Design of Intelligent Pediatric Nursing Management Platform from the Perspective of Big Data

With the popularization of network technology, the management mode of pediatric nurses has also changed. Because the traditional pediatric nursing work is restricted by the traditional mode, it not only affects the service quality of children’s outpatient departments and wards, but also has a negative impact on the psychological and physical health of patients. Therefore, the development of an intelligent pediatric nursing management platform is a prerequisite for the realization of the whole process management of children. Pediatric nursing management is a comprehensive service platform, which is fundamental and public welfare, and is of great significance to achieve high-quality nursing services. Based on relevant experience, this paper designed and implemented an intelligent pediatric nursing management platform, which has certain practical value and can provide decision-making basis for clinical work.

Research and Design of One-stop Intelligent Elderly Care Comprehensive Service Platform Based on Event-driven Architecture

In the context of an aging population, innovative development of smart elderly care as a pension model not only offers a novel solution to address the increasing aging issue but also provides an alternative choice to cater to the expanding requirements of elderly care services. This study accomplished system design by conducting research and analysis on China's existing smart pension market while leveraging available information technology. Furthermore, Java Eclipse and MySQL were employed for system construction along with intelligent health monitoring devices to enable real-time health monitoring, collection of vital signs data, and artificial intelligence-based disease prediction within home environments for older adults. Consequently, this approach can fulfill the demands of elderly care services while facilitating intelligent, convenient, and humanized homecare experiences that allow seniors to enjoy their golden years while alleviating burdens on their children.

Analysis of the development course of traditional Chinese medicine standardization and recommendations on future work

This paper systematically reviews the development course of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) standardization. Based on the characteristics of TCM standardization at different stages, the development course can be divided into 3 stages, namely the “initial development stage” (from the 1980s to the “10th Five-Year Plan” period), the “rapid development stage” (from the “11th Five-Year Plan” period to the “13th Five-Year Plan” period), and the “high-quality development stage” (from the “14th Five-Year Plan” period to the present). The “initial development stage” is characterized by the emergence of awareness regarding TCM standardization, the initial exploration of TCM standardization, and a gradual but slow progress in development. During the “rapid development stage,” relevant government departments began integrating TCM standardization into development plans, resulting in the extensive development of the TCM standard system and its supporting structures. Since the commencement of the “high-quality development stage,” TCM standardization has progressively shifted from a quantity-oriented model to 1 emphasizing quality and efficiency. Overall, TCM standardization has made remarkable progress after more than 40 years of development. However, it still faces various challenges, including unbalanced development in the standard system, the need for improvement in the development quality of group standards, and insufficient levels of promotion and application. It is recommended to further enhance the formulation of national and industry TCM standards, implement relevant management measures, promote the innovative implementation and application of TCM standards, establish an integrated, comprehensive service platform for TCM standards, and strengthen the talent training for TCM standardization.

Impact of opening-up on industrial upgrading in global value chain: a difference-in-differences estimation for Shanghai pilot free trade zone

PurposeUsing the Shanghai pilot free trade zone (SPFTZ) as the testing ground for further reform and opening up,the links between global value chain (GVC) and pilot free trade zone (PFTZ) programs are mutually reinforcing. GVC creates opportunities for companies to use PFTZ to reduce their costs and increase their competitiveness, while PFTZ can facilitate the movement of goods within GVC and promote the development of GVC by attracting foreign investment. Overall, in SPFTZ, the industrial structure is promoted due to trade and investment facilitation, innovation promotion, and comprehensive service platform inside SPFTZ.Design/methodology/approachThis study examined industrial upgrading in GVC (IUGVC) using five indicators under three quantitative dimensions: product, process, and skill upgrading. Difference-in-Differences (DID) model is employed for the impact assessment of SPFTZ. Parallel trend analysis and Granger causality analysis are performed to check the reliability of DID outcome. Finally, robustness test using exogenous control variables are carried out.FindingsA positive impact of SPFTZ is found on IUGVC, which is due to promoting effect of SPFTZ on foreign direct investment and technological innovation. Based on the study's findings, policy recommendations are given, such as providing business support to enterprises operating inside a PFTZ.Originality/valueFrom a GVC perspective, the impact of theSPFTZ establishment on IUGVC cannot be ignored, and is so far missing in the literature.

