The article presents the phenomenon of the Eurasian educational space and the main vectors of its development. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that today, in conditions of geopolitical instability and the division of the global world into macro-regions, the development of the Eurasian educational space is of priority importance. The purpose of the study is to study the phenomenon of the Eurasian educational space, where the tasks are an attempt to determine its features and forms of interaction. The genesis of the formation of the concept of the Eurasian educational space should be studied in conjunction with such concepts as economic Eurasian space, political Eurasian space, sociocultural space, because this concept is a reflection of the role of the sociocultural phenomenon. Russia can become the “middle space” of the Eurasian educational space. To do this, it is necessary to increase the academic mobility of students and young scientists, be a driver of innovation, create common sociocultural norms and unify educational standards. The theoretical and practical significance of the article helps to formulate the concept of the Eurasian educational space. By identifying its components, it is possible to determine the further educational and humanitarian policy of Russia in Eurasia, strengthen the sovereignty of the state and strengthen friendly ties in international organizations.
