The Government Regulation No. 48 of 2014 concerning Tariffs for Non-Tax State Revenues that apply to the Ministry of Religion, among others, stipulates that the cost of registering marriages performed at the religious affairs office (RAO) on working days and hours is zero rupiah (free), whereas if a married is performed at home, it is subject to a fee of IDR 600,000. In fact, many people still perform marriages at home. Against this phenomenon, there are two interesting problems to study. First, how is public knowledge about the Government Regulation No. 48 of 2014? Second, what are the reasons beyond people's preferences for marriages at home instead of at RAO? This study belonged to empirical socio-legal research in the form of field research and applied a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The conclusion of this study fell into two. First, there were still many people who did not know and understood the Government Regulation No. 48 of 2014. The things that underlined people's preferences for marriages at home entailed views and beliefs of the marriage sacredness, tradition or custom, self-respect, avoiding negative images, limited RAO’s facilities, convenience, the distance of RAO, and time efficiency.

This research aims to explain the perspective of Islamic and national law on pornography. This is a normative juridical research with a comparative approach which is analyzed by prescriptive analysis. The results of the research show that Islamic and national law have the same paradigm towards pornography as a despicable act which is prohibited by sharia and the constitution. There are at least two terms in Islamic law that have intersections with pornography; first, the term aurat, which is a part of the human body that should not be shown or must be covered because it can cause shame (QS.24: 58) and arouse the sexual desires of others who see it (QS.33: 59). Secondly, tabarruj, which describes a person in a dress that tends to be indecent or characterizes the appearance of a dishonorable person. Meanwhile, national law regulates this pornography in several regulations such as Law No. 44/2008 on Pornography; several articles in the Criminal Code; Law No. 32/2002 on Broadcasting; Law No. 8/1992 on Film; Law No. 40/1999 on Press; Law No. 36/1999 on Telecommunications; and Law No.11/2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions.

This research explains the relationship between politics and Islamic movements which influence each other with their respective roles in society. Political discussions include power, ideology, legitimacy, government, state, nation and others. The political consequences have had a huge impact on the orthodoxy and heterodoxy of the Islamic movement in Indonesia. This study focuses on the Rifa'iyah case in the 20th century AD. The Rifa'iyah group is heterodox because it is considered to deviate from Islamic teachings in general. This causes heterodox groups to experience discrimination and prohibitions from the Central Java Prosecutor's Decree. The uniqueness of Rifa'iyah's living pattern is in groups and in rural areas. This minority group received political asylum and blended into society until their struggle succeeded in revoking the prohibition decree. Especially the emergence of reform which has become the political aspirations of the Islamic community. This research is a qualitative type using a social-historical approach. The data collection method is library research, while the data analysis method is descriptive analysis. The research results show that politics has a role as accommodative, hegemonic and power. Rifa'iyah's strategy is to adjust its political role to regain its legality by collaborating with political parties, studying academically by holding seminars, and taking advantage of the reform period. The existence of politics can dissolve or maintain heterodox.
