Background: In the current digital era, with the increasingly rapid development of information technology in the health sector, patients can register using the P Care application using the patient's smartphone. It is hoped that this application can improve the minimum hospital service standards that have been set, so that it can overcome the problem of queuing for registration services. The aim of this community service program (PKM) is to increase the utilization of the BPJS online registration application for outpatient pregnant women at the Sei Bejangkar Community Health Center, Batubara Regency in 2023. The methods used include 1) identification of pregnant women at the Pematang Panjang Community Health Center); 2) preparation of materials and steps for the BPJS online registration application); 3) implementation of BPJS online registration application education for outpatient pregnant women). Results Based on the results of the implementation of service to outpatient pregnant women at the Sei Bejangkar Community Health Center, Batubara Regency, there are a total of 68 pregnant women as members, where the majority are aged 20-35 years, 58 pregnant women (85%), < 20 years old, 10 pregnant women (15% ), all participants were enthusiastic about educating on the BPJS online registration application. all participants were enthusiastic about using the BPJS online registration application on.

Analysis of Word Formation Process in Register Used by English and Indonesian Football Commentary

This study examines the use of register and word-formation in football commentary, focusing on Indonesian and English commentators. With European countries being the center of the football industry, studying the commentary from these languages can provide insights for other countries, including Indonesia. The aim of this research is to identify the application of register and classify word-formation patterns in Indonesian and English football commentary. Linguistic theories from experts such as George Yule, Katamba, O’Grady and Guzman, and Stockwell and Minkova are utilized. A descriptive qualitative research method is employed, analyzing video documentation of matches using Simak Bebas Libat Cakap (SLBC) to collect data. The findings reveal 78 word formations in both Indonesian and English commentary, with compounding and coinage being the most frequent processes. The word-formation analysis found compounding, coinage, borrowing, derivation, reduplication, and abbreviation. Differences and similarities are observed in terms of word usage, word-formation patterns, and the background factors influencing them.

Magnetic resonance imaging datasets with anatomical fiducials for quality control and registration

Tools available for reproducible, quantitative assessment of brain correspondence have been limited. We previously validated the anatomical fiducial (AFID) placement protocol for point-based assessment of image registration with millimetric (mm) accuracy. In this data descriptor, we release curated AFID placements for some of the most commonly used structural magnetic resonance imaging datasets and templates. The release of our accurate placements allows for rapid quality control of image registration, teaching neuroanatomy, and clinical applications such as disease diagnosis and surgical targeting. We release placements on individual subjects from four datasets (N = 132 subjects for a total of 15,232 fiducials) and 14 brain templates (4,288 fiducials), totalling more than 300 human rater hours of annotation. We also validate human rater accuracy of released placements to be within 1 – 2 mm (using more than 45,000 Euclidean distances), consistent with prior studies. Our data is compliant with the Brain Imaging Data Structure allowing for facile incorporation into neuroimaging analysis pipelines.

Legal Certainty on Commercial Court Authority to Examine and Adjudicate Mark Dispute Without Prior Appeal Petition to The Mark Appeal Commission

Objective: The Mark Appeal Commission has a role in examining appeal petitions against the rejection of mark registration applications. However, when the Petitioner's mark registration is rejected by the Directorate of Mark and Geographical Indication, the Petitioner immediately files a lawsuit to the Commercial Court by going through the appeal stage at the Mark Appeal Commission, there are 2 (two) verdicts that rejects and grants the lawsuit. Method: The problem of this research is related to the legal certainty on the commercial court authority to examine and adjudicate mark disputes without a prior appeal petition to the Mark Appeal Commission. The research uses a normative juridical method with qualitative analysis. Result: The research indicates that the legal certainty on the commercial court authority to examine and adjudicate mark disputes without a prior appeal petition to the Mark Appeal Commission is that an appeal petition at the Mark Appeal Commission is not an obligation or necessity or a formal requirement (procedural law) of filing a lawsuit to the Commercial Court. Conclusion: The meaning of the phrase “may” is a choice for the Petitioner to use the appeal instrument at the Mark Appeal Commission or not. Since the Directorate of Mark and Geographical Indication from the beginning has rejected the mark registration application, and the instrument of the Mark Appeal Commission is not carried out, then for the sake of legal certainty, only a court order in the form of a court verdict may change the decision of the Directorate of Mark and Geographical Indication.

