The Impact of Increased Private Equity Financing Ratio on Corporate Issuance Valuation: Empirical Evidence Based on A-share Electronic Manufacturing Industry
  • Apr 28, 2026
  • Advances in Economics, Management and Political Sciences
  • Xinshuang Hou + 1 more

Private equity investment, as a rapidly rising and dynamic emerging force in the capital market in recent years, plays an irreplaceable role in helping enterprises' development. It not only provides key financial support for enterprises, but also optimizes enterprise management by virtue of professional management experience, so as to enhance enterprise value in an all-round way. At present, many high-tech enterprises have mushroomed and developed rapidly. At the same time, the reform of A-share registration has been steadily promoted, which has strongly promoted the capital market to move towards high quality. In this context, the proportion of private equity financing in the overall financing structure of enterprises, how it affects the valuation of enterprise issuance, and the internal mechanism behind this impact, have become important issues to be discussed in depth. This paper focuses on this analysis and finds that the proportion of private equity in pre IPO Financing has a positive correlation with the issue valuation, especially the impact on the issue valuation of enterprises through the net asset channel is very significant.

The Language of Craft: A Study of the 2024 Suzhou Exhibition as a Communication Event
  • Apr 13, 2026
  • Advances in Social Science and Culture
  • Junyu Liu

This paper takes the “language of craft”-the art and craft exchange exhibition between China and Korea in Suzhou in 2024 as the research object, uses the cross-cultural communication theory and the method of exhibition narratology to discuss the exhibition, and analyzes the way of dialogue and the significance of communication. This paper holds that the exhibition is planned in four parts of “the language of heaven, earth, man and craft”, forming a deep dialogue between Chinese and Korean craft culture. Six groups of “dialogue pairs”-dialogue between white porcelain moon jar and Chinese white porcelain aesthetics, dialogue between brass cornerstone and space concept of Ming-style furniture, dialogue between Korean paper and material language of Chinese paper art, dialogue between patchwork and women’s crafts. The dialogue between horse hair craft and the contemporary transformation of traditional Chinese weaving techniques, as well as the dialogue of visual symbols of moire patterns, have been exchanged in an all-round way from technology to culture. The exhibition is no longer a simple exhibition, but through the opening ceremony salon, Korean traditional music experience, non-legacy master studio visits and other activities, the exhibition has changed from “exhibition” to “dialogue”. Therefore, this study holds that the exhibition not only shows the mutual influence and respective development paths of Chinese and Korean crafts in the historical development process, but also finds out the common points of East Asian crafts culture in the context of today’s era-the pursuit of natural harmony, the adherence to the virtues of thrift, and the innovative inheritance of traditional crafts. This form of exhibition is of positive significance for promoting more equal and in-depth international cultural exchanges, and also shows that exhibition is an important way of cross-cultural exchanges.

The key to building a socialist modern country in an all-round way and promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation lies in the party and the people. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China emphasized that "the whole party and people of all ethnic groups in China should unite and strive for the realization of the Tenth Five-Year Plan" and clearly put forward the task of "fully mobilizing the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of the whole society to participate in Chinese modernization". Patent quality and trade credit: Based on the perspective of knowledge breadth
  • Oct 31, 2025
  • PLOS One
  • Yihan Li + 1 more

Firms often rely on their own unique knowledge to obtain profits, but the reproducibility of knowledge will weaken economic interests, so firms adopt patents to establish exclusivity to clarify the ownership of profit rights. However, patents are only a form, and what kind of knowledge is contained behind them is the key to whether a firm can obtain and how much economic benefit it can obtain. In order to protect intellectual property rights in an all-round way, firms often hold a lots of patents, forming a patent matrix containing multiple cross-knowledge. The more complex the knowledge connotation of the patent matrix, the more difficult it is to be imitated, and the better the protection benefits of patents, forming high-quality patents. This study selects China’s A-share listed companies from 2006 to 2023 as the sample, utilizes patent acquisition data of listed firms, and measures corporate patent quality from the perspective of knowledge breadth—the wider the knowledge breadth embedded in patents, the higher the patent quality. Based on this framework, this study investigates how patent quality, measured by knowledge breadth, influences firms’ access to trade credit. The findings reveal that improvements in corporate patent quality significantly enhance access to trade credit access, with this effect being more pronounced among non-state-owned enterprises and firms in patent-intensive industries. Further analysis demonstrates that patent quality facilitates trade credit access by strengthening bargaining power and elevating corporate reputation. This research not only clarifies the mechanism that ultimately reinforces the operationalization of innovation-driven development frameworks by enhancing firms’ technological competitiveness and market credibility, but also enriches the channels through which patents influence corporate financing, and provides policy recommendations to advance patent quality development. These findings enable firms to leverage patent assets in reducing transaction costs and financing burdens.

