A revised genus-level classification for Cerrenaceae (Polyporales, Agaricomycetes).

Cerrenaceae is a small family of polypores and hydnoid fungi in the order Polyporales (Basidiomycota). The family consists of white-rot fungi, some of which are serious tree pathogens. Combining morphological evidence with a phylogenetic dataset of six genetic markers, we revise generic concepts in the family and propose a seven-genus classification system for the family. Two genera are introduced as new: the monotypic Acanthodontia for Radulodon cirrhatinus, and Lividopora for the Rigidoporus vinctus complex. We re-introduce the name Somion for the Spongipellis delectans complex. Other recognized genera in the family are Cerrena, Irpiciporus, Pseudolagarobasidium, and Radulodon. New species introduced are Irpiciporus branchiformis from Tanzania, Lividopora armeniaca, and L. facilis from Southeast Asia, and Somion strenuum from East Asia. We provide nomenclatural comments on all the names combined to the above Cerrenaceae genera and typify Cerrena unicolor, C. zonata, Polyporus carneopallens (= L. vincta), Somion occarium, and S. unicolor. The genus Hyphoradulum belongs to Cystostereaceae (Agaricales), and we transfer the type species H. conspicuum to Crustomyces. Our study highlights the importance of integrating different basidiocarp types in analyses when revising genus classification in macrofungi. Exploring Pandemic, Research, and Data - Unveiling Solution Tourism for the Future

Despite the waning of the COVID-19 pandemic, its lingering effects continue to hinder the recovery of the global tourism industry. It has prompted the Indonesian government to implement a framework for navigating the evolving "new normal" era and ensuring its long-term sustainability. This initiative aims to revive the tourism industry through a post-pandemic strategic plan. This study examines the development of short-medium-long term tourism trends based on research and data from a review of 32 pieces of literature that describe tourism conditions before, during, and after COVID-19. These findings emphasize the importance of reforming and adapting tourism development plans, focusing on resilience, adaptation, and sustainability. The main areas include understanding alterations in tourist conduct due to the pandemic, which has resulted in travel trends leading to destination bubbles with the concepts of quality tourism and digital nomads. So, guidance is needed for human resources and strengthening the supply and demand aspects of the tourism industry. The government must also improve the pentahelix collaboration strategy to optimize tourism expansion, which continues to grow. Keywords: Resilience, Travel Bubble, Destination Attributes, Risk Perception, Tourist Behavior, Quality Tourism, Digital Nomad

The Effect of Model Discovery Learning on Students’ Self-Efficacy and Student Learning Outcomes

One of the factors that influences a person's level of success in the learning process is self-efficacy. Low self-efficacy and student learning outcomes in the learning process are the background for this research. In order for student self-efficacy and learning outcomes to increase, there needs to be a learning process that makes students learn meaningfully, one of which is the model discovery learning. The purpose of writing the article is to see whether there is an increase in student self-efficacy after implementing the discovery learning model and whether there are differences in learning outcomes between the application of the model discovery learning and student learning outcomes using the scientific approach. The method in this research uses experimental research methods with research instruments in the form of questionnaires given to students before and after the learning process using discovery learning models and learning outcomes tests. Based on the calculations, it was found that there is an increase in students' self-efficacy after applying the model discovery learning, with a value of 0.43 categorized as a "moderate" improvement. This indicates that the discovery learning model positively contributes to enhancing students' self-confidence. This means that there is an increase in student self-efficacy by implementing the model discovery learning. For student learning outcomes, the calculation results obtained are π‘‘β„Žπ‘–π‘‘π‘’π‘›π‘” = 2.38 and π‘‘π‘‘π‘Žπ‘π‘’π‘™ = 1.67. This means that student learning outcomes by applying the model discovery learning are better than by applying learning using the scientific approach.

Electromedical Device And Expert System for Early Detection of Hyperemesis Gravidarum

Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG) is a pregnancy complication that is often overlooked as it is typically considered normal. If HG is not properly treated, nutrition will not be fulfilled which can negatively affect maternal and fetal health and even maternal and fetal death. The exact cause of HG is not identified, so there are no effective preventive methods. However early detection can help for prompt and appropriate treatment. Therefore, a monitoring system for pregnancy conditions was designed for HG early detection. This system employs the MPX5050 DP pressure sensor for measuring blood pressure, the MAX30100 for assessing maternal heart rate and oxygen saturation, the MAX4466 sensor for monitoring fetal heart rate, and an expert system using the certainty factor method to diagnose the probability of hyperemesis gravidarum. The expert system achieves an accuracy of 93.33%. In comparison to the aneroid sphygmomanometer, the designed sphygmomanometer reveals a mean difference of 3.5 mmHg for diastolic pressure, with a standard deviation below 8 mmHg for both systolic and diastolic pressures. The measurement of heart rate and oxygen saturation has a deviation of 1.8 % and 1.02 % respectively. These deviations align with the standards specified by the Ministry of Health for medical devices. For the fetal heart rate, the mean deviation is 3.4 bpm, and the measurement error is 2.38%. Thus, this system can be utilized to monitor pregnancy conditions, enabling the early detection of hyperemesis gravidarum
