Implementasi Media Sosial Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berbicara Teks Tanggapan Mengenai Buku Fiksi di SMP Negeri 4 Madiun

An incident that often happens nowadays is that students prefer to play on their cellphones to watch videos. Especially in applications like TikTok which are not specifically for education. Many of the videos on the app are not filtered, so there is a possibility that underage students are watching inappropriate content. Therefore, an understanding of this application is necessary in order to achieve learning objectives. This article aims to provide knowledge about the use of TikTok and YouTube to improve students' speaking skills through the use of these applications. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which covers pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II. There are four research procedures, namely planning, implementation, observation and finally reflection. This research was carried out at SMP Negeri 4 Madiun with research subjects in class VII B which had a total of 32 students. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data. The results of this research contain: 1) the learning outcomes in the Pre-cycle were that class VII B students had a knowledge score of 25% while the attitude score was 12.5%; 2) the learning results in Cycle I of students experienced an increase in the percentage of complete knowledge values ​​by 46% while the attitude values ​​were 50%; 3) learning outcomes in Cycle II experienced a better improvement than the previous stage with a completeness percentage of knowledge scores of 100% and attitude scores reaching 97%.

Paradigma Penilaian Pembelajaran PAI pada Kurikulum KTSP dan Kurikulum Merdeka untuk Tingkat SMP

This research examines the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning assessment paradigm in the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP) and the Merdeka Curriculum at the Junior High School (SMP) level. The main purpose of this assessment is to measure the achievement of learning objectives, assess the effectiveness of teaching, and evaluate the suitability between the learning approach and the curriculum used. The move from the KTSP Curriculum to the Independent Curriculum often creates challenges, especially for schools that have not yet gone through the 2013 Curriculum (K-13). The KTSP curriculum uses traditional assessment methods such as written exams and formative tests, while the Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes a holistic approach that includes cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. This research identified three main aspects that were evaluated: achievement of learning objectives, teaching effectiveness, and suitability of learning approaches to the curriculum. The assessment instruments used include written tests, class observations, questionnaires, and student portfolios. The assessment stages include planning, implementation, data analysis, decision making, feedback, follow-up, and ongoing monitoring and evaluation. Through a comprehensive and continuous assessment approach, it is hoped that the quality of PAI learning in junior high schools can be improved in line with the demands of the times and students' needs.

Discussion Method as an Effort to Improve Student Learning Outcomes in Fiqh Learning: A Classroom Action Research

Learning methods are one aspect that must be considered by every teacher in an effort to achieve learning objectives. To a certain extent, learning methods can create more meaningful learning. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in fiqh learning by using the discussion method. This study is a classroom action research with the Kemmis & Mc Taggart design which uses four steps, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were students of state junior high school 3 Lima Puluh Kota. The research data were obtained using observation and test techniques. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results of the study indicate that the discussion method can improve student learning outcomes in fiqh learning. This can be seen from the increase in learning outcomes in each cycle. Therefore, the discussion method can be used as one of the methods in fiqh learning.

Improving Student Learning Outcomes in Islamic Religious Education Learning with the Ice Breaking Method: Classroom Action Research at Elementary School

Teachers play a very important role in efforts to achieve learning objectives. Various methods are used only to help students understand the learning concepts given. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning. By using the ice breaking method. This study is a classroom action research. The subjects of the study were elementary school students. The data collection techniques used were observation and tests. The data were then analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results of the study showed that the ice breaking method can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education learning. Therefore, the ice breaking method can be used as an alternative in efforts to improve elementary school student learning outcomes.

Problem Based Learning Model: How Can This Model Improve Students' Learning Motivation in Qur'an Hadith Subjects?

Student-centered learning will create meaningful learning for each student. Student activity in learning is one of the keys to achieving learning objectives. This study aims to improve student activity in Islamic education learning by implementing the Problem based learning model. This study is a classroom action research. The subjects of this study were eighth grade students of MTs Nagari Binjai. Data were collected using observation and questionnaire techniques. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques. The results of the study indicate that the problem based learning model can improve student learning activity. Therefore, the problem based learning model can be used as an alternative to improve student activity in learning.

