Digital marketing refers to the process of promoting, selling, and delivering products or services through online platforms and digital channels using the internet and electronic devices within the digital environment. One branch of digital marketing is digital content marketing. This form of marketing involves the creation and distribution of valuable and relevant content to engage customers in a way that motivates them to participate in achieving business goals. The aim of digital content marketing is to attract target audiences through diverse strategies and methods, enhance brand presence, and promote sales growth. The primary objective of this research is to develop a digital content marketing model for customer relationship management in beauty clinics in the city of Isfahan. To deeply examine and analyze this topic, the grounded theory method and a qualitative research approach were employed. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with six specialist physicians. Based on the analysis of the collected data, a proposed model was constructed. The model consists of causal conditions (technological advancement, inclination toward virtual spaces, and responsiveness to customer needs), contextual factors (environmental, managerial, and financial factors), intervening conditions (legal-political issues and technical-content challenges), strategies (customer interaction, content production and management, digital marketing, monitoring and overcoming limitations, adherence to ethical principles), and finally, outcomes (customer development and management, and the growth and success of the clinic). The results of the study indicate that digital content marketing positively affects the performance improvement of beauty clinics in Isfahan. Ultimately, the study provides recommendations to enhance business performance.

ABSTRACT The rapid rise of short-form video platforms such as TikTok, has revolutionized information dissemination, particularly among younger, tech-savvy audiences. This study, the first of its kind, investigates how short videos influence individuals' purchase intentions for natural disaster insurance, with a focus on China. This study proposed a model to examine how short videos, as external stimuli, shape internal states – specifically fear and risk perception – and drive behavioural responses, namely purchase intention. We analyze three types of short video content: natural disaster information (NDISV), disaster prevention information (DPISV), and disaster insurance knowledge (DIKSV). Data from 426 Chinese respondents were analyzed using PLS-SEM and ANN. The results demonstrate that NDISV, DPISV, and DIKSV significantly enhance purchase intentions, with fear acting as a mediator between short video content and risk perception. Risk perception, in turn, positively influences purchase intention, underscoring the role of emotional appeals in risk communication. The ANN analysis revealed nonlinear relationships and identified DIKSV and DPISV as the most influential factors in predicting purchase intention. These findings highlight the potential of short videos as a powerful tool for raising awareness of natural disaster risks and motivating protective behaviours, providing actionable insights for policymakers, insurers, and content creators.

In the context of deep media society, digital intimacy has become one of the core forms of social media user interaction. As a group of content creators relying on emotional needs, the emotional connection and trust relationship built on youtube and tiktok platforms has typical research value. Supported by digital intimacy theory, use and satisfaction theory and post subculture theory, this paper compares and analyzes the content production logic, interaction mechanism and trust building path of the two platforms. It is found that through the transformation of "local knowledge", algorithmic adaptive content design, ritual interaction and personalized modeling, fortune telling influencers build differentiated digital intimacy in two scenarios of fragmentation and deep immersion; Trust building has experienced a progressive process from emotional resonance, value recognition to decision dependence, accompanied by the potential risk of algorithmic alienation. The conclusions provide an empirical reference for understanding the new form of emotional labor in the social media era and the construction logic of digital intimacy.

The digitization of archival repositories has revolutionized marketing expectations, offering limitless possibilities at unparalleled speeds. Artificial Intelligence-driven content creation through neural networks has transformed the discourse on the perpetuation of ideas, concepts, and cultural heritage. Stakeholders now recognize the pivotal role of AI in leveraging archival heritage, utilizing productive tools to both market and preserve the ethnic essence of indigenous memory variables. Traditionally, the narratives of wandering aborigines were confined to oral traditions, but with the advent of computer-based technologies, these stories have found a new medium in digital archives. The intersection of computational virtual vision and generative images technology has provided patrons and researchers with unprecedented access to explore indigenous traditions and identities. This technological advancement not only preserves ethnic heritage but also serves as a gateway to sustainable ecosystems, reinvigorating intangible cultural markers within neural network datasets. Sophisticated Language Models (LLMs) play a crucial role in cross-cultural communication, facilitating the translation and interpretation of diverse cultural contexts. By analysing acoustic features, visual imagery, myths, symbols, and motifs, these models contribute significantly to multi-dimensional learning paradigms, offering insights into neurological perceptions across different cultural and linguistic landscapes. Art enthusiasts are drawn to exploring the intricate relationship between time, ecology, biology, and environmental factors. This exploration delves into past and present realities, shedding light on both intrinsic and extrinsic motivations that shape individuals' interactions with their surroundings. After studying some samples as case studies of natural language processing and neural network programming especially of the ethnography of folk culture from Australia and India, it appeared that virtual orientation is in fact and in principle a purpose of building pedagogues of virtual orientalism, besides being the resourceful neurons to calculate perceptron (a mathematical model of a biological neuron used in AI NNs or a simple algorithm to classify data) for multi-layer neural computational automated vision. Indeed, the wandering aborigines’ culture is now a wandering computational pool to build national interest for traditions and indigeneity, and to prevent their extinction, besides mitigating binaries of nature and culture. The paper aims to present an overview of the involved Repository learning models’ performance initiated to preserve and restore the process of loss, the function, and the training. Secondly the paper will also attempt to present the pro-active steps taken by the governing agencies in cross-cultural context to conserve intangible assets for generating text and content for the further academic proposed scholarships.

