Penelitian ini bermaksud guna mengetahui keterkaitan antara kontrol diri dengan kecanduan game online pada siswa SMAN 11 Depok. Penelitian ini mempergunakan pendeketan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel berjumlah 78 siswa yang terpilih mempergunkan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket kontrol diri dan kecanduan game online dengan tingkat reliabilitasnya 0,84 dan 0,85. Analisis data terlaksana menggunakan korelasi pearson. Temuan yang di dapat memperlihatkan bila secara signifikan kontrol diri berhubungan dengan kecanduan game online, dengan koefiensi korelasi r = 0,208. Hal ini memperjelas bila siswa yang mempunyai tingkat kontrol diri yang baik cenderung lebih mampu mengatur waktu dan prioritas dalam bermain game online, sehingga mereka tidak mudah terjebak dalam perilaku adiktif terhadap game. Temuan ini memberikan implikasinya penting dalam konteks layanan bimbingan dan konseling, khususnya dalam membantu siswa mengembangkan kemampuan kontrol diri untuk mengurangi risiko kecanduan game online dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis secara keseluruhan.

Bullying merupakan masalah psikososial yang kompleks dan masih marak terjadi di lingkungan pendidikan maupun sosial. Perilaku ini tidak hanya muncul akibat faktor eksternal, tetapi juga terkait erat dengan keyakinan dan cara berpikir individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku pelaku bullying melalui kerangka Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), khususnya model ABC yang menekankan hubungan antara peristiwa pemicu, keyakinan, dan konsekuensi emosional maupun perilaku. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui telaah terhadap sembilan artikel ilmiah yang relevan serta buku-buku pendukung. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa peristiwa pemicu bullying umumnya berasal dari ancaman status sosial, konflik keluarga, hingga pengalaman menjadi korban. Keyakinan irasional yang dominan pada pelaku mencakup tuntutan absolut, pola pemikiran mengerikan, toleransi rendah terhadap frustrasi, dan evaluasi global terhadap diri maupun orang lain. Keyakinan tersebut memicu konsekuensi emosional negatif berupa kemarahan, kebencian, kecemasan, atau rasa puas setelah melakukan perundungan, yang pada akhirnya memperkuat perilaku agresif. Analisis ini menegaskan bahwa REBT dapat menjadi kerangka teoretis yang relevan dalam memahami dinamika psikologis pelaku bullying sekaligus menawarkan perspektif untuk intervensi yang lebih efektif

The background of this research is that adolescents find it difficult to accept physical and psychological conditions at the stage of their development, because in childhood they have used the concept of self-appearance and ways to improve self-appearance so that it is more in line with what one aspires to be. The problem with this research is that early school-age adolescents still need guidance and development to find out the developmental tasks at their age, because in adolescence the physical, emotional and intellectual condition of adolescents can go through a developmental task crisis. physical growth, and psychology, the purpose of this research is to describe the developmental task problems experienced by students in the aspect of achieving socially responsible behavior, achieving emotional independence, achieving good relationships with both sexes, being able to accept physical conditions and use them optimally. effective and capable of developing the intellectual skills and concepts necessary for citizens. To find out this, the author uses qualitative research that describes what is about the problem. Data collection was carried out through inventory in the form of questionnaires to students. These observations were made on the tasks of early adolescent development. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the developmental problems that are often experienced by adolescents are the problem of having a desire and responsibility for social behavior, namely ethics and techniques of getting along and giving respect to others, being less open to others, feeling insecure when talking to others, unable to express opinions, dislikes being criticized for actions and opinions, does not know how to spend money properly. In the problem of emotional independence, namely irritability and unable to control emotions, worry about families who are less warm or less pleasant, often feel sad, afraid to try something new, sometimes brave, shy and easily confused about something.

The ability to be assertive is an important aspect in the life of every individual, including for women who are victims of domestic violence (DV). Assertiveness reflects a person's ability to convey thoughts, feelings, and needs honestly and firmly without violating the rights of others. In the context of domestic violence, this ability is often hampered by trauma, emotional dependence, and social pressure. This study aims to explore and describe forms of assertive behavior in women who are victims of domestic violence and to assess the quality of the measurement instruments used. This study involved 64 female respondents who experienced domestic violence, using an assertiveness scale specifically designed to understand psychological dynamics in the context of domestic violence. Data analysis was carried out using the Rasch polytomy model approach with the help of WINSTEPS software version 5.50. The results of the study showed that the instrument used had good validity in identifying various levels of assertiveness, ranging from very low to very high. These findings provide important insights for practitioners, such as counselors, psychologists, and social workers, to set service priorities and design more effective intervention approaches. This study also reinforces the importance of a psychometric approach in developing instruments that are sensitive to the context of gender-based violence.

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh tekanan ekonomi terhadap kesehatan mental anak muda, yang merupakan masalah penting karena masa remaja merupakan periode perkembangan dengan banyak perubahan. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengkaji keterkaitan antara situasi ekonomi keluarga dan kesehatan mental remaja, serta menemukan faktor-faktor yang dapat melindungi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi kasus, data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan dua informan dari MTs Hidayatut Tholibin, masing-masing ditanya dengan dua belas pertanyaan utama mengenai tekanan ekonomi dan kesehatan mental. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa tekanan ekonomi dapat menyebabkan kelelahan emosional, kecemasan, dan penurunan semangat belajar pada remaja. Strategi koping yang efektif, seperti mencari sumber penghasilan dan menabung, serta dukungan sosial dan spiritual, sangat diperlukan. Namun, terdapat pula strategi koping yang tidak efektif, seperti melarikan diri dari masalah atau menangis secara diam-diam. Kesimpulan studi ini menyatakan bahwa masalah ekonomi menghalangi pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar remaja, yang selanjutnya memengaruhi kebutuhan sosial, penghargaan, dan aktualisasi diri menurut Teori Hierarki Kebutuhan Maslow.
