Development of Accounting Information System for Matahari Store With RAD Method (Rapid Application Development)

Business company is a form of business in which business people purchase goods from vendors, then resell them to consumers without changing the form of the goods. Every business, be it large, medium to small businesses, requires an accounting system. From the accounting system, the owner can determine whether his business is running well or vice versa. One trading business that still does not use an accounting system is the Matahari Grocery Store. The accounting information system is needed by Toko Matahari to be able to compete with many other similar businesses. The method used in creating this accounting system is the Rapid Application Development method.

Impact of Market and Entrepreneurial Orientation on Batik MSMEs’ Performance in Yogyakarta

Research Aims: In an organization, there are several factors that can affect business performance, including orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, utilization of social media and marketing capability. Based on the urgency above, this study focuses on exploring indicators that can effectively affect business performance and continuity in the current technological era in batik MSMEs. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the influence of antecedents on MSME performance so as to provide an overview of indicators that can effectively improve the performance of batik MSMEs in Yogyakarta. Design/methodology/approach: This research design uses a quantitative research method with an associative problem formulation. The type of research used is explanatory research. The number of respondent samples was 250 leaders or people in charge of various batik craft UMKM in Region of Yogyakarta Province. Data collection through the distribution of questionnaires with a face-to-face method between respondents and researchers. The analysis of this study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using AMOS. Research Findings: The results of this study are that market orientation, entrepreneurial Orientation, and use of social media have an effect on the marketing capability and business performance of Batik MSMEs in Yogyakarta. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study provides an overview of the importance of market orientation and entrepreneurial Orientation for improving a company's business performance. The novelty of this study's results is that it shows that the use of social media and marketing capability are also indicators that play a role in improving business performance.

Diversifying the Business of Oil and Gas Companies in the Context of Global Climate Policy

In 2019, Russia, being a climate-conscious country, ratified the Kyoto Protocol to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change caused by anthropogenic emissions of greenhouse gases. The increase in the emissions is primarily driven by the advancements in energy production. The existing level of technology for processing and using raw materials in many energy industries leads to dangerous environmental pollution and causes an increase in environmental problems. Many companies have adopted their carbon neutrality strategies to use "green energy" based on ESG criteria, which allows them to increase their competitive advantages. Achieving carbon neutrality involves minimizing direct emissions during production processes or shifting to renewable energy sources. The paper examines the transformation of the oil and gas companies towards cutting greenhouse gas emissions and analyzes the mechanisms for achieving decarbonization. To assess the effectiveness of investment projects in the field of low-carbon energy, the paper analyzes an approach and proposes a dynamic simulation model based on a modification of the discounted cash flow method. The model is tested under the assumption that carbon regulation is carried out through the introduction of a carbon border tax.

The relationship between dynamic capacity and innovation: the case of startup hand talk

This theoretical essay explores the relationship between dynamic capacity and innovation based on the case study of the startup Hand Talk published by the Revista de Ciências Empresariais da UNIPAR, in 2022. The company's business is to use technology to overcome barriers between deaf and hearing people with innovation and digital accessibility. A qualitative approach was used, with bibliographical research on the concepts of dynamic capabilities and single case study analysis, aiming to explore and describe observable characteristics of the theories of dynamic capabilities, effectuation and frugal innovation in the period 2012 to 2022. The result showed that the company identified an opportunity and through dynamic capacity, created a business model capable of absorbing user demands and implementing continuous innovations in its services to enable digital accessibility. of deaf people to the market, through an application for mobile devices that converts texts, images and audio into Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS). The company was able to realize its ideas and put effectuation into practice, in addition to adopting a dynamic capacity approach, through organizational reconfiguration and skills development, observing the environment and organizational resources.

Leveraging Six Values for Company Performance: Adaptation of Sustainable Business Model Innovation Strategies in Chinese Electric Vehicle Brand Enterprises

Business model innovation is crucial for enhancing company performance. This study aims to investigate the relationship between the six dimensions of sustainable business model innovation and company performance among Chinese electric vehicle brands. A structural equation model is constructed based on a comprehensive literature review and hypothesis development. Using PLS-SEM, this study empirically analyzes questionnaire data collected from the top 12 electric vehicle brands in China to explore the relationship between these six core dimensions and company performance. The results indicate that innovation in “value proposition to customers”, value creation, value delivery, and “value of residual” have a significantly positive impact on the performance of Chinese electric vehicle brands. However, value capture innovation and “value of after-sales service” innovation were not found to be statistically significant. This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the mechanism through which sustainable business model innovation impacts company performance, enriching the theoretical foundation of academic research in this field and broadening its practical applications in management.