On Chinese Modernisation in Harmonising Material and Spiritual Civilisation--Based on the Analysis of Marx's Thought on Modernity
  • Aug 27, 2025
  • World Journal of Innovation and Modern Technology
  • Jiahui Wang

Marx's theory of modernity, especially his critique of capitalist modernity and his initial exploration of socialist modernity, is an important theoretical resource for us to understand and grasp Chinese-style modernisation. Chinese-style modernisation is a modernisation that harmonises material and spiritual civilisation. Socialism with Chinese characteristics is socialism with comprehensive development of material and spiritual civilisations. To build a modern socialist country in an all-round way and to march towards the goal of the second hundred years of struggle, it is necessary to improve both the construction of material civilisation and spiritual civilisation, and to realise that the country's material power and spiritual power are both enhanced.

This article provides an in-depth discussion of the current status, advantages and challenges of the application of novel educational technologies in the inclusive education of students with autism. Autism is a serious neurodevelopmental disorder with a rising incidence in recent years, making it a global public health issue. Inclusive education emphasizes providing equal educational opportunities for all students, but traditional educational methods have limitations in supporting students with autism. Emerging educational technologies (including artificial intelligence, virtual reality, augmented reality, robotics, and somatosensory interaction) offer new hope for inclusive education for students with autism. These technologies have significantly improved the learning outcomes and social integration abilities of students with autism through personalized learning plans, immersive experiences, and emotional interactions. However, their application also faces many challenges, such as high technology costs, uneven resource distribution, insufficient professional training for teachers, and low technology acceptance. In the future, with the advancement of technological integration and innovation, the strengthening of cooperation between families and schools, and the further clarification of policy support and research directions, it is expected to promote the widespread application and optimization of these technologies, create a more inclusive and efficient educational environment for students with autism, and help them develop in an all-round way.

China’s Peaceful Diplomacy in the Middle East in the New Era and the US’s Perception and Challenges to it
  • Apr 12, 2025
  • Scholars Journal of Economics, Business and Management
  • Yue Hanjing + 1 more

Guided by the “Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence” and the vision of a “Community with a Shared Future for Mankind,” and adhering to the “Three Major Initiatives,” China’s Middle East peace diplomacy in the new era has achieved remarkable success. It has not only safeguarded China’s national interests but also contributed to peace and development in the Middle East and the world. The peaceful nature of China’s Middle East diplomacy is mainly reflected in the following aspects: focusing on promoting economic and trade relations, serving the Belt and Road Initiative, achieving mutual benefit and win-win results and common development; developing relationships with Middle East countries in an all-round way, not creating exclusive small circles, not taking sides against another side, and not carving out spheres of influence; actively promoting reconciliation between countries with discordant relations in the Middle East region and internal reconciliation in relevant countries; helping relevant Middle East countries resist foreign interference, safeguard national rights, and uphold the basic norms of international relations and international fairness and justice. However, China’s Middle East diplomacy faces challenges primarily from the United States. Driven by Cold War mentality, zero-sum thinking, and a focus on relative gains, U.S. policies toward China in the region are marked by misperceptions and biases. Initiatives like expanding the Abraham Accords, promoting a Middle East NATO, launching I2U2 (India, Israel, UAE, and USA), and proposing the India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor (IMEC) pose obstacles to China’s diplomatic efforts. Nonetheless, the U.S.’s entrenched pro-Israel stance limits its capacity to undermine China’s peace-oriented approach in the region.