Satisfaction of lecturers and undergraduate students of medical faculties in Indonesia towards online anatomy learning during COVID-19 pandemic

The changing of education activities (offline into online) to reduce coronavirus transmission during COVID-19 pandemi has influence on the learning strategies, which ultimately might impact the achievement of learning objectives. Therefore, we conducted a cross-sectional study using a valid (p < 0.01; two-tailed Pearson correlation) and reliable (r = 0.878 and r = 0.849; Cronbach Alpha) online questionnaire to evaluate the perspectives of human anatomy lecturers and undergraduate medical students in Indonesia in implementing the online anatomy learning. We also explored their expectations and preferred learning methods after COVID-19 pandemic. Using purposive sampling, 467 respondents, which consisted of 66 lecturers from 41 universities in six islands (Java, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara and Papua) and 401 students from 19 universities in four islands (Java, Sumatera, Kalimantan, Papua) were recruited. A Chi-square test was used to analyze the differences in categorical variables. The lecturers (74.2%) and students (63.1%) agreed that online learning effectively delivered the course material (p = 0.095). They (69.7% lecturers and 57.9% students) also agreed that learning time allocation was sufficient (p = 0.079); moreover, lecturers (53%) and students (56.1%) had good interaction (p = 0.689). Nevertheless, 56.1% lecturers and 63.3% students had problem during online practical sessions. They had different perspectives about issues during online classes (69.7% vs 36.4%; p < 0.01), motivation improvement (72.7% vs 37.4%; p < 0.01), and time management (87.9% vs 58.4%; p < 0.01). According to the location of the university, especially in the student's side, students in Java had higher proportion in the two aspects, i.e. learning material (p < 0.01) and lecturer-student interaction (p < 0.01), and had lower proportion in the problems during online class (p = 0.003) and practical sessions (p = 0.008). Majority of the respondents (62,2% lecturers in Java, 71.4% lecturers outside Java, 79.6% Students in Java, and 76.6% students outside Java) preferred the use of blended learning after the pandemic (new normal era) and expected to continue the cadaveric practical sessions (82.2% lecturers in Java, 81.0% lecturers outside Java, 91.1% students in Java, and 78.3% students outside Java). In conclusion, the study showed that the satisfaction toward online anatomy learning related to the subject’s role (lecturer or student) and the university region in some aspects.

This research aims to evaluate the school's effectiveness, design, implementation, and evaluation of the Entrepreneurship RPP. The research method uses a qualitative approach with interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Researchers collected data from the internet and sources, namely teachers or teaching staff at SMAN 1 Lembang. The research findings indicate that the effectiveness of learning is closely related to well-planned and implemented RPP, supported by teaching methods suitable for the components of the subject matter. A well-structured RPP serves as a practical guide to achieving learning objectives. Teachers must be selective in choosing teaching methods that align with the needs and content. Learning is a process of interaction between students and educators with learning resources through appropriate strategies, approaches, methods, and learning models in a learning environment to achieve learning objectives, curriculum goals, and educational goals. This research is a qualitative study. The research location is at the Syakur Al-Marzuqi Integrated Islamic Middle School, Ngelingi Hamlet, Bareng Village, Ngasem District, Bojonegoro Regency. This school is under the auspices of an Islamic boarding school, so integration between general and religious studies definitely occurs. As for data collection techniques, they are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, for data analysis, the researcher uses the Miles and Huberman data analysis model, whereby after the data is collected (data collection period), data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing are performed. The design of this Islamic Religious Education learning includes active learning methods. The steps of learning in this school are broadly divided into 3 stages: initial activities, core/main material activities, and closing activities. (2) In this application, the role of the teacher must be more professional, both in mastering the material and classroom management. The teacher must also be able to control the learning process in the classroom so that students do not become bored with the material and the way the teacher delivers the material. (3) The implications of this learning are effective for student learning outcomes and also impact the Islamic Religious Education subject teachers.

Implementation of Cognitive Learning Theory Through Coaching Techniques to Understand The Character of Students In Elementary School

The purpose of writing this research mini-research is to provide information to readers about how teaching techniques can be applied in education to understand student characteristics to maximize learning. The research method used is qualitative method (literature research), information obtained from various sources such as books, related magazines and phenomenology. The results showed that the application of effective training techniques was: (1) The existence of training; (2) active listening; (3) Effective research. With the correct application of technical competence in training, it can be understood the characteristics of student learning styles, such as; visual learning (learning by seeing), auditory learning (learning and listening), and kinesthetic learning (learning by doing). Teachers can create a more flexible learning environment and develop more effective teaching methods and strategies. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that understanding the characteristics of students both in terms of intelligence and different learning styles can contribute to the emergence of a sense of comfort in learning at school. Learning cannot run well if the techniques or concepts used are the same because students have different characteristics. The application of coaching techniques increases the success of achieving learning objectives without putting pressure on students. In this mode, learning occurs naturally within students, so that learning objectives are easily achieved and beneficial for both teachers and students.

