Abstract

The knowledge management system and e-learning in this paper are considered as key elements whose compatible relationship contributes to the development of organizational knowledge. The aim of this researching is to point out the importance of the compatible relations between the knowledge management system and e-learning as one of the development perspectives of the learning organization. The subject of this papers is a theoretical framework focused on recognizing the functional characteristics and common points of two structures - knowledge management system and e-learning. They are theoretically analyzed in learning organization. The results of the analysis show that the compatibility of the knowledge management system and e-learning is essential in the learning organizations, and also that the comparative analysis of the researched structures open up new perspectives in organizational development, primarily through the creation of new integrative models which will contribute to the development of organizational knowledge.