Application of Registration of Transfer of Rights Due to Direct Inheritance with Deed of Distribution of Inheritance (Study at Land Offices Throughout Malang)

The problem of transitional registration is one of the typologies of land cases that often occurs. Registration of transfer of rights due to inheritance is currently not understood equally by the government, especially in the implementation of registration of transfer of rights due to direct inheritance with the deed of distribution of inheritance. For this reason, this paper will try to conduct a legal study regarding the effectiveness of Article 111 paragraph (5) of the ATR/Ka.BPN Regulation Number 16 of 2021 as the legal basis for carrying out transitional registration at Land Offices throughout Malang Raya. This paper uses the socio-legal method with an empirical and normative approach. The results of the research show that the registration of the transfer of rights due to direct inheritance with the deed of distribution of inheritance based on Article 111 paragraph (5) of Permen ATR/Ka.BPN 16 of 2021 is not effective at the Land Office in Malang Raya. There are several reasons, first, administrative habits that have been carried out by transferring inheritance first to all heirs based on the Declaration of Heirs, then transferring to one of the heirs based on APHB. Second, the record problem. Third, the problem of local taxes that will be reduced. The ineffectiveness of this article can harm interested parties because it can be detrimental in terms of time and costs when registering the transfer of rights due to inheritance

The Decentralized Generation of Public Knowledge during the COVID-19 Pandemic: Examples from Australia

In the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020–2022, public uncertainty about the nature of the virus, and in particular its symptoms and mode of transmission, was met by the daily briefings issued by public health departments and political leaders. They were ill-equipped to respond to emerging knowledge management demands in an agile fashion. As this paper will show, this gap was filled on a volunteer basis by personal initiative. Examples for this are contact tracing register applications, an archive of daily COVID-19 incidence numbers at local government levels and a crowdsourced site that allowed the public find rapid antigen test kits during a time of extreme shortages. Once government and professional bodies eventually caught up and supplanted these volunteer endeavours, they become obsolete and by and large forgotten. Yet it can be posited that societal angst would have been much greater without them.

Overview of the National Ethics Committee Registry for Biomedical and Health Research in India: Stepping up to safeguard the ethical aspect of research involving human participants.

As notified in the New Drugs and Clinical Trials Rules 2019, ethics committees (ECs), intending to review and oversee the conduct of Biomedical and Health Research (BHR) shall be required to register with the authority designated by the Central Government in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of Health Research (DHR). The entire process of receiving and processing such applications is done online through the Naitik portal. Vide these rules, it has become mandatory for all institutions/entities whether publicly or privately conducting or intending to conduct BHR involving the human participants, to get their EC, registered with the DHR. A status report of the functioning of the National Ethics Registry and an analysis of ECs registered with the DHR are presented in this manuscript. A workflow of the processing involved in EC registration is given with sectorial segregation, and analysis of data on ECs across the country is made for the dissemination and information. This article elaborates on the registration requirements and process of the EC registry with the necessity of being registered with the DHR. 2100 login requests and more than 1560 applications for registration have been received; private hospitals and medical colleges have been the front-runner in getting their organization registered, and organizations in the commercial sector are faring better in terms of EC registration. Further dissemination and outreach efforts have to be made to draw the attention of various stakeholders regarding this requirement and thereby ensuring that all ECs in the country are registered with the DHR.

Prototyping an Online Patient Registration Based on a Smartphone App at the Malang Primary Health Care

Currently, the patient registration system at the Primary Health Care (PHC) in Malang City still uses a manual registration system with various existing problems, like the emergence of queues and patients jostling in the waiting room, so it takes longer for health services. This study aimed to design a prototype application for online patient registration at the Malang City Health Center. The method used is Research and Development Prototyping. The manufacturing stages start from (1) the identification of basic needs, (2) developing a working prototype, (3) using a prototype (trial), and (4) revising and improving the prototype. The instrument used in this study was an interview guide conducted with two Heads of PHC (Dinoyo and Rampal Celaket) and nine Registration Officers at two Health Centers to determine the need for designing a prototype online registration application. Observations were made regarding the existing IT systems (Hardware and Software) in both PHC, the facilities and infrastructure that support IT systems (rooms, internet networks, etc.) and the documents supporting the processes. The results of this prototype design were in the form of a list of functional and non-functional requirements, business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, and Interface Design, including programming language and user interface. Based on the results of the online patient registration prototype design, it enters the initial stage of using a system design that is by user needs but has yet to reach the implementation stage. However, this prototype can be used as a reference in developing an integrated online registration system with existing information systems at the PHC.