EXPLORATORY RESEARCH ON VALUATION PROCESS MECHANISM OF ENTERPRISE PATENT RIGHT PLEDGE FINANCING

The qualitative research method is used in this paper to investigate the valuation behavior mechanism of FRRH patent pledge financing in Guangxi and the ASEAN High-tech Zone, China. It is found that evaluative behavior is intertwined with banking behavior and evaluative behavior. Behind the successful qualitative behavior in accordance with the process is the mechanism of the behavior process, consisting of a risk control mechanism, a market transaction mechanism, and an evaluation mechanism. Unlike the previous assessment of the intrinsic value of the patent right, from the perspective of the pledge financing situation, the paper integrates the market forces into the asymmetric relationship between risk and profitability formed by information asymmetry, explores the key behavior of the enterprise pledge patent right through the valuation process and constructs the process mechanism model. Not only is the patent characteristics and more importantly, the characteristics of pledged enterprises should be used for comprehensive value evaluation through the comprehensive service platform of patent pledge financing. Establish a fair and reasonable market value evaluation system of the patent right, so that the enterprise can obtain the price reflecting the market value of its patent transaction with patent right.

Case Study of Ant Group's "Double Link" Financing Based On Blockchain Technology

Through the investigation of the representative enterprises of supply chain finance, the operation and service mode, development status and development bottleneck of supply chain finance are analyzed. The "blockchain + supply chain financing" mode of Ant Group is discussed at the theoretical level by taking the "double link" financing mode as an example, and the underlying framework is built with the help of blockchain technology. Enable supply chain finance service providers to establish a comprehensive service platform for all participants in the supply chain, and solve the difficulties of supply chain finance in supporting the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises through the combined application of multiple functional modules, sum up experience, and put forward optimization ideas and strategies. In order to enrich the research content of supply chain financing optimization and innovation, and improve the theoretical system of "blockchain + supply chain financing".

Design and Application of Health Education Apps Based on WeChat for Self-Management among Patients.

We started to design and test health education Apps for self-management among patients to provide a rich source of clinical support and information for patients to increase their ability of self-management. First, a multidisciplinary research team worked together to design and conduct the research. With their help, we redesigned an apps to incorporate some personalized changes for patients' needs. Second, we chose a questionnaire from the Comprehensive Service Platform for the Elderly self-designed by CHENYu. Finally, a purposive sample of 34 users were tested experiences and satisfaction of users in Jul 2021. This research was successfully conducted in 22 wards among 23159 patients and 40440 chapters about healthy information sent to patients from Mar 2019 to January 2021 by smartphone. The data showed that 91.2% of participants resolved that the evaluation effect of the proposed application was better, in comparison with the paper version as routine verbal instruction. Additionally, 85.3% of participants wanted to continue to receive medical education information after discharge from the hospital. The top four most popular medical education information that they would like to receive included drug administration, disease prevention, nursing, and home care. Moreover, the top four most popular types of user suggestions were one-on-one online Q & A, continue to see every session, accelerate the speed of browsing and page updated, and free Wifi. The user satisfaction of the application was considerably high. The apps was welcomed by patients who wanted to increase their knowledge level of disease and perform self-management better.

Intelligent Selection Algorithm of Optimal Logistics Distribution Path Based on Supply Chain Technology.

