. The Iso-OH modified MOFs present a volcano-type profile with a 2.3-fold increase in comparison to the pristine materials, whereas the Iso-F modified samples have a gradual increase with up to a 4.2-fold enhancement. It has been demonstrated that ∼9% of Iso-OH modulator incorporation produces ∼40% defects, inducing band gap reduction and longer excited states lifetime. Similar defect percentages have been generated upon near 40% Iso-F modulator incorporation; however, negligible band gap changes and shorter excited states lifetimes were determined. The higher photocatalytic activity in Iso-F modulator derived MOF has been attributed to the effect of the divergent defect-compensation modes on the materials’ photostability and to the increase in the external surface area upon introduction of Iso-F modulator.

Correlation of parity and age to services per conception, conception rate, and gestation length in Holstein Friesian cross cows

Small farmers dominate dairy farming in Indonesia, and the average productivity is low. The contribution of domestic production only reaches about 23% of the total national milk consumption needs as a source of human nutrition. This study was aimed to identify the relationship between cow's parity and age to services per conception (S/C), conception rate (CR), and gestation length (GL) of Holstein Friesian (HF) cross dairy cows. Data of this study consisted of primary data obtained from farmers interview, and secondary data from the Cooperative Unit of Argopuro village, Krucil, Probolinggo. Sample size was 200 cows, which was 10% of the total population. Data were analyzed for correlation and linear regression using the Statistic Package and Service Solution (SPSS) software version 20 (IBM Corp., USA) at a 95% confidence level. The average S/C, CR, and GL were 2.55 ± 1.57, 21%, and 278.19 ± 11.92 days, respectively. There was no significant correlation (p >0.05) between the parity with S/C, CR, and GL and the age with CR and GL. The only significant correlation (p <0.05) was between the age and S/C. Regression of S/C based on age followed the equation S/C = 0.104 + 0.407*age, with a correlation coefficient and determination coefficient of 0.733 and 0.538, respectively. It could be concluded that S/C could be predicted based on the age of the cows.

Polycentric Governance of Privately Owned Resources in Circular Economy Systems

AbstractNatural resource scarcity is giving rise to new forms of resource governance and so enhancing the transition to more sustainable resource use. One key development is the growth of circular economy systems, where residual resources are reused in closed‐loop systems. This requires an understanding of how diverse actors collectively govern the sustainable use and sharing of privately owned residual and waste resources. Our empirical analysis of three circular economy systems in Finland, the United States and Spain shows how a polycentric form of governance develops through collective action between businesses, the public sector, and societal actors based on multiple units of cooperation. Adopting insights from the polycentric governance of commons, we develop a theory of polycentric governance for privately owned residual resources. Our findings show that polycentric governance involves three main interacting elements: mutual adjustment between actors, practices for collective agency, and structures for sharing resources. As well as contributing to the understanding of collective action for sustainability, these findings also advance the interorganizational governance literature.
