The values ??of religious moderation must be understood as a balance related to respect for people who have different beliefs, harmony and tolerance. One way of creating or realizing peace is because it is able to maintain balance and tolerance. The aim of this research is to determine the role of the Vihara head in minimizing the problems of religious moderation in Ngablak Village, Cluwak District, Pati Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation, information consisting of several religious figures in Ngablak Village, Cluwak District, Pati Regency. The results of the research show that the Head of the Vihara is a figure who can be emulated and guides the community. The role played by the Head of the Vihara in instilling the values ??of religious moderation in Ngablak Village is by instilling a positive attitude towards the community regarding differences and views or opinions of the community regarding different ways of worship and other religious activities. Meanwhile, the strategy carried out by the Head of the Vihara to minimize the problems of religious moderation in Ngablak Village is by opening up the role of dialogue, socialization, routine studies and social activities.

A local cultural wisdom, which includes various varieties in Indonesia, has its uniqueness which is still maintained today, even though the digital era has become a local community. The rapid development in all aspects of life, from analogue to digital, has made some Batak tribes maintain their local cultural customs, namely Dalihan Na Tolu. Maintaining the existence of Dalihan Na Tolu among local and overseas communities is not easy because to preserve cultural customs, the values of local wisdom experience degradation. The purpose of this study was to determine the activities of Dalihan Na Tolu as a way of life or a philosophy of life for the Batak people because Dalihan Na Tolu is a guideline that has never been abandoned by the Batak people, both locally and overseas. This type of research is library research with qualitative data collection. This research method uses sociology with the subject Dalihan Na Tolu and analysis of social network mapping. To strengthen this method, the researcher uses Clifford Geertz's thought to understand symbols, meanings and identities in Dalihan Na Tolu through a text. This study's findings are that Dalihan Na Tolu's local wisdom has three elements, namely Mora, Kahanggi and Boru. These three elements have interrelated relationships and can facilitate normal societal and cultural activities. Batak people, both local and overseas, can adapt to the situation and developments in this modern era. Thus, the philosophy of Dalihan Na Tolu will never change or disappear, even though times and places are always dynamic.

This research aims to describe the implementation of religious moderation in Buddhist Sunday school education at the Vajra Bumi Giri Putra Vihara, so this research focuses on the implementation and understanding of religious moderation carried out by Buddhists at the Vajra Bumi Giri Putra Vihara, especially Buddhist Sunday School students. This research uses a method with a qualitative descriptive approach. This method produces findings obtained through data collected using several means, such as interviews, observations and documentation. Buddhist religious education includes various aspects of Buddhist teachings such as Dhamma (universal law), Sila (morality), and Bhavana (meditation). Buddhist religious education also aims to promote values in accordance with Buddhist teachings such as love, compassion, wisdom, example and peace. Religious education is one of the most effective ways of promoting religious moderation. Through proper and in-depth religious education, individuals can understand religious teachings correctly and practice them in the right way.

Education as an instrument of human civilization has a very central role and function in shaping patterns of human behavior both individually and in groups when interacting in society. This paper explores how socialist-humanist religious education becomes the basis of religious moderation for society in the midst of religious diversity and complexity. By using a qualitative research method and a literature review approach to study the subject matter, the answers to the problems in this paper are presented in a descriptive narrative form. The results of the study show that socialist-humanist religious education is able to awaken the religious community to interpret and understand not only the religion they adhere to but also other religions in relation to social and human relations. Socialist-humanist religious education makes it possible to interpret and understand religion broadly and deeply so that it does not belittle the substance of religion only in the realm of divinity. With such a meaning and understanding of religion, the essence of religious people, namely being tolerant and moderately religious, can be realized. Religion is not only understood in the theological-dogmatic realm, but religious messages are also understood in a socialist-humanist sense.

Minangkabau is an ethnic group of migrants who have distinctive characteristics. This ethnic community has a matrilineal kinship system. This kinship system means that Minang youth do not have power over property ownership in their village. Therefore, they migrate to find a position and gain experience so that they have independence. In overseas lands they have an inherent ethnic identity given to them by people from other ethnic groups. Bali is one of the choice places for Minangkabau people to migrate. Bali is a multicultural area that is used as a stopover and even a place of domicile for various ethnicities, religions, races and even nations. The Bali Minang Saiyo Family Association (IKMS) Paguyuban is a Minangkabau community organization. In the midst of ethnic diversity in Bali, this community strives to maintain their identity and culture. This research aims to understand how the Bali IKMS community attempts to maintain Minangkabau ethnic culture in Denpasar City. In analyzing the problem, this research uses functionalism theory and a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in research use observation, interview and literature study techniques. The data was analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this research reveal that the Bali IKMS community plays a role in maintaining ethnic identity through organizations. Apart from that, local communities in the surrounding areas are open to the Minangkabau ethnic migrant community, so that good relations are established between local communities and the Minangkabau ethnic migrant community in Bali.

