Personal identity and intrinsic motivation are extremely important and determinants of each person’s behavior and attitude. In businesses, employees deeply influence the team environment, the level of team creativity and innovation, and the shared transformational leadership through their personal identity and internal motivation. This study collected data from 221 employees working in different fields to evaluate the relationship between personal identity, intrinsic motivation, team climate, team creativity and innovation, and shared transformational leadership style. Through multivariate regression, the results showed that personal identity and intrinsic motivation have a significantly positive impact on shared transformational leadership and team climate. In terms of team creativity and innovation, the results are statistically significant for personal identity.
