The article is devoted to the problems of tourism development within the Arctic part of the Russian Federation in order to increase income from tourism. The article discusses the range of tours off ered by some tour operators and changes in their cost, problems and prospects for the development of tourism in the northern regions. In order to develop tourism, it is necessary to improve the assortment policy and constantly develop new tours and destinations, taking into account demand and market conditions, as well as work on the cost of tours. Logistical diffi culties and high environmental risks put issues of planning tourism development strategies and creating a single coordination center on the agenda.

MODEL CHARACTERISTICS OF COMPETITIVE PERFORMANCE OF 400-METER RUNNERS

This article presents model characteristics of the competitive performance of 400-meter runners for achieving high athletic results. These characteristics were developed by identifying tactical options for covering the distance using a unique cluster analysis method-the k-shape algorithm. The resulting tactical schemes allowed us to develop model characteristics of competitive performance in accordance with running tactics. Studying and developing model characteristics of the competitive performance of 400-meter runners will help identify areas of tactical and technical skills for improving the eff ectiveness of track and fi eld`s training process.

The authors of the article identify model characteristics of the coordination readiness of students of futsal. Thus, for the manifestation of proprioceptive sensitivity, the range of model values varies between 4.05-7.79 points, for the ability to navigate in space - within 10.86-8.42 seconds, for the ability to complex reaction - within 3.49-6.71 cm, for the ability to dynamic and static balance - within 10.11 - 7.12 seconds, for The ability to rhythm is in the range of 2.15-1.14 seconds, for statokinetic stability - in the range of 83.62-89.57 seconds.