Efektivitas Rancangan dan Implementasi Modul Ajar pada Pembelajaran PKn Kelas IX di SMP Negeri 1 Samarinda

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the design and implementation of teaching modules in Class IX learning at SMP Negeri 1 Samarinda as a result of the teacher’s teaching module design which is a document containing the objectives, steps, media and assessment needed in implementing civics learning in class. Apart from that, in the effectiveness of the design and implementation of teaching modules in civics learning, teachers must design teaching modules before teaching in the classroom by designing them interestingly and creatively ti achieve the objectives of implementation plan made by the teacher and reflect on themselves to achieve goals. And teachers must be able to utilize technology in learning ehen implementing learning in class, implementing learning that guides, directs, direcst student in achieving learning goals. This research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Sources of research data include civics teachers and class IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Samarinda. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is using data reduction, data presentation, data presentation and conclusions. Triangulation was carried out to explain the validity of the data using source interviews and techniques. So the research results shiw that the teaching module design created by the teacher is the teacher’s guidance and guidance before teaching and must be designed or designed in an attractive way to achieve learning objectives. Having an attractive teaching module design can increase educators understanding and activeness in learning and guide teachers in designing teaching and learning modules in accordance with the learning objectives to be achieved in the classroom learning process.

The success of students in achieving learning objectives is not only caused by internal factors but also by the intervention of external factors. The current digital era requires teachers to innovate, not just relying on learning that is centered on printed books. One way to utilize digital in learning is by using video media. Natural science is often not very popular with students because the material is extensive and complex, even though this science is important to be studied universally and critically. In addition, there are many obstacles that occur in learning natural science in class. That is what makes teachers use video as a media aid in learning. This study was conducted to analyze the effectiveness of using video as a learning medium, especially in science learning. Analysis of effectiveness using a questionnaire method to determine student responses when learning using additional video media. Can video media produce optimal learning objectives or vice versa. Research data were obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed to all 6th grade students of SD Islam Al Ilmu. The results of the analysis of the effectiveness of video as a learning medium are that it can be effective to use because it can improve students' understanding of the material, produce active learning, and can motivate students to reflect on knowledge in everyday life.

Parental Perspective on Their Children’s English Learning for Elementary Students through English Drama Performance

Children’s education required support from their learning contexts, both at school and at home. Teachers and principals provided instructions and guidance at school, while parents provided indispensable support to their children’s education. Their perception and insight related to their children’s education were critical to their success. This qualitative study aimed to discover parental perspectives on elementary school children’s English drama performance and how their perspective was paramount to the success of their children’s learning. This study involved 42 parents of elementary school students. Data was collected using a self-report questionnaire and semi-structured interviews. Data was analysed using Interpretive phenomenological analysis (IPA). The results show that three co-related pillars were important to achieve learning objectives: students, teachers, and parents. To support their children, parents needed to respond and perceive how teachers educate their children. Collaboration between teachers and parents was indispensable. The findings suggest parental agreement that English drama performance improved their children’s English skills, despite the complication that came with the activities. In general, parents perceived English drama performance as an essential part of their children’s English skills development. The parental perspective helped English teachers set a better teaching technique to achieve the learning objectives, review, and consider the appropriate learning strategies for the following school year.

Impact of cooperative learning on teaching mensuration to senior secondary students

Scientific and technological developments rely strongly on mathematical skills. However, mensuration is a challenging topic in school mathematics, leading to poor performance by many students. Various factors are responsible for the unsatisfactory performance, including inappropriate teaching methods where students passively absorb knowledge transmitted through reading and explanations of textbook contents. Thus, this study examined how a cooperative learning method affected students' performance in mensuration. A quasi-experimental research design was used in the study. The sample comprised two intact classes of 80 students assigned to experimental and control groups selected from one senior secondary school in Ogun State. Data were collected using an adopted standardised mensuration achievement test (MAT), which takes an analytical approach that includes problem-solving, geometric reasoning, formula application, and conceptual comprehension. The results showed a statistically significant difference between the mean score (M=11.18, SD=3.09) of students taught mensuration using the cooperative learning method and the mean score (M=7.66, SD=3.32) of students taught mensuration without using the learning method of teaching (t (78)=9.50, p=0.00). Also, the mean score varied statistically significantly (M=7.66, SD=2.63) of male students taught mensuration using the cooperative learning method and the mean score (M=8.73, SD=3.08) of female students taught mensuration without using the learning method of teaching (t (78) = 6.58, p=0.00). Therefore, cooperative learning in mathematics classrooms fosters students' ability to create and achieve learning objectives.