Raja Ampat is recognized as one of the world’s most biodiverse marine and tropical forest conservation areas. However, in recent years, this region has faced severe ecological pressures due to massive natural resource exploitation, particularly through nickel mining activities conducted by PT Gag Nikel. Ironically, amid environmental degradation driven by short-term economic interests, there are still individuals who consciously choose to contribute to ecological restoration efforts, such as reforestation initiatives across various regions of Indonesia. One notable figure is Jerhemy Owen, a content creator and environmental activist, who launched a mission entitled Wenanam—meaning “we plant”—with the goal of planting 10,000 trees throughout Indonesia. Although his actions did not take place directly in Raja Ampat, his movement serves as a moral symbol that hope for ecological recovery remains alive. This phenomenon illustrates the dialectic between fasād (corruption) and iṣlāḥ (restoration) as articulated in the Qur’an, particularly in Surah Al-A‘rāf verse 56, which warns against spreading corruption on earth after God has set it right, and calls for living with a spiritual consciousness grounded in fear (khauf) and hope (ṭamaʿ) in His mercy. This article employs a qualitative method using a thematic tafsir (tafsīr mawḍū‘ī) approach and contextual analysis, referencing classical exegetical sources such as Tafsīr al-Ṭabarī and al-Qurṭubī, as well as contemporary commentaries like Tafsīr al-Misbah and Tafsīr Maudhū‘ī. The study focuses on the ecological paradox in which nature, which ought to be preserved, is instead exploited, while certain individuals strive to repair it with sincerity and moral commitment. As some destroy forests, others are willing to plant thousands of trees as a form of moral responsibility. The findings show that environmental exploitation in Raja Ampat constitutes a violation of the Islamic ecological principle of balance (mīzān), while Jerhemy Owen’s reforestation efforts exemplify the actualization of iṣlāḥ. Therefore, integrating Qur’anic interpretation with environmental activism is essential to constructing an ethical framework for ecological responsibility that is relevant, solution-oriented, and responsive to both local and global environmental crises.

The problem statement. The value of video content for library promotion lies in its ability to stimulate user engagement and memorability. Statistics show that people spend more and more time watching videos every year. The content can be completely different: professional or amateur videos, interviews, webinar recordings, video instructions, reviews, infographics, promotional materials, etc. Public libraries of Ukraine must occupy their niche in this market and stand out among competitors, offering the user exactly the content that he seeks to consume. Therefore, library video content is a universal tool for effective communication with users, which helps librarians scale reach, build trust, strengthen their reputation, and attract an audience through emotional and creative presentation of the material. The purpose of the research is to identify the features of creating library video content; classify video content by content; identify effective strategies for its creation. The methodology. Methods of analysis and synthesis were applied, which ultimately made it possible to achieve the goal and draw well-founded conclusions. The results. The features of creating library video content were studied and effective strategies for its creation were identified. It was determined that in conditions of turbulence, digital marketing, which focuses on the creation, communication and exchange of information, should be a key element of library activities. Video marketing is an important digital marketing strategy using video content to promote its products and services. Involving libraries in creating video content is a way to ensure effective communication with modern users and provide clear answers to complex questions in crisis conditions. It was established that the main requirement for library video content is a high level of quality and informativeness. By content, library video content is classified according to the following criteria: popularization of the library itself and its areas of activity; features of library activities; civic position (public holidays); personal (dedicated to certain individuals); educational; cognitive; entertaining. An important aspect of the activities of a modern library is the establishment of personalized communication with the user. The scientific novelty. For the first time, the features of creating library video content were identified; library video content was classified by content (popularization of the library itself and its areas of activity; features of library activity; civic position (public holidays); personal (dedicated to certain individuals); educational; cognitive; entertaining); effective strategies for its creation were identified. It was found that the creation of holistic video content is possible only if a communication strategy is developed. All elements of video content should be united by one leading idea, form a single image that reflects the main concept. Conclusions. The use of video content is a powerful tool for attracting new users, improving the image of the library and positions in search engines. Holistic video content today is an effective means of promoting library services and popularizing the resource, which, when using appropriate technologies and minimal technical equipment, is available to any library. However, it is important to take into account the basic requirements for creating such a content format, to be familiar with the mechanisms of distributing video on social networks to achieve the most effective strategy. And for this, a modern librarian needs to constantly learn, increase his level of professionalism in various educational courses.

This research examines how @kuwait.wiyakum's Instagram account represents Kuwait's solidarity with Palestine through visual elements and semiotic analysis of symbols, icons, and colors. Using Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic theory, 117 posts were analyzed qualitatively. Findings reveal that @kuwait.wiyakum uses Arabic cultural identity elements—Keffiyah illustrations, Arabic Kufi font, and a golden yellow background—as consistent visual branding. These elements build awareness and involvement, inspire national identity maintenance, and foster strong aqidah and belief in the fight for independence. These insights can guide content creators in shaping public opinion and international solidarity messages and prompt further research on new media's impact on audience interpretation of solidarity messages.
