ANALISIS NILAI-NILAI KARAKTER SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PPKn DI KELAS VII SMP SWASTA FAJAR MAS LASORI II

The aims of this research are 1) To find out what the character values ​​of students are in learning in class VII of Fajar Mas Lasori II Private Middle School and 2) To find out Civics learning in class VII of Fajar Mas Lasori II Private Middle School. This type of research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The subjects in this research were PPKn subject teachers and class VII students at Fajar Mas Lasori II Private Middle School. Data collection techniques in this research used 1) Observation Techniques, 2) Interview Techniques, 3) Documentation Techniques. The data analysis technique in this research uses 1) Data Reduction, 2) Data Presentation, 3) Conclusion Drawing. The results of this research indicate that the character values ​​of students in class VII PPKn learning at Fajar Mas Lasori II Private Middle School are good. So it can be concluded that 1) Based on the results of interviews with teachers and students presented in Chapter VI, it can be concluded that the character values ​​of class VII students at Fajar Mas Lasori II Private Middle School are good 2) The results of this research data analysis show that PPKn learning in class VII Fajar Mas Lasori II Private Middle School has been integrated with all character values. Suggestions from researchers 1) To the school, to achieve ideal student character values, it is best to implement, supervise the process, and evaluate student character values ​​in accordance with predetermined standards, not only during the PPKn learning process but at all stages of learning at school and outside school. 2) Subject teachers must continue to develop educational skills to master various methods, strategies and techniques in the learning process to achieve the predetermined character achievement indicators.

Implementation of Multicultural Education as Efforts to Strengthen the Five Main Character Values of Student Moderation at SDN Kutuh Kintamani

This research aims to reveal, understand, describe, and analyze facts about implementing multicultural education as strengthening the five central values of student character in the form of moderation at SDN Kutuh Kintamani, holistically and comprehensively following the science of religious education. The type of research used was descriptive qualitative. The methods used in data collection were interviews, observations, and documentation. The technique for determining informants was carried out using purposive sampling, taking samples adapted to the research objectives, and data analysis was carried out in four ways: data collection, reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Implementing multicultural education and strengthening the five central character values is very important for students' lives in society, in addition to understanding the five central character values that the Ministry of Education and Culture has determined as a reference for realizing religious moderation to prevent discriminatory actions against different groups in society, and also embodies the spiritual teachings they adhere to. This research impacts the social life of society to understand multicultural education, which can strengthen the five central character values as a form of religious moderation established by the Ministry of Education and Culture to foster solid and reliable religious tolerance. This research focuses on a study of the implementation of multicultural education to strengthen the five central character values of students' religious moderation, which has been carried out previously.

Islamic boarding school learning activities are programs that support the formation of better character values ​​for students, where students are taught to be obedient to worship, independent, disciplined, responsible, live simply, creatively and carry out various other activities or routines. Supporting factors include carrying out various student activities both in the teaching and learning process in Islamic boarding schools and outside Islamic boarding schools/Islamic boarding schools, where the environmental atmosphere in Islamic boarding schools can make students comfortable and safe in carrying out various activities or routines. The routines that students carry out in Islamic boarding schools are daily life habits such as prayer, fasting, reciting the Koran, good manners, maintaining cleanliness, etc. that will stick with the students.

Independent Curriculum Analysis from Constructivism and Ki Hajar Dewantara Philosophy Perspective

This research discusses the central role of education in reform in Indonesia through the Independent Curriculum, with a constructivist philosophical approach and Ki Hajar Dewantara's perspective. This literature research aims to explain the Independent Curriculum from the perspective of constructivism and the philosophy of Ki Hajar Dewantara. This research aims to understand the extent to which the Merdeka Curriculum implements a constructivist approach and to determine the implementation of character education values and the formation of national identity in the Merdeka Curriculum by the views of Ki Hajar Dewantara. The results of this research show that the Merdeka Curriculum perspective from constructivism and Ki Hajar Dewantara's philosophy shows the importance of active student participation, social interaction, learning contextuality, character values, national identity, local wisdom, freedom and student independence. Holistic evaluation is needed to ensure implementation that is consistent with the philosophical vision, thereby creating individuals with character, national identity and independence.

This qualitative descriptive research aims to explain the application of local wisdom in language learning in schools, which includes methods and strategies, as well as curriculum design. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Sidrap. Data was collected through interviews, participatory observations, and documentation techniques. The findings of this study conclude that applying local wisdom in language learning in schools is highly effective in teaching language structure, vocabulary, and grammar through culturally relevant methods and strategies. Integrating local wisdom into the school language curriculum involves several strategies, such as incorporating local materials into the syllabus, collaborating with local cultural experts, utilizing local learning resources, and implementing project-based evaluation. Local wisdom-based language learning has proven to be effective in instilling character values such as cooperation, tolerance, honesty, hard work, responsibility, and justice.