Financial Statement Analysis of BYD Company Limited

This paper takes BYD as an example to analyze its financial indicators and conduct a comprehensive DuPont analysis for the period from 2019 to 2023. The analysis reveals that the company achieved significant financial growth during this period. Both operating revenue and net profit showed an upward trend, with particularly strong growth momentum in 2022 and 2023, as net profit increased substantially. The gross profit margin and net profit margin also improved, indicating enhanced operational efficiency and effective cost control. At the same time, BYD's continuous increase in R&D investment has driven technological innovation and product upgrades. The total assets have continued to grow, reflecting the company's business expansion and strengthened capabilities. The cash flow position remains healthy, with net operating cash flow steadily increasing, providing stable financial support for the company. However, BYD faces challenges such as intensified market competition and fluctuations in raw material prices, which necessitate ongoing optimization of business strategies and operational models to maintain its leading position and competitiveness. Overall, BYD has performed outstandingly in the new energy vehicle sector, with promising prospects for future development.

Business Strategy Planning Case Study: PT Sera Food Indonesia

This study aims to look at the position of PT Serafood Indonesia in the rotation of the food business, especially meat processed ingredients. By knowing the position of the company, it will get the right position for stakeholders to develop the company's business. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive. To collect data in this study used field observations and interviews. Resource persons in this study were 7 people consisting of the owner, general manager and managers as decision makers at PT Serafood Indonesia. This study uses a SWOT analysis from Pearce and Robinson. Data analysis used is the IFAS matrix analysis technique (Internal Factor Analysis Summary) and the EFAS matrix (External Factor Analysis Summary) and SWOT matrix analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). The EFAS results get a value of 0.054 and IFAS is 0.356. In the SWOT matrix diagram, it shows that the condition of the institution is in quadrant 1. The results of the research analysis can be concluded that PT Serafood Indonesia has opportunities and strengths as well as good abilities in dealing with threats and weaknesses. To win the competition in the processed food industry, the right strategy planning for PT Serafood Indonesia is to support an aggressive growth policy with a choice of strategies are market penetration, market development and product development.

Enterprise Architecture Business Model Planning Using EAP Framework (Case Study: PT. Gempita Cahaya Makmur)

The advancement of technology in a company has an impact on improving business quality. From this observation, architectural planning is a part that is used to build alignment between business strategy and information technology. Architecture within the business domain illustrates how a company conducts business activities and functions to achieve the company's goals. Therefore, the company's business model architecture depicts the current state of architecture by identifying business needs and activities. From this study, the business role of PT. GEMPITA CAHAYA MAKMUR, a company engaged in the procurement of goods and services, especially in the field of wholesale office stationery, printing, photocopier sales, and photocopier and laptop rentals, which has customers from medium-sized companies, large companies, both private and government. The use of the Enterprise Architecture Planning or EAP framework focuses on business architecture. The purpose of this research is expected to produce a blueprint proposal that will be beneficial for PT. GEMPITA CAHAYA MAKMUR to plan the business model architecture that will become the foundation for the design phase of application architecture.

The Legal Nature of the Director’s Liability for the Harm Caused to a Business Company

Introduction: the article analyzes the legal nature of the director’s liability for business company harm. The Russian and foreign doctrinal sources, legislation, and law enforcement practices are investigated. Purpose: to analyze the legal nature of the director’s liability for business company harm and to determine the place of this liability in the system of civil liability in Russian law. Methods: the methodological framework for the study is based on the methods of scientific cognition, in particular the methods of consistency, analysis, and comparative law. Results: the legal nature of the director’s liability for business company harm is determined. Conclusions: business company harm by the behavior of its director is one of the special torts. There are no grounds in Russian law to identify independent corporate liability.