This study aims to determine: (1). Design of Arabic reading and writing materials for beginners based on CEFR at MTS Khoiru Ummah, Central Maluku Regency. (2). Supporting and inhibiting factors in designing Arabic reading and writing materials for beginners based on CEFR at MTS Khoiru Ummah, Central Maluku Regency. This research is a development research. Research and development include one of the methods to obtain certain new results, models, methods, strategies, ways, designs, or steps with descriptions and development of results and trials to obtain maximum results. Learning reading and writing skills continues to experience curriculum development from time to time. CEFR theory has contributed to the development of the curriculum design for learning these two Arabic language skills. This CEFR-based curriculum is designed by determining the limits of learning objectives at levels A1 and A2. CEFR has 6 levels, the lowest A1 and the highest C2 in the order of A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2. Levels A1 and A2 are designed for beginners in every foreign language learning based on this theory. At the beginner level, students are able to distinguish the sounds of hijaiyah letters, read and write words that are heard and seen, write and read simple phrases and sentences found around them well. Teaching materials are presented in the form of a communicative approach to make students more active and participate in the learning process by using modern learning media either in the form of materials or learning applications that support the achievement of goals. While the evaluation is presented by paying attention to the differences in students' intellectual abilities. Namely starting from easy questions then increasing in difficulty according to level. So that the curriculum for reading and writing language is presented in gradual teaching materials with familiar themes and following the development of the era and the environment of the students. The school facilities and environment are very supportive in learning Arabic for beginners because students are required to be in the dormitory. b. DESCRIBING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF USING YOUTUBE MEDIA TO IMPROVE STUDENTS' LEARNING SKILLS IN CONGREGATIONAL PRAYER TEACHING MATERIALS

The importance of learning media during learning is very influential in the delivery of teaching material and achievement of learning objectives to students. The aim of this research is to analyze the skills possessed by students before treatment using YouTube media in congregational prayer teaching materials, student learning outcomes after treatment using YouTube media in congregational prayer teaching materials, and the effectiveness of using YouTube media in improving learning outcomes. This observation method, namely the research design, is a pre-experimental design. The observation design uses a single group pre-test and post test design. The sample used in this observation was a purposive sampling technique. We will clearly know the effectiveness of using YouTube media supported by educational videos as a learning medium for congregational prayer teaching materials with the following four Normalized Gain test analyzes: High ranking percentage is 22,72 percent, medium category percentage is 72,72 percent, low category percentage of 9,09 percent, the constant category percentage was 4,54 percent, and the decreasing category percentage was 4,54 percent. Based on the research results 9,09% of students who were not yet proficient passed the skills test, 90,90% passed, the average skill level of all students was 87,95 points, and the learning completion rate was 90,90%. So YouTube media can effectively improve learning skills in congregational prayer teaching materials. The use of YouTube media can be applied in Madrasas, because it has been proven to improve learning outcomes.

This assisted activity aims to emphasize the process of full student involvement in learning so that students can find the material being studied and relate it to daily life situations or certain fields, so that students can feel the meaning of each lesson material received and can implement it in their learning. various aspects of life. In this assisted activity, researchers used the PAR (Participatory Action Research) assisted method. The impact resulting from the use of the contextual teaching and learning (CTL) method applied to class VI students at MI Baitul Mukmin can improve their Arabic understanding, which initially had very little insight into Arabic language understanding.

How can PBL promote critical thinking skills in biology material? A systematic literature review in reputable journals

: The Merdeka Curriculum requires teachers to apply various learning models, including PBL, to achieve learning objectives, including critical thinking skills. However, in the context of biology learning, the application of the PBL model is rarely considered to improve students' critical thinking skills, and research on this is still limited. Therefore, this research is essential because there is no complete analysis of the impact of the PBL learning model on critical thinking skills in biology indexed by Scopus. This study uses the SLR method to investigate the effect of the PBL learning model on students' critical thinking skills in biology material. This research method follows the PRISMA model for selecting articles based on specific criteria in the SCOPUS database. The research results show that presentation and discussion methods dominate biology learning, while there is a lack of attention to students' critical thinking and a lack of electronic teaching materials. On the other hand, problem-based learning helps students understand and apply biological material and develop critical thinking skills by emphasizing the application of knowledge, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation and involving students in group discussions to motivate critical thinking. Research shows that PBL effectively improves students' critical thinking, supported by various learning models and media that strengthen students' critical thinking skills. In conclusion, applying the PBL model allows students to focus on specific topics, understand scientific concepts, and overcome challenges through data analysis, hypothesis generation, and deductive reasoning. This model encourages critical thinking and active participation of students. Teachers are expected to be able to use various learning models to improve students' thinking abilities.

The effectiveness of media learning is an important instrument in supporting the achievement of learning objectives. Quantitative methods are used by researchers to obtain accurate information that is based on empirical phenomena and can be measured. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of traditional and modern media learning in implementing student learning activities. The quantitative sample consists of 100 students selected randomly from each population stratum. The quantitative sample consists of students selected purposively based on certain criteria.