The data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are interviews, observations and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is inductive through data validity, data reduction, data display and conclusion (verification). The conclusion obtained is that the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers is in instilling character values ​​in students by creating a conducive, comfortable and enjoyable classroom atmosphere, always behaving well in front of students and always instilling discipline, independence, responsibility, honesty and religion. The methods used to instill character values ​​can be through exemplary methods, giving appreciation, giving moral messages, teaching manners, being honest and open to mistakes, instilling leadership qualities. Supporting factors in instilling character values ​​are religious activities and additional learning such as showing videos. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors in instilling character values include busy parents and the environment. Furthermore, the solution to overcome obstacles in instilling character values ​​is cooperation between teachers and parents and cooperation between schools and the community.

A game model in physical education to improve motor skills, cooperation, and discipline of primary school learners

Background and Study Aim. Motor skills, cooperation, and discipline are important for elementary school children. The purpose of this research is to develop a game-based physical education learning model that is effective in improving motor skills, cooperation, and discipline in elementary school students. Material and Methods. This type of research is Research and Development with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The validation subjects of the game-based learning model are six expert lecturers with professors and doctoral degrees. The effectiveness test subjects were 46 upper grade elementary school students (aged 10-12 years). The statistical analysis used was Aiken validity analysis and Intraclass Correlation Coefficients, and to analyse the effectiveness of the product using paired sample test analysis. Results. The results show that the game-based learning model is effective for improving motor skills (p-value 0.000 < 0.05), cooperation (p-value 0.000 < 0.05), and discipline (p-value 0.000 < 0.05) in upper grade elementary school students. The developed learning model is valid and reliable, so it is very effective to be used by Physical Education teachers for the learning process. Conclusions. The learning model through this game is expected to be able to bridge the shift in the character values of students in a good direction, along with the development of games and technology that are very strong magnets. For further researchers, further studies and developments are needed to add to the repertoire of game models to improve motor skills, cooperation, and discipline. This will support the learning process of physical education in elementary schools in accordance with the applicable curriculum.

The purpose of this research is to describe what strengthening character values looks like in Mathla'ul Anwar Pontianak-based social studies education. It is hoped that this description of the educational pattern carried out at the Mathla'ul Anwar Islamic Boarding School can contribute to a learning model that can strengthen the character values of students. This research uses a case study method using data collection techniques as a guide to observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis was carried out qualitatively based on data found through observations, interviews, and collected documents. The results of this research show that the education pattern carried out by Pesantren Pondok is quite progressive in strengthening character values. During routine recitation activities, ustadz and ustadzah highlight the latest themes in the community. Islamic boarding schools make strict rules in an effort to instill discipline and religious values, but they do not exclude modern elements. When students have good character, social intelligence is created in them so that when they enter society, they still have morals and social insight because they have social intelligence. Mathla'ul Anwar Islamic Boarding School is an Islamic educational institution in Indonesia that is widely known and has an important role in Islamic education. This study aims to strengthen understanding of the importance of protecting the surrounding environment, especially for students at the River School, Gunung Anyar, Surabaya. This study uses conventional learning methods, question and answer methods and technology-based learning methods. In fact, this school has slowly shaped the students' character regarding caring for the environment. It is known that students are able to understand how to protect the environment.

Implementation of Character Education in Forming Confident, Polite and Caring Character through Social Studies Learning at SMP Al-Hasib Malang Regency

Al-Hasib Junior High School is an educational institution that prioritizes student achievement, both in academic and non-academic fields. Therefore, it is expected that students educated in such schools have superior knowledge, intelligence and good morals. However, facts on the ground show that there are still bad attitudes and ethics towards teachers, such as disrespect and disrespect also still exist. In addition, students' confidence in socializing is also still lacking. This study aims to understand overall school policies that shape the social character of AL-Hasib Junior High School students in accordance with guidelines from the Ministry of Education and Culture, and also to explore how the implementation of character education is carried out to form responsible, polite and caring social character. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive type. The main sources of information involve the principal, student waka, curriculum waka, and Al-Hasib Junior High School students themselves. This research involves collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation which will then be analyzed by organizing the data, reducing the data and drawing conclusions. As for the validity of the data, it is tested using triangulation techniques. The findings of the research show that school policies to shape social character start from the implementation of the school curriculum. Learning activities in the classroom and teaching teachers are also directed to implement and fulfill aspects that are in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Education. Then it ends with the evaluation process. At the implementation stage, students apply social character both inside and outside the classroom. This is expected to be a recommendation for teachers in carrying out learning in the future. Teachers are expected to provide deeper instillation of character values in students. In this way, it is expected that students can have a comprehensive understanding in implementing character values that are integrated with their daily learning.

