This article focuses on pedagogical support of social partnership between a military universities and civilian educational organizations and the effectiveness of the process under consideration. The author considers the main theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition and formation of social partnership. The article describes the experience of implementing social partnership between a military university and civilian educational organizations through the implementation of a Development Program. The article presents the main directions of the implementation of this program according to the selected criteria and indicators: the level of social partnership development, the development of the educational environment of a military university and the formation of students’ competence-oriented educational result.
