Mitigasi dan Penanganan Penyebaran Virus Covid-19 kepada Perangkat Desa dan Tokoh Masyarakat

The number of Covid-19 cases continues to grow and spreads to all parts of the world rapidly. So far, 65 countries have been infected with this virus. The Indonesian government is trying to tackle this epidemic with various policies in various sectors. One of the policies set by the government to break the chain of this virus is the social distancing policy, namely by limiting activities outside the house to reduce interactions between humans so that it can reduce the possibility of Covid-19 transmission in Indonesia. The social distancing policy encountered several obstacles because humans never stopped their mobility and moving activities from one place to another. Therefore, the successful implementation of this policy requires the involvement of stakeholders in a democratic and participatory manner. The regional government is trying to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus by setting up Covid-19 control posts at several points that allow the arrival of residents from outside the city, such as at terminals, sub-districts and bus stops. This aims to educate the community and village officials in preventing additional cases in areas that have not been affected by Covid-19. Based on the results of the pre and posttest that has been carried out by the community, residents can find out the latest conditions so that residents can make efforts to handle and prevent health problems during the Covid-19 pandemic quickly and accurately.

Penanaman Tanaman Obat Keluarga (Toga)

Indonesia has a very high biodiversity, so it is rich in various medicinal plants that have the potential to be developed and utilized optimally. The phenomenon of society in general is that the use of generic drugs is more effective in treating disease than consuming medicinal plants. The use of medicinal plants is considered ancient and does not provide significant results. Times have started to change where conventional medicine has become a luxury for some people, so traditional medicine through Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) is starting to be glimpsed by some people in Indonesia. The community partnership program has the aim of increasing community understanding and skills through socialization of the use of TOGA to create a healthy community in Rumbai hill village. There are 3 main components that are discussed in the understanding and skills of the community including: understanding the types of TOGA, understanding the efficacy/benefits of TOGA plants, and being able to practice how to process TOGA. The problem in society is that there are still few people who empower their home yards to plant toga plants. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of PKK mothers about the types of TOGA, the benefits/benefits of TOGA, and to show the procedures for planting TOGA with limited land. The method used is lecture, demonstration and discussion and question and answer. The result of this service is that the community has used the yard of the house to be planted with toga plants.

Adolescence is the second critical period for physical growth after the first year of life. Indonesia is home to about45 million adolescent boys and girls or equivalent to 18% of the total population. Indonesia suffers from a fairly high nutritional deficiency accompanied by an increasing prevalence of obesity – which is known as the Double Burden of Nutrition Problems. During adolescence, there are specific biological and physiological changes in the body according to gender so that nutritional needs become different. Adolescents are increasingly considered important as potential agents of nutritional change in Indonesia because they play a role in cutting the intergenerational chain of poverty and malnutrition. The Tanjung Muhammadiyah Women's Orphanage is one of the private institutions that manages and protects young orphaned and orphaned girls.