Analisis Green Marketing Terhadap Green Online Purchase Intentions Melalui Green Trust Sebagai Variabel Mediasi

Green marketing has now become an alternative strategy that can increase value for the company's business. Green trust that runs well to succeed green marketing and there will also be green online purchase intention for consumers. This study aims to determine whether Green Marketing affects Green Online Purchase Intention through Green Trust as a mediating variable on The Body Shop products in Sukabumi City. The sample of this study amounted to 200 respondents with SEM analysis techniques using AMOS software version 22. The results of this study indicate Green Marketing has a significant effect on Green trust, Green Trust does not have a significant effect on Green Online Purchase Intention, and Green Trust can mediate the relationship between Green Marketing and Green Online Purchase Intention for The Body Shop consumers in Sukabumi City.

Supply Chain Stability and Corporate Green Technology Innovation

The supply chain is a critical perspective that enables understanding a company's business decisions. This paper indicates that corporate green technology innovation activity has significantly improved supply chain stability, as evidenced by data from 2011 to 2022. Supply chain stability can effectively stimulate corporate green technology innovation, alleviating financing constraints and enhancing risk-taking ability. Further analysis confirms that the impacts of supply chain stability in non-state-owned enterprises and firms with higher competitive industries play multiplier effects. Providing empirical data and management insights for establishing a green innovation environment system that is concentrated on both the enterprise and the market, the findings contribute to the existing research on the influencing factors of corporate green innovation.

Company clustering based on financial report data using k-means

Stock investment is the act of providing funds or assets to obtain future payments for gifts given. In its application, novice investors often make mistakes, one of which is not knowing the health condition of the company they want to target. By applying the machine learning clustering method based on company financial report data, it was found that 2 clusters were formed. This can show the current condition of the company so that it can be a consideration for investors, such as clusters of companies that have a profit trend that is always stable and increasing, or clusters of companies that are in the process of developing their business and groups of companies that have large amounts of debt from year to year.

ACCELERATING MARKET DYNAMICS: THE IMPACT OF GST ON STOCK PRICES AND PROFITABILITY OF LEADING AUTOMOBILE COMPANIES

In India, GST introduced in July 2017 was a major event for the Economy. It subsequently impacted all the business sectors and companies operating within the economy. In such cases, it is important to gauge the impact of this new taxation system to analyze the outcome. This research explores the effect of GST on the net profits and stock prices of Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Honda, Ashok Leyland, Bajaj Auto, TVS Motors, Toyota, Hero Motor Corp, and Ford Motors. For this purpose, pre-GST and post-GST analysis was conducted through a paired t-test using SPSS for 2 variables i.e., net profits and stock prices. I have gathered data from the NSE and financial reports of the companies for a comparable period of 7 years before and 7 years after the GST implementation It was found that there is no significant effect on the net profits of the selected companies. The trends in stock prices of companies, except TVS Motors seemed to be unaffected due to the introduction of GST.

Abstract: With the improvement of the national economic level and consumption upgrading, the catering industry plays an increasingly important role in daily life. It has become an important indicator to measure the social and economic development of a region and reflects the real situation of the living environment and investment environment of a region. The catering industry and the development of the times are closely related. the catering industry promotes the development of the times to a certain extent. Also, the progress of the times boosts the development of the catering industry, providing opportunities and challenges. This paper focuses on the development status and business model of the emerging catering industry and explores the characteristics of the relevant business model. Combined with the five-year financial statements of the emerging catering giant Haidilao Company, the company's business model is analyzed in depth to find out the factors affecting the company's financial situation. After that, this paper makes a scientific prediction for the future development of the company and puts forward reasonable suggestions.

Digital Transformation Governance Model and Implications for Cosmetic Companies: A Case Study of LOreal

Abstract: As digital technology advances, more companies are undergoing digital transformation, leading to benefits and profits. The cosmetics industry is also following this trend. This study aims to explore the governance model of cosmetic companies during digital transformation and its impact on the development of the industry, using LOreal as a case study for in-depth analysis. By examining LOreals digital transformation case study, this paper reveals the key initiatives and impacts of digital transformation in the cosmetics industry. Specifically, the paper examines LOreals digital transformation initiatives in virtual reality applications, supply chain and operations optimisation, e-commerce platforms and AI product innovation, and analyses the positive impact of these initiatives on the company's business, customer experience and market performance. The study also offers some recommendations for cosmetic companies to address the challenges and risks that may arise during the digital transformation process. By analysing LOreals digital transformation experience in depth, this paper provides a valuable reference for the cosmetics industry to guide other companies to succeed in digital transformation and enhance the overall competitiveness of the industry.