Human beings, as social creatures, consistently engage in interactions within both their families and organizational or community environments. Communication is a fundamental aspect of these interactions, and ethical communication practices should be carefully observed. Communication involves two individuals and is referred to as interpersonal communication. Throughout his life, Buddha demonstrated numerous examples of how he interacted with his followers. He consistently employed a gentle approach, providing understanding in the face of any issues and responding with compassion. Temples, which serve as places for the Buddhist community to gather, are venues for interactions among fellow Buddhists. This warrants the attention of temple administrators to foster peace and harmony. By implementing the interpersonal communication methods exemplified by Buddha, temple administrators should strive to offer excellent services to the community. This, in turn, can enhance the moral values of the community, allowing individuals to engage in virtuous actions unimpeded. The methods of this article is systematic literature review.

This research aims to explore the value of the characteristics of Buddhist religious activities at Dharma Widya Vocational School as an implementation of student character education in Buddhist-based schools. This type of research is a case study which aims to explore a case by involving the collection of various sources of information. The characteristics of religious activities in Buddhist-based schools certainly differ from each other because they relate to the values that are to be built. There are several activities that are characteristic of religious activities at Dharma Widya Vocational School, such as silent sitting, pabbajja atthasilani, dhamma class, commemoration of Buddhist holidays, almsgiving and social service. These various activities are a form of implementing character education which is adapted to the Strengthening Character Education stipulated by the Ministry of Education and Culture, namely to shape students to have religious, nationalist, independent, mutual cooperation and integrity attitudes.

The rapid development of technology has had a significant impact on adolescent behavior, including in the city of Denpasar. Pornography has become a part of everyday life that attracts the attention of teenagers and provides strong stimulation. Increased consumption of pornographic content can lead to pornography addiction, triggering negative impacts such as decreased morals, as well as various other problems. This research aims to reveal the influence of social and cultural factors on the behavior of teenagers who are addicted to pornography. The approach used to reveal the adolescent phenomenon is through a qualitative approach. The research results show that environmental factors, especially family environment, friendships and social media, have an important role in the development of pornography addiction among teenagers. Lack of attention, lack of communication between parents and children, and lack of supervision of children's use of devices can influence pornography consumption behavior. Apart from that, interactions with peers also have a big influence, where teenagers often seek validation from their peers and are influenced by group norms. So efforts need to be made to reduce or even prevent pornography addiction among teenagers in Denpasar City by taking self-control measures and learning in a good environment. Reflection carried out to prevent and anticipate pornography addiction among teenagers is an effort to avoid deviant actions.

Pre-marital guidance is still doubtful in its effectiveness in preparing prospective bridal couples towards a happy and prosperous family. The role of the government in supporting pre-marital guidance services greatly influences the implementation of this activity. Both from the support of funds and facilities for the continuity of pre-marital guidance to prospective brides according to their religion. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with the intention of providing an overview of pre-marital guidance services from various religions in Indonesia. The scientific literature taken was published from 2018 to 2023. After determining the inclusion and exclusion criteria from 500 articles obtained from POP (Publish or Perish), 10 relevant journal articles were selected for further analysis. The Systematic Literature Review method used in this study is to analyze and identify previous studies related to the topic of pre-marital guidance. Based on the selected primary literature, there is an increasing trend of pre-marital counseling services from previous years. It was also identified that the materials in pre-marital guidance that are most often given are: understanding of happy and prosperous marriage, mental preparation for marriage, communication techniques in the household, knowledge of the reproductive system and parenting system. There are three important components in the smooth running of pre-marital counseling services. The first is the government, in this case the KUA officer or P4K officer or pandita or pastor or priest. Second is the budget available for guidance services. The third is the facilities that support pre-marital guidance services. From the various journals analyzed, it was concluded that pre-marital guidance or counseling has a positive effect on family continuity and harmony.

The practice of Dharmayatra has long been an integral part of the Buddhist tradition. The aim of this study was to explore how Dharmayatra practices can strengthen Buddhist beliefs in the modern era. This research method is a literature study that involves the analysis and synthesis of relevant literature regarding Dharmayatra practices. The results showed that Dharmayatra practice helps Buddhists to increase their understanding of Buddhist teachings, increase their sense of connection with the Buddhist community, and strengthen their faith and commitment to Buddhist practice. This practice is also considered a means to overcome the challenges of modern life and gain inner peace. These findings suggest that Dharmayatra can be a relevant and beneficial practice for Buddhists in the modern era, and can assist them in living an authentic and meaningful Buddhist life despite some shortcomings in practicing it.