Implementation of The Information Service Application Portal for Registration of Prospective Santri and Recording of School Activities Using The Extreme Programming Method

For Islamic boarding schools, the website functions as a medium of information and school introduction to the public. In order for prospective students to register easily, complete information is needed so that the boarding school can easily manage the data of prospective students. Apart from teaching and learning, teachers and students also have other activities at school. The categories of activities carried out by teachers are training, teaching, RPP (Learning Implementation Plans), and clubs or CCA (Co-Curricular Activities), while the categories of activities carried out by students are extracurricular activities, organizations, and competitions. All information on teacher and student activities requires data to be stored properly for a certain period of time. This study aims to build an information service application for registration of prospective students and recording of school activities using the extreme programming method. This application is made using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework, a MySQL database, and extreme programming as an application development method. Based on the tests carried out, this application can run on various browser applications, such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.

ALReg: Registration of 3D Point Clouds Using Active Learning

After the success of deep learning in point cloud segmentation and classification tasks, it has also been adopted as common practice in point cloud registration applications. State-of-the-art point cloud registration methods generally deal with this problem as a regression task to find the underlying rotation and translation between two point clouds. However, given two point clouds, the transformation between them could be calculated using only definitive point subsets from each cloud. Furthermore, training time is still a major problem among the current registration networks, whereas using a selective approach to define the informative point subsets can lead to reduced network training times. To that end, we developed ALReg, an active learning procedure to select a limited subset of point clouds to train the network. Each of the point clouds in the training set is divided into superpoints (small pieces of each cloud) and the training process is started with a small amount of them. By actively selecting new superpoints and including them in the training process, only a prescribed amount of data is used, hence the time needed to converge drastically decreases. We used DeepBBS, FMR, and DCP methods as our baselines to prove our proposed ALReg method. We trained DeepBBS and DCP on the ModelNet40 dataset and FMR on the 7Scenes dataset. Using 25% of the training data for ModelNet and 4% for the 7Scenes, better or similar accuracy scores are obtained in less than 20% of their original training times. The trained models are also tested on the 3DMatch dataset and better results are obtained than the original FMR training procedure.

Challenges in the application of the Tshivenda scientific register for physical sciences classrooms

Background: This paper investigated some of the challenges in the application of Tshivenda scientific register (TSR) during classroom practices of some physical sciences teachers in some of the public secondary schools in the Vhembe West District, South Africa. Methods: It was an interpretative qualitative case study wherein three physical sciences teachers and 40 learners took part in the study. The study conducted at schools of Vhuronga 2 circuit in Vhembe West District between January 2022 to November 2022. Interviews and classroom observations were used for data collections. Researchers analyzed their data through Data Analysis Scheme (DAS) which comprised of themes, categories, and characteristics in this qualitative study. Texts that belong to a particular theme were highlighted using same colour and track changes was also used to codify categories and characteristics of a theme. Results: The research findings had shown numerous challenges in the teaching and learning of physical sciences including teachers and learners not used to physical sciences being taught and learnt through TSR, not familiar with some scientific words in TSR, difficulties in understanding scientific term in TSR as well as absence of Tshivenda physical sciences resources beside TSR. Consequently, this has impacts on teacher and learner’s ability to implement TSR in the teaching and learning of Physical Sciences. Moreover, the findings also show that teachers and learners participated in the study sometimes switch from Tshivenda Scientific words to English Scientific words during Physical Sciences lessons. Conclusions: Therefore, it is suggested that the above-mentioned challenges in the development and application of TSR for Physical Sciences teaching need to be addressed so that teachers can teach learners Physical Sciences through language they know best. Hence, physical sciences teachers must be developed, trained, and furnished with essential language skills for them to develop Tshivenda scientific language registers on other sciences topics.

The Participation of Indigenous Peoples in the Development of Geographical Indications: Between Orientation and Formulation

Introduction: Characteristics of Indigenous Peoples in managing this natural potential has relevance to optimizing the potential of geographical indications. Even so, legal problems occur when in positive law in Indonesia there is no regulation regarding the participation and role of the Customary Law Community in optimizing geographical indications.Purpose of The Research: This research aims to regulatory orientation and formulation regarding the participation of Indigenous Peoples in optimizing the potential of geographical indications.Methods of Research: This research is a normative legal research with a concept and statutory approach. The analysis is carried out by carrying out an inventory of legal materials, then proceed with the reduction process (sorting) according to the needs in the selection, and ends with conclusions.Results of the Research: The participation of the Indigenous Peoples in optimizing the potential of geographic indications can actually be carried out by involving the role of both the central and regional governments to facilitate it. Appropriate formulations related to arrangements regarding the participation of Indigenous Peoples in optimizing the potential of geographical indications can be carried out by forming cooperatives or associations of producers related to geographical indications. This needs to be done because in the provisions of positive law, Indigenous Peoples are not one of the parties that can become applicants for registration of geographical indications. Revisions to regulations regarding geographical indications need to be made in order to optimize the role and participation of the Indigenous Peoples.