How to realize the intelligence of logistics distribution is a hot research topic at present. How to reasonably allocate vehicles, optimize driving routes and travel time, deliver goods to customers on time at the lowest cost, and realize efficient and low-cost operation of the logistics distribution system has always been a problem in academia and industry for many years. Logistics enterprises face problems such as low efficiency of logistics operation, lack of scientific rationality of logistics resource planning, and lack of overall optimization of logistics management operation mode. These are severe tests that steel companies must accept. Under the background of logistics supply chain, the integrated service platform of logistics supply chain has become an urgent research topic. This study takes a steel enterprise as the main research background. On this basis, the two core modules of warehousing and distribution in the logistics business of iron and steel enterprises are qualitatively analyzed, the concept of business process reengineering is proposed, and the logistics supply chain of iron and steel enterprises is established. The concept of comprehensive service platform is realized through RFID technology. In addition, this study conducts a comprehensive analysis and research on the logistics distribution path optimization and vehicle scheduling problem, designs and implements a logistics vehicle scheduling management system, and then adopts the multiobjective method to solve the logistics distribution path planning problem, SMEs. Genetic algorithm and a simulation decision-making subsystem suitable for this problem are designed, which can better solve the problem of route optimization and vehicle scheduling in small-scale distribution.

Construction and implementation of Zhaoqing cultural tourism industry system based on intelligent media development under artificial intelligence technology

Cultural tourism is an important part of the tertiary industry, and cultural tourism is known as the most promising way of tourism. Zhaoqing is rich in cultural tourism resources, but its cultural tourism development is still in its primary stage. In this paper, for the purpose of integrating and sharing tourism resources in Zhaoqing, a system model of cultural tourism industry based on Web services is proposed by using artificial intelligence (AI) and intelligent media technology, which can effectively realize information exchange, data sharing and online transaction of tourism products, and proposes to combine them to form a comprehensive service platform, so that tourism consumers can really enjoy one-stop service. The realization of this system is of great significance to the development of regional tourism.

Research and application of artificial intelligence service platform for the power field

Conventional analysis methods cannot fully meet the business needs of power grids. At present, several artificial intelligence (AI) projects in a single business field are competing with each other, and the interfaces between the systems lack unified specifications. Therefore, it is imperative to establish a comprehensive service platform. In this paper, an AI platform framework for power fields is proposed; it adopts the deep learning technology to support natural language processing and computer vision services. On one hand, it can provide an algorithm, a model, and service support for power- enterprise applications, and on the other hand, it can provide a large number of heterogeneous data processing, algorithm libraries, intelligent services, model managements, typical application scenarios, and other services for different levels of business personnel. The establishment of the platform framework could break data barrier, improve portability of technology, avoid the investment waste caused by repeated constructions, and lay the foundation for the construction of “platform + application + service” ecological chain.

Research on One-Stop and Full-Support Mode of Intellectual Property Transaction

Intellectual property right transaction is the key link of the successful transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and it plays an important role in the process of promoting the integration of S&T and economy. In order to break the gap between S&T and the economy, the state vigorously advocating the construction of comprehensive service platform for intellectual property rights is based on the whole process of transformation of scientific and technological achievements, but the current real sense of the whole support platform is numbered. Under the guidance of the innovation value chain theory, this paper expounds the connotation and essential characteristics of the one-stop and full-support platform of intellectual property transaction, and summarizes the five-stage model of intellectual property transactions and the basic service requirements during the whole process of intellectual property transactions, then builds the service system of the one-stop and full-support mode based on the overall process of intellectual property transaction and analyzes the unique advantages of the mode. Finally, the paper constructs the internal and external support system so as to improve the construction and development of one-stop and full-support platform mode.

The Influence of Cloud Computing on Digital Publishing

The main problems restricting the development of digital publishing include: the lack of a clear business model and integrated services platform supporting business development, unable to achieve the customers’? value innovation; the lack of unified standard of digital publishing industry, unable to realize the orderly and scale development; the lack of effective mechanism of copyright protection of digital publishing, unable to realize the value protection. This paper discussed the innovation direction of digital publishing mode under the cloud computing environment from the following aspects: build cloud publishing comprehensive service platform, expand industrial organization boundary, optimize resources allocation; build digital publishing standard based on “?cloud computing”? and achieve scale development; set up the publication service platform based on “?cloud computing”? to realize copyright protection effectively.
