Key tools and technologies used for assessing and enhancing employee qualifications are considered, including methods such as 360-degree assessment, coaching, mentoring, as well as competency and career development models. Special attention is paid to the impact of HR management on employee motivation, productivity, and loyalty to the organization. The potential of digital technologies and innovative approaches that enable more effective implementation of personnel development programs is highlighted. The results confirm that integrating HR management into the overall business strategy is a key condition for improving organizational performance and ensuring its competitive advantage in the market.