This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of document study. The subject in this study is the researcher himself. The objects used in this study are contained in data and data sources. This research data is in the form of 18 character values in the 2013 Curriculum. The data source is in the form of Thematic Books for Grade III Elementary School Students Curriculum 2013 Revised Edition 2018. The data is analyzed by content analysis method. The content analysis techniques used, namely unitizing sampling, recording, reducing, inferring, and narrating. The results of the analysis of character values studies in the Thematic Book for Grade III Elementary School Students Curriculum 2013 Revised Edition 2018 are religious, honest, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creative, independent, respect achievements, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love of the country, friendly/communicative, love peace, love of reading, care for the environment, care for social, and responsible. By reviewing the contents of the Thematic Book for Class III Students Curriculum 2013 Revised Edition 2018, it is hoped that educators can find out the character values contained in the book and be able to help students form student character values in each of their learning activities.

This research discusses the implementation of school culture as a means to shape the character values ​​of students at at SD Negeri Cinangerang I. The topics of study in this research are: (1) What is the description of school culture at Cinanggerang I Public Elementary School, (2) How is the implementation of school culture in at SD Negeri Cinangerang I in shaping student character values. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. Sources of data from this study are school principals, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study show that (1) the school culture applied at SD Negeri Cinangerang I is religious culture, 5S culture, literacy culture, environmental care culture. (2) The application of the school culture is carried out through consistent good habituation in both intra-curricular and extra-curricular activities. (3) The character values ​​that are developed through school culture are religious, tolerance, discipline, responsibility, friendship, social care, love to read, care for the environment, love the motherland.

Application of Physical Eduation Subjects to the Development of Student Character Values

Implementing physical education in developing students' character values ​​not only influences their personal development but also positively contributes to a better society. Applying physical education in character formation affective attitudes, starting from discipline, honesty, responsibility and socializing well. This research has the aim of producing the application of physical education in building student character. The approach used by researchers in this research is descriptive-quantitative. The sample used was 200 junior high school students in Ngabang District, namely SMPN 1, SMPN 2, SMPN 3; Maniamas Middle School; Macedonia Christian Middle School; and Pelita Middle School. The questionnaire is the research instrument used by researchers. The questionnaire was then tested for validity to see the student's character in the initial and final conditions for all items so that it could be declared valid and reliable. The author analyzed the data using the t-test. The research results show the initial condition of the character values ​​of junior high school students in Ngabang District. The score in the initial condition of the student's character was 85,67%, while the final condition score was 80,68%, so the researchers concluded that there had been an increase of 11,36%. The conclusion obtained by researchers is that physical education learning has the content of developing character values ​​, which can improve students' character. The suggestion given by the researcher is that teachers must have a policy that implements the development of character values ​​in every subject.

Pendidikan Berbasis Multikultural Sebagai Upaya Penguatan Nilai Karakter Siswa di SMA Negeri 5 Kupang

The purpose of this study was to determine multicultural-based education and efforts to strengthen the character values of students at SMA Negeri 5 Kupang. The approach taken was qualitative. The selection of research subjects used purposive sampling technique consisted of teachers and students. Research data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research data were analyzed using source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation analysis techniques. This study shows several findings; (1) multicultural-based education is implemented by providing encouragement to students through group work so that students can automatically establish cooperative relationships and mutual respect among themselves, and also implemented through the attitudes and ethics of teachers so that students can imitate the good attitudes and ethics shown by teacher. Students are also taught to always respect and respect each other both between students and students, students with teachers and students with parents. (2) The efforts made in strengthening student character are to encourage students to always be honest, respect each other, be responsible for completing assignments given by the teacher, always show commendable attitudes such as always obeying school rules, respecting older people, and respecting fellow students without looking at ethnic, religious, national and racial differences.

This research was conducted at SDN 2 Munjuljaya Purwakarta. The results of this study obtained information regarding the cultivation of character values from the 7 P oe Atikan Istimewa which were implemented at SDN 2 Munjuljaya Purwakarta which had been implemented and instilled character values in students through several different activities every day. This research implies that the implementation of the 7 Poe Atika in schools can instill character values in students to improve the abilities and quality of students at school and outside of school.
