D’une part, le risque de blessure n’est pas à méconnaître. D’autre part, il existe un risque de conversion en une maladie neurodégénérative de type α-synucléinopathie, comme la maladie de Parkinson ou une démence à corps de Lewy. Dans cet article, nous en présenterons les principales caractéristiques, et proposerons également des outils à destination du clinicien, afin d’en favoriser le dépistage et la prise en charge. Firstly, the risk of injury should not be overlooked. Secondly, there is a risk of conversion to a neurodegenerative disease of the α-synucleinopathy type, such as Parkinson's disease or Lewy body dementia. In this article, we will present the main characteristics of the disorder and we will also propose tools for clinicians to facilitate its screening and management.
