The possibility of making the hydroxyapatite-based coatings on the titanium with the use of Na/sub 2/O-SiO/sub 2/-P/sub 2/O/sub 5/ type of glasses has been investigated. The coatings ceramic phase, predominantly consisting of hydroxyapatite, was obtained from reagents and natural bones. In coatings, these glasses provide both the biochemical and the technological functions.

The mechanical system serving as a basis of the mechm of vibro-protecting system [1] is considered. It represents the rod jammed on the one hand which is attached by other end face to the cylinder rotating on a support (fig. 1). For reduction of a rod into position- the support moves on some disane in the directi of dosing up. Thus the rod loses stability and deviates the equilibrium rectilinear formn At work vibroprotecting systems loading on a rod is transferred as the moment on the right support At some value of the enclosed moment the rod can lose stability again. The problem of calculation of dependence << a moment - corner of turn >> on the right support is put This dependence is necessary for adjustment of the mechanis vbro-protecting and for selection of parameters of the proofreader of rigidity, and the "faiing" site of this dependence is most interesting.

Design patterns are the extremely convenient mechanism in object-oriented design. They are the similar building blocks from which more complex designs can be built. Such blocks also provide with a base for building more flexible and reusable software. With the help of design patterns the architecture of a system can be expressed at a higher level of abstraction, which allows the designer to concentrate on the specifics of the system rather than having to deal with low-level issues. This paper mainly concerns design patterns and their ability to give solutions to typical design problems in discrete-event simulation.

The role of small and medium enterprises in the innovation process is considered with particular emphasis on SME adoption of new technologies and the impact of e-commerce on the SME sector. One of the most pressing concerns facing SMEs, that of taxation, is addressed, in relation to more general fiscal concerns that set SME development in the context of more general economic management of the Russian economy. Clear identification and protection of property rights is significant to the development of a market economy, and an important safeguard of the rights of entrepreneurs owning SMEs.

In the complete strength analysis of elements of multilayer constructions with constructive excisions, it is necessary to take into account the presence of interlaminar stress in an environment of the excisions stipulated by a three-dimensional tension of this zone. The interlaminar stress of a construction can reduce by stratification at loadings. It has a significant smaller limit, corresponding to destruction in a plane of separate stratums, and should be taken into account at projection. In the present operation for an estimation of interlaminar stress in plates with curvilinear nonloaded holes the numerical-analytical method [Olegin, IP (1999)], free from the above described limitations is used. The method allows to examine in details a three-dimensional tension near to the crimps of holes irrespective of sizes of a plate, and also to define sizes of the boundary layer.

Anti-Stokes fluorescence of phenalemine 512 dye (Ph512) in polymeric matrix was detected at low-intensity excitation by He-Ne laser, laser diode and luminodiode. Temperature dependences of anti-Stokes fluorescence Ph512 in polymeric matrix were obtained. Temperature dependence of scattering radiation of excitation source was found.

Managers need information to fulfil their responsibilities. These information needs may be financial in nature or they may involve nonfinancial data such as number of hours worked, product or service throughput time, or units of product produced and sold. All management decisions should be supported by analyses of alternative courses of action. The management accounting is expected to supply the information for such decisions. One important reason for having a management accounting system is to determine the cost of manufacturing an individual product or batch of products. Such management accounting differ widely from one company to another, but each system is designed to provide information that management believes is important. In the past ten years, a growing body of academic and profession opinion hold the view that the traditional system of assigning overheads provides distorted costing. This arises due to the simplistic definition of fixed and variable cost and the recover of overheads based on broad apportionment bases often on volume based, e.g. payroll costs. In this article one new method of costs allocation is suggested.