SISTEM INFORMASI PENDAFTARAN SUKARELAWAN BERBASIS WEB PADA KOMUNITAS TEMAN BINCANG

The Volunteer Registration Application for the Teman Bincang Community is a web-based application that is designed to make it easier for users to apply as volunteers in the Teman Bincang Community for specific positions. Teman Bincang is a community that provides online psychological services related to mental health education. The community was established in February 2020, and the people working there are volunteers with specific positions. The information on open positions for volunteering is still limited and currently only available through posts on the Instagram application. The application process also still uses Google Forms with limited features, which means that the information received by the applicants is still limited. The main objective of this thesis is to create a website that will help users to register as volunteers for specific positions in Teman Bincang, which consists of various sections and pages. The recruiters will also be able to view the list of volunteer applicants and other data on the website. 
 The development of this web-based system uses PHP programming language, Bootstrap framework, and MySQL database. The System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall methodology is used for the development process, and the testing is done with Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing methods. The conclusion of this thesis is that the application runs well in terms of appearance and functionality, without any bugs or errors. Additionally, the application is very user-friendly, easy to understand and easy to use by the user.

In this paper, the author presents a new regime of exclusive electronic registration of formation of companies. In this way, the incorporation procedure will be possible without the obligation of the applicant of the registration application to be present before the authority responsible for the registration of the establishment of companies. Since the process of establishment is enabled in a way that takes place almost entirely electronically, future founders will have the possibility of very eficient, fast, and easy establishment of companies. However, the introduction of a mandatory, instead of the previous optional electronic submission of a registration application might open some issues that have not been discussed much in the domestic professional and scientifc circles so far.

Risk Assessment Technology on the Application of Admission of New Students in High School

The rapid development of technology makes almost all service activities use information technology, including service activities in schools. One of the services provided by the school is to facilitate prospective students who are interested in registering as new students at school by building an open source-based new student registration application so that prospective students can register anywhere without having to come to school directly. The use of this application has several technological obstacles such as the system being locked due to being hacked by hackers, phishing, attacks from viruses, attacks from previous people who know the security of data from a computer system, unstable computer networks that affect the operational process to be slow, and low level of computer security. The purpose of this study is to provide recommendations for controlling the risk of using information technology in new student registration applications so as to minimize future losses to schools by measuring the likelihood and impact of using computer technology. The risk assessment model uses the NIST SP 800-30r1 framework, which is used as a tool to measure how big is the threat level and the impact caused by attacks that attack the application. The NIST SP 800-30r1 framework has stages such as recognizing system characteristics, threats, vulnerabilities, analyzing system handling, determining likelihood, determining impact, risk determination, recommending control, and determining results. The results of this study were used as recommendations to minimize losses obtained by schools and as a benchmark for controlling the risk of using technology to improve the quality of schools.

SpineRegNet: Spine Registration Network for volumetric MR and CT image by the joint estimation of an affine-elastic deformation field.

Spine registration for volumetric magnetic resonance (MR) and computed tomography (CT) images plays a significant role in surgical planning and surgical navigation system for the radiofrequency ablation of spine intervertebral discs. The affine transformation of each vertebra and elastic deformation of the intervertebral disc exist at the same time. This situation is a major challenge in spine registration. Existing spinal image registration methods failed to solve the optimal affine-elastic deformation field (AEDF) simultaneously, only consider the overall rigid or elastic alignment with the help of a manual spine mask, and encounter difficulty in meeting the accuracy requirements of clinical registration application. In this study, we propose a novel affine-elastic registration framework named SpineRegNet. The SpineRegNet consists of a Multiple Affine Matrices Estimation (MAME) Module for multiple vertebrae alignment, an Affine-Elastic Fusion (AEF) Module for joint estimation of the overall AEDF, and a Local Rigidity Constraint (LRC) Module for preserving the rigidity of each vertebra. Experiments on T2-weighted volumetric MR and CT images show that the proposed approach achieves impressive performance with mean Dice similarity coefficients of 91.36%, 81.60%, and 83.08% for the mask of the vertebrae on Datasets A-C, respectively. The proposed technique does not require a mask or manual participation during the tests and provides a useful tool for clinical spinal disease surgical planning and surgical navigation systems.

This study aims to apply information technology to the world of education, especially at SMP Negeri 9 Muaro Jambi and produce an education system that is fast and accurate and makes it easier in terms of student data collection, resulting in the design of Android-based new student registration. This android-based student registration was built using the Android language and MySQL as the database. Android-based student registration at SMP Negeri 9 Muaro Jambi, this is a way to make it easier for the school to input new student data.