Internal Controls and Customer Satisfaction in the Telecommunications Industry in Uganda: A Case of MTN Uganda

Every business organization's success depends on the satisfaction of the customers. Whenever a business is about to start, customers always come “first” and then the profit. Those companies that succeed in fully satisfying their customers will remain in the top position in the market. Today's business company has known that customer satisfaction is the key component for the success of the business, and at the same time, it plays a vital role in expanding the market value. In general, customers are those people who buy goods and services from the market or business that meet their needs and wants. Customers purchase products to meet their expectations in terms of money. The study sought to explain the extent to which Customer Satisfaction in the telecommunications industry is driven by internal controls, using MTN Uganda as a case study. Many in Uganda recognize the importance of customer satisfaction and so have tried to streamline internal controls. However, customer complaints still persist despite efforts to address areas of dissatisfaction. This may be because the majority of them do not effectively operate their internal processes and are not using appropriate strategies to address the challenges. The study was guided by three objectives: To examine the effect of administrative policies on customer satisfaction in the telecommunications industry, To examine the effect of accounting procedures on customer satisfaction in the telecommunications industry and To examine the effect of auditing procedures on customer satisfaction in the telecommunications industry. The study was based on a cross-sectional research design. 230 staff of the company were selected as respondents using a simple random sampling approach, and data was collected using a questionnaire. Findings show that there is a strong, positive relationship between administrative policies and customer satisfaction, there is a strong and positive relationship between accounting procedures and customer satisfaction in the telecommunications industry, and there is a strong and positive relationship between audit procedures and customer satisfaction in the telecommunications industry. The variables entered in the regression model explain an overall 65 percent variance in customer satisfaction at the company. It was recommended that MTN Uganda conduct regular surveys of customers (current and potential) to assess their standing in expectations and satisfaction and identify areas that need critical attention. MTN Uganda should adopt the international customer quality guidelines, and all staff should undergo regular (every three months) refresher training regarding how to handle internal operations in their areas of speciality.

Manajemen Kualitas dalam Meningkatkan Efisiensi Proses Bisnis Perusahaan

In an era of increasingly fierce business competition, companies are required to improve efficiency in every business process. One of the crucial aspects that can support efficiency is the implementation of proper quality management. Quality management is a systematic approach to managing and improving the quality of products, services, and processes in an organization, with the goal of meeting customer expectations and achieving optimal efficiency. This research explores various quality management approaches such as Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO 9001. This approach has a focus on continuous improvement, elimination of waste, and increased customer satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to analyze the implementation of these models in improving the efficiency of the company's business processes. The results of the assessment from the media expert, Mr. Muhammad Ikhwan, S.Pd., M.Pd showed the feasibility of the media with an average score of 92.17%, while the assessment of the material expert, Mrs. Nurul Isnaeni, S.Pd, obtained an average of 96.19%, with the category of "Very Feasible" for all aspects. This study proves that Powtoon-based learning media is effective and feasible to use in the context of education.

Predictors of Individual Work Performance among Private Business Companies for an Enhanced Organizational Human Resource Plan

This study aimed to examine the influence of organizational culture and multi-dimensional self-control as predictors of individual work performance among employees in private business companies. A descriptive-correlational research design was employed, involving 110 respondents from Santo Tomas, Davao del Norte, selected through stratified sampling. Data were collected using three standardized questionnaires, and statistical tools such as Mean, Pearson r, Standard Deviation, and Regression Analysis were applied. The results indicated that both organizational culture and multi-dimensional self-control had significant positive relationships with individual work performance. Specifically, organizational culture was rated with an overall mean of 4.32 (strongly agree), while multi-dimensional self-control scored 3.80 (agree), and individual work performance received an overall mean of 3.75 (agree). These findings suggest that fostering a strong organizational culture and enhancing employee self-control are key strategies for improving work performance, especially in culturally diverse environments. While Presidential Decree No. 442, Article 3, emphasizes the protection of workers' rights and labor laws, its relevance in this study lies in the broader context of promoting effective organizational practices. The study concludes that interventions to strengthen company culture and develop training programs focused on enhancing self-control may significantly boost employee performance. Future recommendations call for more specific and targeted approaches to implement these interventions within organizational frameworks.
