Content of TBA-active products in rat’s blood plasma was investigated during the Guerin carcinoma development and introduction of cis-platine and cluster Rhenium substances with organic ligands. It was shown that Rhenium substances had essential antioxidant effects and changed the dynamics of a tumor growth. It was drawn the conclusion on importance of further in vivo experimental investigations of the Rhenium substances with cluster fragment and organic ligands in an organism of changed redox state.

  • I O Tikhankov + 1 more

Influence of the maleinic acid hydrazine on the formation of above-ground part of the turf forming grasses depends on the temperature of seeds treatment and germination. The method of selection of the seedlings with elongated developmental interval has been proposed for the investigations of fist ontogenesis stages. The concept of a retardant’s physiological activity coefficient and a temperature coefficient of development are proposed.

Antagonistic activity of the lactic bacteria
  • Jan 1, 2006
  • Vìsnik Dnìpropetrovsʹkogo Unìversitetu: Serìâ Bìologìâ, Ekologìâ
  • N P Chornogor + 2 more

It was found out that in addition to lactic acid the lactic bacteria, isolated from different natural sources and sour-milk products, produce some substances having antagonistic activity towards a wide range of pathogenic and opportunistic pathogenic microorganisms. The gain of antagonistic properties was often noticed for the lactobacilli but seldom for coccal lactic bacteria. At the same time the antagonistic activity depended on the strain and cultivation conditions.
